Yandere Simulator VS Danganronpa! The love-bound terror of Akademi High fights the elusive crucifixion maniac! Will this be Jack's final crime? Will Ayano never see Senpai, or anything, again? Only one way to find out...
All Bets Are Off! It's time for a DEATH BATTLE!
Intro[]
(Cue: Death Battle - Wiz & Boomstick)
Boomstick: If my ex-wifes have taught me anything, it's that you should never judge a book by its cover.
Wiz: Wow, that's actually really profound coming from you.
Boomstick: What? I'm talking about never trusting chicks that look all cute and innocent, cause they're probably some blood thirsty psycho bitch!
Boomstick: Like Yandere-Chan, the love crazed killer of Akademi High!
Wiz: ...And Genocide Jack, the Ultimate Murderous Fiend of Hope's Peak Academy.
Boomstick: He's Wiz and I'm Boomstick!
Wiz: And it's our job to analyze their weapons, armor and skills to find out who would win a Death Battle.
Yandere-Chan[]
(*Cue: Yandere Simulator - Childhood*)
Wiz: Emotions, whether they be happiness, sadness, even anger, they are one of the many things that make us human. We all feel them, whether we intend to or not. Now, try to imagine what it would be like to not feel any emotion whatsoever. To live without pleasure, satisfaction, failure, guilt, or even the feeling of being complete. This is reality for Ayano Aishi.
Boomstick: Yeah, from the moment she popped out, Ayano could never feel a thing. No matter what her old man tried, the kid didn't find any sort of enjoyment out of life. Ironically, the only thing she felt as a kid was pity for her pops! Goddamn the one time the parent's around the brat doesn't even care. But apparently all of this is the result of a condition that runs in her mom's side of the family. Talk about a bad birthday present!
Wiz: Once Ayano figured this out, she began to fake her emotions to appear normal to the public and to please her father. Making "friends", having "hobbies" and what not. Though none of this sparked any sort of feeling out of her. She would live her life like this for years on end until one fateful day, where she met-
Boomstick: Kirito from Sword Art Online!
Wiz: ...Taro Yamada. Her "Senpai". When she met this boy, Ayano finally felt true emotion: Desire. And she loved it. She wanted more of this incredible feeling. She needed it.
Boomstick: Buuut then she found out that her school girl crush was the protagonist of a harem anime, and now there were a bunch of other chicks out for this dude's d-
Wiz: This lead to Ayano experiencing another emotion: Rage. She then decided that instead of doing the logical thing and asking him to go out with her before anyone else, she would eliminate her rivals through any means necessary.
(Cue: Yandere Simulator - Life Note)
Wiz: While there are methods of eliminating rivals without needing bloodshed, like making them fall in love with someone else, ruining their reputation, etc, we'll be focusing on her more violent methods.
Boomstick: Don't try and dance around it Wiz. Ayano's going out on a night in the town murdering bitches!
Wiz: Actually, at night she stays home playing Castlevania and watching Death Note.
Boomstick: Fucking smartass. Whatever, the point is she's gonna go on a killing spree to win the heart of some guy she literally just met!
Wiz: But to accomplish this goal, Ayano will need a number of tools to get the job done. Unfortunately for her rivals, she has plenty of them. Because Yandere Simulator takes place at a high school, she would have to get creative with her weapons. Ranging from natural school equipment like baseball bats, kitchen knives, and scissors, unorthodox picks like box cutters, circular saws, a comically large magical girl wand prop, to... a katana? What kind of school just has an actual sword lying around?
Boomstick: A good one, that's what! If Yan-Chan wants to get a bit creative, she can steal a bunch of chemicals from the overly attractive nurse to either give people food poisoning or tranquilize some random student to bring them home and... do things to them... (Clears throat)
Wiz: After breaking said student's mind, they essentially become her mindless slave, obeying her commands with no regard to their own safety. Even going so far as to killing themselves upon murdering the current rival.
Boomstick: That's probably hell to clean up. But hey, at least Ayano technically didn't murder anyone!
Wiz: I... guess that's one way of looking at it. While she may look like just an ordinary psychopathic teenager, Yandere-Chan's surprisingly gifted in the ways of stealth, able to stalk her Senpai on a regular basis. She's also quite clever, able to manipulate this girl Kokona into murdering the daughter of an infamous loan shark, pinning the murder entirely on her while Yan-chan got off scot-free.
Boomstick: Plus if she ever needs to get the job done herself, since she knows murder is considered a big no-no, she can conceal her identity by dawning one of several masks she can get from her school's drama club. But Ayano's not just brains and tools. When she needs to think fast and keep track of people, she SOMEHOW uses a super power called Yandere Vision! Add that to the list of cool stuff with terrible names.
(Cue: Future Diary - Red Love)
Boomstick: Ayano's Yandere Vision is kinda like the spider-sense, letting her see people, objects, even bodies and blood through walls and somehow slows time!
Wiz: When using Yandere Vision, people and objects are categorized by color, with particularly helpful items being blue, non threatening students being green, and potential threats being yellow and red. How an ordinary girl like Ayano can posses this power, we honestly have no idea. However, it is very much possible that her obsessive love for Taro is so great, it lets her push herself past normal human limits. This is actually supported by her borderline superhuman physique.
Boomstick: This chick's strong enough to push around dumpsters filled with trash and bodies no problem, carry a human corpse, stab through a person's skull with ease, and physically overpower basically anyone in the whole school. Including Budo, the current president of the martial arts club and one of the strongest kids in the whole school!
Wiz: She's also fast enough to outrun basically anyone in the school and can stab someone before they can even react. The average person's reaction speed is a quarter of a second, meaning Ayano must certainly be moving faster than that, considering she can kill multiple people in a few seconds. While she doesn't have many note worthy feats of durability, she should certainly be tougher than must students. But if none of this is enough to end her rival, there's still one last trick up Ayano's sleeve:
Boomstick: Evil demon magic! With her trusty Ritual Knife, and after doing their chores, Yan-chan can gain one of these freaks' powers! From shooting fire to stealing Lucy's Vectors, to summoning creepy spider chicks to eat people. Say Wiz, we were going to let off some interns so you could afford those experiments in your lab right?
Wiz: I know what you're about to say. Fine, go ahead. But if you try using any of those powers on me, I will feed you to the hamsters.
Boomstick: Duly noted.
(Post-Production note: Should something happen to prevent Ayano from winning Taro's affection [I.E. getting heartbroken, expelled, etc.], she will enter the SNAP state, drastically increasing her strength and possibly granting her teleportation at the cost of being at her most mentally unstable, even to the point of killing Taro and herself)
Wiz: However, despite all of this, Ayano suffers one crucial flaw: her insanity. Where she to kill numerous students in quick succession whilst unchecked, her vision will blur, becoming distorted and she will experience frequent hallucinations. Everyone around her would not only become a potential victim, but also become indistinguishable from each other, meaning she could very likely attack a random bystander instead of a target.
Boomstick: Combine that with the fact she can only carry so many weapons on her at a time, and yeeeah things can turn south for Yan-chan really fast. But if there's one thing to know about Ayano Aishi, it's to never, ever, get between her and her Senpai. It might be the biggest mistake you'll ever make!
Ayano: "There is nothing I won't do for him. I won't let anyone come between us. I don't care what I have to do. I don't care who I have to hurt. I don't care who's blood I have to spill. I won't let anyone take him from me. Nothing else matters. No one else matters. He will be mine. He doesn't have a choice."
Genocide Jack[]
(Cue: Danganronpa: Ultra Despair Girls - Ghost Stories from the School District of Revolution)
Wiz: Life growing up for Toko Fukawa was... rough to say the least. Two women had slept with the same man. When they each born a child, one of the babies had died. Despite neither wanting to care for her, Toko would live with one father and two mothers.
Boomstick: While we don't know all the specifics, it's been pretty heavily implied that Toko was mistreated as a kid. Like when she was locked in a closet for three days with no food or water, sparking her fear of the dark. Hell her only friend growing up was her pet stink bug. What the hell is up with parents in these stories? They're either abusive douchebags, disappeared, or dead.
Wiz: Combine this with the fact that she was often bullied in school and that her emotional outlet, writing romance novels, wasn't enough to repress her negative feelings lead to her developing a second personality in the form of the soon to be Ultimate Murderous Fiend, Genocide Jack.
(Toko is seen passing out and waking up, now as Genocide Jack.)
Genocide Jack: "Why hello there! Is it me you were hoping to see?! So you figured it out, huh? Well whatever! What're you gonna do?! I'm the Ultimate Murderous Fiend, Genocide Jack! Or better yet, let's go with Genocide Jill!"
Boomstick: What's up with her tongue?
Wiz: Jack would go on a rampage, murdering any boy she deemed handsome via... crucifixion of all things using her own specially designed scissors. Despite this, Toko was not only able to remain untraceable for the crimes, but make a living for herself by writing romance novels that blew up. Eventually her literary skills would lead to her be scouted out by Hope's Peak Academy, one of the greatest schools in Japan, and being granted the title of Ultimate Writing Prodigy.
(Cue: Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc - Mr.Monokuma's Tutoring)
Boomstick: Buuuut then this crazy bitch came along and was like "I think I'll destroy all of human civilization today!" and turned the entire world into a despair filled wasteland. What does this have to do with Toko ask? Well she, along with her classmates would have their memories of this wiped and would get locked inside Hope's Peak, forced to participate in the killing school life by an evil teddy bear.
Wiz: After enduring several class trials, and developing an unhealthy obsessive crush on Byakuya Togami, it was ironically Jack's own memories of this "Tragedy" being unaffected by the mind wipe that lead to her and the remains of the 78th Class' freedom of the school turned death trap. After which they would join the Future Foundation, an organization dedicated to restoring the world, where Toko would be assigned as an intern.
Boomstick: From the Ultimate Writer to an intern. Damn, that's gotta be hard blow to the ego. Buuut it makes sense, givin well, Jack is still a psycho bitch. It wasn't all bad though, cause this gave Toko the motivation to control her murder happy havoc loving alter ego. Before, she couldn't really control the persona switch, which was triggered by the sight of blood, falling unconscious, or even sneezing. Eventually she somehow discovered she could switch personas whenever she wanted by zapping herself with a goddamn taser!
(Cue: Danganronpa: Ultra Despair Girls - Alice in the Children's Land)
Wiz: And after getting word that Byakuya had been captured and taken hostage in Towa city, Toko took it upon herself to personally rescue him. This would be her ultimate test of skill as a survivor, a fighter, and her perseverance as not only would she have to team up with and escort Komaru Naegi across the ruined city, but combat against countless Monokuma robots.
Boomstick: Not just Monokumas, but giant mechs controlled by psychotic children who are basically the edgier versions of the Kids Next Door. How the hell did these 'normal' high school chicks manage to survive this shit?
Wiz: Well, Komaru did have a megaphone gun specifically designed to combat these threats. But saying that alone was enough would be a huge disservice to Jack, as she's shown time and time again to be an incredible fighter. Not only that, but she's surprisingly athletic and tough, able to withstand having a large piece of debris fall on her head, escaped an underground subway tunnel as it was collapsing, and managed to leave the Resistance's underground hideout and catch up with a monorail on foot.
(Cue: Danganronpa: Ultra Despair Girls - Monster that shouts its love in the middle of hell)
Boomstick: Hell, that's small talk! One time she smashed through a stone prison wall no problem. And before she even escaped Hope's Peak, she survived a pretty nasty explosion point blank! She's even got this weird... power thing called Fever Mode, which basically lets her use some awesome special attacks. They're nothing too fancy though, mostly just fancy slash combos and-
Genocide Jack: "Lend me your energy!"
Boomstick: ...Is...is that a fucking Spirit Bomb?
Wiz: I'm just as confused as you are. Regardless, Jack is certainly not without her flaws. She tends to not take things seriously, and being knocked out, or even a potential sneeze could switch her back to Toko, who not only doesn't share Jack's memories (and vise versa) but is not a fighter by any stretch. Hell, she's also very stubborn, only willing to fight and kill using her own Genoscissors.
Boomstick: You call that stubborn? We're talking about a chick who's so obsessed with winning the heart of a guy who's openly shown to have no positive feelings for her, she's willing to kill people just to get to him!
Wiz: Ahem. Together with Komaru, the two would eventually find themselves face to face against the Big Bang Monokuma, a Monokuma mech the size of skyscraper with more than power to destroy multi story buildings with ease. Despite the odds stacked against them, they managed to defeat the enormous mech and effectively save Towa city while gaining the one thing Toko desperately needed: a real friend.
Boomstick: God, that's so fucking lame!
Kotoko Utsugi: "Adorable girls deserve punishment. And girls who aren't adorable... deserve even harsher punishment!"
Genocide Jack: "Hey I ain't ugly! I'm just way below average!"
Intermission[]
Wiz: Alright the combatants are set. Let's end this debate once and for all.
Boomstick: It's time for a Death Battle!!!
DEATH BATTLE![]
(Cue: Danganronpa - Ultra Despair Girls: Alice in the Children’s Land)
Chaos. That’s one word that could describe the current state of the world. It had been over a year since the biggest, most awful, most despair, most tragic event in human history (or just The Tragedy for short) had occurred. While most of civilization had been reduced to a wasteland where it was every man for himself, one particular school had tried its damnedest to preserve in these desperate times.
This school was Akademi High. Thanks to the guidance of its student council and its president, the students were able to endure all of this despair and fortify the school, turning it into a shelter. A shelter that piqued the interest of the Future Foundation, an organization dedicated to restoring the world and undoing the despair brought upon the world.
Wishing to ally the school, the Foundation had sent in some of the survivors of the first Killing Game to represent them. These survivors being Byakuya Togami and Toko Fukawa. Upon arriving at the school, the two noticed a student, Taro Yamada, being chased by a Monokuma. With a scoff, Byakuya looks over to Toko.
Byakuya: "Go take care of that. I don't have the time for this."
Toko: "Y-yes, of course!"
Fukawa pulls out her taser gun and points it at her head before zapping herself with it. After a brief flash of light, her appearance had somewhat changed. Her originally grey eyes were now red and her tongue hung from her mouth. Even her hair looked more messy and her skirt had a few tears. The girl had changed from her original personality to that of the serial killer, Genocide Jack.
(Cue: Danganronpa: Ultra Despair Girls - Sho's Fever Time)
Genocide Jack: "Kyahahaha! Looks like it's time to slice and dice some poor fool! Your wish is my command, Master!"
Byakuya points at the Monokuma about to attack the raven haired student. Jack smirks and launches herself as the killer teddy. The Monokuma unit stands over the cowering Taro, ready to stab him with its long blade claws. However, before it could do so, the Monokuma is kicked into the air by the murderous fiend, who proceeds to jump after her target and slice its head and arms off.
Genocider then lands on the ground and poses dramatically while the Monokuma explodes behind her.
Genocide Jack: "(Sighs) Too easy... Hm?"
She notices Taro staring at her, confused and awe struck. The young man tenses up and stands.
Genocide Jack: "What're you lookin' at? Never seen a serial killer before? Run along or you'll be late for school! Kyahahaha!"
Taro nods and runs away toward the school, leaving Jill to laugh at nothing. She pulls out her taser gun and prepares to swap back when she senses a presence. Not a Monokuma, but still having the same killing intent. When she turns around, the maniac sees another girl.
(Cue: Hallucinogenic Clouds)
This strange girl wore a school uniform and had her black hair tied in a ponytail. However, Genocider notices that this girl was holding a knife in one hand, and the head of a Monokuma in another. The girl had an expressionless and cold look in her eyes, which shot daggers at the murderous fiend.
Jack tilts her head and pockets her taser.
Ayano: "I saw you save him... You think you can come here and take him from me?"
Genocide Jack: "Who? You mean scrawny back there? Hahaha! Listen lady that boy's cute, but my darling master Byakuya is a bazillion times more beautiful than that wimp!"
Ayano: "What did you say, you bitch?"
Genocider's insult cut deep in Ayano's heart. Her eye twitches and her grip on her knife tightens. She drops the Monomuka head and points her blade at the murderous fiend.
Ayano: "I'll make sure you and your 'master' burn in hell!"
It was Jack's turn to look angry. Shadows form over her eyes and her smile disappears. She pulls out her personally made Genoscissors and points them at Ayano.
Genocide Jack: "Ooooh, really wanna go there sister? Alrighty then, I've been itching for some real fun!"
The love drivin murders stare at one another, sizing the other up before Genocide Jack rushes at her adversary, laughing like a lunatic as she swings her scissors at the Yandere.
FIGHT!!!
Ayano barely blocks the attack with her knife, causing sparks to fly. The killers push forward, trying to overwhelm the other before Yan-Chan gets a boost of adrenaline. She pushes Jill back and swipes at her, aiming for the violet haired girl's neck. Genocider blocks the attack and swipes right back.
The two start slashing, swiping and countering one another in quick succession. This kept up for a few seconds before Jack started moving faster, slowly outpacing Ayano. When she noticed this, Yan-chan leaps back, putting a few meters between them.
Ayano: "This clearly isn't working..."
Yan-Chan pockets her knife in favor of her katana. Genocide Jack's eyes widen, but she didn't show any signs of hesitation as she throws one of her scissors at the yandere. Ayano blocks the scissor with her sword and lunges at Genocide Jill, trying to slice or stab something vital. The murderous fiend continued to block and counter Ayano's attacks, however now it seemed a bit trickier as she had to defend a longer blade.
Genocide Jack backflips, both countering an oncoming sword swing and kicking said sword out of Ayano's hands and into the air. Genocider throws another scissor at the blade, sending it flying onto the school's balcony. Ayano's eyes widened from shock and she growls, growing frustrated.
Ayano: "(thinking) Damn it! This girl's more skilled than she looks. Who is she..?"
Genocide Jack: "Awww, what's wrong dear? Done already? But this was just getting fun!"
Ayano doesn't answer, thinking of a plan of action now that she lost her sword. She then remembered: The Gardening Club! They had plenty of weapons that would come in handy right about now. She very subtly nods, already thinking of ways to painfully end her adversary. Ayano pulls out a box cutter and chucks it at Genocider. The maniac leans back and dramatically dodges the tool. When she straightens up, Yan-chan was making a be line for a large wooden shed.
Genocide Jack: "Ohh, playing hard to get? I love that!"
The murderous fiend gives chase to her yandere adversary. The girl in question finally reached the large shed, looking for weapons to fight back with. She then found some things that made her smirk psychotically. Two axes, a shovel and the circular saw. Genocider made her way to the gardening club as well, looking for her victim. Noticing the large wooden shed door was slightly open, she smirks and dashed toward before kicking the door open, nearly knocking it off its hinges.
Genocide Jack: "Surpri- huh?"
Only to find nothing and no one inside. Toko's murderous alter ego tilts her head and looks around curiously, scratching her head. Behind her, a raven haired girl sneaks up on the murderous fiend, axe at the ready, her hair seeming more messy than usual. She raises the axe above her head, preparing to end the fight. Genocider looks down at her shadow and notices a strange... something that was protruding from her shadow's head that certainly wasn't part of her body.
Her eyes widen and Jack quickly turns around, just as the yandere's axe came down. With a loud CLANG, both psychopaths' weapons clash with each other.
Genocide Jack: "Oh my! How the tables have turned! Just kidding!"
Sho pushes her opponent back and attempts to cut the black haired girl. The two enter a clash, continuously swinging their weapons at one another, scissors and axe clanging and sparking against each other until the murderous fiend finds the opening she needed. After leaning back to avoid a horizontal axe swing, Jack performs a powerful kick that sends the raven haired girl crashing into a nearby tree, making her drop her current weapon.
Wasting no time, Jack charges at her adversary, giving Ayano no time to react as the murderous fiend slashed and cut at her, sending blood flying. The lovesick killer tries to defend with a second axe, but Genocider just kicks the weapon away and slashes across her chest, causing more blood to fly. Despite the fatal wound, Ayano had very little reaction. Not even a slight whimper. Jack's eyes narrow but she doesn't question the lack of response as she kicks Ayano to the ground, ready to end the fight.
Genocide Jack: "Aw, done already? Oh well, better luck next time! Wait, there is no next time! Kyahahahahaha!"
However, when Jack turns her adversary's body to face the sky, something was wrong. 'Ayano's' hair was stained by the grass and appeared to be dyed, as made apparent by some spots of the girl's hair were a neon green as opposed to the rest of her dark hair.
Genocide Jack: “Huh, green’s really not your color- Gack!”
(Cue: Sybreed - Challenger)
Suddenly a terrible pain shot through the murderous fiend’s body, originating from her side. The real Ayano had snuck up on Jack and stabbed her with her knife, spilling pink blood. Slightly taken aback by the strange color of her ‘rival’s’ blood, the lovesick killer pulls her knife out and aims for Fukawa’s neck before getting countered by the fiend’s scissors.
The two murders glare at one another before both leap back several feet. Fukawa gets a running start before leaping forward and spins in a drill like motion, defying all sense of gravity. Ayano's eyes widen before she barely manages to dodge the attack. Yan-chan looks around for a moment, trying to think of a new plan. Jack lands on her feet and turns back to her adversary. Only to find Ayano climbing atop a dumpster to reach an open window into the school.
Genocide Jack: "Really? This game of Tom & Jerry is gettin' kinda old!"
As the raven haired yandere climbs into the school window, one of Jack's Genoscissors shoots past her, narrowly clipping some of her hair off. She growls from frustration but gets a new idea. Genocider effortlessly hops onto the dumpster and into the window, only to be met with a fire extinguisher to the face, cracking her glasses and making her stagger.
Ayano continued to swing the fire extinguisher as a blunt weapon, hitting Genocider in the face and head with it, all while starting to enter a laughing fit. With every hit, Jack grew more frustrated and her vision blurred. The murderous fiend growls and blocks an incoming hit before dashing past Ayano to make some distance between them. She turns around and launches one of her Genoscissors at Ayano's makeshift weapon, breaking it and releasing extinguisher fluid throughout the hall, creating a thick fog that blinded both combatants.
Coughing could be heard from both of the unstable girls as Genocider dashes out of the cloud, fanning her hand in front of her face. Ayano on the other hand wasn't blind despite not being able to see. Using her yandere-vision, she could see the outlines of everyone on that floor, including Jack. Aishi knew that as things were, she couldn't kill this girl in a head on confrontation. But perhaps she could with a little... help.
Once Jill was able to see and concentrate again, she looks into the fog, waiting for her adversary. But as the fog starts to clear, she noticed the faintest glimpse of Ayano's legs running up the stairs. The murderous fiend groans from frustration.
Genocide Jack: "Oh come on! Quit runnin' would ya?!"
Jack chases after her opponent, who was making a mad dash for the rooftop. Once at the highest floor of the school, Ayano looks around for something... Until she found it; a ritual ground with several body parts scattered about, and a skull in the center. A psychotic grin forms on her face and she immediately rushes for it. But not before Toko's other half catches up. Fed up with this game of chase, Genocider launches another scissor at Ayano, this time planting itself into her back. With a pained cry, Aishi falls just in front of the ritual, just out of the skull's reach.
Genocide Jack: "Ha hahahahaha! Awww, that's all? After all that action and chase scenes, she goes down in one little hit? How disappointing!"
While Genocider rambled, Ayano slowly crawled closer and closer to the skull. The murderous fiend notices this and merrily skips along, closing the distance between herself and Aishi.
Genocide Jack: "Trying to run away? Normally I don't kill ladies, but when someone threatens my master Byakuya, than I'll gladly make an exception!"
But just as Genocider stands over Ayano, the raven haired girl looked up, not nearly as distraught or horrified as one would expect. Just annoyed. Suddenly she pulls out a knife. However, this knife looked different from the one she used before.
Ayano: "Do you ever shut up?"
Before Jack could answer, or even comprehend her movement, Yan-chan quickly stabs the knife straight into the skull's forehead. Suddenly, a dark fog starts to form around the girl's body. But she simply gave a smile and let out a faint chuckle as the smoke enveloped her before dissipating, leaving no trace of Ayano anywhere.
(Cut music)
In a dark void, Ayano slowly and shakily stands back up. Before her were three demonic figures. A succubus, a man whose head was engulfed in flame, and a disfigured humanoid being. Ayano steps forward and takes a knee. The three demons look at one another for a moment, seeming to have a silent conversation before nodding to each other. The fire demon holds out a flaming hand. Ayano smiles and shakes the demon's, causing a black aura to form around her body.
Ayano: "Thank you..."
(Cue: Brandon Yates - Always the Martyr)
Back in reality, Genocide Jack looks around for any sign of her adversary. When it seemed like she was gone for good, the serial killer let out an agitated growl and starts to walk away. Only for the dark fog to return, along with Yan-chan. Only now she wore a long elegant grey dress and the fog changed to a dark aura. The moment Jack tried to attack, Aishi shoots a torrent of flame from her hand.
Jack could only block the flames, which push her back and scorch both cloth and skin alike. When the flames subside, Jack groans and pants from the sudden power and heat.
Genocide Jack: "Crazy- *cough* -and a pyromaniac? Jeez, why do I gotta put up with all the crazy kids while Big Mac gets to just debate his problems away?"
Ayano ignores the murderous fiend's comment and starts firing fireballs from her fingertips. Which Genocider dodges, retaliating by throwing one of her scissors as a projectile once again, aiming for Aishi's head. The yandere creates a wall of flame to stop the cutting tool and launches the entire wall at her 'rival'. The mentally unstable girls continue their deadly game of dodgeball before Yan-chan growls and, using her new gift of flight, charges at Jill, being much faster than before.
The murderous fiend grunts as she receives a flurry of flame charged punches and kicks. But she quickly blocks enough hits to keep pace with Ayano, even if she had to be on the defensive. Yan-chan growls and throws a powerful flaming palm strike that, powered by her pyrokinesis, created a powerful explosive attack that launches Jack over the gap in the school's roof and onto the other side of the rooftop. As she floated to the other side of the rooftop, Yan-chan noticed something. It was her lost katana.
A faint smile forms on the raven haired girl's face. After retrieving her weapon, Ayano sets her sights back on Genocide Jack, intent on ending the fight as soon as possible. Once the murderous fiend gets back on her feet, she narrowly avoids a vertical sword slash. The killers look each other in the eyes intensely for a moment before they both start slashing at one another with their weapons, sometimes missing, sometimes hitting and spilling red and pink blood onto the ground.
Eventually the two get into a struggle, sword against scissors. The two push against each other, trying to overpower the other with neither seeming to budge. That is until Ayano knees Jack in the stomach and kicks her in the side of her head, making Toko's other personality stagger backward into the guard fence. Aishi smirks and tries to attack Jack, intending to push her off the edge.
Genocide Jack: "Ohhh, so that's your game plan huh? Well to bad for you! You ain't the only one with some kinda trump card!"
Yan-chan reeled back as Genocider hops onto the fencing and leaps high into the air. Higher than what should be humanly possible. Holding her hands above her head in a familiar pose, Jack starts cackling as violet energy forms above her, taking the form of a large destructive ball of energy and scissors. Ayano takes a step back, shocked beyond belief.
Ayano: "Is she trying to blow up the whole school? That crazy bitch..."
Her expression changes from shock to determination filled anger. The yandere put the katana into a non-existent sheath and holds her hands together, igniting them with flame. Ayano then leaps into the air after her adversary. As she nears closer, Yan-chan readies her flames, preparing to unleash as much fire as she could muster. Before the raven haired girl could get too close, Genocide Jack cackles loudly and sends the sphere of energy hurdling down toward her.
Ayano doesn't waver in the slightest as she unleashes her power torrent of flames. The attacks collide with one another, halting either's progress. After a moment, it became too much, erupting into an enormous explosion that could be seen from several blocks away, catching both combatants in its wake.
(Cut music)
From the smoke, Ayano and Jack fall back to the earth, seemingly knocked out from the explosion. However, Ayano was now back in her original uniform and Jack's tongue wasn't visible. The cherry trees below miraculously break the girls fall somewhat, even if they broke through many of the branches before falling to the ground, scratches, bruises and burn marks all over their bodies.
(Cue: Corpse Party: Blood Covered - Memories of Fear)
Slowly, the killers start to stand back up. Only, something was different about Genocide Jack.
Toko: "Ohh god... What the... hell happened?"
She had swapped back with Toko Fukawa from the explosion, signalled by her eyes turning back to their faded shade of violet. The writing prodigy groans and holds her head, trying to make sense of her current position. Ayano on the other hand holds herself up by leaning against a nearby tree, panting and wheezing from pain and exhaustion. From her point of view, she could see several hallucinations of the various ways she wanted to put Fukawa down, ranging from drowning her in the fountain to beating her head against a tree.
But soon she looks at the real Toko, a crazed look in her eyes. She knew how she wanted to end things, and she intended to act on it. As Toko turned around, she is suddenly stabbed in the abdomen. Ayano had snuck up on her and stabbed through her with her katana, with the tip of the blade sticking out of Fukawa's back, pink blood staining the blade.
Toko gasps and coughs up a lot of blood, some of it splattering on Ayano's face. Which only made her smile. Yan-chan starts to laugh as she pushes the blade further through Toko's abdomen, causing the writer to finally start screaming in pain. But as this continued, Toko slowly holds up her taser, which halts all of Ayano's laughter.
With a sudden movement and a pained yet determined cry, Toko turns her taser on and rams it into Ayano's neck, electrocuting her. When Toko lowers her arm, Ayano could only faintly breath and stagger backward, pulling the sword out of Fukawa's abdomen. Toko coughs up more blood and shakily holds the taser to her own head. Then both girls fall backward from their injuries, pink blood pooling around Toko's body.
(Cue: Brandon Yates - Chorus of Carnage (2020 remaster))
After some time passes, the psychotic girls start to move and stand back up. Toko, now having switched back to her murderous personality, coughs and hacks before looking over to Ayano, who shot a death glare at her 'rival'. The two seemed to be at their limits, as they were both were panting and wheezing from their injuries. But while Yan-chan seemed to be at her breaking point, Jill still had a wicked smile on her face.
Genocide Jack: "Well well wellwellwellwellwellwell! I guess this is where we must part ways, mon ami. Oh how exhilarating this exchange has been! But I'm afraid one of our curtains must fall this day... Kyehahahahaha! Holy crap that was lame! Oh well, it really was fun while it lasted! Let's get this over with!"
Readying their final weapons, a sword and scissors respectively, the two waste no time or energy as they start the final battle. The two viciously slash and stab one another at near superhuman speeds, splattering red and pink blood all over and staining the environment around them. But neither showed any sign that they cared about their injuries, both running on pure adrenaline as they try aiming for a vital spot. As things almost seemed to never end, Jack dodges a knife stab and slashes the weapon out of Ayano's hands.
Just as she about to retaliate, Yan-chan receives several slashes before the murderous fiend drop kicks her into a nearby wall. Before she could even react, Ayano is met with a scissor to the gut. And another to her chest. And one even to her wrist, this one stabbing through her arm and into the concrete behind her. When she desperately tries to pull one of the scissors out of her body, a shadow looms over her.
Genocide Jack looks at the struggling girl in front of her like she were a canvas, shadows over her eyes and her smile somehow being more twisted than anyone had seen from her before.
Genocide Jack: "Snip... Snip... Snip... Hold still, this'll only hurt for a minute..."
As the serial killer drew closer Ayano's eyes shook. In that moment, she seemed to learn of a new emotion. Fear.
The ultimate murderous fiend cackles as she repeatedly stabs Aishi with scissor after scissor, pinning her other arm to the wall and staining the concrete with crimson blood. All the while letting out a haunting cackling. Eventually she takes a step back to admire her handy work. Now crucified and unable to even touch the ground, Ayano hung suspended in the air, sputtering blood and barely able to breath. Like an artist looking over an unfinished project, Jack felt like there was still something missing.
With a snap of her finger, inspiration struck. Jack tosses one of her scissors into the air and with expert precision, kicks the tool as just the right angle, embedding it clean into her opponent's forehead, ending Ayano Aishi's life in an instant.
Seemingly satisfied with her handy work, Jack snickers before letting out one last cackle as the camera pans to the sky before fading to black.
K.O.!!!
Conclusion[]
(Cue: Danganronpa - DANGANRONPA (MiatriSs remix))
*Genocide Jack is seen skipping away from Akademi high, only to meet a furious Byakuya before the murderer sneezes, reverting back to a confused Toko. Meanwhile, Taro and Osana are seen walking together before noticing Ayano's corpse, causing both to scream in terror and run away*
Boomstick: *Whistles* That was crazy. Almost as crazy as these two were! Almost.
Wiz: Now, this was an interesting matchup as at first glance, both combatants seemed to have a number of advantages over each other.
Boomstick: Yeah like how Ayano was undoubtedly way more cunning and manipulative. Plus her stealth and bigger array of weapons and tricks, and she definitely score a victory under some circumstances! Buuut key word being 'some'.
Wiz: Right. While Yandere-chan could theoretically win under certain circumstances, more often than not she simply couldn't keep up with Genocide Jack's greater experience in combat and even greater physical prowess.
Boomstick: While Yan-chan did have plenty of tools, Jill could somehow counter a lot of them with her own sheer strength and toughness! And if not, she was more than fast enough to avoid what Ayano would throw at her!
Wiz: While Ayano could certainly knock out just about most people with a single powerful hit to the head with one of her blunt weapons, Jack's numerous encounters with both fodder Monokumas and the many mechs thrown her way proved she could no doubt take far greater punishment than what Ayano would be capable of, while Ayano really didn't have any real feats or accomplishments that can imply she'd be able to handle what Jack could throw at her.
Boomstick: "But Boomstick! What about the poisons and demonic powers?! Couldn't they stop Jill in her tracks?" Well first, how'd you get in our booth? Second, again none of this is really all that new for Jill! Don't believe me? Well think about it. Scary flying flamethrowers? Destroyer Monokumas. Spooky claws that can tear through human flesh? Literally every single Monokuma has claws that can tear through people like nothing!
Wiz: Even the tranquilizer wasn't a guarantee. Remember the Warriors of Hope? Well Kotoko was seen wielding a... denture launcher of all things... which when used on Komaru seemed to induce similar effects to a tranquilizer gun. This same gun was used in Jack's fight against the Warrior of Hope, and while it isn't quite a one to one comparison, it does prove the murderous fiend wasn't completely inexperienced against sedatives and the like.
Boomstick: Hell even if all of that just wasn't enough, Jill was no doubt way faster than Ayano, and could just kill her before she could even utilize most of her better equipment! Remember, we're talking about a chick who's way more impressive than the bullet dodging dork of a psychic, out react the literal ultimate martial artist, and even catch up to a goddamn monorail! There really wasn't much helping Ayano in that department. Cause really, while Yan-chan was impressive compared to her own classmates, she really didn't stand out too much when compared to some of the absolute crazy peeps in the Danganronpa universe!
Wiz: Ultimately (no pun intended) while Ayano's better stealth, more strategic mind and larger arsenal certainly let her put up a good fight, Genocide Jack's superior strength, speed, toughness and more wide experience over her lifetime was just too much for her to handle.
Boomstick: You could say the winner was the Jack of all trades! Yep, Ayano could have scored a victory, but that was too much of a Yan-shot!
Wiz: God that was just awful, even by your standards... The winner is Genocide Jack.
Next Time[]

Original Track[]
The hypothetical track for this fight would be called "Heart Breaker" and would be composed by Therewolf Media. It would be an eerie and tense track with numerous instances of piano and techno rock to reflect the atmospheres of Yandere Simulator and Danganronpa: Ultra Despair Girls, as well as the chaotic and unstable natures of the combatants.
The track's title plays off the aspect that no matter who wins the fight, one will permanently lose the opportunity to seek their respective crushes' affection, playing off of both's unhealthy attraction and the similar term "heartbreaker".
The cover image depicts a love letter often associated with Ayano being stabbed through by Genocide Jack's signature Genoscissors, splattering blood about while numerous hearts cracked in two surround the letter.
Trivia[]
- The connections between Ayano Aishi and Genocide Jack are that both are adolescent girls who suffer from personality disorders and are both seen as insane. Both have one sided crushes on an adolescent classmates (Taro Yamada and Byakuya Togami respectively), to the point of being obsessed with them and willing to hurt anyone who they see as a threat to their potential relationship.
- The animation seen in Ayano's opening gif card was made by the 3D animator, Puccagarukiss.
- This battle draws inspiration from the Death Battle episode Carnage VS Lucy.
- Yandere-Chan VS Genocide Jack features a few firsts for Cartoonfan's Death Battle series.
- It is Cartoonfan's first Death Battle to feature an anti-hero (Genocide Jack) and a villain protagonist (Yandere-Chan)
- It is also Cartoonfan's first Death Battle to pit an anti-hero against a villain.
- Yandere-Chan was originally intended to fight Amy Rose from Sonic the Hedgehog, but this idea was scrapped due to how unfair it was for Ayano and Cartoonfan having gotten into the Danganronpa series, and preferring the connections between Ayano and Jack.
- Were this battle to be made, it ideally would be sprite animated.
