Weird Cartoons Battle Royale is the thirteenth What-If? Death Battle of GoCommitDi's second season, featuring CatDog, Ren and Stimpy, Cow and Chicken, and Beavis and Butthead from all their respective franchises in a battle royale between disturbing and chaotic duos from the grossest, most daring 1990s cartoons.

CatDog vs The Ren & Stimpy Show vs Cow and Chicken vs Beavis and Butthead! These animated duos are from titular 90s cartoons that were the most disturbing of them all, and now they're about to show off their sick, twisted powers in a battle to the death, with some oh-so reliable "teamwork".

- The connections between CatDog, Ren and Stimpy, Cow and Chicken and Beavis and Butthead are that they are reckless, dysfunctional duos from 1990s cartoons that are best known for being disturbing (e.g. Ren and Stimpy's grotesque humor) and controversial (e.g. Beavis and Butthead having several banned episodes) in their own ways. These duos consist of the short-tempered, smarter leader (Cat, Ren, Chicken and Butt-Head) and the chaotic, klutzy best friend (Dog, Stimpy, Cow and Beavis); said leaders, however, are prone to being as dumb as their best friends due to their large egos. The best friends are capable of showing genius intelligence at times (such as Stimpy inventing a mind-altering helmet). At least one member in each team possesses their own alter-egos (Dog the Mighty, Dogzilla, Supercow and The Great Cornholio). Three of the duos share the same voice actor individually (Ren and Stimpy being voiced by Billy West, Cow and Chicken being voiced by Charlie Adler, and Beavis and Butthead being voiced by Mike Judge).
- The track title would be Four Halves of Two Idiots.
- The fight would be made in hand-drawn animation.
