Boomstick: I love weapons, that's why i gave myself a shotgun leg
Wiz: No matter how inconvenient it is
And reformed bad guys are cool too

Like Zero the maverick gone maverick hunter
And Pearl the ex-slave of Pink Diamond
He's Wiz and I'm Boomstick.
And it's our job to analyze their weapons, armor, and skills to find out who would win a Death Battle.
Zero[]
Dr. Wily wanted to create a robot to surpass both Bass and Mega Man.
However, an error made it so it was incredibly violent so Wily locked it away along with the Maverick Virus
An advanced version of Roboenza
Decades later, a group of Reploids would find Wily's lair and free it, only for him to destroy them
Until Sigma, destroyed its gem
However Sigma got infected with the Virus
Then Dr. Cain repaired it and he joined the Maverick Hunters, his name... was Zero
Zero is insanely powerful like when he helped defeat Lumin
Lumin once collapsed a pocket dimension, the power needed to would have to be around 2,200 Foe
If you're wondering what a Foe is, one Foe outputs enough energy of about a supernova!
Now don't get this twisted, Zero isn't THAT powerful but his help sure was appreciated
X has outran a singularity similar to a black hole and Zero and Axl fought at around those speeds
Because these sets of robots are said to be much stronger and we've seen clear evidence of this Zero can for sure lift at least 943,481.5 tons
He can tank attacks from Lumin who again, he helped X and Axl beat Lumin so he needs to be able to take a hit
His stamina is essentially limitless
He's also really smart in combat
He has plenty of years of it around 100
He wields the Z-saber, which can cut through nearly any enemy
He also has the Z-buster, it is able to fire rapid-fire solar bullets as well as more powerful charged shots
There's also his Soul Saber, tied to his vitality it grows stronger the more damaged he is
His Durga Glaive is a beam-bladed spear that can deflect enemy fire with the handle.
The V-Hangers are a pair of beam daggers which can send waves of plasma energy that home in on targets with each swing
The Basho Fans are pair of energy weapons
The Titan Breaker is a hammer designed to smash through shields
The Σ Blade taken from Sigma's body twice as long as the Z-Saber, it has immense power
There's also his other forms
Black Zero is an upgrade that increases Zero's speed, power and, defense
And Absolute Zero it drastically increases all of his parameters, doubles his power, allows him to fly, and allows him to tear through virtually any force-field with his bare hands.
However he cannot use any of his Saber or Buster weapons but he gains access to the Calamitous Arts, allowing his attacks to hit with the chill of absolute zero and he can teleport
Zero is one bad ass robot

8000 years ago far far away from Earth the Diamond Authority caused havoc and horrific crimes amongst the Universe
They were like Space Nazi's, spreading the reach of their species and suppressing every other
The Diamond Authority were ruled by the 4 diamonds, the smallest and most immature of which is, Pink Diamond
See every diamond has a slave called Pearls
One day Pink Diamond near permanetly cracked her Pearl in a tantrum
The other diamonds blamed this Pearl and replaced her with another
This is...Pearl, she was a slave to Pink Diamond for thousands of years
Until Pink Diamond selfishly faked her death to become Rose Quartz and proceeded to start a civil war which corrupted countless gems
During this time Pearl fell in love with Rose
Incredibly in love, like creepily obsessed with her, the Stockholm Syndrome is strong with this one
Questionable writing aside, one day Rose had a child named Steven which killed her
And Pearl swore everything to protect Steven Universe much like she did Rose
Lucky for her, Gems are incredibly strong and that includes Pearls so...Pearl is as such
Pearl once poofed two quartzes which are supposedly tougher than Amethyst
Amethyst can tank a blizzard causing monsters, the energy output to do so should at the low end be equal to 23.97 Megatons
Pearl can pilot a Roaming Eye and react accordingly reaching speeds of around 1/3rd the speed of light
A single Ruby which Pearl is more durable than can take the Roaming Eye hitting it putting her durability to above 218.77 megatons
Pearl can partially restrain Spinel meaning she has the strength to lift around 1,000 tons
Pearl is a master of spear, tridents, tonfas, swords and, axes. All of which are stored in her gem which she can summon any time
Pearl can also control clouds to her will as well as clone herself
She can also levitate and trap people into her gem
She can even walk on water
Like most gems she can change her size this is because they have light based bodies
Yeah destroying those is much easier than actually breaking their gems
Gems can't die unless their gem is shattered they'll live forever until their gem get's destroyed
And good luck doing that because they can regenerate their bodies if their gem isn't broken
Pearl will never give up if it is for the good of Earth
"I will fight in the name of Rose Quartz, and everything that she believed in!"
Pre-Battle[]
Alright, with the combatants all set and the data run through all possibilities, let's end this debate once and for all
It's time for a Death battle!
Battle[]
Zero: Lands on a Beach I've made it, time to find those invaders
Pearl: On the beach noticing the robot and seeing the Gem on his head could this be a hostile gem
Zero: Sees her There's one Draws his sword
Pearl: Definitely hostile Draws her spear
The two clash weapons the sand around them blasting away before they jump back
Zero: Runs up slashing
Pearl: Blocking accordingly and jumps up and stabs at him catching him and flips him over herself slamming his head into the ground and slides him in the sands flinging him into the water and she jumps over walking on it
Zero: Jump out of the water with his sword slashing her upwards as he slashes at her rapidly still in the air and kicks her back onto the beach he switches to his arm cannon and aims backwards charging up a blast and fires it to propel him back to the beach
Pearl: Spins her spear catching him in it flinging him up jumping up and knocking him back down with a thrust downward with her spear
Zero: Rolls out of the way and kicks his leg to trip her
Pearl: Slips up
Zero: Get up kicks her away running up slashing her 3 times before punching her into the ground flipping around with his sword to slash her
Pearl: Rolls out of the way projecting a clone of her “raise you blade”
Zero: What?
Pearl: It slashes at him as the real Pearl does too
Zero: Blocking against the both of them before he activates his arm cannon to blast the clone away and aims at the Pearl
Pearl: I don’t like doing this She shrinks down
Zero: Huh?
Pearl: Grows back to normal right behind him and stabs him in the back her spear
Zero: Ah!?
Pearl: Pulls her spear back Why didn’t she poof
Zero: Lands on one knee She? He equips the black armor and gets up pulling out the Titan Breaker and swings it into her
Pearl: Blasted away into Beach City right into a ferris wheel bending it
Mr. Smiley: :0
Zero: Ran over
Pearl: Jumps down to him pulling out two sword and runs at him slashing
Zero: With his sword out against and blocks accordingly
Pearl: Jumps over him still slashing
Zero: Pulls out one of his Durga Glaives waiting for his opening and stabbing her where he thinks her heart should be
Pearl: Gasps and poofs her gem landing on the ground
Zero: Picks it up
Pearl: Knows she has to get back to being in the fight and starts rushing her regeneration to look the exact same as before an reforms kicking him in the face
Zero: It’s the pearl He runs at her with glaive and stabs right at the gem it tanks it No way
Pearl: She uses her sword slash at him repeatedly starts to cut his armor
Zero: Readies his cannon and aims it her charging and firing
Pearl: Uses her blades to cut the blast blowing it up
Zero: This is taking too long Equips the Absolute Zero armor flying up and at her
Pearl: Jumps up real high and spawns her spear to throw at him
Zero: Looks back and simply flicks the sword away flying up to her before she can react and rams his hand into her body
Pearl: She poofs
Zero: He quickly grabs the gem and squeezes it and opens his hand letting the dust blow away
KO!!!
Analysis[]
Let’s hope nobody breathes that dust in, could do some damage
It’s probably dispersed enough by now
Well Pearl had a experience advantage, over 8000 years of it
But Zero trumped her in every other category
He was way faster
And, severely low balling his lifting strength he was still around 943.4 times stronger
Zero also had more reliable durability feats unlike Pearl’s who’s greatest durability stat was from scaling to a Ruby
Zero could also help defeat Lumin, Pearl was only seen poofing Quartz’s as her best striking feats
And Zero was also definitely smart enough and experienced enough to realize he had to destroy the Gem
Pearl was certainly experienced enough to hold a good fight but Zero’s abilities were simply going to overwhelm her eventually
There was Zero chance Pearl was going to win
