These two angry combatants prefer melee combat with slashes and stabs!
Introduction[]
Wiz: Sometimes the heroes and defenders don't need to be completely human, or neither be one to be powerful, they just need close-range weapons.
Boomstick: Like Wolverine, the most popular X-Men!
Wiz: And Undyne, the leader of the Royal Guard of Undertale.
Boomstick: He's Wiz and I'm Boomstick!
Wiz: And it's our job to analyze their weapons, armor and skills to find out who would win a Death Battle!
Wolverine SLASHES a DEATH BATTLE![]
Boomstick: Wolverine is kinda the big deal y'know? He is the most recognizable X-Men.
Wiz: But when did he start from? James Howlett was born in the 1800s, his life was just miserable, and as he grew up he started having mutant powers and his two bone claws. He fought both of the World Wars and later on he was experimented with.
Boomstick: They were trying with the super soldier again? They just can't come up with any new ideas.
Wiz: But this time James was cheated into a malevolus lab in which they experimented with him and injected his skeleton with Adamantium, the strongest metal in the world.
Boomstick: And then he fricking stopped letting himself get implanted and injected with shit and went murder every single one of the guys there was at the lab!
Wiz: He lived alone in the streets until the X-Men found him and recruited him, with a new name, Logan and with a new superhero name that was how they called him in that lab: Wolverine!

Boomstick: By this point everyone knows what Wolverine specializes on: STAB STAB SLASH SLASH BUB BUB AND KILLING!
Wiz: ...yeah...
Boomstick: But he wouldn't be doing these things without his Adamantium skeleton which protects him from anything!
Wiz: The Adamantium is the strongest metal around, not even Thor could break it.
Boomstick: His skin and flesh can burn and his skeleton will just be there like nothing happened! This skeleton can persists even after a fricking nuke drops down on Wolverine! He also has superhuman speed, reflexes, jump and agility.
Wiz: And obviously, his bone claws are his main weapons that he can use for stabbing, slashing and killing in several ways, and he doesn't even need to sharpen them he just needs a few stabs and we're done, these bone claws are 12 inches long and are pretty powerful against enemy.
Boomstick: Wolverine also has a healing factor that is super fast and heightened senses. Seriously! He could just smell you, hiding is no use.
Wiz: He has mastered 15 martial arts. All of this makes him a dangerous opponent, but he can even be more dangerous. When he enters the berserker rage, Wolverine has more pain resistance and it's blinded by rage, this makes him a total killing machine without any regrets... well, sometimes...

Wiz: He also tanked blows from any stronger characters and he fought in five important wars. But he is not invincible, he has a weakness like everybody does... it's hard to find out, but he sticks to work alone and has obviously anger problems.
Boomstick: But hey! Whatever to cut some bad guys right?
Wolverine: My name is Wolverine, I'm the best there is at what I do, but what I do isn't very nice.
Undyne is DETERMINED for DEATH BATTLE![]
Wiz: The Royal Guard of Undertale is one of the more powerful, well, Guards of the Underground. And what would it be of it without a leader?
Boomstick: Undyne is this leader and when she was a little child she just... knocked Asgore down... how? We don't know.
Wiz: What we do know is that she trained a lot and eventually became the head of the Royal Guard and trained every single one of them.
Boomstick: And as the head of the Royal Guard she has only one thing to do... protect the monsters of the underground.

Wiz: With the mission of protecting the monsters she uses a spear that can be used for stabbing and slashing, and also can be used in defense, these spears are energy based and can be generated from thin air, there are variations for these spears, some attack directly while others can go around her opponents and attack them from behind.
Boomstick: She also has excelent training, and obviously that sweet, sweet armor that lets her survive a lot of blows while in combat!
Wiz: Undyne is an expert in close combat and can attack from anywhere, she can literally hurt your soul!
Boomstick: WHAT?! HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?
Wiz: No one knows, she can also turn your soul Green and can make you face all of her attacks.
Boomstick: Incredible!
Wiz: But what if I tould you, she has a form that is even more powerful than her normal form... meet: Undyne, the Undying, in this form she has more durability and strength, she has survived one hit from Chara in this form, but this form can be only achieved by having the will to protect and if used incorrectly she will die from melting.
Boomstick: High-Risk High-Reward huh?

Boomstick: Undyne is pretty good on her own, she is able to break rocks just by punching them, break concrete with just one slap and fricking handle some blows from Chara!
Wiz: Well, yeah, she is kind of invincible in some way but she truly isn't, she can be killed pretty easily without her armor and is pretty overconfident, and also she always gives her opponent a spear to defend themselves when she uses her soul manipulation.
Boomstick: But still, this fish isn't just some cat food, she is a shark on the inside!
Undyne: Human, no, WHATEVER you are, for the sake of the whole world... I, UNDYNE, will strike you down!
Interlude[]
Wiz: Alright, the combatants are all set, let's end this debate once and for all!
Boomstick: It's time for a DEATH BATTLE!!!!!
Fight[]
Undyne is walking through Waterfall, she stops when she sees Wolverine about to kill a monster.
Undyne: Hey you! Stop right there!
Wolverine turns around to see the fish monster.
Wolverine: Another one of you? This kid was about to be my first victim, but you know, I think I'll let it pass.
Undyne sees Wolverine's claws.
Undyne: Are you human?
Wolverine: You could... SAY SO!
Wolverine attacks Undyne.

Undyne blocks the attack and stabs Wolverine with her spear, the mutant one stab and counterattacks with his claws, right through the monster's chest.
Undyne: What are you?
Wolverine breaks Undyne's spear.
Wolverine: A mutant...
Undyne takes out two spears and attacks Wolverine with them, both of the fighters get into a close combat without damaging the other until Undyne slashes and stabs Wolverine's stomach, pushing him away from her.
Logan doesn't give up and starts rushing at her, but Undyne jumps away and Wolverine can't see her.
Wolverine: Where could you be, shark-bait?
Undyne then starts throwing spears at Wolverine, this one blocks all of them and tracks Undyne with his senses.
Wolverine: THERE YOU ARE!
Wolverine runs at Undyne and grabs her, stabbing her in the gut 8 times and when Undyne finally breaks free she gets slashed in her left cheek.
Undyne: NGAAAH!!!
Wolverine: Gotta admit that your attacks hurt... but in other way than just physically...
Undyne: That's because I'm hurting your soul too!
Undyne says this and starts stabbing Wolverine with her spear several times. Logan breaks free and starts slashing Undyne, but the monster stops one of the slashes with her spear and stops the mutant.
Undyne: Now you will see!
Undyne punches and kicks Wolverine away and makes his soul Green.
Undyne: Face my attacks like a true warrior!
Undyne gives a spear to Wolverine while she is preparing several spears.
Wolverine: I don't need this, Let's go!
Wolverine says that and throws the spear away while preparing to block all the spears.
Undyne starts her spear barrage, Logan blocks some while others hurt him, Wolverine's soul comes back to normal but Undyne attacks quickly with 7 stabs to Logan's head with her spear, she then stabs Wolverine in the gut and throws him away while she jumps and starts doing a combo with several spears to Wolverine.
The superhero falls to the ground but quickly recovers.
Wolverine: Gah... she is strong...
Undyne: Not so confident now huh?
Wolverine: Hehe... lady, I've got more tricks under my sleeve!
Wolverine quickly attacks Undyne and stabs her several times in the stomach and chest, he grabs the fish girl and jump super high for then slashing Undyne in the air and kicking her to the ground. Undyne falls injured but Wolverine lands perfectly.
Wolverine: Or should I say "more tricks under my knuckles"?
Undyne spits blood, she can't take that much more, but still, she gets up in a dramatic way. She turns Wolverine's soul green again.
Wolverine: Again? It will not work, but OK.
Undyne takes out a lot of spears and starts missing some but others hit, but not many, while others go around Wolverine, Logan sees this and mocks Undyne.
Wolverine: What are you doing? Missing on purpose?
Undyne: No, you just should be more aware of what is around you!
Wolverine then gets stabbed by 16 spears that were the ones that went around him before, all of these stabs his chest.
Wolverine: No... NOO!
Wolverine rushes at Undyne and starts slashing and stabbing her a lot of times, the monster falls down in pain, as so does Wolverine.
Wolverine: Heh... guess you're done, am I right?
Undyne (Thinking): I cannot... let him win... if I do... what is he going to do to our race? I...
Undyne: I MUST PROTECT THEM!!
Wolverine: WHAT?
Undyne then enters her Undyne the Undying form.
Undyne: Are you surprised?!
Wolverine gets up and starts taking out the spears from his chest violently.
Wolverine: YOU ARE PISSING ME OFF! GRAAAH!!!
Wolverine enters the Berserker rage.
Undyne: It seems that we are both in our limits... Ok... LET'S DANCE!
Undyne and Wolverine rush at eachother, landing hits and missing some in the process, the fight keeps going until Wolverine stops the spear.
Undyne: You should be more careful!
Undyne then makes another energy spear from the other hand and stabs Wolverine with it, she punches Wolverine away and takes out more spears and she starts stabbing Logan in every part of his body.
Wolverine screams in pain as he falls down.
Undyne: Hmpf, not a challenge.
Undyne turns around and starts walking away.
Wolverine grunts, and Undyne sees him.
Undyne: You are still alive? I'll put you out of your misery.
Undyne approaches Wolverine with a last spear, but then Wolverine gets up and stabs Undyne in the stomach.
Undyne: W-WHAT?!!
Wolverine: WE'RE DONE!
Wolverine throws Undyne away and he jumps so he can follow her, then he starts stabbing and slashing Undyne in the air a lot of times.
Wolverine: DIE!
Wolverine cuts Undyne in half while they're in the air, Undyne's dead body falls to the ground while Wolverine lands and screams.

Results[]
Boomstick: That... was painful and cruel...
Wiz: Undyne was a extremely dangerous opponent, since she damages the soul and the body, however, Wolverine has been doing this for a much longer time and his attacks were stronger.
Boomstick: Sure, Undyne might have survived blows from Chara, but Wolverine survived a fricking nuke!
Wiz: Wolverine was just a much stronger and skilled fighter than Undyne.
Boomstick: The winner is Wolverine!
