History[]
High Ecto-Lord Zs'Skayr is of a ghost-like alien race known the Ectonurites that reside on the planet Anur Phaetos in the halloween-themed Anur System. When Zs'Skayr learned of the Omnitrix, he arranged a means to have his DNA scanned from the item so an offshoot of his being would eventually manifest. By the time Zs'Skayr's mind begins to become active, later emerging from the item, the Omnitrix have came into the possession of a boy named Ben Tennyson who referred to the alien by the name "Ghostfreak". Zs'Skayr remained a reoccurring nemesis to Ben 10.

As an Ectonurite, being a different form of life that lacks mana/life-energy in the conventional sense, Zs'Skayr's body is composed of a density-altering protoplasm that allows him to consciously phase through matter and become invisible. He can fly and possess the bodies of other lifeforms, absorbing their powers to use as his own. Able to recreate second skin, which can protect him from sunlight, Zs'Skayr can use powerful telekinetic abilities and fight as his full potential in absolute darkness.
In a fight, Zs'Skayr uses a scythe as his weapon.
Feats[]
- As an Ectonurite, Zs'Skayr is biologically immortal as he can regenerate from a strand of DNA with his memories intact.
- Zs'Skayr can withstand the vacuum of space and has no need to breathe.
- As Ghostfreak overpowered and defeated Zombozo.
- Took over Vilgaxia and had the Chimera Sui Generis resident possessed by Ectonurite offshoots of himself.
Flaws[]
- Can be very arrogant, forcing him to be reckless when it comes to underestimating someone.
- Can be damaged by bright light with sunlight able to destroy him, unless he possesses a body.
- Certain compounds and energy fields can neutralize Zs'Skayr's intangibility and invisibility.
