Zombie (Minecraft) Vs Springtrap (FNAF) is a What-If? Death Battle between the Zombie from Minecraft, against Springtrap from Five Nights at Freddy's.
Description[]
Two undead rotting green walking corpses cross paths with each other, but which one is more powerful, the limping human or the twitching rabbit? Find out in this Death Battle!
Intro[]
Skel: Yeah! More undead battles!
Skunk: Yep, we have two more undead combatants here today that are always after their target during the night.
Skel: The Minecraft Zombie, Night Walking Creatures.
Skunk: And Springtrap, The Rotting Rabbit that Always Comes Back.
Skel: He's Skunk and I'm Skel!
Skunk: And it's our job to research their weapons, armour and skills to find out who would win, a Death Battle!
The Zombie Breaks Down The Door To Death Battle![]
Skunk: Yes, I can already tell, you are really excited for this battle Skel, with the undead and all...
Skel: Yep! And this time we got a new series coming in, Minecraft, everyone's number 1 block filled game where anything is possible.
Skunk: Minecraft is a world of expansion, full of infinite possibilities, you can make a statue, defeat a dragon, face monsters able to destroy mountains with ease.
Skel: But one thing you'll find is when you start, you're gonna be running for your life from the monsters, and one of the most common are the Zombie, green, shambling, and groaning, it may look plain, but with enough of them, they'll overwhelm you.
Skunk: There obviously isn't much known about them, but we can assume they were all once inhabitants of the Minecraft world, due to their block build and shape, being the same as the players, and having identical clothing to Steve.
Skel: So to put this blandly, it is a player who is infected.
Skunk: Yeah, and while it may be hard to believe, it is a massive threat to even the most prepared warriors.
Zombie's Powers & Arsenal[]
Powers[]
- Night Vision
- Can see players in the darkness
- Enhanced Physic
- Diseases Immunity
- Immortality
- Infection
Arsenal[]
- Several kinds of armour sometimes
- A variety of swords
- Bows and Arrows
Skel: Yeah, they are somehow able to use weapons, wear armour, and sometimes use a bow and arrow, while not often, they can sometimes.
Skunk: They can take massive punishment, and dish out just as much, are able to locate people in the darkness of night, and are unable to harmed by poisons.
Skel: These things are also able to infect certain individuals, villagers are a good example.
Skunk: Yeah, but I just hate the idea of the baby zombie, eugh... that thing is gross, and scary.
Skel: Yeah, I agree, but the normal zombie still is just as scary with what it can do.
Zombie's Feats[]
- Can harm and kill Minecraft Players
- Can take swings from swords
- Can infect and turn villagers into zombies
- Able to break down wooden doors
Skunk: Yeah, a big, gross, rotting monster breaking down my door would be pretty scary too.
Skel: And it can take swords hitting it too, even enchanted ones!
Skunk: It is even able to go against, and sometimes kill the players, even when they wear diamond armour, though, that results in a decrease in their damage.
Skel: Yeah, that kind of thing is bad for them.
Zombie's Flaws[]
- Deal less damage against people wearing armour
- Burn up in the sun
- Slow and Dumb
- Have basic instinct to attack anything that moves
- It is random if they have weapons and/or armour with them
- Things that heal cause harm to the Zombie
Skunk: They also have the strange weakness of burning in the sun.
Skel: Isn't that a vampire weakness?
Skunk: Yeah, don't know why they decided that to be a weakness for the Zombie...
Skel: It also is pretty dumb, and basic in the mind, not to mention their luck of having weapons on them being pretty low.
Skunk: But when they come in a hoard, you'd best look out, because you won't last too long if you are unprepared.
Skel: But you can just throw healing potions at it and that'll work too.
A Zombie is shown getting hit by healing potions, and then dying.
Springtrap Always Comes Back To Death Battle![]
Skel: This character is one I can get behind now! A rotting skeleton in-
Skunk: Wait, wait, wait! We have to go through the basics first before we talk about other stuff!
Skel: Dammit, ok...
Skunk: Freddy Fazbear's Pizza is a child-friendly place.
Skel: Cough NOT Cough
Skunk: But it wasn't the first place to have animatronic bears and rabbits, as that honor was for FredBear's Family Diner! Staring the two entertainers, Springbonnie and FredBear!
Skel: Two yellow animals who can sing and dance, who wouldn't be amazed and totally not freaked out by this?
Skunk: Many children actually, because they were a massive hit! Until the Bite of 87...
Skel: Yeah, it's amazing how the human body can live without the frontal lobe, you know?
Skunk: After this, some more tragic events took place, more specifically, 5 children went missing, and never were found.
Skel: And how did they die you may ask? Well, by a evil guy called "William Afton"
Skunk: He was like a man nobody ever saw before, a man who was able to get away with crime easily, until, the souls of his past victims, and his past sins, finally caught up to him, corned him, and then forced him to a fate worse than death...
William is shown in the FNAF 3 Mini-game, getting spring-locked
Skel: Yeah, living forever in a rabbit suit is a sure fire way to spend the rest of your un-life in agony and sadness.
Skunk: With this came a curse, where he could never die, so long as he remained in one bit, and he could never escape this horrid fate...
Skel: Until he burnt down Fazbear's Fright, which allowed him to escape, with only minor damage.
Skunk: If minor means losing his arm and getting many holes in him, then sure, he got out reasonably unharmed.
Skel: Just so you know, we are using feats from books, but we are following the story of the original Fnaf.
Skunk: After finding a trap he was unaware that it was one, he thought he could resume his killing, until...
Scraptrap is shown being burned
Skel: He was sent to the deepest pit of hell for what he did.
Skunk: He then spent the rest of his death, in a fate worse than hell... being subjected to the very monsters he created...
Skel: He likely learnt his lesson, but he never was thought to deserve salvation.
Skunk: We have talked enough about his past, let us talk about Springtrap himself! We are using every adaptation we can find, so be sure that all of his powers are available to him.
Springtrap's Powers & Abilities[]
- Immortality
- High Pain Resistance
- Heat Resistance
- High Durability
- Superhuman Speed
- Superhuman Strength
Skel: He has a massive boost in physical capability, since he is part animatronic after all, and they got metal skeletons!
Skunk: He can move incredible speeds just like other animatronics, and speaking of other animatronics, he has control over The Twisted Ones, who we will talk more about later.
Skel: His rotting body doesn't bother him, as he still can move around just fine, as if he wasn't a rotting dead guy in a bunny suit!
Skunk: This same strength also seems to let Springtrap accomplish inhuman feats that are both unlikely, and some even illogical.
Springtrap's Feats[]
- Can easily overpower regular cops and teenagers without hassle
- Should compare to other animatronics
- Freddy could throw an arcade machine like a toy
- Foxy can run 20mph
- Chica survived an electrical cable being shoved into her neck
- The animatronics can move off stage, even if they are bolted to it
- Survived a rock bashing his skull with minor injury
- Survived Fazbear's Fright
- Should be able to tear apart other animatronics
- Can be compared to his Twisted Animatronics
- Twisted Freddy survived a cave collapse
- The Twisted Ones survived being lit on fire and shot
- Broke Funtime Freddy's jaw with a stomp
- Takes getting tazed various times without any problems
Skel: He broke the jaw of Funtime Freddy, a massive metal bear! Can survive his head being bashed in without trouble, survived a building burning down, and even when he was a human, he tor apart the animatronics, which should carry over to Springtrap.
Skunk: He has survived a taser and can even compare to the other animatronics, some of which survived a cave collapse and can throw arcade machines around like toys.
Skel: He also can overpower trained cops easily. Which is probably the least impressive thing in the feats...
Skunk: Still, he does have some very fatal flaws...
Springtrap's Flaws[]
- Enough heat can end up permanently killing him
- Has been tricked into a trap of a burning building
- Some sounds can lure him away, since the suit is made to go towards sound when in suit mode
- Being alone for 30 years likely made him somewhat insane or leave him very broken in his head
Skel: Yep, his immortality is overruled by fire, which melts away the immortality.
Skunk: Which is how his death came, when he was burned inside a sealed building. Not to mention, his suit actually goes towards sound against his own will, leaving anybody smart enough to figure that out with a possible victory by making his suit keep following a noise.
Skel: But his stubborn personality won't let that stop him, and he will keep going, because he always comes back...
Springtrap's VR jumpscare is shown.
Intermission[]
Skunk: Alright, the combatants are set, let's end this debate once and for all.
Skel: It's time for a Death Battle!!!
Fight[]
Location: Dark Cave
Springtrap is shown, shakily moving around, having been caved in by some rubble. He sees a light in the distance, and goes towards them, finding some underground lair. He wanders around, and hears a groan. He turns around, seeing nothing. He looks around corners, still nothing. After searching, he resumes wandering.
Springtrap: What kind of place is this, it is unusual.
Another groan is heard, and Springtrap notices another room. He enters it, and finds it to be very dark. He grabs a stick on the ground, and hits it on the walls, causing it to ignite. He puts the lit stick forward, and a Zombie is there. Springtrap stumbles back, and drops the torch. The Zombie shambles forward. Springtrap retreats, and goes into another room, a library.
Springtrap: This must be another punishment for me. I won't let it end like this though, I'm William Afton, I will live forever!
The Zombie shambles in, and Springtrap slams his fists together, with a loud metal clank.
Fight!
The Zombie shambles forward, as Springtrap swings his fists forward, punching the Zombie. He beats on the undead creature, and throws them into a book shelf. The Zombie gets up without any care, and attacks Springtrap, scratching his fabric, and biting his arm. Springtrap grunts with anger, and shoves Zombie away. Springtrap slams his knee into the Zombie's gut, then grabs a chair. He slams it into the Zombie's face, making them stumble into the darkness.
Springtrap: Well, that was easy.
The Zombie shambles in, groaning, and now holding a wooden sword, and wearing iron armour. Springtrap tilts his head, but scoffs, and lunges forward. The Zombie side steps, and slashes Springtrap on his back, causing a large gash, and some blood to spill out. Springtrap groans in pain, but gets up. He turns invisible. The Zombie can hear Springtrap's footsteps, and sees some static at short intervals. Eventually, Springtrap appears, going haywire. The Zombie moves towards him, but this causes Springtrap to charge too.
Springtrap: Got you!
Springtrap tackles Zombie down, and beats on them, breaking their iron armour, and taking the sword, impaling it into the Zombie's gut. Springtrap gets up, and stomps on the sword, breaking it, and pushing the blade deeper. The Zombie bites Springtrap on the foot, and shoves him away. Springtrap goes backwards, and bumps into a shelf. Zombie gets up, and before it knows it, is hit by the shelf, sending them through the wall.
Springtrap: That should have dealt with him...
Again, The Zombie comes out, this time with a bow and arrow, wearing gold armour. Springtrap sighs, and gets hit in the left eye with an arrow. He yells out, and pulls out the arrow, his left eye being skewered on it. Springtrap tosses the arrow down, and moves towards the Zombie. He tanks various arrows hitting his gut, arms, legs, and one in his head. He punches the bow out of Zombie's hand, and picks Zombie up. He proceeds to throw the Zombie through a wall.
Springtrap: I'll make sure you are dead now!
Springtrap follows into the room, and sees Zombie wearing full diamond armour, and wielding an enchanted diamond sword. Springtrap is unaware of the enchantment, and tries to slug Zombie over the head with his fist, but is evaded, and bitten on the nose, getting his nose torn off. Springtrap headbutts Zombie, cracking the diamond armour. Zombie and Springtrap swing at each other, Zombie's sword clashing against Springtrap's wrists.
Springtrap: You rotting monster, I'm superior!
Springtrap ends up fumbling, and leaves himself open, Zombie slicing Springtrap's right ear off. Springtrap tries to punch Zombie, but his hand is cut off. Springtrap notices flames on his cut wounds, figuring out the sword has a fire enchantment. Springtrap then becomes very careful, dodging the blade. He turns invisible. Zombie looks around, groaning. Springtrap uncloaks behind Zombie, and rushes. Zombie turns, and stabs Springtrap's gut.
Springtrap: Why, you...
Springtrap shoves Zombie away, and looks at the sword. He pulls the sword out, and looks at it. He glares to the Zombie coming at him. Springtrap grabs Zombie by the neck, lifting them up to eye level.
Springtrap: I've had enough of you, why don't you have a taste of this!
Springtrap sticks the sword through Zombie's head, making it groan in pain, sending it through their head, and setting them on fire. Springtrap walks to another room, finding a lava pit. He snaps Zombie's neck, and throws them into the pit, melting them, and killing them.
K.O!
Conclusion[]
Skel: Ok, I don't understand this.
Skunk: I know, this battle was actually closer than you'd think, as Zombie had the advantage in equipment, and with that he could certainly cause major damage to Springtrap, so he had the tools to put down the rotting bunny.
Skel: Except he couldn't actually use them effectively. Considering they are basically mindless, Zombie wouldn't really be able to use his arsenal to it's fullest potential, as opposed to a human.
Skunk: Springtrap's own intelligence and speed were the main factors in this battle, as he could capitalize on Zombie's straight forward approach, and mindless nature, so he could easily sneak up on, and effectively end Zombie.
Skel: And just because Zombie has weapons in his arsenal, doesn't mean Springtrap can't use them, he could really just snatch them out of Zombie's hand, and use the weapon for himself, which would take away Zombie's one advantage.
Skunk: Zombie did have a chance to wield a sword that has an enchantment of fire, which would cause major damage to Springtrap, destroying his remnant, but that was easily avoidable thanks to Springtrap's wits and speed being higher, not to mention his invisibility, which can let him take Zombie by surprise. While they were able to both harm humans and take high amounts of damage, Springtrap's wits, speed, and supernatural powers gave him the edge of this fight.
Skel: I guess the answer to this was brain-dead obvious.
Skunk: The winner is Springtrap!
Springtrap (Winner)[]
- + Smarter
- + More Powers
- + Could use the Zombie's weapons against it (Take their weapons)
- + Invisibility let Springtrap get the jump on Zombie easily
- + Physically Superior in strength
- - More used to sneaking and killing instead of fighting
- - Less Versatile
Zombie (Loser)[]
- + Possibility Zombie could have used a flame sword, which would cause major damage to Springtrap
- + Had ranged weapons as well as more weapons (Swords and bows)
- + Armour could help stop some damage for limited time
- - Lack of intelligence gave them a massive disadvantage
- - Weapons could be taken and used against them
- - Couldn't counter Springtrap's invisibility power
- - Some weapons would be very useless against Springtrap's cybernetic body (Arrows and wooden swords wouldn't deal much damage)
- - Mostly rely on being in a hoard to overwhelm people
