Jenny blossom

XJ-9/Jenny and Blossom. Two superheroes created in a lab who fight monsters and other super villains with an assortment of abilities while trying to balance their school and everyday life with saving the world.

Introduction[]

Wiz: Some heroes are born, and others are made.

Boomstick: And some are literally made in a lab. Like these two badass good girls.

Wiz: XJ-9/Jenny Wakeman, a teenage robot that’s ninth in the XJ line of world saving robots.

Boomstick: And Blossom, the leader of the super hero trio known as the Powerpuff Girls. He’s Wiz, and I’m Boomstick.

Wiz: And it’s our job to analyze their weapons, armor, and skills to find out who would win a Death Battle.

XJ-9/Jenny Wakeman[]

Wiz: After eight failed attempts to create the ultimate android, Dr. Nora Wakeman finally achieved what she considered to be her greatest success.

Boomstick: And that success turned out being a teenage robot that she called Global Robotic Response Unit XJ-9. Geez, that’s quite a name, no wonder she changed it.

Wiz: XJ-9, or Jenny, as she later renamed herself, is the ninth in the XJ series created by Dr. Wakeman. She may have the personality of a teenager, but she’s a hero through and through.

  • Background
    • Age: 5 (as of her creation), 15 (mentally and by design/Season 1), 16 (mentally and by design/Season 2), 17 (mentally and by design/Season 3)
    • Height: 6’5
    • Weight: 600 lbs.
    • Personality of a 15 year old girl
    • The 9th in the XJ series, and considered the only success
    • Built to save the world from global threats
    • Has countless weapons and other state of the art technology built into her

Wiz: With incredible speed, strength, and an assortment of state of the art weaponry, Jenny has saved the world from countless threats time and again.

Boomstick: All while balancing the life of a high school student and trying to fit in.

Wiz: For the longest time, Jenny was forbidden to leave Dr. Wakeman’s house, and was only allowed to go out on missions to save the world from ongoing threats. But like most teenagers, she longed to fit in and make friends with normal kids her age. Or mental age since she’s built five years ago, but according to Dr. Nora Wakeman, Jenny's designed as a teenager. So I suppose that makes her about 15 or 17 years old.

Boomstick: She eventually got her wish when she met two brothers who would become her best friends.

Wiz: Upon seeing how she was accepted by the two boys and interacted with them, Dr. Wakeman decided to give her some more freedom, eventually allowing Jenny to go to school and have a life of her own once she saw how the general public accepted her after she saved the town fair from a disaster.

Boomstick: And so Jenny began her life as a high school girl, all while being an ass-kicking android who saves the world on a regular basis.

Wiz: Although Jenny now had her freedom to live her life, she still takes her duty of saving the day very seriously.

Boomstick: Monsters, aliens, evil robots, natural disasters, there’s nothing that this robo-girl can’t handle.

  • Powers and Abilities
    • Flight
    • Super strength, speed, stamina, and durability
    • Superhuman senses
    • Numerous forms of weaponry
    • Shape-shifting and body reassembly
    • Ability to upgrade
    • Various electromagnetic visions
    • Energy beams and lasers
    • Invulnerability
    • Built-in state of the art technology
    • Multilingualism
    • High intellect
    • Self repair

Wiz: Jenny’s body seems to have a good amount of, for lack of a better word, hammer space, where she’s been seen pulling out weapons and other forms of mechanical parts that should be far too big to fit inside her.

Boomstick: Yeah, she’s so awesome and so advanced that she basically says, “screw reality, I follow cartoon logic”.

Wiz: One explanation for this is that it could be a form a nanotechnology, which would explain how this is possible, though this is unconfirmed. Just a few of Jenny’s primary weaponry include giant laser guns, enormous blades, explosive missiles, large drills, entire mechanical structures, shields, rockets, buzz saws, additional limbs, and several others. This also includes non-weaponized machinery, and even an entire robot wardrobe.

Boomstick: Not that she actually needs any of that to save the day. She may not look it, but Jenny’s actually ridiculously strong. As her theme song states, ♪“With the strength of a million and seventy men, I guess I really couldn’t complain.”♪

Wiz: Jenny has indeed exhibited many displays of incredible strength, and has been seen lifting over 100 tons quite easily. And she’s only gotten stronger as the series has progressed thanks to her upgrades. As for her speed, there have been instances where she’s been seen moving faster than the speed of light.

Boomstick: That’s around 186,282 miles per second in case you didn’t know. And with strength and speed like that, she doesn’t even need her weapons to kick some serious ass. Not to mention she looks smoking hot in red. Those flames on her feet and head certainly heat me up.

Wiz: …

Boomstick: What? Stare all you want; I’m secure.

Wiz: I’m just surprised you actually know what the speed of light is.

Boomstick: Well, I’ve certainly heard you say it enough times.

  • Feats
    • Saved the world numerous times
    • Flew to the other side of a hurtling sun in 6 seconds
    • Survived a blast from a warhead unharmed
    • Threw a rocket ship to Mars
    • Dethroned Queen Vexus
    • Freed Cluster Prime
    • Stopped a robot invasion

Wiz: Jenny’s primary enemy is Cluster Prime, which is a mostly insect-themed alien robot empire from another world ruled by the evil Queen Vexus, who seeks to enslave all organic life and have robots rule.

Boomstick: She tried to recruit Jenny to her cause several times, even trying to reprogram her to accomplish this, but Jenny wasn’t having any of it.

Wiz: Eventually, Jenny uncovers a conspiracy and manages to expose and dethrone Vexus, stop the Cluster Prime invasion, and bring peace between the two worlds.

Boomstick: Man, is there anything this girl can’t do?

Wiz: Well, despite all of her strength and abilities, Jenny has her share of weaknesses. Powerful surges of electricity can temporarily short her out. And then there’s her most notable weakness, her aversion to water.

Boomstick: Which brings me to the next line of her theme song. ♪“Still I wish I could go for a walk without rusting in the rain.”♪ Man, that’s catchy!

Wiz: Well, while rusting never seemed to be an issue for her outside her theme song, there were times where she notably emitted electrical charges or even short-circuited when she’s gotten wet. However, there have also been times where she has been seen getting wet or even been completely submerged in water and hasn’t been affected at all. This is likely due to the upgrades Dr. Wakeman has been giving her over the years, suggesting that water and other liquids eventually no longer became a problem for her.

Boomstick: And then there’s her biggest weakness of all. Being a teenager.

Wiz: As stated before, Jenny has the personality of a stereotypical teenager. This includes personality traits such as being lazy, ignoring her responsibilities at times, being arrogant, putting fitting in and gaining popularity over more important things, and just plain being disagreeable.

Boomstick: You know, typical teenage behavior.

Wiz: Jenny can also be rather naïve at times, and is often tricked due to her being too trusting. This has caused her problems on several occasions, sometimes getting her in real trouble.

Boomstick: And let's not forget how she tends to turn off her logic function when it comes to trying to get the attention of a boy she likes.

Wiz: Despite these flaws, Jenny is actually very intelligent, and very kind-hearted. She’s willing to do anything for her friends and loved ones. Even though it might hurt her reputation and popularity, she always does the right thing in the end.

Boomstick: She may be a teenager, but she’s definitely one you want to stay on the good side of.

Blossom Utonium[]

Wiz: Sugar, spice, and everything nice. These were the ingredients chosen to create the perfect little girl.

Boomstick: But Professor Utonium accidentally added an extra ingredient to the concoction… Liquid badass!

Wiz: Thus, the Powerpuff Girls were born. Using their ultra super powers, Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup have dedicated their lives to fighting crime, and the forces of evil.

  • Background
    • Age: Unknown (physically 5)
    • Height: Approx. 1’6
    • Born from sugar, spice, everything nice, and Chemical X
    • Her personality comes from “everything nice”
    • Leader of the Powerpuff Girls
    • Has the alias of Liberty Bell (once)
    • Possess various superpowers and elemental powers

Wiz: And among this trio of sisters, Blossom is the unofficial leader of the three of them.

Boomstick: And that fourth one who was apparently living alone on an island for eight years.

Wiz: Yes, but for today, we’ll be focusing on Blossom.

Boomstick: This little cutie may not look like much, but she’s packing a whole lot of power, and a whole lot of brains.

Wiz: There’s a reason Blossom is the leader of the group. All three girls have strength and speed that are basically on par with each other, but Blossom specifically stands out for having a few extra abilities that her sisters don’t possess, most notably her ice breath.

  • Powers and Abilities
    • Flight
    • Super strength, speed, and stamina
    • Superhuman senses
    • Ice breath
    • Eye lasers
    • Energy beams from hands
    • Microscopic vision
    • Explosive snot-ball spit
    • X-Ray vision
    • Pink lightning bolts
    • High explosive hair band
    • Near invincibility
    • High intellect
    • Expert leadership
    • Master strategist

Boomstick: Didn’t she also breathe fire that one time?

Wiz: Well, yes, but that was after she temporarily used up all her ice breath, meaning it was likely a backup power that she can’t access at will. Even so, Blossom has various other powers that she and her sisters share that help them to save the day.

Boomstick: You got your standard super power stuff like super strength, super speed, flying around, and being practically invincible to damn near anything. And those are just their everyday powers.

Wiz: Having obtained her powers from the mysterious Chemical X, Blossom, along with her sisters, have saved the day time and again from numerous threats, ranging from stopping criminal activity, to fighting monsters the size of skyscrapers.

Boomstick: She may look like an adorable bobble-head doll, but this little girl could give even the strongest of heroes a run for their money, like when they completely showed up the Justice Friends.

Wiz: Not that she and her sisters jumped into the whole saving the day trope right away. In fact, it took some time for them to get used to their powers, and for society to accept them. But once they did, they immediately took to their roles as superheroes.

Boomstick: As long it was done before bedtime. Seriously though, how could society not instantly want to be best friends with superheroes, even if they did cause a few accidents while getting used to their powers?

Wiz: Well, to be fair, they were a little reckless with their powers at first, not that they had any ill intentions, and caused quite a few accidents, even during a simple game of tag. So it’s only natural that they would initially be viewed as nuisances. But after the girls saved the day from an army of mutated monkeys, the citizens of Townsville accepted them with open arms.

Boomstick: They even got this cute little emergency alert phone that the mayor calls them on when the city needs saving. Whenever that little red light flashes up and that phone rings, the girls rush off to save the day. And you should see these girls in action.

Wiz: The Powerpuff Girls are most noted for their incredible strength, which is best displayed when they fight the countless monsters that keep appearing in Townsville. It’s not uncommon to see them knocking multi-ton giant creatures off their feet.

Boomstick: But it’s not just monsters they fight. During their time as superheroes, they’ve faced an assortment of bad guys. Such as a mutant green monkey, an overgrown pink pygmy puff, and… the literal devil. What the hell?

Wiz: Well, while it’s debatable on whether Him is the actual devil or just some kind of demon, he’s arguably the biggest and most dangerous threat the girls face, and really the only one they truly take seriously, while most of the other bad guys they face are almost viewed as sport to the girls. In fact, surviving an encounter with the girls has even been seen as a right of passage by some of the monsters they’ve fought, where the survivors are considered heroes to other monsters. And with what these girls are capable of, it’s really no surprise to see why.

Boomstick: So how else does Blossom stand out from her sisters other than having icy cold breath?

Wiz: In several ways actually.

  • Feats
    • Flew so fast she went through time
    • Saved the world from a meteor by freezing and then breaking it
    • Threw Mojo’s observatory into space
    • Outperformed Major Glory
    • Survived a nuclear blast, completely unharmed
    • Trusted with the Powerpuff Girls’ last resort (her explosive head bow)
    • Vaporized an entire lake and a meteor with heat vision in seconds (with help)
    • Created an earthquake while running
    • Knows many foreign languages

Wiz: While her strength and speed are more or less equal to her sisters, Blossom’s perhaps greatest skills, aside from her own specific powers, are her leadership and intelligence. She’s held the group together on several occasions, and comes up with various strategies and techniques to help her and her sister come out on top.

Boomstick: I would have thought that Buttercup, being the toughest fighter, should be the leader.

Wiz: That’s actually a topic that has come up before amongst the group. But leadership is not always about whose the toughest. It’s Blossom’s level-headedness and ability to keep everyone together as a group that make her such a great leader. She’s also much smarter and more mature than her sisters, and often has to play the peacekeeper. While Buttercup often likes to go in with her fists swinging, Blossom is able to assess a situation and come up with a plan, but she’s also willing to listen to others, especially if they have a better idea than her. Powers and toughness are one thing, but it’s Blossom’s natural leadership that makes her most suitable for the position.

Boomstick: And I guess it’s pretty cool how she can do some of those fancy tricks with a yo-yo.

Wiz: No, that’s actually a completely different incarnation of her from another series that has no connection to this one.

Boomstick: Oh, phew, that’s a relief. I would have chalked up relying on a yo-yo to attack as a character flaw. I guess this means she has no weaknesses whatsoever then.

Wiz: Well, not exactly. While it’s true that she’s nearly indestructible, her only real weaknesses are certain personality traits. Being the leader and smartest member of her group can make her come across as bossy and arrogant at times, and sometimes she overthinks things a little too much, which can cause some problems in the group.

Boomstick: She’s also a little vain at times, like when she got a very bad haircut from her sisters, and initially refused to save the day with them because of it. ‘Course, if I got a haircut like that, I wouldn’t show my face for a while either.

Wiz: Really the only weakness she, or any of the girls, have are emotional ones or certain personality flaws that they have to overcome, such as Blossom’s occasional worry that she’s not a good enough leader, particularly when she and her sisters face failure. And then there's Antidote X, which counteracts Chemical X and makes the girls powerless. But when it comes to actual physical weaknesses, there’s little if anything that could really harm her or her sisters.

Boomstick: Except for flypaper for some reason.

Wiz: Lets… not talk about that.

Interlude[]

Wiz: Alright the combatants are set. Time to end this debate once and for all.

Boomstick: It's time for a Death Battle!

The Battle[]

The Powerpuff Hotline rings, and Blossom answers it.

Blossom: “Yes, mayor…? What? Some robots are tearing apart the city…? Don’t worry, I’m on my way… No, Bubbles and Buttercup aren’t around, but I should be able to handle this.”

She hangs up and flies off.

Meanwhile, somewhere in the city, Jenny is facing off against Queen Vexus, their battle causing collateral damage to the city. Jenny gets a good hit in, and Vexus goes down. She hisses angrily at Jenny before tearing a hole in dimensions and disappearing through it. Jenny shakes her fist after her.

Jenny: “And this time, stay away!”

As the tear in dimensions disappears, Jenny looks up at the clock tower.

Jenny: “Looks like I still got some time before I need to leave for the party. Hmm, what should I do until then?”

Blossom suddenly slams into Jenny from behind, knocking her into a building.

Blossom: “You chose the wrong city to come to robot.”

Jenny leaps out of the building and fixes Blossom with a glare.

Jenny: “You looking for a fight, kid? Fine, I’m game.”

FIGHT!

Blossom flies at Jenny and delivers a punch. Jenny raises her hands to block, but still skids back. Blossom continues to punch and kick, before delivering a powerful blow that sends Jenny crashing into a building. Jenny leaps down a moment later and takes a fighting stance.

Jenny: “You’re no ordinary little girl. Guess I don’t need to hold back.”

Her hand opens up to form a laser gun, which begins shooting laser bullets. Blossom begins punching the bullets away, unfazed by them.

Blossom: “Let me show you a real laser attack.”

She fires lasers from her eyes, and they destroy Jenny’s laser gun. Blossom fires again, and Jenny’s hands shift into a shield that deflects Blossom’s lasers. Jenny then launches her shield-hands on a cable to smash into Blossom, pushing her back.

Blossom takes hold of Jenny’s extended arms and begins spinning her around. She throws her into a building, and a few seconds later, Jenny bursts back outside from one of the upper windows. Her hands are now her Fists of Fury, and she flies down at Blossom and begins punching her with her giant spikey knuckled fists. Blossom takes several blows before one sends her crashing into a building.

As Jenny’s hands return to normal, the entire building Blossom had crashed into gets lifted up. Blossom throws it at Jenny, but she manages to catch it, and throw it right back at Blossom, who covers her head as it falls on top of her. Jenny flies over the crashed building and begins looking around, and Blossom suddenly flies out of it and is right in front of Jenny. The two come together and start exchanging blows.

Jenny finally sends Blossom flying when one of her hands turns into her Mighty Hammer and whack her. Blossom crashes to the ground, and Jenny brings out a missile launcher. Blossom jumps to her feet as Jenny begins firing missiles. Blossom takes to the air, flying towards Jenny, dodging, punching, and using her laser eyes on the missiles. Jenny changes back to normal and throws a punch. Her fist makes contact with Blossom’s, the shockwave causing the whole city to shake. Blossom then blasts Jenny with her laser eyes, sending Jenny flying and crashing to the ground.

Blossom flies overhead, then drops straight down. Jenny jumps to her feet and backflips out of the way in time as Blossom stomps onto the ground, cracking it apart. Jenny’s hands become buzz saws, and she swipes them at Blossom, who ducks and dodges. She grabs onto a circular saw and rips it off, then does the same to the other one, before delivering a punch that knocks Jenny back.

Blossom: “Time to freeze you in your tracks.”

She takes a deep breath and blows out. Her ice breath freezes Jenny in a block of ice, and Blossom crosses her arms in triumph.

Blossom: “And that takes care of that.”

The block of ice suddenly shatters as Jenny bursts free.

Jenny: “Nice try, kid, but I can do that too. And with some heat.”

She fires a beam of ice that freezes Blossom, then a stream of fire that melts the ice, leaving Blossom covered in black ash. She blinks in surprise before shaking herself clean and takes a fighting stance.

Blossom: “She’s pretty tough. Maybe I can short her out.”

She generates some static electricity, and sends a bolt towards Jenny. It strikes, and Jenny appears to be stunned. Blossom then flies toward her at top speed, smashing straight through Jenny, whose head, limbs, and torso scatter about. Looking proud of herself, Blossom claps her hands together.

Blossom: “Guess it’s the scrapheap for you.”

Jenny: “Not just yet.”

Extensions come out of Jenny’s dismembered parts and pull her back together. She gets to her feet and takes a fighting stance.

Jenny: “You’re pretty good, kid, but you’re playing with the big girls now.”

Her arm shoots out on a cable, delivering a punch to Blossom before retracting. She then flies into Blossom, taking her off her feet and pushing her through the air. Blossom suddenly grabs Jenny and reverses their positions, slamming Jenny into a building before putting some distance between them. Jenny jumps down, and her legs suddenly morph into a large drill. She flies towards Blossom, drill outward, but Blossom catches the drill, stopping it from spinning, and throws Jenny away from her.

Jenny halts her momentum, and flies back towards Blossom. Blossom flies forward to meet her, and they collide together, the impact causing the whole city to shake. It’s Jenny’s fist that makes contact though, and she begins delivering numerous punches and kicks before grabbing hold of Blossom and flying up into space.

Once they enter the earth’s atmosphere, she flies back down, still dragging Blossom with her. Flames engulf them upon reentry, and they crash to the ground, creating a large crater that covers a large portion of the city.

Jenny flies out of the crater and lands nearby, waiting for the smoke to clear. A few seconds later, Blossom comes speeding out, performing a series of cartwheels. She wheels right up to Jenny and kicks out, sending Jenny flying backwards, crashing through several buildings.

Blossom wheels up to the last building Jenny had crashed into and waits there. A few moments later, Jenny’s Stretchy Arms and Extendo Fingers shoot out of the building and grab hold of Blossom. Jenny emerges, and starts spinning, swinging Blossom around, before throwing her. Blossom bounces across the ground before jumping to her feet.

A new laser gun emerges from Jenny, and fires a continuous laser beam. Blossom fires her eye lasers, and the two beams meet. The ground shakes as the two beams fight to dominate the other, before erupting into an explosion that sends both Blossom and Jenny flying.

Blossom slowly gets to her feet, and sees Jenny doing the same a distance away. Jenny takes to the air again, and begins flying towards her, but Blossom stands her ground, glaring in determination.

Blossom: “Looks like I’m going to have to rely on the last resort.”

She removes her head bow and activates it. As Jenny speeds towards her, Blossom flings the explosive bow at her. Jenny stops flying as the bow comes at her like a boomerang. She twists to the side at the last second, and the bow flies past her.

Blossom stamps her foot, frustrated that she missed, and flies at her. Jenny looks back at her and smirks, revealing that as she had twisted out of the way of the bow, her arm had extended after it and caught it. She throws it back at Blossom, and the ends embed themselves in her eyes. Blossom cries out as Jenny flies straight up to dodge her. Moments later, a massive explosion covers the city as the bow explodes.

When the dust clears, Blossom is on her hands and knees, her blinded eyes closed tightly. The silhouette of Jenny slowly comes down to land behind her. As Jenny raises her hand, which is once again her Mighty Mallet, Blossom detects her presence and turns around.

Too late. Jenny brings down the mallet, smashing Blossom to a bloody pulp. The mallet retracts back into Jenny’s hand, and she looks down at herself before dusting off in disgust.

Jenny: “Great, now I need a makeover.”

KO!

Jenny is seen walking out of a mechanic shop, now with her red paint-job and painted on flames, waving goodbye to the mechanics in thanks. Blossom's bow floated down to the ground, Jenny picked it up and puts it on her head. Parts of Blossom's pink dress and belt was all that was left of her on the ground.

Outcome[]

Boomstick: Whoa, I did not see that coming. I thought Blossom would have this one in the bag.

Wiz: While Blossom was a formidable opponent, Jenny held the advantages in many areas, least of all being her much greater supply of weaponry.

Boomstick: Not that it was much use against Blossom since she seemed to tear apart anything Jenny threw at her.

Wiz: It’s true that Blossom possessed a greater durability than Jenny, but don’t forget that Jenny has been constantly getting upgraded as the series progresses. Minor explosion and electricity used to cause her damage towards the beginning, but she’s later seen being able to take on far worse and be relatively unaffected, like the time she survived a blast from a warhead without so much as a scratch. Not to mention her ability to repair herself, which also has been upgraded, as seen when she’s been able to completely reassemble herself.

Boomstick: Which is not something Blossom has been able to do. When she gets hurt, it takes some times for her to heal and recover. Not that there are many things that could actually harm her.

Wiz: Despite Blossom’s invulnerability, neither she nor her sisters are completely invincible. One time, Buttercup accidentally punched out one of Bubbles’ teeth, and all three girls were defeated and nearly beaten to death by the Rowdyruff Boys, who are on the same par as them in terms of strength. This suggests that those of equal or greater power could cause substantial damage to the Powerpuff Girls. Even Mojo Jojo, Princess Morbucks, Him, and Fuzzy Lumpkins were able to defeat the girls several times when combining their power.

Boomstick: There was also that one monster that they couldn’t beat and could only get rid of because Bubbles nicely asked it to leave.

Wiz: The Powerpuff Girls are indeed incredibly strong. Their arguably biggest display of strength was being able to lift an entire mountain. The average mountain weighs around 100 billion tons (100,000,000,000). One ton is equal to 2,000 pounds, meaning Blossom would be able to lift about 200 trillion pounds (200,000,000,000,000).

Boomstick: But surely that’s a lot more than what a million and seventy men could lift.

Wiz: True, but Jenny has displayed strength that far exceeds that, meaning that that number was likely just chosen for lyrical purposes, or her upgrades later exceeded her strength far beyond that.

Boomstick: So then just how strong is Jenny?

Wiz: Well, her biggest display of strength would be from when she lifted an entire alien spaceship and threw it into orbit around the sun. To do this would require approximately 300 gigatons of force. A single gigaton is equal to a billion metric tons (1,000,000,000), and a single metric ton is equal to 2,205 pounds. This means that Jenny’s lifting strength is around 330 billion, 750 million tons (330,750,000,000), which is 661 trillion, 500 billion pounds (661,500,000,000,000). That’s over 3.3 times what Blossom has been seen capable of. Even if Blossom were capable of lifting Mount Everest, the largest mountain in the world, which weighs in at about 178.5 billion tons (178,500,000,000), or 357 trillion pounds (357,000,000,000,000), that would still put Jenny’s lifting capacity at about 1.85 times greater than Blossom’s.

  • Jenny vs. Blossom’s lifting capacity
    • Jenny max. = 330,750,000,000 tons / 661,500,000,000,000 lbs.
    • Blossom max. = 100,000,000,000 tons / 200,000,000,000,000 lbs.
    • Jenny’s max = 3.3x Blossom’s max

Boomstick: Damn, didn’t see that coming. But didn’t Blossom have the speed advantage? I mean, the Powerpuff Girls once flew so fast that they actually went 50 years into the future, and then back again. Jenny may be fast, but she never broke space-time.

Wiz: True, but don’t forget that we’re comparing what’s possible in two different series, and time travel in this way doesn’t seem to be possible in the Teenage Robot series.

Boomstick: Meaning what exactly?

Wiz: Well, when it comes to using speed for time travel, all theories state that the object or occupant must exceed the speed of light. Compare this to the time the Powerpuff Girls flew to the nearest asteroid belt in roughly 3 seconds. While the distance between the asteroid belt and Earth is always changing, it’s about the same distance away as Mars. Going at the speed of light, it would take 3.03 minutes to go from Earth to Mars, which would have put the Powerpuff Girls speed at about 60 times the speed of light at about 11,176,920 miles per second. However, compare this to the time Jenny flew to the opposite side of a hurtling sun in 6 seconds. Going by this, it would put her maximum potential for speed at 83 times the speed of light, which would come in around 15,461,124 miles per second. Putting Jenny’s speed about 1.38 times faster than Blossom.

  • Jenny vs. Blossom’s speed
    • Jenny max. = 15,461,124 mps.
    • Blossom max. = 11,176,920 mps.
    • Jenny’s max = 1.38x Blossom’s max.

Boomstick: Yeah, I guess that if time travel by going really fast were possible in the Teenage Robot universe that Jenny would have definitely been doing plenty of that.

Wiz: With this kind of speed and power surpassing Blossom’s capability, not even her invulnerability would be able to withstand Jenny if she went all out.

Boomstick: Looks like when it came down to it, Jenny was just too fast and too strong for Blossom to, ahem, "handle".

Wiz: The winner is Jenny.

LifeOfPower

Blossom VS Jenny is a What-If? Death Battle created by XarXel.

Intro[]

Wiz: "Blossom, leader of the Powerpuff Girls."

Boomstick: Jenny, the Earth-saving teenage robot."

Wiz: "Creation is one of the many joys of being a brilliant scientist, and yours truly knows, but it's a struggle to turn anything you create good."

Boomstick: "Yeah, DUMMI is proof of that."

DUMMI kicks Boomstick in the balls.

Boomstick: "Oof! *groans* But what's more good than your creation turning into a superhero and saving the planet itself? He's Wiz and I'm Boomstick!"

Wiz: "And it's our job to analyze their weapons, armor, and skills to find out who would win a Death Battle."

Blossom[]

Narrator: "The City of Townsville; Day after day, crime, lawlessness, and evil are running rampant. It's citizens have lost all hope. They are utterly helpless and in desperate need of a true hero. But who? Is there no one who can help this forsaken town and make it a better place?"

Boomstick: "Wiz, who is this guy?"

Wiz: *sighs* He's contractually obligated to say this crap, like in every episode of the original show. Though, not so much for the reboot."

Narrator: "Ah, THOSE contracts were flimsy. Toodles!"

The Narrator leaves like the polite gentleman he is, and shuts the door.

Wiz: "Well, he is right. Townsville is cesspool of villainy, with gang members, short-temper hillbillies, and the Devil, apparently. Only he's referred as His Infernal Majesty, as his real name 'strikes fear in the heart of men'."

Boomstick: "Oh, come on. We've said Satan's name many times on this show, and it never negatively affected us! Although, for some reason my heart just stopped beating. *bumps chest* There we go."

Wiz: "Luckily for this town, Professor Utonium, one brilliant scientist, has found a way to save this town."

Boomstick: "Sugar, spice, and everything nice; these ingredients were chosen to create the perfect little girls. But his chaotic monkey pet accidentally crashed into to him, causing an extra ingredient to be added - Chemical X."

Wiz: "For a genius scientist, that's on him for keeping his most toxic chemicals too close for comfort. Thus, the mixture created-"

Boomstick: "The Woopass Girls!"

Wiz: "Ahem. The POWERPUFF Girls - three ultra-superpowered children dedicated to fight crime and the forces of evil! Bubbles, their emotional center, Buttercup, the toughest brawns, and the commander and leader of the trio - Blossom."

Boomstick: "Please, Woopass fits way better. I mean, they casually beat bad guys to a pulp, even causing Satan to- OH GOD, MY HEART-"

Boomstick violently punches his chest multiple times. He starts wheezing and grasping for air.

Boomstick: "Okay. As I was saying - even causing HIM to bleed out! You sure Chemical X isn't cocaine or something?"

Wiz: (sarcastically) "Oh, no, Boomstick. Cocaine will definitely give you superpowers." (normally, but quietly) "Then again, Chemical X was used as a metaphor for drugs."

Boomstick: "GREAT- Wait. Are you pranking me?"

Wiz: "Boomstick, that was sarcasm."

Boomstick: "Oh, good, cuz I did not want to do something THAT stupid!"

Wiz: *sighs* "Blossom is the self-proclaimed team leader due to her being the brightest, most strategic, and level-headed of the three. Bubbles is considered less intelligent and overly emotional, and Buttercup's stubbornness and agressive behavior are too drastic for the responsibility. With this expert leadership, she has lead her team in putting away crime on a regular basis."

Boomstick: "And we mean regular. Every single day they deal with burglars, monsters, and their greatest rival of all, the trouble-making monkey who accidentally made the PPGs in the first place, Mojo Jojo! And none of them would get this far without their superpowers."

Wiz: "Like her sisters, Blossom has superhuman physiques, the power of flight, laser vision, and so much more. Lightning bolts, ultrasonic screams, tornados - you name it, they have it. But one ability she has that her sisters don't is her ice breath, able to freeze flaming meteors into balls of ice."

Boomstick: "Of course, what's a superpower leader without advance intelligence, enhanced intuition, photographic memory, and danger sense? You know, like the Spider-sense, but not as flashy? No crime, mysterious or otherwise, goes unsolved or unresolved with her around."

Wiz: "With her expert strategies, her team have such over-the-top team attacks as Cherry Bomb, Razzle Dazzle, and Furious Fiery Feline, a giant cat made of fla-

Boomstick: *starts breaking into laughter* "Furious Fiery Feline!? Who comes up with this?"

Wiz: "Focus, Boomstick."

Boomstick: "No, you focus. These are team attacks, and we're supposed to be looking at Blossom separately from the team."

Wiz: "Well, there's a lot to go over in terms of superpowers, including from the reboot. One good thing it did was giving her energy projection power. She creates an energy field in the form of household and school supply objects, like vacuums, staplers, brooms, and a bike helmet. You know, for protection."

Boomstick: "Even for her, that's kind of lame. I mean, they are crazy efficient, but so are Buttercup's weaponry and Bubbles' animal energy forms. Why not give Blossom objects coming from her leadership skills, like a riding crop or a megaphone? Although, speaking of protection, her body can take a lot of abuse. Acid, flames, electricity, the freezing cold - nothing gets to this girl."

Wiz: "Untrue. Just as much as she beats criminals, Blossom and hers sisters take beatings from every villain around, from Mojo Jojo, Princess Morbucks, their counterparts the Rowdyruff Boys, to even common burglars. However, to their credit, she and her sisters can survive a solar flare, an eruption from the sun worth 24 Gigatons of TNT, albeit with severe sunburns. Hell, Buttercup survived smashing through the Earth and ending up in China. But their most impressive feats of durability, to an extent, is fighting on par with the Devil HIMself."

Boomstick: "One time during debating over custody of the RRBs with Mojo, he caused the Earth to move closer to the sun. As Mojo tells HIM how stupid that is, he stops the hurdling Earth, and send it back to it's original orbit within seconds, with a single hand gesture. He has the power to move entire planets at speeds faster than light itself! And not only can the girls survive attacks from HIM, they, especially Blossom, can dish it right back!"

Wiz: "That's right. Blossom can break apart a frozen meteor big enough to destroy the Earth with a single punch, and she did this pretty casually. Other Powerpuff girls were able to throw entire Kaijus out of the solar system."

Boomstick: "Why don't you call them her sisters?"

Wiz: "Well, it's because the family tree is not so simple. There's Bunny, an incredibly unstable Powerpuff created by the main 3 who died, Bullet, a squirrel given a few drops of chemical X, and Bliss, a Powerpuff girl Professor Utonium actually made way before the main 3 who's emotional state and physical power are as controllable as Broly's *big gasp for air* who fused with HIM to throw Saturn fast enough to try to cut the Earth in half. She also was the reboot's ratings trap."

Boomstick: "Wow, and she pushed Saturn back into place just like that. That's impressive, especially at that speeds. Come to think of it, Blossom and her sisters have gone way faster, like dodging lasers regularly, keeping up with a spaceship traversing galaxies within seconds, and even traveling through time through speed alone. This caused all 3 of them to fly 50 years into the future, and let's just say this dystopian future is proof HIM IS the Devil." *shutters*

Wiz: "Their most impressive feat however was their fight against the nanobots. These came from a storm cloud as big as the City of Townsville, dissolving everything carbon by multiplying 1000 per second. The storm has been pouring for 9 minutes even after the Powerpuff Girls shrunk down to fight against them all, which lasted about 3 minutes and 20 seconds. The average raindrops in total over a city for 10 minutes is 160 trillion. To destroy at least 99.9% of these things, as .1% formed into a 6-inch model, each of the girls would have to destroy 17.5 quadrillion nanobots per second, making Blossom 60 MILLION times faster than light."

Boomstick: "Holy shit! With this level of power and speed, it's a wonder she and her sisters get their asses handed to them! Though with all that intelligence, she can easily be close-minded and arrogant, which leads to arguments amongst her team, and even a single mistake could have here emotionally damaged. Good God, get over it, girl!"

Wiz: "Not to mention, the Powerpuff Girls are powerless against fly paper. No, really. Still, it's not enough to render them powerless, because eventually, the Powerpuff Girls will save the day before bedtime, thanks to their intelligent commander and leader."

Jenny[]

Wiz: "Nora Wakeman; renown scientist, ingenious inventor-

Boomstick: "And intergalactic war hero! She formed Sky Patrol in 'The First Intergalactic War' against invaders of Earth and won it thanks to her creation, Armagedroid. It single-handedly made peace for Earth from the invaders."

Wiz: "However, this peace made Armagedroid grow restless and start taking away every weapon on Earth. With nothing able to stop him, Nora managed to trick him into being trapped in the Earth's core. As she retired from the force, Nora settled down in a town call Tremorton, and was dedicated with creating Global Response Units to help protect Earth from hostile aliens, such as The Cluster, especially their leader, Queen Vexus."

Boomstick: "Meanwhile, the Sky Patrol made obscene amount of paperwork to make sure something like Armagedroid was never created by their hands again. But Nora couldn't get it right the first 8 times. In fact, they kinda represented different ages, like a baby or that depression phase you definitely have, or still have in these times. That's when she made the perfect robot superhero teen; XJ-9!"

Wiz: "But she prefers the name, Jenny."

Boomstick: (singing) "Five o'clock, get a call to go play in the skate park down by the mall. But my mom says I gotta prevent hostile aliens from annihilating us all!

Wiz: "Uh, Boomstick?"

Boomstick: "With the strength of a million and seventy men, I guess I really shouldn't complain-"

Wiz: "BOOMSTICK!!"

Boomstick: "Hold on! (struggles to keep tune, but slowly does) Still, I wish I could go for a walk without rusting in the rain! It's enough to fry my BRAA-"

Boomstick suddenly coughs up bloody murder continuously for the next 5 seconds. With one last cough, something tinkers on the floor.

Boomstick: "Oh. When did I swallow this beer tab?"

Wiz: "Let's move on. As the Global Response name would suggest, Jenny goes saves the Earth from any global threat, like giant sized meteors only to burn up from re-entry. But it is the only time Jenny is allowed to leave the house, leading to her feeling isolated, yearn for social interaction with other teens, and resenting her robotic nature."

Boomstick: "That is until she befriends two boys, Bard and Tucker, who helps her change her mother's mind about being undercover. She was even given a new start as the new transfer student at her local high School!

Wiz: "Poor sweet sap..."

Boomstick: "I know, but she's a teen. Almost everyone absolutely adores her and her robotic powers, and who could blame them? She's a blast to hang out with, thanks to her unlimited supply of weaponry! She can fly, she's bulletproof, and she can blow apart meteors the size of Earth. Her most frequent power is her Repulsor Blasts, which can come from her feet, hands, chest, ponytails, literally anywhere from her body."

Wiz: "Cute, but her built-in arsenal are way more numerous and varied. Jenny's got Laser Limbs, Mighty Mallets, Fists of Fury, Shiva Swords, Rocket Power, Open Shields, Thor's Hammer, Swiss Mix, Crossbow, Lobster Claw, Monkey's Paw, and that's too few to mention. She's also got chainsaw blades, a wrecking ball called the Thunder Fist, stun grenade launcher, Electro Claw, Plasma Launcher, flamethrower, ice beam, drills, and so much more. Hell, her ponytails can be flung around like sharp boomerangs"

It cuts to Wiz and Boomstick in the room.

Boomstick: "How the hell does she keep all that equipment in that thin looking teen body? What, is it toon logic?"

Wiz: "Well, the show might have an explanation for that. See, Queen Vexus of Cluster Prime, a metropolis for robots, in her attempt to subjugate the human race, stole all of her citizens' golden chips, which gives them advance robotic powers just like Jenny - flight, weapons, and more. Hell, it's probably why Vexus lied to them saying Jenny stole them all. Furthermore, I'll silicify it by inserting this golden chip into my robotic arm."

Boomstick: "Wait, wait, wait. You sure this is safe?"

Wiz: "Oh, hell no. I'm risking it."

Wiz inserts the golden chip into his robot arm, but it glitches out, causing massive damage to the lab and Boomstick as the screen is covered by an image of Wiz with a malfunctioning robot arm with the tagline, "TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES PLEASE STAND BY".

Boomstick: "OH, GOD! IT'S EVERYWHERE! TURN IT OFF!"

Wiz: "THAT'S NOT HOW IT WORKS!!"

Boomstick: "ARE THEY TURNING INTO AK-47s AND BAZOOKAS!? AAAAAAAHH- OH, NO! IT'S INFECTING DUMMI!!"

DUMMI: "AAH- wait. THIS IS AMAZING!!"

Some time later...

Wiz: "So, I'm going to be one-handed for the foreseeable future. Ahem. Speaking of her intelligence, she's compacted with multi-language discs, able to speak any language across the world effortlessly. Jenny's also a great hand-to-hand combatant, even without her weapons or her vision for that matter, and one hell of a marksman."

Boomstick: "And with an absurd amount of weapons built inside, she can get creative with each and everyone of them, thanks to her complete control over her robotic body. Jenny can extend, duplicate, and resize her limbs to suit her situation, even for fashion! Don't tell me you can't get it on with Pimp Jenny."

Wiz: "Boomstick, she's fifteen."

Boomstick: "Duh, that's why I didn't say anything sexual."

Wiz: "'Get it on' isn't sexual?"

Boomstick: "Not to me anymore."

Wiz: "O-kay, then. Misinterpretation aside, she can also reattach any broken pieces of herself back together in seconds, although they'll need to be in proper range. If all else fails, she can repair herself manually, or just replace the part. Her head has 360 degree sensors allowing her for full awareness of her surroundings. With all these gadgets and weapons operating inside her, they take a lot of energy from the teenage robot. Luckily, she's got many was of recharging, like taking energy from the sun or inserting a couple of pennies into her."

Boomstick: "Wait. You're telling me she can restore her stamina with money? Sounds like a microtransaction. D'oh, I knew there was a catch to this free world-saving robot!"

Wiz: "Boomstick..."

Boomstick: "Yeah, yeah, I know. But guess what? We've only discussed half of Jenny's own abilities!"

Wiz: "Well, really 80%."

Boomstick: "Whatever! She's got buzz saws, water hoses to spray water out of from fire hydrants, magnets to pull in dirty ice cream men from escaping me- I mean, her, loud speakers that broke all the glass in the town of Tremorton from cloud level, and that's not to mention the lasers and missiles she has stored in for days on end, or how some of her weapons can tear apart someone's molecules! Laser eyes, danger sense, even wings!"

Wiz: "Kinda redundant when she could fly with her ponytails and boots."

Boomstick: "Well, with speeds like flying around the galaxy in a matter of hours, who cares how!?"

Wiz: "I do, because that was done off-screen, leaving us to work with estimates. It's ridiculous! *sigh* Alright. Considering she was 'late for dinner' and she'd probably needed to get back before curfew, we'll give Jenny one hour. To return to Earth from the edge of the Milky Way in that time, she would need to be 240 MILLION faster than light."

Author's Note: I am aware Jenny used a wormhole in the episode soon after this feat, but considering it was used for time manipulation and not space travel, I've elected to ignore it. Plus, each member of the Teen Team were born in different galaxies, and can relatively cross other galaxies in a short timespan.

Boomstick: "Wow. Who knew the key to intergalactic travel was built into a teenage robot? And get this; she's got the strength to match. In the very first episode, Jenny destroyed a meteor that eclipsed the Earth into pieces, putting her average power at 8 Ninatons! She also kicked a hacky-sack out of orbit, spiked a football so hard it struck oil - America, get on that - and threw a rocket to Mars!"

Wiz: "Just as she can dish out a beating, Jenny can take it as well. She can survive re-entry, laughs at a building crushing her, and uses a vat of acid as a jacuzzi. Her rogue gallery of villains are no joke, either. She tanks hits from Gigawatt, who upon his arrival clouded the entire eastern seaboard in a flash of lightning."

Boomstick: "Not to mention hits from Vexus, who is her equal in power. But none compare to the Comet Pyramid. This beastly device shot energy through Jenny's body and out to hurdle the sun into creating, as these beany aliens put it, 'the greatest comet in the universe'. What a fucking honor! But this clearly is her limit, as enduring this beam does cause her physical pain."

Wiz: "Of course. Jenny has her limits. She is still vulnerable to electric, magnetic, and water attacks on several occasions. 'Rusting in the rain' is the least of her worries. And obviously, she's a teenager."

Boomstick: "It's literally in the title of the show! Jenny's too trusting of others to the point of naivety, and has been careless and stubborn too much that it bites her more often than it should."

Wiz: "Comes with the territory of teenage years. Despite any of this, she's a self-respected heroine among Tremorton, and even freed Cluster Prime of Vexus herself. She's really shown the every villain out there the story of her life."

Fight[]

Narrator: "The City Of Townsville, full of peace and prosperity..."

As the narrator says, it opens up on a sunny day in Townsville. But suddenly, a blue projectile lands in the middle, shaking the city.

Narrator: "..to balance out the chaotic conflicts we deal everyday. But wait. This isn't just any conflict. It's a clash against nemesis and superhero!"

It is true. The projectile bounces from building to building and soon flying across the city as we zoom in. Just like the narrator said, the projectile is revealed to be the clash between superhero Jenny and nemesis Vexus, punching and kicking eachother.

Vexus: "Your days are numbered, XJ-9!"

Jenny: "It's Jenny, and of course they are; that's how calendars WORK!"

Just as the fighting continues, another projectile with blue, green, and pink streams clash into them, sending them to the ground and cratering the ground. Both Jenny and Vexus lie on the ground slightly wounded as they look at the presence of the Powerpuff Girls.

Blossom: "Round them up, girls!"

Buttercup: "Gladly!"

Buttercup cracks her knuckles and dashes straight towards the former queen. Vexus smirks at the foolish earthling and slashes a portal where Buttercup ends up in another dimension. Her stopping and being confused is the last we see of her as the portal closes. Blossom and Bubbles were terrified by this.

Bubbles: *frantically* "What did you do!?"

Vexus: "Calm down, it was a portal to my old Cluster Prime."

Bubbles: "Cluster Prime? I know where that is!"

Bubbles zooms to space, leaving Blossom alone.

Blossom: "Bubbles!"

But her cry for help leads to no avail, as Bubbles is too far gone in search of Buttercup. Blossom facepalms herself, and focuses her duties on the two robotic delinquents. However, one was a little undignified than the other.

Vexus: (Points to Jenny) "It was her idea! *snickers* XJ-9 is my commander, and leader against mankind!"

This absolutely made Jenny livid.

Jenny: (angrily) "Really? Lying to a CHILD!?"

Blossom rolls her eyes.

Jenny: "You're nothing but a cold-hearted qu...! Well, I was going to say 'queen', but you don't own that title anymore, do ya?"

Vexus knew she was going to bring that up, and tries to calm herself down. Unfortunately, it was not enough to keep her from raging, as her "namaste" face breaks apart.

Vexus: (pissed) "I WILL DISMANTLE YOU, XJ-NI-!!"

With a quick breeze of ice, Vexus was swiftly frozen in a block of ice. Blossom floats over to her frozen body, looking at Jenny.

Blossom: "Even if I believed her..."

Before continuing that sentence, she pulls her arm back and decks Vexus in the face, shattering her and the block of ice into tiny shards.

Blossom: "...I don't like how you called me a child. You make it sound like it means I'm unfit for hero duty..."

She floats closer and closer to Jenny until Blossom was all up in her face, making Jenny uncomfortable.

Blossom: "...and I might just dismantle you myself to prove you wrong!"

Jenny tries to talk her way out.

Jenny: "H-hey, I'm a superhero, just like you. I just meant it a-"

But it falls under deaf ears.

Blossom: "And did you stop her from wrecking this city?"

Jenny looks behind her and sees the carnage that she failed to prevent. Seeing no way out of this, she pulls out a laser limb behind her back, preparing for another beating.

Jenny: *sighs* "No."

Blossom: "Didn't think so. Your crimes here are just as valid as her's. Now, let's see how you'll fair against me."

FIGHT!

Jenny points her pistol at Blossom's chin, and fires, blasting Blossom up to the sky. Blossom's face starts turning red (That reminds me of something) and shoots pink lasers from her eyes straight toward Jenny. She quickly flies away from the laser and pulls out another laser limb to rapid fire the Powerpuff Girl from the sky.

Blossom, while continuing spraying her laser vision, flies down to building level avoiding Jenny's lasers. Once she gets tired of her laser eyes, Blossom zooms straight for Jenny, and they crash through three tall buildings. However, Jenny's arm keeps Blossom out of punching range, as she struggle to get a hit.

Jenny: "You know, Vexus wasn't quite the workout like she used to be..."

She extends her arm, furthering their distance and raging Blossom to punch faster but still not hitting.

Jenny: "...but at least she was WORTH the workout."

This enrages Blossom, so she retaliates with a thunderclap. The blast blew away Jenny into cratering the side of a building and ripped her arm clean of her shoulder in the process. Jenny was surprised by her missing arm, and looked at Blossom twirling the long arm like a lasso.

Blossom: "Please. You're dealing with a REAL superhero here."

She throws the arm and grabs Jenny to yank her closer.

Blossom: "This ain't fun and games."

With Jenny in her grasp, Blossom blows her ice breath, frosting Jenny's body. However, just as she's being incased in ice, Jenny whips out a limb with a flamethrower from her broken shoulder, and spews fire onto Blossom's face, blasting her back. She retaliates by blowing her ice breath harder, causing the two beams of ice and fire to clash.

Knowing she'll run out of breath soon, Blossom goes wide-eyed from getting an idea. She tilts her head 10 degrees up, causing the spray of ice to fly over the pillar of fire, and in the process melting the icicles into water droplets. The droplets land on Jenny's metallic body and slowly incasing her body upwards in rust. Jenny starts taking note of this a little too late, though.

Jenny: "Ah, crud."

Jenny is now frozen in rust, causing her flamethrower to fizzle out and her jet ponytails to short out, leading to her falling. Blossom, catching her breath, points and laugh at the teenage robot. Once she finishes, she rubs her hands together, speeding up and causing a bolt of lightning to form. Blossom grabs the lightning bolt, and flies downward to smack the robot before she reaches the ground. The ensuing blast causes immense amount of electric pain, zapping the rust of Jenny's body, and launching her to the outskirts of Townsville in an instant.

Crashing into a hill, Jenny remained motionless as her pupils spin around her eyes. She rubs her hand against her head, soothing the pain. Once she regains full control, she spots Blossom flying straight towards Jenny. However, Jenny quickly floats upwards and summons rocket launchers from her shoulders.

Jenny: "I hope that icy breath doesn't throw off the heat-seekers!"

She fires six out of the ten missiles, where they go for Blossom's head, who was quick to stop in panic of the menacing projectiles and fly backwards. That doesn't change how the missiles are hot on her pink trail. She flies through the clouds, losing 2 missiles in the process as they end up flying in opposite directions, but the rest managed to stay on her trail.

That quip about her ice breath reminded Blossom she should've done that from the start. She stops in place, turns around, and freezes the air to form a giant ice barrier before flying away. 3 missiles land onto the ice wall like darts, and detonate a few seconds later, shattering the ice into pieces. However, one rocket still follows suit, testing her patience.

She tried zig-zags to throw off the missile, but to no avail. She tried loop-de-loops to throw off the missile, but to no avail. She tried dancing on a musical stage to throw off the missile, but the missile joined her, sprouted limbs and holding a can and hat singing "Hello My Baby". Lastly, Blossom just zooms past Jenny and stands right behind her, smirking at the thought of the missile hitting Jenny instead. Jenny, however, caught on to this trick quick, so in the last second, she extends her legs increasing her height, and the missile goes straight under her and blows up Blossom instead.

The explosion sends blossom flying into another hill, cratering it. With her legs being long at the moment, Jenny decides to deliver an axe kick on Blossom's body. Seeing this Blossom was too shook in fear to move, leaving her defenseless against the axe kick, which upon impact turned the hill into a valley. Jenny wipe her hands after a job well done, but just as she moves on leaving, her leg she used for that "final" attack wouldn't budge.

Blossom: "Gotcha now!"

Blossom heaves the leg, smacking Jenny all around the place like a ragdoll. She then spins Jenny at hurdling speeds, covering her yawn due to her boredom. However, Blossom accidentally loses her grip, and Jenny was sent flying to the horizon. Blossom tries to see if she can see where she's going to land, but Jenny shows up flying around the world from the opposite direction, kick Blossom in the back and slamming her into a forest.

Even with her usage of her X-ray vision, Jenny struggle to find where that Powerpuff girl landed. This was remedied, however, by supersonic screaming leveling the forest and pushing Jenny back. Of course, it was from Blossom, who flew in closer to Jenny to intensify the sound pain. In response, Jenny turns her hands and legs into megaphones and lined them up to deliver a ear-piercing scream herself.

Jenny: "QUIET!!!"

The scream completely nullified Blossom's Supersonic scream, and then some. Blossom was left in the sound waves distraught and excessively irritated. She quickly creates a pink forcefield the form of a stapler, and shoots a staple onto Jenny's neck. The impact sends her flying through space and lands smack-dab on the moon. Blossom flies up all smug-like.

Blossom: "Can't get much quieter than in space. Now, it's time to clean up the trash!"

Blossom forms a giant pink broom and plans on slamming it on Jenny. Speaking of whom, she tries destroying the staple frantically, using buzzsaws and drill as fast as possible. Nothing worked, as the broom begins to whip on Jenny, until at the last second Jenny realized she can turn in her jet boots, and did, causing the moon to rotate and the broom to miss.

Given more time, Jenny pops her head off of her neck to escape the staple and reattaches her head. She morphs her hands into the Thunder Fist and a battle axe.

Jenny: "Please. Has trash ever looked this shiny?"

Her body shines as she jumps for Blossom's head. Jenny whips the Thunder Fist forward, breaking the pink projection apart and knocking Blossom away. She swings her axe which extends to reach Blossom, but she catches the axe. Once in her grasp, Blossom rips it off and throws it at the Thunder Fist, splitting the wrecking ball and chains before being planted on Jenny's arm. Jenny tries pulling it off, but she was suddenly split in half by Blossom flying straight into her, before doing a superhero landing on the moon.

Jenny screams in agony as much as she should to react to being split in half. However, the screaming becomes more dull and monotone, as she just grabs her half and pulls it closer to her like putting on jeans. Wires connect to each half, fixing broken pieces and replacing absent ones until she's good as new. She turns to gloat at Blossom, who was surprised by what she's witnessing.

Jenny: "If that actually worked on me, I'd be scrap metal a long time ago."

Blossom sighs and shoots lasers from her eyes. Jenny scoffs and rolls her eyes at this predictable move and pulls out her open shield. But the lasers went past both the shield and Jenny in general.

Jenny: "Why'd you miss?"

All of a sudden, a solar panel slams and cuts through a little of the top of Jenny's head.

Jenny: "Never mind."

Blossom tackles Jenny, knocking them both out of Earth's orbit, where they both go maximum overdrive and fly all over the solar system. Each impact sends shockwave all around the planets, never in the same place once. They show up in Jupiter's orbit, where Blossom kicks Jenny to each of Jupiter's moons, bouncing off of them like a pinball.

When she was expecting for her to come back around so she could punch her again, Blossom was instead met with one of the moons hitting her in the face, with Jenny holding it with one arm. Jenny was dumfounded she couldn't see where the Powerpuff Girl was launched to. However, the moon began to shake and crack, getting Jenny's attention. Assuming Blossom is punching her way through the moon (which she is), Jenny readies up a blast from her palm, before Blossom flies out of the moon, sending them both to Saturn.

They spin round and around Saturn's rings, as Blossom slams Jenny into every rock in the rings. Each rock tears and scratches apart Jenny's paint job, pissing Jenny off more than the rocks that are denting her body. So, she wraps her arms around Blossom multiple times and squeezes her grasp against the Powerpuff Girl. They fly straight towards the sun, where Jenny violently drags Blossom's face against it's surface. Spinning all around the sun multiple times at blistering speeds, Jenny throws Blossom away before catching up to her.

Upon tending to her third degree burns on her cheek, Blossom hurdles herself towards Jenny, with Jenny pulling out her shiva swords in response, creating another series of impacts throughout the solar system once more. The two shoot lasers at eachother in a spiral, which gets exponentially smaller and faster as they close in, resulting in both of them launching away from one another.

Blossom has enough of this shit, with steam coming out of her [ears?] in frustration. So, she uses her projection to form a vacuum, sucking everything and anyone in it. Jenny decides it's time to book it, running in place to get away, but the vacuum was too strong and it sucks her in. Once in the container, her first instinct was to morph her ponytails into a drill and pierce the pink, only for her to spin instead of the drill upon trying. Her second was getting her Electro Claw out, but upon impact it shocks her instead.

Blossom: "I guess you're stuck in the- *snickers* VACUUM of space!" *laughs hysterically*

Jenny: (using her monkey paw as a thumbs down) "Boo!!"

Blossom was unpleased with that response, cleansing her eyes and sighing. But she notices a black hole behind her, giving her an idea - an awful idea. The Gri- I mean, Blossom got a a wonderful, awful idea.

Blossom: "You're right. That pun belongs to the singularity."

Jenny was confused by the tone she put on. Then, it hit her. She notices the black hole and panics. But before she could talk her way out of this, Jenny was sucked back through the tube and launched into the black hole. Blossom puts away the projection and, adding insult to injury, sets her bow to self-destruct, and prepares to throw it at Jenny.

Blossom: "Have fun with the fireworks, XJ-9!"

With that said, she throws the bow straight at the doomed teenage robot. But those last words from that dreaded Powerpuff leader ticked Jenny the wrong way. She unsheathes the holes in her palms, feet, ponytails, eyes, and even breast plate to unleash some laser fury.

Jenny: "The name. Is JENNY!!"

Blossom:let see You Guess!

Blossom inflated herseft become giant balloon bloated

Jenny drink water become XJ9 Water Container

Blossom:take my belly!

Blossom push Jenny with her bloated

Jenny:ow!

Jenny push her use fire water to blossom's mouth become more bloated

Blossom:it so bigger!!!

Jenny:and die!

Jenny blasts a barrage of blue dense laser, incinerating the bow bomb entirely. Blossom was pop terrified of the deadly lasers, so she forms a bicycle helmet projection as a shield, stopping the lasers almost instantly. Although, the lasers also push back Blossom and crack her projection. Jenny quits the laser fire and pulls out her wings, just as she is dangerously close to the black hole, almost like her legs were caught in the eye of the beast.

But Jenny jets off so fast and so violently, the launch completely nullified the black hole, removing it from reality I guess. Jenny quickly forms her Fist of Fury and punches through Blossom's projection. The impact was so great, it shattered the projection completely, and it even reached Blossom's face, which in the process cracked her skull. With her body flying aimlessly and her forehead bleeding out, Blossom decides to take one last stand against the automaton.

Blossom: "I DON'T CARE WHO YOU ARE! YOU'RE GONNA BE LEFT A CYBERNETIC POPSICLE!!!"

Taking an obscenely deep breath, Blossom blows out a blizzard (and I'm not talking Dairy Queen), freezing Jenny from the outside and inside, even forming glaciers that tear apart her wings. In fact, it's so intense the breath reaches out near lightspeed, freezing some meteors called "the stars" from that new episode of Helluva Boss I just watched. However, as the freezing cold starts making Jenny stiff, she morphs her hands to bring out her molecular gun. And just as the blizzard makes it harder to pull the trigger, Jenny says this.

Jenny: "MY CARES ABOUT YOUR OPINION!.. ARE MOLECULAR!!!"

Her finger pulls the trigger, and the gun starts emitting light. Within seconds, it blasts a sporadic beam piercing through the stormy ice, even removing the ice from the rest of her body. The beam continues to literally and molecularly breaking the ice, until it reaches to the source of it all.

Once on impact, Blossom was left helplessly screaming in pure, unadulterated, and uncomfortable agony. Her skin begins to crack, as intense white light seeps through. More and more does that intense light shine throughout Blossom's body, making Jenny uncomfortable. With piling magnifying glasses on top on her vision, Jenny analyzes Blossom's chemical structure - which boil down to sugar, spice, and everything nice. But one chemical is what shocks her the most - Chemical X.

Jenny: "Sugar? Spice? Everything nic-? *LARGEST GASP FOR TWO SECONDS* YOU ARE MADE OF CHEMICAL X-!?"

Her realization was cut short, however. When the beam successfully pierces through Blossom's skull, her body detonates an enormous white explosion, with Jenny caught in the blast. KRRRRAAAACKK-BRRRROOOOOOOOOOMMMMMM!!! In side the explosion, Jenny endured hearts and stars, along with everything nice, violently knocking her back. The blast threw her straight back to the solar system, crashing through Neptune, Uranus, Saturn, Jupiter, and Mars in the process.

Jenny lands all the way to Earth, and in the middle of the ocean, too. But instead of creating a huge splash, she ends up smashing against the ocean top like it was concrete, breaking her joints and connections in her body, leaving her parts floating away from eachother. Jenny had her eyes closed the entire time, and once she opened, she was startled by what she saw - a silhouette of Blossom...

Jenny: "OH, COME OOOOOoooooo..."

...only for it to be a star constellation of Blossom.

Jenny: "Oh."

Her neck, torso, right arm and hand reattach to check the time.

Jenny: "AAAAAnd I should be shopping with Brad right now."

She thinks about. And she plops her arm back on the sea.

Jenny: "I'm just gonna relax now. Had enough fun for today."

Results[]

Boomstick: "Wow. You'd think we'd save this kind of spectacles for finales.

Wiz: "This bout was ridiculously all over the place, though considering the comedic action background, it seems fitting for these cartoon superheroes. With their giant amount of powers and arsenal, intelligent strategies, and overbearingly superhuman stats, they can one-up eachother constantly."

Boomstick: "For any of this shit to tip in either's favor, they'd have to excel at all three of these factors more than the other. Obviously, Jenny easily took the first one."

Wiz: "Blossom may had a plethora of abilities, but whatever she had, Jenny had more to spare. Her limits are to her own imagination, like her whole body's a green lantern ring - in fact, much better than Blossom's on lantern powers, which was far more limited."

Boomstick: "Well, that wouldn't stop Blossom from just punching her weaponry off. Kinda hard to use your big brains when punching works just fine. With that said, she has considerably more ranged options to keep distance away from Blossom. Speaking of big brains, Jenny also edges out, thanks to her access to the intern-"

Wiz: "No. Despite the internet being full of useful information, Jenny only used it once against Gigawatt, a being entirely different from Blossom. That doesn't discourage Jenny's intelligence, as she could just as easily take advantage of Blossom's weaknesses like flypaper as her taking advantage of Jenny's own weaknesses like water malfunctions."

Boomstick: "Ah, but one's a kindergartener, and the other's a high schooler. I mean, even if that doesn't work, Jenny has more experience against an opponent with equal power in the form of Vexus than Blossom did with her Rowdyruff Boy counterpart. I mean, this is the first we mentioned the Rowdyruff Boys in general, so take that for what it's worth."

Wiz: "Of course, none of this would matter if we couldn't figure out their stats, and by God we did. Blossom's top speed was 60 million times faster than light, but we calculated Jenny's to be 4 times that amount. Not only would she be faster, Jenny's 360 degree sonar detection eliminates any means for Blossom for sneak attacks or surprises."

Boomstick: "But their strength - hoho boy. Both have defeated their toughest of enemies, send large objects out of the solar system, and destroyed meteors big enough to destroy the Earth multiple times. potent electricity, flaming heat, freezing cold, scolding acid - they've endured a lot as well. But Blossom has been compared to HIM and Bliss, both moving planets at relativistic speeds. Kinetic energies at that magnitude range from 8 to 23 Tenatons. Pretty impressive. Let's see Jenny pull that off."

Wiz: "Oh, how she can. Remember the comet pyramid? That was enough to move the SUN itself, significantly heavier than Earth or Saturn. To even move this star at the relativistic speeds shown, the pyramid must has an energy of 340 Foe, more than enough to destroy the solar system FIFTEEN times over. And this isn't some outlier. Jenny has been shown to be upgraded since her introduction. In fact, damaging her at all is a struggle Blossom can't handle, as Jenny can repair or replace any damage she sustained."

It cuts to Wiz and Boomstick in the room where DUMMI shows up still fused with Wiz's arm, forming an Optimus Prime like body, before crouching down. Wiz and Boomstick were at awe.

DUMMI: "I got this one. Blossom was a mighty commander and leader, but Jenny whooped the girl's ass with her superior intelligence, overwhelming arsenal, and superior power, and save the day."

Boomstick: "Blossom's power was puffed out."

Wiz: "The winner is Jenny.

Soundtrack[]

The Soundtrack name is "Lives Of Power".

The song would have fast pump rock beats, from the Powerpuff Girls theme, accompanied by a Theremin and other techno beats, part of the MLaaTR theme.

The score cover would have Jenny's insignia pitch black with a white X and a magenta bow between the ponytails. In the background, blue hearts flash forward like from the PPG's typical episode endings.

Trivia[]

  • The connections between Blossom and Jenny: they're young geometric cartoon superheroes with numerous superpowers created by a brilliant scientist (Professor Utonium and Dr. Noreen Wakeman), who tried and failed a similar project long ago (Bliss and Armagedroid), along with with their multiple sisters (Bubble, Buttercup & Bunny, and XJ-1 through 8 respectively) to stop crime and save the world from their rogue's gallery of villains, especially their biggest rivals (Mojo Jojo and Queen Vexus respectively), and protect their home town, too (City Of Townsville and Tremorton respectively). However, they struggle to balance their crime-fighting jobs with their normal lives.
