Vrokorta's Favorite Final Bosses Battle Royale is a What-If? Death Battle by Vrokorta. To celebrate his 50th Battle, it will pit his top twelve favorite final bosses against each other.
Intro[]
Vrokorta: Well, 50 battles. That's a bit of a milestone isn't it?
Sphere Robot: So what, you gonna celebrate?
Vrokorta: Yeah, I think I will, & I know just what to do. After all, some of the best DB combatants are video game final bosses.
Sphere Robot: Ooh, I like where this is going.
Vrokorta: So viewers, join us as we analyze the feats, arsenal & skills of my top 12 favorite final bosses to find out who would win, a Death Battle!
Rules[]
- To keep things fair & consistent, all combatants will only get information from games they appeared in, as well as any supplemental info directly related to them & their verse as a whole.
- All combatants will be at their best.
- All forms will be taken into account, but the strongest forms will take priority.
- Characters that make use of prep time will get prep time.
- While I won't be giving combatants access to their full armies, I will allow them select outside help, especially summons.
The Dominator (Daemon X Machina)[]
Vrokorta: So Sphere Robot, how do you think a game about giant robots fighting each other would start?
Sphere Robot: Oh I know, a giant f****** robot, like a hundred kilometers tall, comes rampaging across the planet, & everyone teams up to fight it!
Vrokorta: That... sounds awesome, but no. Instead we drop a chunk of the moon on the planet, spreading a corruptive substance called femto that hacks machines into human-killing monsters.
Sphere Robot: Wait, didn't Warhead do that in "VectorMan"?
Vrokorta: Uh, yeah, he did. Anyways, humans were at a loss, until they realized they could weaponize that corruptive substance to build & power mechs to fight back. Oh, & they had to build gravity machines to keep the rest of the moon from hitting the planet.
Sphere Robot: To pilot all these mechs, the big important companies had to hire a bunch of people & modify them for combat. Sadly, people can't work together, so they split into factions that do separate jobs all the time.
Vrokorta: Not that it mattered, all the factions were destroyed. It's almost like, someone's orchestrating everything from behind the scenes...
Sphere Robot: ...
Vrokorta: ... So the Dominator is a super-powered AI set on pushing humanity to evolve beyond their current scope. Turns out the marginally friendly AI known as Four was the Dominator all along, & was manipulating everyone into freeing it & unleashing its power.
Sphere Robot: But how did the Dominator make sure the right person unleashed its power?
Vrokorta: Oh it went to the smartest conspirator with a giant robot & told him he would fulfill humanity's destiny. His name was Grief, & he was also the Dominator.
Sphere Robot: Wait what?
Vrokorta: I admit my Daemon X lore is rusty, but I think the Dominator fashioned itself some kind of artificial human body with an independent consciousness to help carry out its plans. The only person who could stand in his way was the player character, who is also the Dominator.
Sphere Robot: The ****?!
Vrokorta: Yeah I think Grief made himself a backup or something.
Sphere Robot: Well that didn't go so well did it? Seeing as the Player killed him.
Vrokorta: HAH! NOPE! Grief was right in everything he said. Humanity had to evolve, even if it required drastic measures to do so. Even though the Player defeated Grief, it didn't stop femto from spreading & corrupting the planet even more. The Player had to decide if they would cease being human & force humanity to find a solution themselves, or continue being human & help their allies to continue thriving in a world that could kill them.
Sphere Robot: So you're saying that none of it mattered because the Dominator would succeed all along?
Vrokorta: ... kind of.
Sphere Robot: That's one crazy story.
Vrokorta: I barely remember it all, & I still had to trim the fluff.
Sphere Robot: Okay so the Dominator is like, 3 or 4 different people. How are we gonna have him fight?
Vrokorta: Oh that's the part I didn't get to yet. At the end of the game, the Player has to fight Grief, & when the Player wins, the Dominator creates a giant hecking robot so Grief can have one last fight. This is what we'll be using for the fight.
Sphere Robot: Oh sweet. So the Dominator is a towering machine over 20 meters tall, made even more imposing by its ability to fly.
Vrokorta: It attacks using energy & gravity. For example, surrounding itself in a tornado of purple energy before charging at the foe, using the array of guns on its back to fire lasers at the enemy, or just creating a straight up black hole.
Sphere Robot: It can even separate the guns from its back, controlling them from a distance to fire bullets at enemies from multiple angles. Furthermore, thanks to its femto particles, the Dominator should be capable of amping its strength or durability, or it can create a false duplicate to fight alongside it.
Vrokorta: Then there's its biggest baddest move, dropping the moon on the planet! Course, you can only do it once, LOL.
Sphere Robot: Surprisingly enough, dropping the moon isn't even its strongest feat. Remember when we said the Dominator can create black holes? Well if we compare the size of Grief's mech to the size of the black hole, we can estimate the black hole to have a radius of 11.5 meters. At that size, it'd weigh over 1200 Earth masses, & creating it would require an energy equal to 528 Ronnatons of TNT! Not only that, but the Dominator can keep up with the Player, who can briefly fight the pull of said black hole, which would make their speed similar to that of light.
Vrokorta: As for weaknesses... heh heh... heh heh heh! NOTHING! HE HAS NO WEAKNESSES! AHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Sphere Robot: Even in death, the Dominator will fulfill life's purpose.
Boss Cass (Ty the Tasmanian Tiger)[]
Vrokorta: We all know the dinosaurs. Giant lizard kings who ruled the Earth. They were pretty awesome, but as time went on, they evolved into birds, & mammals became the primary residents of the planet.
Sphere Robot: But one bird never forgot his birthright, one of the deadliest birds on Earth. A cassowary named Boss Cass, who sought to retake the planet that his ancestors once owned.
Vrokorta: Real quick can we just talk about how deadly cassowaries are? They're five & a half feet tall with razor sharp claws, & they're VERY TERRITORIAL. It'll legit KILL YOU.
Sphere Robot: And yet when we made him an antagonist, we just gave him a bunch of robots.
Vrokorta: It's the early 2000s, we HAD to give him robots, robots are awesome. Robots made me who I am today. We just analyzed a robot as one of my favorite final bosses... I made you, & YOU, ARE, A ROBOT!
Sphere Robot: ... I see this means a lot to you.
Vrokorta: Extremely. Now Cass' first plan was to form an army of robots, reptiles, amphibians, & even a bat to steal a set of ancient artifacts that would banish all mammals to another dimension... besides bats I guess.
Sphere Robot: But that plan was thwarted by none other than Ty's father, who scattered the talismans before Cass could finish the job, resulting in all but 2 Tasmanian tigers being banished, & all other mammals being left safe & sound.
Vrokorta: Cass tried to retake the talismans, but was foiled by Ty himself, who freed the tigers & put Cass behind bars.
Sphere Robot: Lucky for Cass, he's got his partner Fluffy to bust him out. From there, he was able to escape to Cassopolis, an... ENTIRE COUNTRY... owned by Cass, where it's illegal to capture & imprison him.
Vrokorta: This allowed him ample time to team up with his resident scientist Karlos to steal the warm blood from mammals & give it to reptiles, turning them into his ubercharged soldiers! Powerful & cruel!
Sphere Robot: Even so, Ty & the newly formed Bush Rescue team found a way to stop Cass & put him behind bars once more.
Vrokorta: Only for him to escape again when Ty accidentally allowed the evil quinkan species to invade his world, presumably creating enough chaos for Cass to make a hasty escape.
Sphere Robot: And somehow he kept things pretty well under control for being in the middle of an alien apocalypse.
Vrokorta: Yep, even made plans to kill their king, & Ty with him. Sadly he was thwarted by none other than his trusted companion Fluffy, & got himself arrested again.
Sphere Robot: Only to escape AGAIN & form a new plan. This time, he'd RECREATE THE CHICXULUB IMPACT EVENT TO KILL ALL MAMMALS ON EARTH!!!
Vrokorta: Yeah he's serious now. But as always he was thwarted by Ty, but this time he had a backup. He froze his island base in ice, planning to go into cryosleep so he can try to take over the world long after Ty dies.
Sphere Robot: And that's the last we ever see of Boss Cass. He left quite a legacy behind.
Vrokorta: He sure did! Even without his fancy tech, this guy can overpower his own minions, which can survive being flash frozen, a feat worth 22 Megajoules. Not to mention he himself survived an explosion worth 53 Tons of TNT, & can react to electricity timers, giving him around Mach 12 reactions.
Sphere Robot: And when Cass DOES get serious, he pulls out laser guns & robots! Like Robo Fluffy, a giant robot gorilla with missile launchers, or the Demon & Aqua Fluffies, giant one-eyed robots that can heal allies!
Vrokorta: Then there's my personal favorite, Armstrong, a machine made of nanobots! It can swarm foes, form tornadoes, create shockwaves, or conglomerate into a humanoid mech. Even without the nanobots, Armstrong's head serves as a hover chair that can utilize telekinesis to hurl rocks at foes.
Sphere Robot: Then we have his STRONGEST ROBOT, NEO FLUFFY X! IT'S FUNNY CAUSE IT'S A REFERENCE TO THE NEO GEO X! This thing stands at 127 meters tall, & generates 294 Tons of TNT just by walking!
Vrokorta: I still like Armstrong better. Besides, Neo Fluffy X can be destroyed just by cutting some wires & blowing up its innards.
Sphere Robot: Well it's no Sphere Kaiju, but it's still a worthwhile addition to Cass' arsenal.
Vrokorta: Yet even with all that in mind, it pales in comparison to Cass' full power. By gathering together 3 super-powered magnets, Cass can pull a massive meteor from deep space to recreate the Chicxulub Impact Event that killed the dinosaurs, an impact worth 72 Teratons of TNT!
Sphere Robot: You'd think a genius bird with an army of lizards would be pretty hard to beat, but when he relies on machinery 24/7, it's not too hard to find a way to stop him.
Vrokorta: His machines aren't perfect either. Robo Fluffy is susceptible to freezing temperatures, some have distinct weak spots, & there's everything we already mentioned about Neo Fluffy X.
Sphere Robot: Even so, it takes a lot of bird to own a country & wage war on all mammals. He's no small bird, literally & figuratively.
Zarkhator (Spore Hero)[]
Vrokorta: What do you think happens when a planet explodes?
Sphere Robot: I imagine the pieces drift through space & potentially collide with another planet.
Vrokorta: Okay, but what if the pieces of those planets housed living creatures?
Sphere Robot: Well... can't imagine they'd be living much longer, LOL.
Vrokorta: True, but if they did, they'd probably have a serious impact on the lives residing on that planet. Some good, & some seriously detrimental.
Sphere Robot: Gee, I wonder which one we're talking about.
Vrokorta: Zarkhator, the creature from another planet. This dude's so bad he was causing trouble before he was even born... er, reborn.
Sphere Robot: Unlike other creatures, Zarkhator was imbued with the power of red meteors, which are capable of corrupting & controlling other creatures. With this power, he made it his duty to destroy planets by corrupting their core. Apparently he's done this a lot, & no one's been able to stop him, not even his heroic rival.
Vrokorta: But this time would be different. While Zarkhator was a tricky foe who manipulated other creatures & never wavered in his goal to destroy the planet, the hero made plenty of friends to help him pursue & stop Zarkhator once & for all.
Sphere Robot: But it wasn't easy, Zarkhator comes armed to the teeth, literally. Zarkhator comes with a set of powerful jaws that can bite an opponent 4 times in a row... A 4-hit bite combo, that's something you don't see every day.
Vrokorta: He's also got 4 arms, each one ending in a black-clawed hand he uses to strike foes at melee range. He can even deal a powerful overhead strike to break an opponent's block.
Sphere Robot: With his legs, he can kick, double jump, & even perform a mid-air spin-kick.
Vrokorta: With his spikes, he can perform a full-body charge to bulldoze enemies.
Sphere Robot: He can also fire acidic fluid at enemies with his "spit" ability.
Vrokorta: With his wings, Zarkhator can fly & perform dive attacks.
[Popup: Normally the wings only allow creatures to glide, but in the opening of Spore Hero, we see Meejee using his wings to fly through the air. This likely means that the wings only allowing you to "glide" is a game mechanic.]
Sphere Robot: He's also able to heal himself & swim if need be. However, his best abilities are sourced from the red meteors themselves. In fact, he has the power to summon them right to his location, dropping meteors from the sky or growing them out of the ground. In doing so, he also summons Critters, small one-legged creatures that deal minimal damage to enemies, with larger ones being able to stun foes.
Vrokorta: Once the meteors are summoned, they'll corrupt whoever is nearby, turning them wild, crazy, & violent, except Zarkhator himself. Instead, the meteors actually heal & empower Zarkhator when they're nearby.
Sphere Robot: If all that wasn't enough, Zarkhator also has the power to forcibly transmute enemies, turning scary beasts into ugly losers, & taking away the wings of flying creatures.
Vrokorta: And if he can't corrupt someone, he'll just fight them himself. Zarkhator is strong enough to survive a blast from the planet's brain, with the brain being strong enough to sustain an entire planet, & he can trade blows with the hero, who can harm him. In fact, Zarkhator's whole plan was to corrupt either the heart or brain of the planet, meaning he's able to corrupt beings that can sustain planets. That's a feat worth roughly 60 Zettatons.
Sphere Robot: For speed, Zarkhator can react to the hero's Spor-o-mega, which can fire meteor shards. Meteors have a top speed of Mach 210, so Zarkhator would have to be around the same speed, especially since he can summon meteors himself.
Vrokorta: And when it comes to weaknesses, he doesn't exactly have any. Sure his meteors can be destroyed, which restricts his ability to heal & empower himself, but there's nothing stopping him from making more.
Sphere Robot: All planets should fear the arrival of red meteors.
Zongazonga (Fossil Fighters)[]
Vrokorta: In ancient times, there was a sorcerer known as Zongazonga.
Sphere Robot: Like all humans, Zongazonga was human, & therefore mortal, & he didn't like that. So he found himself a solution, a morbid, solution.
Vrokorta: Zongazonga would find a suitable host, & remove their skull to replace it with his own, thus taking control of their body.
Sphere Robot: That's really dark for a kids game, does he use some kind of magic surgery?
Vrokorta: No it's more like a magic headbutt.
Sphere Robot: Oh, I guess that is kid friendly.
Vrokorta: With this ability, Zongazonga lived for a long time, but the people rose up against him, creating a weapon known as the Caliosteo Pipsqueak. With this, the shoe was on the other foot, as they used it to knock Zongazonga's skull out of his body, leaving him vulnerable long enough to seal him away.
Sphere Robot: The world was safe for many years, until the skull was rediscovered by Joe Wildwest. Immediately upon finding a host, Zongazonga struck, stealing Joe's body & stealing his identity.
Vrokorta: However, Joe was not the ideal host, Zongazonga needed someone stronger to achieve his full power. So he held the Caliosteo Cup, a tournament to decide the best, well, fossil fighter.
Sphere Robot: And who better to win it all than the Player? Course, instead of being met with glorious victory, the Player was betrayed, & nearly got their body snatched.
Vrokorta: Thankfully, they were rescued by none other than the real Joe Wildwest, who was reduced to a bodiless skull thanks to Zongazonga.
Sphere Robot: With his help, the Player was able to retrieve the Caliosteo Pipsqueak & knock Zongazonga out of Joe's body. All well & good, right?
Vrokorta: WRONG! Zongazonga escaped & possessed the Player's rival, Rupert! Turns out, Rupert was just as good a host as the Player, & Zongazonga can unleash his full power, creating a castle & a hurricane. The Player pursues him & tries to defeat him, but Zongazonga has one last trick up his sleeve.
Sphere Robot: Zongazonga abandoned Rupert's body & transformed his skull, growing into a massive theropod dinosaur with bony horns & claws. He had become a vivosaur himself, & summoned two Z-Rexes to fight by his side.
Vrokorta: It was a vicious, merciless battle, but the Player came out on top. With Zongazonga's defeat, his skull was shattered to pieces, never to be seen again.
Sphere Robot: Unless you have a rematch in the post-game, in which case you can add him to your team.
Vrokorta: Well yeah, but that's not canon. Anyways, Zongazonga is easily one of the deadliest vivosaurs in Fossil Fighters history. As a zombiesaur, he's immune to the Sleep status. He is the waking dead after all *rimshot*.
Sphere Robot: He's also immune to Fear, which would normally restrict a vivosaur from using certain moves. On top of that is an immunity to skills made to OHKO their targets.
[Popup: This doesn't mean Zongazonga can survive attacks that one-shot him, it just means that attacks whose only purpose is to one-shot will have no effect. Normal attacks can still one-shot him if they deal enough damage. For Pokemon fans, think of Horn Drill. A move like that would have no effect on Zongazonga.]
Vrokorta: Thanks to his magic, Zongazonga is capable of raising the dead, allowing him to summon zombiesaurs to his side. These vivosaurs, while a bit weaker than their living counterparts, are immune to Sleep, Fear, & Infection, & have the ability to poison large groups of enemies & reduce their stats.
Sphere Robot: As for Zongazonga himself, he comes equipped with a host of deadly attacks. With Evil Horn, Zongazonga charges forth before slashing with his horns.
Vrokorta: With the move Necromancy, Zongazonga performs an evil glare, inducing a random status effect on a single foe. These effects include Poison, Sleep, Scare, Excite (restricts enemy movement), Confuse, Enrage (reduces Accuracy, raises Attack), & Infection (kills the target in 5 turns).
Sphere Robot: With Soul Shatter, Zongazonga creates a vacuum with his mouth, damaging multiple enemies by sucking the life out of them.
Vrokorta: With Law of the Jungle, Zongazonga absorbs the Life Points from an ally to heal himself, leaving them on the brink of death. Sounds cruel, but he can literally raise them back from the dead anyways.
Sphere Robot: However, his strongest move is Ghost King, where he gathers all his energy in one place like an eldritch Spirit Bomb before dropping it on the enemy, damaging a wide area.
Vrokorta: Being among the strongest vivosaurs in the series, Zongazonga is naturally quite powerful. At the end of the game, he creates a storm. If we high-ball this storm by assuming strong instability, & consider that it reaches the horizon, the energy needed to create & maintain this storm would be equivalent to 19 Megatons of TNT.
Sphere Robot: Though Zongazonga is one of the slowest vivosaurs, he should still scale to vivosaurs that wield lightning, which moves at speeds over Mach 291.
Vrokorta: Zongazonga is mighty, but he does have one fatal flaw. In Fossil Fighters, most vivosaurs affect their allies or enemies by reducing or improving their stats. Zongazonga is one of those vivosaurs who reduce stats... for their allies.
Sphere Robot: Yeah, if Zongazonga is ever positioned behind his minions, he'll actually lower all of their stats by 77%! So either he has to put himself on the front lines at all times, or risk ruining his allies' stats.
Vrokorta: But I mean he can just bring them back if they die, so no big deal. Zongazonga may be a zombie, but when it comes to battle, you'll be the one dying.
Tiki Tong (Donkey Kong Country)[]
Vrokorta: Ah, Donkey Kong Island, a tropical paradise of fruits & wildlife.
Sphere Robot: And deadly giant fauna like a massive bat & a killer kraken.
Vrokorta: I mean, the place is still pretty spectacular.
Sphere Robot: Yeah, especially when a giant wooden totem god rises from the volcano in the middle of the island, summoning an army of wooden tikis that mind control everyone on the island.
Vrokorta: Okay yeah that is pretty bad. At least the residents of the island can rely on Donkey Kong & Diddy to save them, they're surprisingly immune to mind control. After a nice long adventure & fighting 7 different mind controlled bosses, Donkey & Diddy scale the massive totem & get inside to face the one in charge, a flying tiki named Tiki Tong.
Sphere Robot: Wait, how does he fly?
Vrokorta: ...
Sphere Robot: Dubious flier?
Vrokorta: Dubious flier.
Sphere Robot: Well, this massive tiki took to fighting the kongs himself, using his massive wooden hands to slam & crush the primates.
Vrokorta: He could also spit flaming tikis to fly after foes, perform ground pounds with his head, or simply ram people mid-air. Not to mention he's basically a giant blender, being able to fill his head with like 100 bananas & puree them all. Imagine if he did that to an actual person, might have to add him to Mortal Kombat.
Sphere Robot: Last of all is mind control, an ability all tikis have, allowing Tiki Tong to completely dominate the mind of one living being.
[Popup: One might assume Tiki Tong lacks this ability since we never see him use it. However, the reason he doesn't use it is because Donkey & Diddy are immune, so he had no reason to use it. Furthermore, even if he did lack the ability, his hands are made from several tikis that DO have the ability, so at the very least he should inherit it from them.]
Vrokorta: It wasn't enough though, as Donkey & Diddy pummeled him just like they did every other boss, resulting in an explosion potent enough to send the kong duo into space.
Sphere Robot: Yeah that's what happens when you have a bunch of self-destruct buttons on your body. At least he's strong enough to make up for it. Tiki Tong can match the strength of Donkey Kong, who was strong enough to punch the moon out of the sky. As I'm sure most of you know, the moon in Donkey Kong Country is smaller than Earth's Moon, so the energy required to punch it down is only a mere 34 Gigatons. An impressive feat, just not as strong as knocking down Earth's Moon. Furthermore, the moon travelled at a speed of Mach 45. Since Donkey Kong punched it, his speed should be comparable, & Tiki Tong could keep up with him, so he'd scale.
Vrokorta: And to think, he did all that just for a bunch of bananas.
Mashtooth (Legendary Starfy)[]
Vrokorta: Planet Bunnera, a peaceful planet of shapeshifting bunnies.
Sphere Robot: Well technically they're rabbits. The word "bunny" is reserved for cute things, including rabbits, squirrels, & ladies wearing fishnets.
Vrokorta: Well the Bunnerans aren't from Earth, so you're argument is rendered null.
Sphere Robot: Dang it.
Vrokorta: Anyways, the Bunnerans had the uncanny ability to absorb energy & use it to transform into other creatures, giving them supernatural powers.
Sphere Robot: The Bunnerans are wonderful creatures, but the power they possess didn't go unnoticed.
Vrokorta: One day, the planet was invaded by a group of space pirates led by the strongest pirate in the galaxy, Mashtooth.
Sphere Robot: With his mighty nostrils, yes nostrils, he was able to suck the powers right out of the Bunnerans, making himself even stronger. However, for him to become truly unstoppable, he'd have to absorb the strongest Bunneran, Prince Bunston.
Vrokorta: Before he could do that though, Bunston was able to escape the planet, albeit accidentally. Mashtooth was left to suck the power out of every Bunneran on the planet, but he still wasn't satisfied, he needed Bunston. Luckily for him, Bunston had plans to return to his home planet, all Mashtooth had to do was wait for the bunny to walk right into his clutches.
Sphere Robot: But luckily, with the help of Starfy, Bunston was able to defeat Mashtooth & save his planet.
Vrokorta: WRONG! Er... correct, but also wrong. While Starfy was able to beat down Mashtooth, it wasn't enough to stop the pirate from absorbing Bunston & gaining his true power, transforming himself into Mega Mashtooth.
Sphere Robot: In this form, he becomes a giant serpent with wings, enhancing all of his abilities, & giving him laser breath strong enough to push "THE MOON!"
Vrokorta: I mean technically it's not "The Moon", it's not even on Earth, plus it's tiny.
Sphere Robot: I mean, it's still "A" moon.
Vrokorta: That is also false. Y'see, when we say "moon", what we actually mean to say is "natural satellite". The Moon is just Earth's natural satellite, & wouldn't you know, it's the FIFTH LARGEST SATELLITE KNOWN TO MAN! Most "moons" are much smaller than Earth's Moon, so considering how small Bunnera's moon appears to be, there's no reason to assume it'd be as big as Earth's Moon.
Sphere Robot: Alright then, I guess that explains why Mega Mashtooth lost.
Vrokorta: Well his loss can mostly be chalked up to "the power of friendship", as Starfy overwhelmed him due to his determination to help his friends.
Sphere Robot: Of course he did. In the end, Mashtooth was blown to pieces as he was struck by the moon, er, natural satellite. Man, that doesn't sound nearly as cool.
Vrokorta: Mashtooth may not be strong enough to push Earth's Moon, but he's still absolutely monstrous. Need I remind you that he absorbed the energy from every single Bunneran on planet Bunnera? Since the Bunnerans absorb energy to transform, we can assume they make use of mass-energy conversion. Increasing their mass by even a single kilogram would require 21 Megatons of TNT, & some of these guys can turn into elephants, so they're probably growing by a lot more. "Legendary Starfy" was released in 2008, Earth's population at that time was 6.8 billion. Assuming planet Bunnera's population is similar to that of Earth, that'd mean Mashtooth absorbed no less than 146 Petatons of TNT!
Sphere Robot: Not to mention he'd be vastly stronger as Mega Mashtooth, since he viewed the power of all those Bunnerans as a mere snack compared to the power he'd get from Bunston. As a lowball, we can assume he doubled in strength, putting him at 292 Petatons of TNT. Even then, there's nothing saying he can't absorb the power of others as well, meaning he could potentially grow even stronger.
Vrokorta: On top of that, Mashtooth is actually really fast, like unbelievably fast. He has the power to summon lightning bolts... THAT CAN TRAVEL INTERSTELLAR DISTANCES IN SECONDS. Mashtooth was on planet Bunnera, & his lightning struck Starfy's planet in about 3 seconds. Bunnera is said to be a distant planet, & appears to be an interstellar distance away from Starfy's planet. The average distance between two stars in the galaxy is about 5 lightyears. 5 lightyears... in 3 seconds... that'd mean Mashtooth's lightning was travelling at speeds 49 million times the speed of light!
Sphere Robot: I love finding feats that go under the radar, like when we found out VectorMan was 1000 times the speed of light.
Vrokorta: Yeah, me too buddy. Anyways, if there's one other thing that doesn't work in Mashtooth's favor, it's his intelligence. While he can clearly lead a successful pirate group, he's often shown to be quite slow, & values power over everything else.
Sphere Robot: Well it got him this far, I guess Mashtooth will just keep on sucking.
Don Onion (The Munchables)[]
Vrokorta: Long ago, two friends joined together to invent something incredible. Organic lifeforms.
Sphere Robot: Made of produce.
Vrokorta: Well their creators were onions, so it's basically like if humans could scientifically create more humans.
Sphere Robot: Oh, I guess that is pretty impressive, relatively speaking.
Vrokorta: Yes, but with all great accomplishments, comes the hubris of man.
Sphere Robot: I thought you said they were onions.
Vrokorta: Sin is universal, not even vegetables are safe.
Sphere Robot: Oh, well in any case, one of the onions decided "If I can create living beings, what's stopping me from creating an army?". With that, Don Onion secretly committed his research to creating corrupt soldiers of war in a bid to conquer the universe.
Vrokorta: However, his fellow scientist didn't approve of this, & abandoned him in complete disgust. This onion would flee to planet Star Ving, where he met a species of aliens known as the Munchables, who would play & eat all day thanks to the power of their Legendary Orbs.
Sphere Robot: The Orbs look like dung.
Vrokorta: That's the joke.
Sphere Robot: Well then, the onion found a home here, & came to be known as the Great Elder. He spent years here, living in peace... while occasionally having his face eaten.
Vrokorta: But it wouldn't last, as Don Onion's army was eventually completed. All that was left was for him to obtain the ultimate power source, the Legendary Orbs of planet Star Ving. So he arrived on the planet, finally coming face to face with his old friend.
Sphere Robot: The Great Elder couldn't sit idly by anymore, so he teamed up with two young Munchables, Chomper & Munchy, to stop Don Onion & his army.
Vrokorta: It might come as a surprise that two children were able to stand up to a genius inventor & warlord, but all of his soldiers are made of fruits, vegetables, chocolate, ice cream, & rice, so it's no different then that scene where Shaggy & Scooby eat the Cotton Candy Glob.
Sphere Robot: Actually some of his soldiers are robots & machines made of metal.
Vrokorta: Oh yeah. Nevermind these kids are sigmas.
Sphere Robot: Even though Don Onion was able to steal all 7 Orbs, & use them to power his Boss Pirates, Chomper & Munchy were still able to defeat him & take all the Orbs back. After being defeated, Don Onion had a change of heart, & decided to throw a party for Chomper, Munchy, & the Great Elder.
Vrokorta: PSYCHE! The party was a trap & a distraction! While Chomper & Munchy tried to escape, Don Onion took back all 7 Legendary Orbs & used it to power his strongest creation, the King Pumpkin mecha!
Sphere Robot: And with his mighty, 800 kilometer tall robot, Don Onion was... promptly defeated. I'd say Chomper & Munchy don't play around, but that's exactly what they do.
Vrokorta: Even so, Don Onion is impressive in his own right. He may be reliant on his army & machines, but even on his own he can survive a spaceship crashing, & harm someone who can survive being thrown from a jungle to a desert, a feat worth 160 Megajoules.
Sphere Robot: But of course the main attraction here is the King Pumpkin, a truly titanic machine. It can fire missiles that fly at Mach 2000, throw massive pineapple grenades, summon minions around 65km tall, & blow out enough air to destroy "THE MOON"!
Vrokorta: Considering the sheer mass of the air, & the fact that it's moving at over Mach 3000, the kinetic energy of this attack would equate to 143 Exatons, more than the Moon's gravitational binding energy.
Sphere Robot: On top of that, the power of the Legendary Orbs allows King Pumpkin to generate a forcefield that can only be broken by the power of planet Star Ving's islands.
Vrokorta: It's all quite incredible, but Don Onion does have an issue. He relies far too much on his army & machines, & simply isn't that strong without them.
Sphere Robot: Even so, with the might of an 800km tall robot on his side, Don Onion will pose a challenge to all before him. I wouldn't be surprised if he actually managed to conquer the universe.
Gohma Vlitra (Asura's Wrath)[]
Vrokorta: Imagine you are a demigod, living amongst demigods. You're all excellent at combat, & have battleships that measure in the hundreds of kilometers. What could possibly hope to oppose you?
Sphere Robot: Well we just got done talking about an 800km tall robot that could destroy the Moon, how about that?
Vrokorta: Close, I was actually thinking about a continent-sized mouth emerging from the Earth's core.
Sphere Robot: Yeah that works too.
Vrokorta: This is Gohma Vlitra, the most impure creature living on Earth, er, IN Earth. It rises up every several thousand years to consume human souls & take back the energy the demigods hoarded for their technology. It is only by the might of the demigods that Vlitra is struck down & put to rest once again, but the creature always comes back to wreak havoc again.
Sphere Robot: Deus, one of the demigods, decided that he was sick & tired of letting Vlitra resurrect, so he plotted to usurp the demigod emperor & take over as leader. However, there was no way anyone would follow him if he murdered the emperor, so instead he framed his overly aggressive ally, Asura, for the murder instead.
Vrokorta: But he couldn't have anyone speaking up for the guy, so he had Asura's wife killed.
Sphere Robot: But he needed a suitable power source for the demigod army, so he kidnapped Asura's daughter, Mithra, as her prayers provided great strength to the demigods... Now wait a minute. Why didn't Deus just wait for the emperor to die naturally? Dude is super old.
Vrokorta: He's a demigod so, you know, immortal?
Sphere Robot: Oh yeah, still Deus' biggest mistake, you don't just mess with Asura & get off scot-free.
Vrokorta: Even though Asura was killed for his "murder", he was resurrected, giving him the chance to get revenge & save the last family he had left.
Sphere Robot: And boy did he get revenge, killing his fellow demigods left & right until he made it all the way up to Deus, killing him too. So boom, happy ending... Wait, I know where this is going.
Vrokorta: You sure do. After Deus was defeated & his ultimate weapon was totaled, Vlitra rose again, more powerful than ever. The only ones left to stop it were Asura & his brother-in-law, Yasha. Thanks to their combined power, they were... utterly stomped.
Sphere Robot: Luckily, now that Mithra was saved, her prayers could provide power for her father & uncle, giving them the strength to fight off Vlitra & reach its core. Unlike most cores, the Vlitra Core might be the strongest part of Vlitra, being a 10-20ft tall humanoid with four massive arms. It put up a fierce battle against Asura & Yasha, but was ultimately defeated once & for all.
Vrokorta: In the end, it turned out that Vlitra wasn't the greatest threat to the demigods. Rather Chakravartin, a full-on god, was the real enemy. Intending to mold Asura into the perfect ruler of the universe, he actually created Gohma Vlitra so the events of the game would take place. Course, none of that is important cause we're not talking about Chakravartin, we're focused on Vlitra.
Sphere Robot: In its first form, Vlitra made use of powerful homing energy shots that it spewed in mass quantities to destroy all in its path, including those kilometric warships we mentioned. It could also consume the souls of mortals, aiming to fill the void the demigods left when they took human souls for more mantra energy. Then of course there's Vlitra's immortality, as Vlitra cannot die as long as its core lives, it will simply resurrect thousands of years in the future.
Vrokorta: This resurrection allowed Vlitra to return in a more powerful form. Now, instead of being one continent-sized head, it was more like 8 massive serpents, each with a head resembling that of the prior form. That's not to mention the giant face at the center of all 8 serpents. This thing is so powerful it easily put down Asura & Yasha after they defeated Deus, who was stong enough to control a star-sized base.
Sphere Robot: Considering the mass & speed of this massive construct, moving this base would require energy just under 1 Foe, which is the energy of a supernova, & Vlitra was technically stronger than it.
Vrokorta: That's not to mention Vlitra's speed, as it could shoot beams that move at just over 5 times the speed of light!
Sphere Robot: Then there's the Vlitra Core which, heedless of its much smaller size, was no weaker than its massive serpentine form, seeing as it could fight almost evenly against Asura & Yasha after they were empowered by Mithra.
Vrokorta: This thing could create eruptions of fire, magma, & earth as it makes superhuman jumps, using its massive arms to bash & crush foes. Not to mention that Vlitra Core can shoot flames from its hands to shoot itself through the air like a rocket, charging foes like a meteor.
Sphere Robot: Wait, can't Vlitra also summon more Gohma?
Vrokorta: Maybe, maybe not. The thing is, Chakravartin made the Gohma. This is made especially clear in the game's DLC, where Gohma continue to appear even after Vlitra's death thanks to Chakravartin's power. So while Vlitra may have the power to summon Gohma, the fact that Chakravartin can also summon Gohma puts this into question.
Sphere Robot: Oh, well other Gohma aren't that strong anyways so it's not really a big deal. What also isn't a big deal are Vlitra's weaknesses, as the only one it has is low intelligence, which doesn't amount to much when you're a beast among demigods.
Vrokorta: It just goes to show that when Earth asks for its souls back, you better hand them over.
Master Crown (Kirby)[]
Vrokorta: You know a game I really like? Kirby's Return to Dreamland.
Sphere Robot: Original or Deluxe?
Vrokorta: Both.
Sphere Robot: Well I guess it's no surprise, it's where Magolor debuted, & I know how much you like him.
Vrokorta: Yes yes, quite the history with that one... I should make a real genuine Magolor fight one of these days.
Sphere Robot: Speaking of, why isn't Magolor here? Isn't he the final boss of Return to Dreamland?
Vrokorta: Well, yes & no. Y'see, the whole plot of the game is that he tricks Kirby & his friends into helping him get the Master Crown so he can take over the world. Even though the final boss is a battle against Magolor, Magolor himself technically doesn't serve as the game's final battle. It's confirmed in multiple "Pause Screen Lore Drops" that the Master Crown consumes souls & corrupts bodies, taking control of them. This means that Magolor Soul, the iconic final battle of Kirby's Return to Dreamland, is actually the Master Crown, simply wielding Magolor's body like a mutilated puppet, a mere husk of Magolor's old body.
Sphere Robot: That's dark, but I guess it tracks for Kirby lore.
Vrokorta: Lucky for Magolor, it didn't end there. After he & the Master Crown were defeated, both were banished to Another Dimension, stripped of their power. However, both were determined to fight their way out to regain what they'd lost. So while Magolor gathered Magic Points to recover his powers, the Master Crown found the remains of another boss, Grand Doomer, & used his body to find a power source that would return it to its former glory.
Sphere Robot: And thanks to Magolor, that's exactly what happened. The traitorous wizard found five slices of a crystalline apple, & brought them together to form the Gem Apple Seed.
Vrokorta: That's when the Crowned Doomer flew in. It consumed the apple & did battle with Magolor, but the wizard was stronger than ever, allowing him to pull out a win.
Sphere Robot: So problem solved, riiiiiiii- I need to stop.
Vrokorta: The shattered remains of the Master Crown latched onto the Gem Apple Seed & fused with it, achieving its most powerful form, the Tree Crown Without a Ruler.
Sphere Robot: This boss goes needlessly hard.
Vrokorta: That's why I like it.
Sphere Robot: So the Master Crown had one final bout with Magolor, but was ultimately defeated when Magolor used the power of the Ultra Sword to slice it in half, ending its wrath once & for all.
Vrokorta: So yeah, the Master Crown is quite the adversary, making use of its possession to take control of whoever isn't strong enough to resist its influence.
Sphere Robot: That's not all, the Master Crown has limitless power, which it uses to strengthen the user AND the evil in their hearts. I guess that means the more evil someone is, the more chance the Master Crown has of taking control. Magolor's just a tricky, power-hungry wizard who steals things, & look what it did to him. Imagine what the Crown would do to someone truly evil.
Vrokorta: Considering who it's up against, we might not have to imagine.
Sphere Robot: On it's own though, the Master Crown isn't much to write home about. Even so, it is capable of flying, & can function after being shattered.
Vrokorta: Most of its combat abilities are tied to whoever it's possessing. However, it does seem to grant additional abilities to whoever it possesses, such as fire manipulation, water manipulation, electricity manipulation, portal creation, & the ability to summon & control Doomers.
Sphere Robot: While it does require a proper host to achieve its full power, when it does have a host, it's strong enough to collapse entire universes. Not only that, but the Master Crown should scale to the Doomers, which reside in Another Dimension, a realm beyond time & space, meaning they'd have immeasurable speed.
Vrokorta: As long as it has a host, the Master Crown will always have you under its control.
Kaos (Skylanders)[]
Vrokorta: You know what makes Kaos special?
Sphere Robot: He's bald?
Vrokorta: No.
Sphere Robot: He's short?
Vrokorta: No.
Sphere Robot: He's magic?
Vrokorta: Yes, but also no. What makes him special is that he's served as a main antagonist for all 6 Skylanders games, meaning he's had a lot of opportunities to show what he's capable of.
Sphere Robot: Well yes, nowadays. But Kaos wasn't always that strong.
Vrokorta: True, but even as an infant, he attempted to conquer the world with an army of babies from his nursery. Lucky for the babies, it was naptime, so that plan went kaput.
Sphere Robot: Yeah, Kaos is a bit incompetent.
Vrokorta: True, but he's still managed to become the greatest threat to all of Skylands thanks to his power as a Dark Portal Master.
Sphere Robot: Fair enough. As a Dark Portal Master, Kaos controls portals that he can use to send his minions across all of Skylands & possibly beyond. Speaking of minions, Kaos commands an army of trolls, greebles, chompies, drow, & other creatures that loyally serve him... for some reason.
Vrokorta: I guess being a Dark Portal Master commands a lot of authority... also he probably hired these guys, there are villain catalogues for these kinds of things.
Sphere Robot: With his army, Kaos sought to conquer Skylands, but it wouldn't be easy when faced with the Skylanders, the heroes of Skylands, led by Portal Master Eon.
Vrokorta: So he teamed up with the most evil dark power in Skylands, known literally as The Darkness. To unleash The Darkness' full power, Kaos would need to destroy the ultimate source of light in Skylands, the Core of Light. What better way to do that than with a GIANT HYDRA!
Sphere Robot: He destroyed the Core, banished the Skylanders to Earth, & separated Eon's spirit from his physical body. Skylands was as good as his.
Vrokorta: Except that there were more Portal Masters on Earth, & they sent the Skylanders back to Skylands with portals of their own, allowing them to defeat Kaos & his Hydra before banishing him to Earth.
Sphere Robot: ...
Vrokorta: What?
Sphere Robot: I'm not gonna say it.
Vrokorta: Say what?
Sphere Robot: That Kaos is defeated & there's nothing more to worry about.
Vrokorta: Alright fine, I guess we've run the joke into the ground anyways, let's just speedrun the rest of Kaos' schemes.
Sphere Robot: Alright. In Skylanders Giants, Kaos tried to take over Skylands by teaming up with an army of Ancient Robots, but the Skylanders defeated him, putting the machines back to rest.
Vrokorta: In Swap Force, Kaos tried to turn all of Skylands evil by sabotaging a magic volcano, but the Skylanders beat him & sent him packing.
Sphere Robot: In Trap Team, he tried teaming up with the most notorious villains in Skylands by breaking them out of prison. This failed when the villains turned against him, forcing Kaos to work with the Skylanders to defeat them. However, once this was done, Kaos stole the villains' plans to achieve the limitless power of Traptanium, but he was once again defeated & imprisoned by the Skylanders.
Vrokorta: In Superchargers, Kaos escaped his prison & managed to get The Darkness back, & used it in a ploy to gather energy to take over Skylands. However, all this energy made the Darkness stronger, & made Kaos his underling. Before The Darkness could destroy all of Skylands, Kaos turned against his new "master" & ultimately saved Skylands.
Sphere Robot: And finally in Imaginators, Kaos attempted to harness the power of Mind Magic to take over Skylands. With the help of an ancient brain, Kaos mastered Mind Magic... only to be betrayed by the brain & defeated by the Skylanders. He's since been captured in a jar, & seemingly hasn't been heard from ever since.
Vrokorta: Though Kaos fails most all of his plans, that doesn't mean he's incapable of conquering Skylands. Thanks to the magic granted to him by The Darkness, he can manipulate 8 of the 10 elements in Skylands. With Magic, he restores his stamina. With Tech, he creates explosions of sparks. With Life, he slows enemies and drains their stamina. With Undead, he can turn fallen foes into spirits that aid him in battle. With Water, he makes a small waterfall that rains down on enemies. With Fire, he makes a column of fire erupt from the ground. With Earth, he creates a series of miniature earthquakes. With Air, he creates a gust of wind to blow enemies into the air.
Sphere Robot: But his most well known attack is his Doom Sharks. With a wave of his hands, Kaos can summon elemental sharks from the ground to bite foes, though they have the unfortunate side effect of healing anyone who narrowly dodges them.
Vrokorta: Fun for gameplay, bad for Death Battle.
Sphere Robot: There's also his "GIANT FLOATING HEAD!", a hologram that can shoot lasers from its eyes, & apparently eat a gymnasium. Curious if that made Kaos popular or unpopular in school.
Vrokorta: Probably both. Another ability he has is shapeshifting and transmutation, which he uses to disguise himself & turn harmless objects into minions. He can even use this to undo petrification, like the time when Golden Queen turned him to gold.
Sphere Robot: His arsenal isn't half bad at all, but I feel like we're missing something.
Vrokorta: Of course we are. Almost everything I've mentioned so far isn't even from the final boss fights he takes part in. In Skylanders Giants, he obtains the Iron Fist of Arkus, not only making him into the king of the Arkeyans, but also turning him into a giant robot.
Sphere Robot: I'm noticing a trend here.
Vrokorta: Have I not voiced my love of giant robots enough? Anyways, in this form Kaos has laser eyes, forcefields, & the ability to summon & control Arkeyan soldiers. His only weakness is that his head & the Fist of Arkus are vulnerable to damage, & taking too much damage will revert him back to base form.
Sphere Robot: In Skylanders Swap Force, Kaos absorbed enormous amounts of petrified evil, turning him into a crystalline kaiju known as Super Evil Kaos.
Sphere Robot: In this form, Kaos can create shockwaves by stomping his feet, & shoot evilized fire from his hands. However, his most impressive, & strange ability, is that he can turn his thoughts into reality. However, he can only do this if you fight him inside his own head. When doing so, Kaos can summon an endless number of minions from his own mind. Defeating him requires you to destroy the crystals on his body, stripping him of his powers & turning him back to normal.
Vrokorta: In Skylanders Trap Team, Kaos used the power of stinky cheese to unlock the full power of Traptanium... don't question it. Upon doing so, Kaos was granted enhanced awareness, which helped him see into the real world. He became aware of planet Earth, the player, their TV, their controller, everything. Then, when it finally came time to do battle, Kaos transformed into a giant tra-... "Traptanium Shard".
Vrokorta: In this form, Kaos can fly freely, create countless shockwaves & energy blasts, & summon traptanium swords. Not to mention this form allows him to grab things from OTHER UNIVERSES & pull them into his own. He's not great at it, but it's still impressive that he can do it at all. However, similar to his Doom Sharks, certain attacks will heal the enemy, but only if he hits them with an attack that matches their element.
[Popup: Beings from outside Skylands technically don't have elements, but Rift Engines can assign beings a fitting element. Therefore, it's possible that Kaos' magic can still approximate the enemy's element to decide whether or not it will heal them.]
Sphere Robot: In Skylanders Superchargers, the Darkness granted him greater power, allowing him to conquer Skylands, thus making him Emperor Kaos.
Sphere Robot: In this form, Kaos can fly & teleport at will. He wields telekinesis, allowing him to take control of the environment by grabbing pieces of the floor & throwing it at enemies in the form of spike balls. Then there are the giant energy hands he uses to attack foes from a distance & wield giant yet fragile swords. He can even create illusory duplicates to distract enemies. On top of that is his Doom Jet, a flying machine that can shoot blasts of darkness.
Vrokorta: Then there's Imaginators, where Kaos obtained Mind Magic. Mind Magic is what the Ancients used to create everything in Skylands, including creation itself. While Kaos isn't exactly a master of Mind Magic, he can still use it to generate countless weapons in battle, mind control all of Skylands, transmute enemies, hack into videogames, cause severe weather storms, & summon numerous minions of his own design, including evil Skylanders, clones of himself, & titanic guacamole monsters... don't question it.
Sphere Robot: But when Kaos gets ready for his final showdown, he transforms into... Super Saiyan Blue?
Vrokorta: He's just "Super Kaos", but yeah he looks like Super Saiyan Blue. Not my favorite form, but it's technically his strongest one. Due to wielding Mind Magic, he can basically create anything.
Sphere Robot: Speaking of creation, Kaos has quite a history messing with the Ancients' creations. With his Hydra, he was able to destroy the Core of Light, which was made to fend off the Darkness, an entity that could destroy all of Skylands. Heck, even in his base form, Kaos' magic is largely sourced from the Darkness itself.
Vrokorta: Then he tried to sabotage Mount Cloudbreak, the volcano that spreads magic to all of Skylands, by using Petrified Evil, but ended up absorbing it by accident to become Super Evil Kaos, implying that Super Evil Kaos is powered by enough evil to corrupt all of Skylands. Even after being defeated, Kaos survived Mt. Cloudbreak's eruption.
Sphere Robot: Then there's Cloudcracker Prison, an asylum made of Traptanium, which he destroyed using a Tuning Fork of Infinite Resonance. Said destruction was strong enough to fracture the very foundation of Skylands, exposing two new elements, light & dark.
Vrokorta: Speaking of Traptanium, Traptanium Kaos possesses the full power of Traptanium, which Golden Queen claimed would grant her infinite power. He also fought with Trap Masters like Stormblade, whose Traptanium sword can change the seasons in all of Skylands.
Sphere Robot: In Superchargers, Kaos fought with the Supercharger Skylanders, which are powered by Rift Engines, which contain enough power to destroy the entire universe, & I quote, "literally".
Vrokorta: And Mind Magic has the power to create all of that among other things, like Time Town, a town containing a clock tower that controls all of time. Misusing this clock tower can actually break time, meaning Mind Magic is strong enough to create something that can control & break time itself, & that's assuming Mind Magic wasn't used to create time in the first place.
Sphere Robot: Besides everything we just mentioned, Kaos' only weakness is his vanity & incompetence, but that's honestly not a huge weakness considering what he's capable of & what he's accomplished.
Vrokorta: You mye think you're facing a short, bald child, but you're actually facing, YOUR DOOM!
Dark Bowser (Mario Bros.)[]
Vrokorta: Long ago, the Mushroom Kingdom was being ravaged by a dark destroyer known as the Dark Star. Luckily, the power of the Star Sprites was enough to seal it away, locking the star under Peach's Castle.
Sphere Robot: However, the peace wouldn't last forever. Word spread of the Dark Star's presence, & some wanted that power for themselves. Specifically Fawful, a bean man who'd just lost his old boss, & was working on building a dark legacy of his own.
Vrokorta: His plan was "surprisingly simple". Poison Bowser, incapacitate the major figures of the Mushroom Kingdom using poisoned Bowser, dispose of Bowser, conquer the Koopa Kingdom with mind control, incapacitate Bowser, kidnap Princess Peach, invade the Mushroom Kingdom, steal the Dark Star, incapacitate Bowser, take over Peach's Castle, free the Dark Star using Peach's magic, & absorb all of the dark power the Dark Star possesses.
Sphere Robot: ... that's not simple in the slightest.
Vrokorta: The plan almost worked too, had Bowser not stepped in. Otherwise, Fawful could've completely absorbed the Dark Star's power & become all-powerful. Instead, he only got half of it before being cut off by a punch from Bowser, leaving the Dark Star with only half of its original strength.
Sphere Robot: Desperate to restore its power, the Dark Star ventured into Bowser's body to find some energy to supplement its own missing power. It consumed Bowser's DNA, gaining the ability to breathe fire, guard itself with a shell, or grow arms to punch things, effectively copying Bowser's powers.
Vrokorta: Bowser's DNA wasn't enough. The Dark Star escaped Bowser's body to seek out its original power from the one who stole it. Thanks to Bowser defeating Fawful, the bean man was too weak to resist. The Dark Star absorbed Fawful, taking back the power it'd lost & combining it with the DNA it stole, now becoming Dark Bowser.
Sphere Robot: In this form, Dark Bowser threatened to destroy the entire kingdom, & fought Bowser in the final showdown, the grand finale.
Vrokorta: A superb fight with an amazing theme that didn't need changed or updated in the slightest if you ask me.
Sphere Robot: Thankfully for the kingdom, Bowser defeated his dark counterpart & saved everyone, destroying the Dark Star once & for all. With the powers the Dark Star wields, it's no wonder it posed such a threat to the kingdom. Right off the bat, this thing can fly, & is covered in spikes, allowing it to spin into foes & shred them like a sawblade.
Vrokorta: It can fire bolts of electricity & balls of energy to attack from a distance. It can turn invisible for a short time & create temporary duplicates to throw itself at foes consecutively. It can also create portals & balls of darkness that set people on fire.
[Popup: These last two attacks were never used by the Dark Star. Rather, they were used by Fawful after he stole the Dark Star's energy. The Dark Star can likely use these abilities when at full strength, as opposed to when it lost half its power.]
Sphere Robot: It can darken its surroundings & control shadows, even being able to attack someone's shadow to damage its owner. If that wasn't enough, it can create a flash of light to expose people's shadows for it to attack... the "Dark" Star, can create "light"... That's a bit odd.
Vrokorta: It can summon Dark Satellmites to shoot lasers at foes, induce Poison & Confusion, create short-range smoke to suffocate nearby enemies, & as a last-ditch attack it'll try to suck up foes like a black hole for massive damage.
Sphere Robot: Yet all of that is just a taste of what the Dark Star can do. One of its more useful abilities is that it can break down its body into particles. This allows it to enter small areas, & use its most useful ability, DNA consumption.
Vrokorta: By entering an organic body, the Dark Star can consume the DNA of whoever it enters, allowing it to copy their powers & traits. When it ate Bowser's DNA, it gained fire breath, large fists, & a spiked koopa shell, alongside copying his looks. It's entirely possible that the Dark Star could gain other abilities by eating the DNA of other beings.
Sphere Robot: As Dark Bowser, it can also create powerful storms, spawn boulders out of nowhere, summon dark versions of Bowser's minions, trap people in bubbles & cages, & resurrect itself. As long as the Dark Star Core residing within Dark Bowser is intact, it'll simply heal all of Dark Bowser's wounds & make him stronger.
Vrokorta: And that's saying a lot, cause Dark Bowser is already very strong. He can create a country-wide storm worth 77 Teratons of TNT, & even threatened to destroy the kingdom.
Sphere Robot: He's also surprisingly fast. His storm travels at Mach 57, & he compares to Bowser, who can cross half the country in just a minute, & run fast enough to set himself on fire. Easy Hypersonic speed.
Vrokorta: His greatest weakness is actually the Dark Star Core we were just talking about. Sure, the Core can resurrect him whenever he sustains fatal damage, but if the Core is destroyed, Dark Bowser will be harshly weakened, becoming completely helpless to defend himself from enemy attacks.
Sphere Robot: But when your greatest weakness is also your greatest strength (& also inside of you), it'll be hard to underestimate the dark destructive copycat star.
Dark Gaia (Sonic the Hedgehog)[]
Vrokorta: And now we end things off with the GoaT himself, Dark Gaia, the only boss anyone on this wiki could've guessed would actually make the cut.
Sphere Robot: Yeah, half of these guys are deep cuts who didn't even have a page prior to this battle. Meanwhile, you've made like 5 Dark Gaia fights.
Vrokorta: Well yes, this would be the 5th, but enough dawdling, time for a history lesson.
Sphere Robot: At the beginning of time, planet Earth was born, & with it, two deities. One was a benevolent being of light, representing creation & rebirth. The other, a malevolent being of darkness, representing death & destruction. These were Light Gaia & Dark Gaia, primordial beings who maintained the balance of the planet.
Vrokorta: As soon as the two were born, they did battle, with Dark Gaia attempting to destroy the planet, & Light Gaia attempting to protect it. Seeing as the planet is y'know, not destroyed, we can assume Light Gaia won this battle, as well as every subsequent battle.
Sphere Robot: Every time Light Gaia defeats Dark Gaia, the latter must rest within the Earth for 1 million years to restore his energy, & Light Gaia joins him until he is needed again.
[Popup: We don't know how old Sonic's universe is, but if we assume it's the same age as our own universe (13.7 billion years), that'd mean Dark Gaia & Light Gaia have fought almost 14,000 times!]
Vrokorta: However, something threw a wrench in the system, or I should say someone. In a bid to obtain ultimate power, Dr. Eggman tricked Super Sonic into powering his new machine, the Chaos Energy Cannon.
Sphere Robot: The cannon stole Super Sonic's energy, & used it to awaken Dark Gaia early, a mere 10,000 years after his last awakening. However, without enough time to properly recover from his last battle, Dark Gaia was unable to control his energy. You see, Dark Gaia is a hyper-energy organism, he's literally made of energy. If he can't control his energy and condense it into a solid body, he will simply destabilize & disperse. Yet even in this weakened state, Dark Gaia's revival resulted in the shattering of the entire planet, leaving it up to Sonic, corrupted into a werehog by Dark Gaia's energy, to fix the planet & stop the dark deity. He also gets the help of a strange red, amnesiac creature named Chip, who definitely won't be important later.
Vrokorta: Meanwhile, Eggman made plans to harness Dark Gaia's energy & power his machines. Thankfully, Sonic did a good job of fending off Eggman's mechs & defeating the monsters formed from Dark Gaia's residual energy. With the help of Chip & the Chaos Emeralds, he was even able to fix the planet by taking each of the Emeralds to an ancient temple on the planet, & using it to place continents back into their proper place. However, these temples held a secret.
Sphere Robot: Upon reaching the 6th temple, Chip was able to regain his memories, revealing that he is Light Gaia, & it's his duty to defeat Dark Gaia. Course, Sonic still wasn't gonna let him do it alone, & went with him to the last temple, which Eggman built an entire theme park around.
Vrokorta: No worries though. After a notoriously long level, Sonic reached the final temple & set the last piece of Earth back into its place... only to be met with Eggman's newest creation, the Egg Dragoon. This mech was powered by Dark Gaia's energy, & sent Sonic & Chip plummeting to the Earth's core. However, even the "pinnacle of evil genius" was no match for the might of the Werehog, & it was torn to pieces.
Sphere Robot: However, that was only the beginning. Thanks to Eggman gathering all of Dark Gaia's energy in one place, it was finally able to reform, albeit still incomplete. It then stole the energy that was corrupting Sonic, leaving him almost helpless against the massive beast.
Vrokorta: That's where Light Gaia comes in, using his energy to protect Sonic & gather all the temples across the planet into one place, bringing them together to form, the Gaia Colossus.

Sphere Robot: How are so few people talking about this? This is one of the coolest things in Sonic history.
Vrokorta: Way cooler than Frontiers that's for sure.
Sphere Robot: After a rough fight, Light Gaia & Sonic seem to have beaten Dark Gaia, only for him to rise up & unleash his full power. He raises the continent, & spreads darkness across the entire planet before completing his physical body. Four extra arms burst from his sides as his mouth opens, revealing a wall of tongues that part to show 7 massive eyes. This was his true form, Perfect Dark Gaia.
Vrokorta: It would take nothing short of Light Gaia's power joined with that of Super Sonic to take down Dark Gaia in a final climactic battle. In the end, Dark Gaia met his end once more, & the planet was saved, but there was little time to relish in victory. Sonic was exhausted from the battle, & Light Gaia had to return to the Earth's core. With one last goodbye, Light Gaia sent Sonic back to the surface before falling into the magma of the Earth.
Sphere Robot: Why does it feel like this whole analysis was about everyone BUT Dark Gaia?
Vrokorta: He spends most of the game fragmented into isolated energy, so we only ever see monsters conceived from his energy rather than Dark Gaia himself. Don't worry though, cause now it's time for the arsenal.
Sphere Robot: Dark Gaia is one of the largest characters in Sonic history, only beat out by The End from Frontiers. Even so, Dark Gaia stands at a whopping 325 meters tall! That's bigger than Godzilla Earth!
Vrokorta: As a hyper energy organism, Dark Gaia is proficient in the use of energy-based attacks. He can fire lasers, control numerous tentacles to attack foes or create forcefields, & throw electric orbs to paralyze foes.
Sphere Robot: But energy isn't all he's got. With his six massive clawed hands, he can slash & grapple with foes, even slashing with all six claws at once to dice up large foes.
Vrokorta: Then there's his mind powers. His presence on Earth at night is enough to induce severe depression in countless humans, & by encouraging negative emotions, he generates negative energy that makes him stronger. This is especially effective when paired with his next ability, darkness manipulation. Dark Gaia can release a purple mist from his mouth that spreads across the entire planet, creating darkness & negativity to bring him up to full strength.
Sphere Robot: Though he's a brute, Dark Gaia also possesses telekinesis, which he uses to throw boulders & magma at foes. Speaking of magma, Dark Gaia is completely unharmed by the heat of the Earth's core, which burns at over 4,400 degrees Celsius... okay I lied, this stuff isn't magma. The Earth's core isn't made of molten rock, it's made of molten metal, though that does explain why it's so much hotter than actual magma.
Vrokorta: With his power, Dark Gaia can easily destroy a planet, but that's just the beginning of his power. Dark Gaia is able to fight with the Gaia Colossus, which is composed of the Gaia Temples. When Chip regains his memories, we see that the 6th temple contains a pocket dimension containing a galaxy! This would give the Gaia Colossus a minimum strength of 11 Zettafoe, & he needed help from Super Sonic to beat Dark Gaia.
Sphere Robot: That's not all though. Despite being relatively slow, Dark Gaia can keep up with Super Sonic, who should massively outclass his base form. When boosting, Sonic can move at speeds over 9x the speed of light, meaning Super Sonic should be well over 10x FTL, & Dark Gaia can land hits on him. What kind of weaknesses could a beast like this possess?
Vrokorta: Obvious ones sadly. He has massive green eyes that are incredibly vulnerable to damage, & his electric orbs can be reflected to paralyze him. Even so, Dark Gaia made the top of this list for a reason. Rest assured, he'll give this roster the fight of their lives.
Intermission[]
Vrokorta: Alright the combatants are set. I've been dwelling on this for months, & flip-flopped between winners a couple times.
Sphere Robot: Even so, we're ready now, so get ready for Vrokorta's Favorite Final Bosses Battle Royale!
Death Battle[]
Pre-Fight[]
It was a normal day on planet Watchamacallit II, a bit overcast, but the weather was nice. Dennis, the Pokemon trainer, was going for a walk with his Buneary. It was quite peaceful, & both simply enjoyed their time together. "I gotta say Buneary, I have a good feeling about today. In fact, I'd go as far as to say that there's absolutely nothing in the world that could ever ruin this day".
No sooner than he said that did the earth at Dennis' feet split open, revealing molten metal deep within the planet's core. "YIPE!" Dennis screamed before jumping back to land on solid ground. "Welp, that could've been worse" he said as he stood back to his feet. Despite escaping death, Dennis couldn't help but feel a looming threat as he heard thunder crashing. Looking to the sky, he saw nothing but red & purple clouds, coating the air in a thin miasma. "Um, you know what Buneary? I don't think today's gonna be so good after all".
Dark Gaia burst from the Earth, dripping with molten metal, towering over the landscape, roaring so loud that he could be heard for miles. The time had come once again, for the planet to be destroyed.
The Will of the Planet began to stir. Was this too early? It questioned itself for a mere moment, but pushed the thought from its mind. It was never too early to reclaim its lost souls. It pushed its body forth through the crust, bulldozing through hundreds of miles of earth & stone. Its head breached the surface, obliterating the continent above it & giving a shrill screech into space. Vlitra had risen.
Miles above the planet, a large machine surveyed the arrival of both kaiju. "I knew one day humanity would be forced to evolve, but even I am surprised at the brutality fate has in store for this planet. It is no matter, there's no changing the strings of fate, but I'd at least like to give humanity a fighting chance. I've done enough watching, let's see just how strong the emissaries of fate truly are". The Dominator descended upon the planet.
A massive fissure rips through the ocean, splitting an island in half. However, this is no mere island. It is a massive chunk of ice in the sea, & as the heat of the planet's core rose up from the depths, the island was thawed, & its residents were finally freed. Boss Cass opened his eyes & laughed, "Hah! That filthy mammal & his little 'Bush Rescue' ought to be long dead by now! Frills! Ready the robots, & get me my-". As Cass marched through his base he had to catch himself before falling into the massive fissure in his base. "BAH! And watch the hole in the floor, this place has REALLY fallen into disarray".
Dozens of red meteors rained from the sky, crashing into the ground like small bombs. One large meteor hit the ground with a titanic crash before cracking open to reveal a black & red reptilian creature straight from nightmares. Zarkhator emerged from the meteor & glared at the world around him. "Can't wait to see this planet reduced to rubble".
Dennis ran for his life as meteors rained down around him & Buneary. "Hey, let's hide in that temple!" he said as he pointed to some old ruins... right before it was struck by a meteor & reduced to rubble, "... scratch that, let's keep running". However, Dennis' mad dash was interrupted when he tripped over a small object that felt oddly lumpy.
He looked down, & saw a human skull at his feet. "AH!" he screamed "Where did that come from?".
Then, the skull wiggled, much to Dennis' shock. "... Buneary did that skull just-".
The skull leaped through the air & collided with Dennis' head, knocking his skull right out of his body & sending him crashing to the ground. His Buneary cried out, shaking her master in desperation. However, a hand reached out to pat her head. "I'm alright Buneary" Dennis said as he looked down at his Pokemon. Buneary's blood ran cold as she saw the ominous look in her master's eyes. "In fact" he continued, "This guy makes for a pretty good host. An idiot sure, but I think I have just enough power to-".
Dennis' body suddenly went limp before collapsing to the ground, leaving the skull floating above him. The skull grew larger as appendages extended out from it, forming a titanic saurian body with giant bony arms. Zongazonga roared into the air as a purple hurricane ripped through the sky.
"How much longer before we make contact?" Mashtooth demanded from his minions.
"A few more minutes sir" the minion said, fearing his master would not be pleased.
"Bah! Make it a few seconds, I can't wait any longer!" Mashtooth demanded.
"But sir, the only way to land faster would be to crash the-" the minion wasn't able to finish, as the ship was suddenly struck by a missile, blowing it to pieces & sending Mashtooth falling to the planet's surface.
"When will they learn? The only team of space pirates that'll be conquering this world is my own" Don Onion said proudly as his King Pumpkin flew past the wreckage of Mashtooth's fleet & descended upon the planet.
Back on the ground, a series of portals opened up, releasing various creatures such as trolls and drow. Leading them was a short bald man laughing maniacally. "HA HAHAHAHA! FOOLS! You may have thought you were safe, but that was before the arrival of me! KAOS! Now you can all look forward to serving your new emperor, EMPEROR KAOS! HA HAHAHAHA!".
BOOM!
A volcano erupted, releasing countless debris into the air. However, instead of broken stone & molten lava, the volcano also ejected numerous wooden trinkets, like little tikis. Then, a larger one emerged, with sharp teeth, its head painted with red and purple accents. Tiki Tong laughed into the air as he commanded his tikis to start taking control of the surrounding residents.
As tikis were being shot into the sky, one piece of debris didn't quite match the rest. A small blue sphere with a black star on the front. It hit the ground and rolled for a moment before settling in one spot. It sat quietly for a moment, then started vibrating. The sphere rose into the air, numerous black spikes bursting from its surface. Then, a pair of red eyes appeared on its front. The Dark Star had awakened.
As Kaos' army marched across the field, a purple Greeble noticed something. It was a star-shaped portal, which seemed to have opened up out of nowhere. The Greeble grimaced. If it was a Skylander, then they couldn't be allowed to thwart Kaos' plans. The evil Greeble ran towards the portal, his club raised high as he prepared to attack. Right as he came within striking range, something fell out of the portal. The Greeble stopped to see what had dropped, the portal quickly closing as he did so. It was a golden crown with a blue gem on its front. The Greeble couldn't help but be drawn to its beauty. He picked up the crown in one hand, & placed it on his head. It fit quite ni-
The Crown began to glow with power as its ridges dug deep into the Greeble's head. The small creature cried out, gripping his head in pain as the power of the Crown flowed through him. The Greeble grew larger & more monstrous, its flat face becoming sharp, & its feeble limbs growing to resemble that of a hulking beast. However, even with the power of the Crown, the Greeble was no king. Rather, he was a victim, a slave, & his body now served only one purpose, to obey his Master Crown.
Battle: Part 1[]
"The world will be mine!" Zongazonga roared. He lowered his head, ready to conquer the land, when his gaze fell upon a wooden figure floating before him. "... what are you?" he asked menacingly.
The tiki did not answer, it simply started waving its arms, a pleasant tune playing on the air. Zongazonga was not one for music, but he had to admit that this song was quite pleasant. He swayed back & forth, losing himself to the music. The dark eyes of the titanic necromancer were replaced by black & white swirls. Zongazonga was under the control of the Tiki Tak Tribe.
Tiki Tong watched with pleasure as his tikis took the minds of everyone around him. It wouldn't be long before the world was his. However, he noticed something problematic. As one of his tikis tried to hypnotize a black & red creature, they were met with retaliation as the creature slammed it into the ground & smashed it to pieces. Tiki Tong narrowed his eyes, he knew how to handle problems like this.
Zarkhator scoffed as he looked down at the wooden remains on the ground. "That wooden creature didn't know who it was messing with" he said to himself. Before the creature could proceed, a massive wooden fist slammed into him, sending Zarkhator screeching along the dirt. He looked up to see a much larger wooden figure looking down at him. "Is this some kind of joke?" Zarkhator scoffed, "I am the destroyer of planets, I do not fear a few trees".
Tiki Tong raised a brow before calling upon his tikis. With them they brought a small army, consisting of large sentient fruit backed by a hoard of purple dinosaurs. Zarkhator scoffed, "Please, I can do that too". He raised his arm, & more red meteors rained from the sky. Their power influenced the hapless minds of those around him, drawing creatures large & small to his aid. Massive black & red elephants & snapping turtles barreled to his side while a bunch of bean-shaped aliens gathered at his feet, led by a red crocodilian alien with a sword. "Your choice tree, die here in battle, or die later when I kill the planet".
Tiki Tong slammed his fists together & roared in defiance. "Very well then" Zarkhator said as he ordered his minions to attack.
Tiki Tong & Zongazonga vs Zarkhator & Mashtooth[]
Zongazonga ran headlong into battle, ready to barrel through the elephants & turtles. However, he was intercepted by the small yet powerful Mashtooth delivering a headbutt to his chest, sending the titanic dinosaur toppling onto his side. The sentient fruit ran in to fight Zarkhator's minions, posing a surprisingly good match against the black & red monsters.
"Your turn!" Zarkhator yelled before darting into the air & tackling Tiki Tong, sending him spiraling through the air. Zarkhator clawed at the tiki's face, but was blown off by a stream of flames erupting from Tiki Tong's mouth, forcing the creature to retreat. Tiki Tong reeled back & threw two more punches at Zarkhator, but the creature swatted them aside before firing a spray of acid at the tiki's face.
Tiki Tong yelled in pain before Zarkhator tackled him again, sending him crashing into the ground. Zarkhator channeled the power of the red meteors into his fists before readying a killing blow. However, he was cut short as Zongazonga ran in & snapped him up in his jaws. Tiki Tong recovered, & laughed at Zarkhator's predicament, only to be struck by lightning courtesy of Mashtooth.
The tiki retaliated in rage, grabbing Mashtooth in one hand before trying to crush him. However, the red crocodile forced his wooden fingers apart before inhaling with his nostrils. Tiki Tong's eyes went wide as he felt his power slipping away. The tiki threw Mashtooth to the ground ceasing his power absorption.
However, this left him open to Zarkhator, who now held Zongazonga over his head, prepared to throw him. Tiki Tong turned around, noticing the threat all too late before the dinosaur was thrown right at his head, sending them both crashing back to the ground. The tiki shoved the dinosaur off of himself as Zarkhator & Mashtooth surrounded them on both sides. Tiki Tong & Zongazonga lifted themselves back up, still willing to fight.
(Stop Music)
That is until all four of them were blasted away by bolts of lightning. "ENOUGH!" a powerful yet childish voice rang out, "This is my land, MIIIIIINE! No one takes control of foolish innocents, BUT ME!". Zarkhator & Tiki Tong saw a short bald man approaching them. Though at first unamused, they were forced to acknowledge him as his army began to overwhelm theirs. "Aw, what's wrong?" Kaos taunted, "Not a big enough army? Should've thought of that before challenging the might of, KA-OS!".
Tiki Tong narrowed his eyes before slowly swaying back & forth, waving his hands in rhythmic fashion, a pleasant tune playing on the air. Meanwhile, Zarkhator raised his hands, causing red meteors to grow out from the ground around Kaos. The dark portal master clutched his head as though in pain, turning his face to the ground. Then suddenly, "HA HAHAHAHA!" Kaos laughed, much to his opponents' shock. "Fools! Did you really think you could control MY incredible mind!? That's like the oldest trick in the book! Now you've left me no other option. Time to meet, YOUR DOOM!"
Kaos vs Tiki Tong & Zarkhator[]
(Kaos Boss Theme Spyro's Adventure)
Immediately, a column of fire erupted from under Tiki Tong, scorching his wooden body. As the tiki roared in pain, Zarkhator darted towards Kaos, his claws primed to attack. Kaos countered by materializing a set of clawed gauntlets to clash against Zarkhator. "What are mere claws to a sensei of every battle class!?" Kaos boasted as a sword materialized above Zarkhator's head. The creature dodged the sword swing, only to be punched by a skeletal fist erupting from the ground. Before he could recover, a slab of stone came crashing down on his head with the force of an earthquake, flattening him against the ground. "Now get a load of my sha-".
Kaos was cut off by a giant fist punching him away. "Rrrgh! You've made a mistake you wooden thing! No giant heads mess with me unless they want to challenge my GIANT HEAD!". Just as Kaos said this, his body transformed into a giant hologram of his head. "BEHOLD! My GIANT FLOATING HEAD! Fear it! FEAR IIIIT!" he commanded before firing a series of lasers from his eyes, blasting bits of wood off of Tiki Tong's body.
Before the tiki could be killed, Zarkhator flew up to Kaos' head & slammed him into the ground with all 4 fists, the impact creating a massive shockwave. Before the smoke & debris could clear, a purple glow emanated from the crater as purple energy grabbed at Zarkhator & Tiki Tong, trapping them in place. "Nice try FOOLS! But you underestimate the power of your emperor!" Kaos' voice yelled as he emerged from the smoke, wearing an ornate crown & a purple cloak. "Now bow down to me! For I am-".
Kaos was cut short as a large metallic hand wrapped itself around his body. "A filthy mammal!" a voice said, coming from a one-eyed robot approaching Kaos from behind.
As Dark Gaia prepared to destroy the planet, he spotted something that was impossible to miss. A massive mountain standing beyond the horizon, dwarfing everything in sight. Somehow Dark Gaia could tell, this was an enemy. Heedless of its size & destructive nature, Dark Gaia could sense its intention. It WANTED the planet to live. If this creature was going to oppose him, he would have to kill it. His goal is to destroy this world, & no being would stand against him.
Dark Gaia dragged his body at incredible speed across the continent, tearing apart the ground for hundreds of miles, bulldozing small mountains, all in his goal to reach his newest adversary. In mere seconds, Dark Gaia had reached his destination, but from his perspective, he might as well have been facing a massive wall. It mattered not to Dark Gaia, nothing could keep him from his goal.
Dark Gaia vs Vlitra[]
Dark Gaia lashed out with all six arms, tearing chunks out of Vlitra's body. Though they were infinitesimal compared to its sheer bulk, Vlitra could still feel the assault happening on its body. The will of the planet opened its mouth & fired beams of energy into the air. Each one soared in an arc before crashing back down on the planet, striking with teraton levels of energy. However, it had no effect on Dark Gaia, as his tentacles protected him with a forcefield.
Vlitra conjured a new attack, calling upon its power to summon Gohma to its aid. Massive elephants & fish rose from the earth to attack Dark Gaia, but they were mere insects to him. Dark Gaia slashed & crushed the opposition with his many arms, reducing them to black dust in seconds. Then, another rose, a Gohma like no other. Like a massive ankylosaurus with the head of a cobra, standing many times larger than Dark Gaia.
The Gohma Striker hissed loudly before lunging at the deity, but Dark Gaia saw it coming a mile away. He grabbed the Striker by the neck with all six arms before lifting it off the ground & into the air. He swung with incomparable might, sending the Striker's body crashing into Vlitra, tearing through the stony wall like a kilometric wrecking ball. Dark Gaia swung again, & again, & again, until there was nothing left of the Striker but a disembodied head.
Dark Gaia crushed the Striker's remains before reeling back all 6 arms, his claws glowing with dark yet divine energy. Then, he struck, all 6 arms meeting their target, cleaving through the mighty Vlitra's body like it was made of paper. Vlitra squealed into the sky, it's body falling to pieces & collapsing onto the surrounding earth.

Don Onion watched from the safety of his King Pumpkin as Vlitra fell to pieces. He had to keep his guard up, he couldn't let his precious machine be destroyed like that creature was. Even so, the Don was a man of ambition, he wouldn't let the prospect of defeat scare him away from invading this planet. "No matter who stands in my way, I will not allow them to stop me from conquering the universe!" Don Onion proclaimed to no one in particular. At least, he thought no one heard him, until he saw something hovering in the air right outside his mech.
It was an odd machine, but clearly quite advanced. Though it was smaller than his pumpkin, Don Onion could tell there was more to this thing than meets the eye. "So the universe is what you want, is it?" the machine said to him, "Quite the goal, though I have my doubts that fate will allow such a thing".
"Who are you to tell me what fate will let me do?" the Don scoffed, "Perhaps fate ought to learn who's really in charge here".
The machine sighed, "Fate is eternal & all encompassing, it bows to no man. You seem smart with your machines, it's a shame such intelligence is wasted on somehow who refuses to accept their place in this universe".
Don Onion slammed his fists against the dashboard. "My place in this universe is at the top!" he fumed, "And yours, is at the bottom!". The onion thrust his controls forward, & the pumpkin lunged at his enemy.
Dominator vs King Pumpkin[]
The King Pumpkin chomped down with its island crushing teeth, but the Dominator was nowhere to be seen. "What? Where'd it go?" the onion questioned as the mech looked around for its target. Suddenly, the massive machine was struck by countless bullets, & turned to face the attacker, but saw nothing.
The Dominator circled the King Pumpkin with ease, gunning it down from a distance. "This machine is mighty, but that means nothing if it can't catch me" the Dominator boasted as it speeded around the pumpkin. However, its attack was interrupted by the arrival of a giant pufferfish with robot arms. Even with Grief's incredible knowledge, the Dominator was utterly flabbergasted at seeing such a bizarre enemy.
The fish swung its arm at lightning speed, but the Dominator dodged it & started firing at its new assailant. While the machine was distracted, a massive bird made of red cabbage flew up & rammed the Dominator, sending it flying kilometers away. By now, the King Pumpkin had finally managed to track its foe.
"Hahahaha! Weren't prepared for my Neo-Tabemon monsters were you? Now face destruction!" Don Onion cheered as the King Pumpkin fired homing missiles while throwing massive, pineapple-shaped bombs. The attacks converged upon the Dominator & exploded with impossible force, blowing the machine to smithereens, alongside several kilometers of land.
"Ahahaha! Pathetic! Guess 'fate' wasn't on your side this time was it?" Don Onion boasted, only to feel a strong pull coming from behind him. He turned his mech around, & saw the Dominator floating before a black hole.
"Fate hasn't given up on me yet. Now tell me, how do you plan to face the might of a singularity?".
The Don was worried for a moment, but readjusted himself. "All black holes die eventually, I just have to speed things up" he said before cranking up the mech's power levels. The King Pumpkin opened its mouth, taking in millions of gallons of air. Then, it released it all in one colossal roar. The Dominator was struck with the cataclysmic force & blown away as the black hole quickly shrank to nothing.
Battle: Part 2[]
Kaos teleported out of the robot's grasp before exclaiming, "How dare you lay hands on your emperor! Do you know who I am?!"
"I know what you are" Boss Cass said as Armstrong punched its fists together, "You're a warm-blooded cretin, & you stand in the way of cold-blooded dominion. This world belongs to the dinosaurs, & I'm taking back what's rightfully mine!".
"Ehh? What are you on about? You're not a dinosaur".
"Birds evolved from dinosaurs you ninny!".
"ENOUGH! You'll not insult your emperor any longer! When I take over this world, I'll make sure our history classes correct this nonsense about birds evolving from dinosaurs!".
"Science, not history!".
"SILENCE!".
Emperor Kaos vs Armstrong[]
Kaos used his telekinesis to tear chunks of earth from the ground, turning them into jagged spike balls before hurling them at Boss Cass. The bird merely laughed as Armstrong swung its arms with vigor, shattering the boulders to dust. "Please, I can do that too!" Cass boasted as he activated Armstrong's telekinesis & hurled more rocks at Kaos.
The portal master formed giant, pink energy hands & crushed the rocks with a mighty clap. Kaos then summoned a massive black sword to one of his energy hands before swinging it down on Armstrong's head, denting the robot & shattering the blade.
"HAH! You broke your own sword!" Cass laughed, only to see Kaos summon two more. "Oh" he said before Armstrong jumped over a scissor move from both swords. The robot pointed both fists at Kaos before firing them like rockets that quickly closed in on the portal master.
Kaos simply summoned another energy hand & grabbed both fists. "Mine are bigger!" he yelled before sending his fist flying at Armstrong. The fist struck the robot's chest, causing it to burst into pieces, its head flying into the air. "HAH! Whose weapon is broken now?".
"Broken, but not destroyed!" Cass taunted from the flying head of Armstrong as each broken piece began levitating into the air.
"Eh!? What's this?".
"Nanobots boy!" Cass boasted as Armstrong's nanobots began to swirl through the air like a miniature tornado.
"Yeah well... I can do that too!" Kaos exclaimed as he put a finger to his head, causing electricity to crackle through the air. In seconds, a purple wind began to stir, before quickly evolving into a raging vortex. The nanobots looked on in shock as they were dragged into the massive tornado.
"AHHH!" Cass yelled as he was dragged into the violent wind storm.
"Sorry bird-brain, but as your emperor I reserve the right to take custody of your little robots" Kaos taunted as he used his power to turn each nanobot into a spike ball. "Now say hello to, YOUR DOOM!" the portal master yelled as he sent each spike flying back at Cass, blowing up his hover chair. "That's what happens when you challenge your supreme ruler!" Kaos boasted.
However, Cass was not dead, & his body remained tumbling through the vortex. "I may be down" the bird said as he pulled out a massive laser gun, "But I'm not out!". He targeted the evil Kaos before firing.
"Eh? AHHH!" Kaos screamed as the laser engulfed his body.
"HAHAHA!" Cass laughed as the vortex dispersed, leaving Cass hundreds of feet in the air. "Oh... AHHHHHH!!!" the bird screamed as he started falling through the sky, only to land much earlier than expected, hitting a solid metal surface. "Huh? Oh, looks like you minions were actually good for something" Cass said as he now stood atop the Neo Fluffy X robot. "Perfect timing, now nothing will stop us from taking over this planet".
"Are you sure?" a familiar voice rang out, though deeper & more robotic.
"What the? Where are you, & why do you sound like that?" Cass questioned.
"I'm right in front of you. As for why I sound like this" Kaos said as a massive robot showed its face, "It's thanks to the power of the Fist of Arkus! HA HAHAHAHA!".

Mashtooth stood over the fallen body of a Goliath Drow, lightly exhaling as he did so. "You've all been quite tasty" he said as he turned to the numerous fallen bodies of minions he sucked the power out of, "But you're not substantial enough for my palate". The crocodile alien raised his sword into the air, "I need some real power!".
He then heard the sound of a large metal object crashing into the ground behind him. "Hm, that sounds promising" the pirate said as he approached the source of the noise, spotting a massive metal machine that looked to be from another world. Mashtooth licked his lips, "Yes, now THAT looks tasty".
The Dominator floated upright, shaking itself off after the hit it'd sustained from the King Pumpkin. "I underestimated my foe, but fate hasn't taken my life yet. There is still more for me to do".
Then, rushing out from the bushes, was a small red creature. "Your power is mine!" it yelled.
Mashtooth vs The Dominator[]
Mashtooth arched his back & began to draw in air with his nose. The Dominator had no plans of standing around, & took to the skies where it started gunning down the crocodile. However, the alien seemed to be unfazed, satisfied in fact. Mashtooth licked his lips, "Delicious! I like where this is going!".
Mashtooth roared into the air as lightning surrounded his body before arcing into the air. In less than the blink of an eye, the Dominator was blasted with 300 million volts, completely torching its body. The machine fell to the ground in a heap, & Mashtooth prepared to consume it. However, the body slowly dispersed into red particles.
As Mashtooth stood baffled, the real Dominator appeared behind him. "You clearly lack an understanding of the energy in femto particles. That was merely a distraction" it said as it prepared a massive laser.
Mashtooth, having only heard half of that, turned towards the Dominator with a smile, "Energy you say?".
The Dominator fired, but it was too late, as Mashtooth sucked up the femto, causing his body to glow with a powerful red aura. The lasers struck him dead-on, but the crocodile didn't even flinch. Mashtooth laughed, "I haven't had this much fun in years! Can't wait to take ALL your energy for myself".
"All my energy you say? Well then, I can't say you didn't ask for it". The Dominator tore open space, a black hole appearing before him, ripping apart the surrounding environment. However, much to the machine's surprise, Mashtooth didn't even fight the pull of the hole. Rather, he started to breathe in through his nose.
Against all odds, the black hole began to shrink. The mass of the black hole was converted into energy as Mashtooth sucked it down through his nose. The Dominator was in fearful awe. No being should be capable of consuming a black hole, & yet here stood a creature that just did.
Then, before the Dominator's eyes, the red alien transformed, growing larger & more serpentine, with massive wings. "YES! Now THIS is POWER! I'd thank you for the meal-" Mega Mashtooth said as he reeled back, "But pirates don't give thanks".
Mega Mashtooth lunged at the Dominator, grabbing it with both hands before sinking his teeth into the machine's torso. As Mashtooth thrashed & tore at the machine, the Dominator spoke softly to itself, "I suppose fate had no intention of leaving me alive. Even so, there's still one last thing I can do".
Mashtooth ripped out the machine's torso, tearing the Dominator to pieces, pieces he gladly consumed.
The Dominator
"HAHA! That's the best meal I've ever had! I couldn't have asked for better!" Mashtooth cheered. "Then again" Mashtooth said, a thought coming to him. If this was just one of the beings on this planet, how many others would provide such energy? Mashtooth's long jaws crept into a smile as he licked his lips, "There's always room for more".
Mashtooth laughed as he shot off into the sky in search of his next meal. Unbeknownst to him, the moon seemed to be getting closer to the planet.

"That machine was nothing against our might!" Don Onion yelled as his Tabemon marched across the land, "Our power will conquer this world yet!". However, he & his army had to stop when one of his minions stumbled into one of the planet's cracks, sending them tumbling into the molten core. "Geez, this planet kinda sucks. It'll take me days to terraform it".
As Don Onion planned the future of the planet, something popped up on his radar. An energy spike that rivaled the power of the Legendary Orbs. "Ooh, well I could never say no to more power" he said giddily as he tracked down the source, only to see one of his minions get engulfed in purple light, reducing it to nothing.
The Don analyzed the source of this energy, & located a giant brown serpent with six arms. Tiny compared to his minions, but clearly a force to be reckoned with. "Hang on" the onion said as he scanned Dark Gaia, "The energy of this creature matches the latent energy from these fissures... YOU DESTROYED MY PLANET!".
Dark Gaia roared in defiance as he charged towards the King Pumpkin. Don Onion smirked, "Worry not you stupid beast, once I take your power, we can fix this little problem you caused.
Dark Gaia vs King Pumpkin[]
(Dr. Eggman Showdown - Lost World)
The onion's massive minions rushed towards Dark Gaia, but ended up clumsily bumping into each other & falling into a heap, leaving them vulnerable to a massive laser fired by the destructive deity.
"Fight like you mean it, idiots!" the Don commanded as he threw out more giant Tabemon. A giant robot pufferfish came spinning at Dark Gaia, but the serpent slashed with one of his claws, slicing right through the side of the machine as it spun. The machine was quickly split in half, sending its upper half spiraling into the air before crashing to the ground in a violent explosion.
A bird made of red cabbage came diving at Dark Gaia, but the serpent grabbed it with all six hands before tearing it in half, spraying cabbage leaves everywhere. A giant watermelon came tumbling through the air to bowl over Dark Gaia, but the deity simply punched the massive fruit, causing it to burst & spill its juice for miles. A radish riding a mech swung a massive arm at Dark Gaia, but the destroyer simply sliced off its elbow before using his telekinesis to grab the arm & swing it at the radish, crushing its head. With its pilot dead, the mech fell to the ground & exploded.
However, from the cover of the explosion, the King Pumpkin came charging forth. "DIE!" Don Onion screamed as the Pumpkin raised its foot & stepped on Dark Gaia. As the Don looked on in pleased satisfaction, a beam of energy came shooting up through the Pumpkin's leg, completely incinerating it.
The mecha stumbled backwards, but Dark Gaia didn't let up. He used his telekinesis to pick up the shattered remains of the Don's minions & throw them at the King Pumpkin, battering the mech with countless kilometric projectiles. The massive mecha reeled back & breathed out a seismic windstorm, blowing away all the debris & pushing against Dark Gaia. However, the deity stood his ground, much to the onion's dismay.
As Don Onion was distracted by this, purple serpents rose up from the ground & burrowed through the lower jaw of the King Pumpkin. Before the Don could act against it, the serpents bit down on the pumpkin's upper jaw & pulled it shut, sealing the mouth closed like a set of stitches.
Dark Gaia took this opening to rush towards the King Pumpkin, claws bared. Don Onion pulled every switch he could to free or defend his mech. The King Pumpkin flailed & struggled, firing missiles & throwing bombs, but it did little to loosen the hold of the serpents. Meanwhile, Dark Gaia dodged the explosive projectiles, quickly closing in on the massive mecha. As the deity crossed the final kilometer, he reeled back with all six claws.
"NOOOOOO!!!" Don Onion cried as Dark Gaia slashed the mech 6 times at once. The King Pumpkin froze for a moment, before erupting into a violent explosion. Its pieces went flying in every direction, & Don Onion was left helplessly flying through the air.

Tiki Tong hated having to retreat, but after being overrun by the other armies, he had little other choice than to regroup. Given enough time to amass a new army, he was sure that he could turn the tides in his favor. He then spotted his first victim, a spiky purple orb. Tiki Tong played his melodic tune as he swayed his arms in a hypnotic rhythm.
The Dark Star saw his trick & acted fast, launching himself at Tiki Tong like a spinning saw blade. The tiki king dodged just in time, but the Dark Star refused to let up.
Tiki Tong vs Dark Star[]
Tiki Tong spit balls of fire at the Dark Star, but it darted around the projectiles & spun straight into the tiki's face, spraying wood dust as it cut into him. Tiki Tong roared in pain before slapping the Dark Star off himself, but the star continued to retaliate, firing dark spears of energy from his body to pierce the tiki. However, Tiki Tong spun his head rapidly, using his rotational force to deflect the spears. Once he stopped, he laughed in a mocking tone, berating the star.
The Dark Star roared in fury before firing a rapid series of green, red, & blue orbs. As they came at Tiki Tong, he used his hands to bat away the red & green projectiles, laughing with each successful counter. However, when he struck a blue orb, it violently exploded, reducing his hand to mere wood chips & bananas (yes bananas). Tiki Tong was too flabbergasted to counter the rest of the blue orbs, as they came crashing into his face, blowing pieces of his head off.
Now badly damaged, Tiki Tong summoned a pair of tikis to his side. They moved in, playing their wonderful tune to control the Dark Star, but the star quickly grunted twice before rushing past the tikis, ignoring their song. The tikis tried to pursue him, but were shot from behind by blue lasers. They turned to see two smaller versions of the Dark Star with legs standing on the ground. The Satellmites hopped around, shooting lasers as the tikis helplessly tried to control the beings that refused to submit to their control.
The Dark Star continuously rammed Tiki Tong, shaving bits off his face with each blow. The tiki king swiped & swatted at the star with his remaining hand, but the star stayed one step ahead of him, avoiding his attacks as he whittled the tiki down with each hit. Tiki Tong's mouth lit up before breathing out a super-heated torrent of flames at the star, but the Dark Star rushed upward to avoid it. Tiki Tong grinned, the star was right where he wanted him. He then used his hand to grab the star & slam him into the ground, blasting dust & debris in every direction. As the smoke cleared, the Dark Star realized his spikes were now stuck in the earth & Tiki Tong's hand, leaving him pinned to the ground.
As the Dark Star struggled to escape, Tiki Tong floated down to him, & sang his melodious song. The Dark Star had nowhere to run, & was slowly succumbing to the rhythmic beat. If he was going to resist, he had to act fast. The Dark Star's eyes went wide as a flash of light shot out from his body, briefly blinding Tiki Tong & forcing him to stop. The star then spawned a purple orb in the air & dropped it on Tiki Tong's hand, setting the wooden appendage on fire & freeing him. Finally, the Dark Star focused his energy & aimed for the ground below Tiki Tong.
Before the tiki could react, the Dark Star blasted lightning at his shadow. Tiki Tong writhed in pain, questioning what could be harming him if the Dark Star was hitting the ground. Failing to realize what was happening, Tiki Tong had no choice but to succumb to his wounds, his eyelids drooping as he crashed to the ground, now sitting dormant.
Satisfied with his work, the Dark Star flew off to continue his path of destruction.

Zarkhator had never been more glad to see an enemy interrupt his battle. With the bald thing distracted, he'd have plenty of time to amass his forces before striking again. They wouldn't know what hit them. It wasn't long before he located a suitable victim, a hulking purple beast wearing an incredibly ornate Crown. "Perfect" Zarkhator thought as he rained meteors down around the beast, their red aura exerting force upon the creature's mind.
The beast looked... unamused, ignoring the meteors as it floated up to meet Zarkhator. It stared the creature down intently, looking him up & down. "Yes" the beast spoke, "You will do nicely".
"What?".
Zarkhator vs Master Crown[]
The Master Crown shot several rounds of electric orbs at Zarkhator, but the black creature swooped out of the way. "You picked the wrong battle!" Zarkhator yelled before firing acid at the possessed Greeble. The Master Crown simply teleported away, appearing above the creature before shooting a fireball down at him.
"GRARGH!" Zarkhator roared before crashing into the ground. As the Master Crown came down to pursue its prey, red meteors rained from the sky, smashing into the Greeble & beating it into the ground. As the Master Crown stood back to its feet, it found itself surrounded by creatures that resembled disembodied heads with one leg each. They ran up to the Master Crown, ramming & biting its host. The Master Crown simply swung both arms out, creating a shockwave that killed all the minions & shattered the red meteors.
Immediately afterwards, Zarkhator came rushing at the Master Crown, tackling it as he grabbed the Greeble with all four arms, repeatedly biting into its hide. As it was being pushed across the ground, the Master Crown materialized a massive club in its hand, & slammed it down on Zarkhator's back, smashing him into the ground. In mere seconds, Zarkhator was back on his feet, throwing the club off himself & knocking the Master Crown off balance.
Zarkhator balled up all four fists before jumping into the air & slamming them down on the Master Crown's head. Before the Greeble could recover, Zarkhator delivered a roundhouse kick to its face, sending the beast reeling. The evil creature then lashed out with his claws, lacerating the Greeble's skin several times. Finally, he reeled back & slammed the Master Crown with his head, sending the Greeble sprawling across the ground.
"If you won't learn your place" Zarkhator began as he exerted power upon the Greeble's body, "then I will show it to you".
Suddenly, the Greeble's face smoothed out & flattened. Its strong torso faltered, turning soft and formless. Its rippling muscles melted away as its arms & legs receded into its body. The beast was now nothing more than a helpless blob wearing a Crown.
"Should've kept to yourself weakling, at least then you'd die with dignity". With that, Zarkhator flew off to find the planet's heart.

Space itself seemed to be rent around Zarkhator's body, & a sharp pain was felt in his back. His eyes went wide with shock, & his body felt heavy. The creature fell through the air, his wings refusing to obey him. He looked behind him to see what was wrong... but he saw nothing... because his wings were gone. Zarkhator crashed hard into the ground, his wings fluttering down like leaves around him. Before he could recover, Zarkhator was grabbed & slammed into a tree.
A gnarled hand with grisly claws was wrapped around his throat, & on the other side, was a formless blob wearing a Crown. "No" Zarkhator wheezed, "How?".
"F O O L I S H B E A S T" the Master Crown spoke in a guttural voice, striking fear into Zarkhator's heart. "Y O U R P O W E R D O E S N O T O V E R R I D E M Y O W N".
Hulking legs shot out from the blob, taking foot on the ground below, "I D O N O T D E S I R E V I C T O R Y".
Horrid wings flapped from behind it, "I D O N O T D E S I R E D E S T R U C T I O N".
A ravenous maw with a massive, gaping jaw & curled horns emerged from the blob, "I D E S I R E O N L Y O N E T H I N G".
Zarkhator's voice came out in a pained stutter, "W-What is that?".
The beast opened it's mouth, revealing a large, horrible eye with a sharp, piercing glare, tendrils reaching out from the depths of its throat.
"YOUR SOUL!".
Zarkhator screamed as the beast lunged at the creature, consuming his mind, body, & soul.

Though he was clad in a new Arkeyan body, Kaos couldn't help but notice a slight predicament with his current situation. "Ehhh?" Kaos questioned as he looked up at Neo Fluffy X. It was over twice his size!
"HAH! I Guess the 'power of the Fist of Arkus' isn't all it's cracked up to be!" Cass taunted.
"Don't underestimate me! I'll still crush you!".
"Yes well, good luck with that. In the meantime, why don't you fight some robots your own size. DEMON FLUFFIES! ATTACK!". Boss Cass ordered his minions, & a hoard of red, one-eyed robots marched forth to face Kaos.
"HAH! You called your robots fluffy? That's just as dumb as you & your dinosaur thing!" Kaos berated.
"You'll see how dumb they are when they tear your robot limb from limb!" Cass threatened.
"The only ones being torn limb from limb here, are YOUR robots!" Kaos said as he raised his fist into the air, the eye on the Fist of Arkus glowing with power, "Rise my Arkeyan army! RIIIIISE!".
From the very earth beneath him, Arkeyan war machines burst forth, rising to aid their master in battle. "How do you like me now bird-brain?".
"Eh, mine are better".
"Why you! MINIONS, ATTACK!".
Arkeyan Kaos vs Neo Fluffy X[]
As the large robots marched towards each other, the Arkeyans took the initiative, firing energy blasts from their foreheads at the Demon Fluffies. Once they were in melee range, the Demon Fluffies started throwing punches, but the Arkeyans held up their arms to block the attack before striking with their own punches.
"HA HAHAHAHA! Looks like your robots aren't trained in the art of combat!" Kaos berated.
However, the portal master was quickly silenced when Neo Fluffy X brought its titanic foot down on an Arkeyan, crushing it into ancient scrap. "What was that about combat training?" Cass taunted.
"Rrgh! Enough! I'll take you down myself!" Kaos yelled before firing lasers from his eyes, blasting into Neo Fluffy's chest.
"Woah!" Cass exclaimed as his massive robot staggered. "Alright" the bird said as he used his machine to grab an Arkeyan war machine, "Try this on for size!". Neo Fluffy reeled back its arm & threw the Arkeyan at Kaos. The portal master generated a small energy shield around the Fist of Arkus, & used it to bash the Arkeyan away.
"Step aside minions! It's time for me to dole out a royal beating!" Kaos cried as he charged into battle, his minions making way for their master. Kaos plowed through the Fluffies, tackling them to the ground, crushing them beneath his heel, & bashing them hundreds of feet away.
He then reached Neo Fluffy X, which raised its foot into the air. "You fool! You walked right into your doom!" Cass said as the foot came down on Kaos.
"The only one walking into their doom-" Kaos began as he caught the foot, grabbing it with both hands, "IS YOU!". With that, Kaos twisted the leg, tearing it from the robot at the knee.
"AHHH!!!" Cass screamed as his machine fell to the ground, forced to support itself on its left knee & right arm.
"MINIONS!" Kaos yelled as he opened his hand, Arkeyan soldiers flying from his palm to board the mech, "SHOW HIM NO MERCY!".
The Arkeyans ran rampant in the mech, completely slaughtering the reptiles with spears, lasers, cannons, & massive blades. Slowly but surely, they made their way to the boss.
"No you don't!" Cass yelled as Neo Fluffy punched Kaos with its left arm, sending the portal master flying before he crashed into the ground.
"Fight all you want, but this match is already decided" Kaos said confidently as he pulled himself back to his feet, "ARKEYAAANS!!! Tear him apart!".
Thanks to Kaos destroying so many Demon Fluffies, the war machines had little standing between them & the prone Neo Fluffy. "NO, WAIT! STAY BACK!" Cass pleaded to deaf ears as the Arkeyans surrounded the mech. They tore into it with their bare hands, peeling away metal plating & busting apart the robot's joints. Cass recoiled in fear, but steeled himself, "This is fine, I can save this. I just need to-". He was cut off as an Arkeyan Juggernaut with a massive shield busted down the door to the control room, several Arkeyan soldiers backing it up. "RETREAT!" Cass screamed as he hopped into a spare hover chair & flew away from the mangled mecha. However, Kaos spotted him, & blasted the chair with a laser, sending it crashing into a forest.
"So long bird-brain" Kaos said in a mocking tone as he heard Cass screaming for his life.
Battle: Part 3[]
The Master Crown observed its new body. Besides some added bulk and edges, this "Zarkhator" person didn't require many changes. He didn't have many abilities to work with, but that mattered little to the Crown. The most important thing was the evil in this creature's heart. Who could deny the sin of planetary genocide? With this much power, the Crown wouldn't need to kill some heart to end the planet, but why rush things? It was time to take this body for a test drive.
The Master Crown raised its four new arms into the sky, & red meteors approached the planet from every angle,
"Well with that out of the way I think it's time to bring in the big guns" Kaos said as he exerted his power. A large portal opened & massive monsters emerged from it, from giant purple serpents to kaiju-sized guacamole monsters. Bringing up the rear however, was the fearsome four-headed lizard, the Hydra.
The Dark Star hovered over the land, looking upon the widespread destruction. It was a good start, but it wasn't enough for the star. He wouldn't settle for simple wreckage, his goal was absolute annihilation. The Dark Star grunted, his eyes wide as darkness poured from his being. The winds raged & the skies darkened, as a storm of destruction settled on the country.
Dark Gaia turned away from the wreckage of the King Pumpkin. He was done getting held up, it was time for the planet to die. Dark Gaia roared into the air as a thick purple mist poured from his face, filtering into the sky & spreading across the entire atmosphere. Death had come for the planet.
Mega Mashtooth flew across the land, sucking up power from helpless passersby. "Even snacks are delicious in this much quantity" he laughed. He turned around to make another pass, when he saw the moon, now quickly approaching the planet's atmosphere. "You dare challenge me?!" Mashtooth threatened, raising an eyebrow, "Face my power!". The pirate soared into the stratosphere & reeled back a fist, striking the moon with titanic force, fracturing it into countless pieces. "AHAHA! Even the moon fails to match my power!" he boasted before flying off, leaving the moon's pieces to fall to the planet's surface.
Boss Cass trudged through the raging storm, doing his best to avoid the occasional meteor. "And here I thought I'd be fine after I survived that crash" he said to himself, shielding his eyes from debris, "Where'd this freakish storm even come from?!".
The bird suddenly bumped into something & stumbled backwards, struggling to maintain his footing in the harsh wind. Cass dug his claws into the ground, managing to steady himself. He breathed a sigh of relief, & saw Don Onion standing before him. "Not a mammal I see. Guess I've got no problem with you. What are you doing out here anyways?" the bird asked.
Don Onion struggled to respond, having great difficulty fighting the wind, "I need to find one of my UFOs & get off this planet. Need to regroup before I can conquer".
Cass' eyes went wide, "CONQUER?! That's my job! This planet belongs to the dinosaurs, & as their descendant, that makes this planet mine!".
Even against the raging storm, Don Onion couldn't help but chuckle, "Please, tell that to my intergalactic fleet of space pirates. We'll bomb you all from orbit, you stand no chance".
Cass narrowed his eyes, "We might, if their leader fails to make it back".
The Don's eyes shrank, "You wouldn't dare".
Cass stepped forward, putting emphasis on his claws as he embedded them in the ground once more, "Do these claws lie!? If a stupid onion stands between me & my dominion, then I'll have you sliced & sautéed!".
Don Onion lowered his arms, an angered glare in his eyes, "You're not the only one with ambitions bird-brain! A pesky feathered fiend stands no chance against my brilliance! The universe will be mine, & a primitive species like yourself is mere dust in the wind!".
Boss Cass began trudging towards the Don, "Oh yes, the wind will be carrying something alright. The scent of your death across the whole planet, MY planet!".
Boss Cass vs Don Onion[]
Boss Cass trudged forth & swung his wing like a fist. Don Onion ducked backwards before throwing a punch of his own, nailing Cass in the face. "Is that all you've got?!" the bird threatened before socking the Don in the face, sending him sprawling into a tree that was quickly uprooted by the storm.
"Ah!" the onion screamed before leaping back to the ground, only to narrowly dodge a swipe from Cass' talons. Don Onion reached down & grabbed a thick branch from the ground before swinging it at Cass. However, the stick broke against the bird's body.
"You act like a genius, but your body is feeble" Cass insulted as he kicked the Don back.
Don Onion wobbled, but held his footing. "My brilliance has brought me this far, IT WON'T FAIL ME NOW!" the onion boasted, but as he looked around for a solution, he found nothing to aid him. So caught up in his helpless planning, he was left open to a slash from Cass, ripping through his suit & torso. Don Onion retreated, clutching his chest as he winced in pain, onion juice dripping from the wound.
"You really are an onion aren't you?" Cass mused as he continued to stomp towards his prey.
"No, stay back!" Don Onion begged as he grabbed a rock & threw it at the cassowary. Cass simply moved his head out of the way to avoid the rock.
"Helpless & pathetic, nothing like my old enemies. This victory will not be one to relish in" Cass said menacingly as he kicked the Don to the ground & placed a foot on his chest, digging his claws into his body. "But that doesn't mean I won't end you" Cass said as he arched his head back.
"NO, PLEASE! NOT THE FACE!" the onion pleaded, but Cass was not merciful. He swung his head down, burying his beak in Don Onion's face, inciting a screech of agony. Cass reeled back & swung again, & again, & again, spraying pulpy onion juice into the air, the Don screaming all the while.
Eventually, the screaming stopped, & Cass looked down upon his victim. Don Onion was nothing more than a body laying next to a mashed onion.

Cass started spitting at the ground & rubbing his tongue. "Raw onion, not my smartest move" he said to himself. He kicked the body aside & prepared to continue his trek, only to hear a distant roar. "No, not now" he spoke in desperation, but in the distance he could see a large figure closing in on his location. "If I'm going to die, then I'm leaving you all a parting gift" he said as he pulled out a remote controller & pressed a button. Soon after, Mega Mashtooth emerged from the purple mist, & swallowed up both Boss Cass & Don Onion's corpse.

Kaos' Hydra rampaged across the land, destroying everything in sight for the sake of its master. The beast then spotted a wooden idol on the ground. It roared at the figure, before reeling back to destroy it. Then, a light tune played through the air. The Hydra stopped, & took a closer look at the idol.
It seemed as though the wooden figure was weakly humming, a soft yet delightful tune. The four heads of the Hydra began to swing to the rhythm, perhaps this idol wasn't so bad after all. The idol lifted itself into the air & settled on the Hydra's back, seemingly disappearing from view.
The Hydra roared into the air, Tiki Tong was back.
A purple hurricane ripped through the sky above Zongazonga, his magical energies destabilizing the air around him for miles. "No more distractions!" he yelled, "No more possession! If anyone dares to oppose me, then they will have to face my ancient army of the undead!".
As he said this, various purple dinosaurs burst from the ground. From Pterosaurs to Plesiosaurs, Zongazonga was now backed by an army of zombiesaurs. "With my army at hand, WE WILL NOW-" Zongazonga was cut off as he noticed a massive, four-headed vivosaur roaring in the distance. He grimaced, "DESTROY THAT FOOLISH BEAST!". By his order, the zombiesaurs charged forth, ready to fight the Hydra.
Zongazonga vs Tiki Tong[]
Tiki Tong looked down to see a hoard of dinosaurs running up towards him. The Hydra's faces grinned. Time to see what this new body could do. The blue head roared, & sharks emerged from the ground, rushing up to the zombies & biting them. Zongazonga ran in & crushed the sharks, "Is that all you've got?!".
The black head roared & fire erupted from the ground, burning the zombiesaurs. Zongazonga sucked up the flames in his mouth before redirecting the power into a beam of eldritch energy fired at Tiki Tong. Though the Hydra was struck, it barely flinched before its green head roared, summoning a horde of insects with explosive spores.
The zombies fought the insects, but the bugs were plentiful, & triggered numerous explosions to weaken the undead army. Zongazonga struck back with Necromancy, inducing Poison upon the Hydra... but it had no effect. The Hydra laughed before activating its skeletal head, summoning lasers to blast the numerous zombiesaurs.
Zongazonga grimaced, he wasn't about to lose. He summoned more zombiesaurs & commanded them to attack. They all lashed out with their support moves, reducing the Hydra's stats before firing their Team Skills, hitting the Hydra with massive lasers & wind blades. Zongazonga spammed Necromancy, managing to Confuse the Hydra before unleashing Ghost King, summoning a massive ball of magic energy before dropping it on the Hydra.
A massive explosion wreaked the surroundings, blasting everything to smithereens. "Do you see now what you're up against?" Zongazonga boasted. His response came as the Hydra emerged from the wreckage, snatching up zombiesaurs in its mouths, chomping them to bits if not swallowing them whole. The zombie leader's eyes went wide, but he wasn't done yet.
Zongazonga ran in, horns primed as he slashed at the Hydra. Tiki Tong glared down at him before rushing the vivosaur with all four heads. Zongazonga held up his bony arms to block the attack, exerting all his might just to fend them off. The Hydra heads roared as all its attacks converged on the zombie dinosaur. Flames torched his belly, sharks bit at his legs, lasers blasted him in the sides, & explosive insects rained on his head.
Zongazonga held firm, but his strength was waning. Tiki Tong laughed at this pitiful display, pushing harder in hopes of toppling his foe. However, he failed to notice something in the air. A massive chunk of earth carried by the winds of Zongazonga's hurricane. Slowly, the rock began to descend, quickly building up speed.
At the last minute, Zongazonga shoved the Hydra aside & retreated. Tiki Tong laughed once more as he saw the dinosaur running away, only to notice a deep shadow cast over him. He looked up too late, as the massive rock came crashing down on him. Zongazonga stood panting, his wounds deep & painful. He used Law of the Jungle to take energy from his allies, but found there were none left.
"No matter" he thought to himself as he prepared to summon more zombiesaurs. This was cut short as one of the Hydra's heads burst from the earth & latched onto Zongazonga's arm. "NO!" he cried as the other three heads joined in, sinking their teeth into the zombie's flesh. "AAAGHHHHH!!!" Zongazonga screamed as the heads pulled in different directions, quickly tearing the vivosaur to pieces.

From deep within space, a massive meteor came hurtling towards the planet. It came quickly & without warning, making impact before anyone could stop it. However, instead of this meteor causing the worldwide extinction it was meant for, it simply bored through the planet, making a gaping hole in its surface. The whole world began to shake. It wasn't quite the Chicxulub, but it would certainly lead to death.
Mega Mashtooth flew across the sky, feeling rather disappointed. "I've eaten all the snacks, & the real meals are escaping me!" the pirate complained, "WHERE IS THE POWER I DESERVE!?!?". His answer came when a gaping maw the size of a continent emerged from the planet & pointed directly at Mashtooth. "HAHA! I guess they say 'Ask & you shall receive' for a reason after all!".
"ATTACK!" Kaos commanded as his Arkeyans fired at the massive head pointed down at them, but none of the attacks dealt any damage. Its mouth then opened before spraying out several dozen beams of energy, blowing Kaos & his Arkeyans to bits. However, something stirred from within the rubble. A giant purple hand reached out & gripped the earth before pulling the rest of its body free. "You may have overwhelmed the Fist of Arkus" Kaos began, "But how will you deal with SUPER EVIL KAOS?!?!?!".
The Dark Star hovered over the land as its storm ripped through the environment. As dark and stoic as the Dark Star was, even he had to admit that things were going rather well. However, as a mouth the size of a continent tore through the very ground in front of him, he had to wonder if maybe things were going a bit too well.
Tiki Tong spit aside Zongazonga's corpse, realizing that rotted flesh didn't make for a fine meal. Suddenly, he heard a noise, louder than anything he'd ever heard, seemingly coming from every direction. Tiki Tong looked around frantically to find the source, but it wasn't long before he laid all eight eyes on a massive stone wall that obscured the sky. The wall then split in half as bolts of energy were fired down from it, aimed right at him.
If Dark Gaia could grimace, he would be doing so right now. Even after having killed that massive stone "thing" from earlier, it seemed intent on rising back up to cause more trouble. Dark Gaia was now face to face with yet another giant wall, only this time it appeared more powerful than before. It changed nothing, Dark Gaia was incapable of backing down, he would destroy all that stood between him & the planet's death.
Battle: Part 4[]
Mega Mashtooth vs Vlitra[]
Mashtooth spread his wings before diving at Vlitra's massive head, bridging the gap between them in under a second. He lashed out with his fists, cracking apart Vlitra's skin. "GRAH!" he screamed before striking one last time, fracturing the stone serpent into countless lifeless rocks.
Mashtooth smiled, relishing in his power, but noticed something behind him. Another head, this one primed to attack! The serpent released a stream of energy beams, engulfing the draconic alien. However, as the beam dissipated, Mashtooth was still intact, his body glowing like magma. "Yes! YES! WONDERFUL DELICIOUS ENERGY!!!" he screamed before punching Vlitra once more, this time instantly shattering the giant head. "No chance! NO CHANCE!!! HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!".
Super Evil Kaos vs Vlitra[]
Vlitra fired its beams down at Kaos, but the portal master showed no worry. "Are you lost? Let me give you a HAND!" he said before thrusting his arms forward, shooting a stream of purple flames from his hands to counter the energy bolts. "This planet is mine!" Kaos said, "Submit to your MASTERRRR!".
Vlitra responded by lunging down at Kaos, scooping the portal master up in its mouth, alongside a chunk out of the planet. The monster lifted its head back up, but quickly erupted into an explosion of purple flames. "HA HAHAHAHA!" Kaos laughed before falling back to the surface.
Dark Star vs Vlitra[]
The Dark Star darted through the air, dodging countless energy bolts from Vlitra's mouth. As the shots died down, the star stopped to fire spears, orbs, & lightning at the massive head. However, the attacks did nothing to stop it, & Vlitra fired once more.
The Dark Star resumed dodging, but the attacks grew more plentiful. Eventually the Dark Star was struck, sending it crashing into the ground, badly wounded. It had no choice but to retreat.
Tiki Tong vs Vlitra[]
The bolts rained down around Tiki Tong, blasting the earth to pieces. However, the Hydra appeared unfazed. All four heads roared at once as flames, lasers, explosive spores, & jets of water were fired up at the stone wall.
The elemental beam struck Vlitra's head, pushing it back. Vlitra struggled against the beam, but was overwhelmed. The beam pierced through the head, killing it. Tiki Tong roared proudly, only to see the massive corpse falling down towards him.
Dark Gaia vs Vlitra[]
Dark Gaia wrestled one of Vlitra's heads, gripping it with all 6 hands. He tightened his grip, & the head shattered in his grasp, only for a couple more heads to rear up & attack the deity. Dark Gaia knew he wasn't making headway, he had to strike this thing at its source.
He rushed forward, blasting lasers at the massive heads as he approached the base of Vlitra's body. There, he saw it, a vast land of magma carved into the earth, stretching for miles beyond the horizon. Had he been bigger, Dark Gaia might have seen how this land of lava formed a grim, grimacing face on the planet.
Heedless, the deity took his shot, charging up a powerful beam of energy before firing it into the ground. Purple energy overtook the barren landscape before erupting into countless geysers of darkness. Then, the face exploded, taking nearly half of the planet with it.

The Master Crown watched from space as Vlitra's body was once again destroyed. "Heh, at this rate I might not even need to destroy the planet" the Crown said in Zarkhator's voice, "Even so, it's been quite the experience watching everything play out, everyone floundering around like they can survive while I'm around. It wouldn't hurt to humor them, have a little fun before I kill them all".
The Master Crown began its descent back to the planet's surface.
Battle: Part 5[]
The Dark Star weakly hovered along, desperate to find something to replenish its energy. Then, it laid eyes upon two massive beings. The solution to its problem.
"Hydra! Where have you been?!" Kaos said, approaching the Hydra as it crawled out from under Vlitra's body, "It's not like you to be slacking on the job! What's the big idea?!".
The Hydra turned towards him, smiling. It's heads swayed back & forth as a pleasant tune played on the air. "Whuh? YOU!? How dare you!?" Kaos yelled, "I spent good money to rent that Hydra, & I'm not gonna let some stupid wooden head take it from me!".
Super Evil Kaos vs Tiki Tong[]
Kaos ran forward, his fist primed to strike the Hydra. Tiki Tong roared with his green head, sending explosive spores at the portal master. Kaos ran through the attacks, ignoring the explosions before socking the Hydra's green head.
The blue head roared, causing a water column full of sharks to drop from the sky & land on Kaos. However, the numerous shark bites dealt little damage to Kaos' crystalline skin. Kaos laughed before firing a blast of purple flames at the blue head, quickly incapacitating it.
The black head roared, spawning two flaming twisters that quickly closed in on Kaos. The portal master leaped into the air, avoiding the flames, before dropping feet-first onto the Hydra, partially burying it in the process.
As the dust cleared, the skeletal head roared, causing several lasers to be fired at Kaos. The portal master laughed, "FOOL! Don't you know what happens when you fire a laser at a crystal!?". The lasers struck his body, but instead of dealing damage, they coursed through him before reaching his hands, "IT REFRACTS!". With that, Kaos fired the lasers from his hands, blasting the Hydra & scorching its body.
Tiki Tong screeched in pain as the Hydra's body went limp. The skeletal head weakly turned its gaze to Kaos, struggling to get back up. "Aw, are you lost?" Kaos asked in a mocking tone, "Let me give you a HAND!". He raised his arm into the air before thrusting his hand at the Hydra's back, grasping Tiki Tong & tearing him loose. "HA HAHAHAHA! Not so strong without my Hydra are you?".
However, despite his prior injuries, Tiki Tong pulled himself free from Kaos' grasp & lunged straight at his head...
Tiki Tong found himself surrounded by darkness, hovering over a pink platform. "Big mistake fool" a voice called out. Tiki Tong turned to see a purple brain with eyes & a crown of crystals adorning its head, "You're in my head now, meaning you play by my rules".
Suddenly, Tiki Tong found himself surrounded by shadowy figures of all shapes & sizes. An elf ninja, a tree with hammers for arms, a phoenix, a four-armed yeti, a specter with a spiked chain, & more! Before he knew it, Tiki Tong was being bombarded from all sides. Giant skulls bit through his wooden body as parts of him were frozen solid & shattered. Sharp blades cleaved through his head as a jet of flames set what little of him was left on fire.
The tiki king roared one last time before dropping to the ground, a mere husk of his former self.

"Well, all's well that ends well" Kaos said to himself. However, the tree with hammers ran up to the dormant head & leaped up to slam it with his arms... right where Tiki Tong's red button was. The wooden remains erupted into a violent explosion that engulfed the minions & their master's brain...
Super Evil Kaos coughed of a mouthful of smoke, wood, purple particles, & bananas (yes, bananas). He clutched his head as he winced in pain, "Man, talk about headache".
Dark Gaia looked out at the destruction he'd caused. This was a mere fraction of what he'd do to the rest of the world. There was still much to be done before he was finished.
This fact only became more true as a jet of flames shot up from the earth a few miles away. It was clear to anyone looking as to what this was, or rather who. Dark Gaia raised his forcefield, ready to finish this stubborn foe.
Dark Gaia vs Vlitra Core[]
Vlitra Core shot towards Dark Gaia like a comet, murderous intent in its eyes. However, it stopped short as it collided with the purple forcefield, gripping it with all four giant arms. Dark Gaia tore several chunks from the earth with his telekinesis before throwing them at Vlitra. The creature avoided the attacks by running along the surface of the shield like a giant spider, quickly approaching one of Dark Gaia's tentacles.
The molten demigod reeled back & swung its huge arms, striking the tentacle with incredible force, causing its singular eye to explode as the rest of it went limp & fell to the ground. Dark Gaia sent two more tentacles after Vlitra, the jaws at their ends snapping to bite at the core. The Will of the Planet twisted its arms around its body before spinning 360 degrees, taking out both tentacles in swift succession.
Vlitra stuck two arms behind it & shot flames out of their palms, rocketing across the surface of Dark Gaia's forcefield. It readied its fist as it quickly closed in on another tentacle. Vlitra threw a mighty punch, shattering yet another tentacle before closing in on another. Dark Gaia continued to throw boulders & magma at the Will of the Planet, but it simply dodged or shattered the projectiles.
Soon, the final tentacle was destroyed, & the forcefield fell. Dark Gaia narrowed his eyes before blasting a laser in Vlitra's direction. The Will of the Planet wrapped its arms around itself, forming a makeshift barrier to protect it as the beam struck, sending Vlitra flying over the horizon.
As the molten humanoid sailed through the air, it unfurled its limbs & rocketed forward, increasing its momentum.
Dark Gaia knew his foe wasn't finished, he only questioned how they'd make their return. His attention was soon drawn to a familiar sound akin to a roaring flame. He turned to its source, only for one of his eyes to be struck by Vlitra, sending the deity reeling in pain.
The Will of the Planet circled around & began to shoot bolts of energy at Dark Gaia. However, the hyper energy organism seemed to be unfazed by this, & began to throw electric orbs at Vlitra. The molten humanoid swerved & spun through the air, deftly avoiding all the shots, only to be hit from above by a giant boulder courtesy of Dark Gaia's telekinesis.
Vlitra grabbed the boulder & spun around before chucking it at the deity, but Dark Gaia slashed right through it before delivering another slash right to the Will of the Planet. Vlitra went flying, but refused to give in. It twirled in the air & rocketed down towards Gaia, ready to punch with all four of its massive arms.
Dark Gaia reeled back with his own six arms, & swiped them forward all at once. Fists met claws in a cataclysmic clash that shook the very cosmos, causing the earth & moon to quake and fragment. However, only one divine being could come out on top, & as Vlitra's shattered body drifted through space, the answer was clear.

Dark Gaia made a snorting noise, as if to scoff, before turning around to leave Vlitra's destruction behind him.
Mega Mashtooth soared through the air, his red aura & molten skin illuminating the area around him. He was desperate to gain more energy, & he'd just caught a whiff of something unlike any other. It wasn't long before he'd located it. A dark creature wearing a shimmering Crown. The creature was worthless, but its Crown appeared to possess unrivaled power. "Limitless" Mashtooth said, molten saliva dripping from his mouth, "LIMITLESS!!!".
Mashtooth vs Master Crown[]
Mashtooth reeled back a fist & threw it at the Master Crown, but the crowned beast raised a forcefield to block it. "COWARD!" Mashtooth yelled as he continued punching the shield, expecting it to break before long. However, the Master Crown simply teleported behind him & shot the pirate with a laser, blasting him into the ground.
Before the debris cleared, a red laser shot out & struck the Master Crown, sending it spiraling through the air. Mashtooth ascended into the air before throwing giant boulders at the Master Crown. The massive projectiles soared through the air like meteors, but the Master Crown simply summoned a giant golden hammer & shattered them as they came.
This proved to be a mistake, as lightning suddenly struck the Crown from above, being conducted by both the hammer & the Crown itself. The beast's body twitched & convulsed as electricity seared through its body. "You underestimate my power, now YOUR power will be MINE!" Mashtooth yelled before rushing towards the Master Crown with his jaws held open.
Before the pirate could eat the beast, the Master Crown summoned a jagged sword to its side & stuck it upward. Instead of eating the Crown, Mashtooth ended up impaling his upper jaw on the sword. The pirate roared in pain before the Master Crown fired a series of fire blasts at Mashtooth, but they seemed to do no harm to his molten skin.
"STUPID! COWARD! WEAKLING!" Mashtooth said, disgust in his voice, "JUST GIVE ME YOUR POWER ALREADY!!!". He tore the sword from his mouth before vigorously swinging it at the crowned beast. The Master Crown summoned another sword & began to clash with Mashtooth. However, as their blades were about to clash, the Master Crown dissipated the pirate's sword. With nothing to protect him, Mashtooth was left helpless as the Master Crown slashed through his chest, inciting another roar of pain.
Fury in his eyes, Mashtooth grabbed the sword in both hands & snapped it in half. The pirate roared at the Crown before firing a laser at point-blank range, blowing them both up. Mashtooth was left panting from the exertion. Surely his enemy was ready to be consumed now.
Out of nowhere, spikes erupted from space itself, piercing Mashtooth's body & wings. The Master Crown jumped out from the smoke with his massive hammer before slamming Mashtooth into the ground, shredding his wings in the process. The pirate struggled to stand back up with his arms, but red stones erupted from the ground & impaled him through the chest.
Mashtooth's eyes went wide, he felt his life slipping away. The Master Crown smirked. Death was much more fun when done personally. Mashtooth saw the smile on his enemy's face, & refused to let him get away with it. He tore his body from the stone & lunged at the Master Crown, grabbing it in one hand. "YOUR POWER IS MINE!!!" he screamed before shoving the possessed creature in his mouth.
He immediately started to feel revitalized, energy coursing through his body, healing his wounds. "Yes! YES! LIMITLESS POWER!!! ALLLLLL MIIIIINE!!!" he cried as his muscles bulged & his body grew. "NOW I WILL BE THE STRONGEST IN ALL THE UNI-... TH- THE UNI-... uni-... v-... ver-" Mega Mashtooth's body exploded, scattering his body & releasing purple particles across the battlefield. At the center of it all, hovered the Master Crown, perfectly intact.

"Never attempt to control your Master" the Crown said darkly.

Battle: Part 6[]
Kaos looked down at his injured Hydra. "Ugh, I knew I should've bought the insurance. How am I supposed to return you now? I'll never get my money back" he said in an exasperated tone. However, he noticed something. Purple particles were leaking from the Hydra's mouths, drifting through the air like dust in the wind.
The Master Crown looked down upon Kaos, seeing him as a nice target to kill before finally destroying the planet. However, it had to pause for a moment as purple particles began to spill from its mouth. It had little time to question it as the particles drifted through the air to join others.
Several masses of particles were joining together, merging & solidifying before the eyes of both Kaos & the Master Crown. In seconds, the particles had formed a body. Large and bulky, with scaly blue skin. Clad in a spiked turtle shell, with a face possessing a piercing red glare.
Dark Bowser hit the ground with a heavy stomp. "Finally" he spoke, "With all your powers combined, I will destroy this world, & every other world with it".
"EH!? Not a chance fool! This world is MINE to conquer! If you want to destroy it, you'll have to get through ME!".
The Master Crown landed on the ground, "This world is mine to destroy. You will not take from me my ultimate goal".
Dark Bowser looked between both foes before narrowing his eyes, "Then fight me".
Kaos & Master Crown vs Dark Bowser[]
Kaos led with a jet of purple flames from his hands. However, Dark Bowser rolled into his shell & charged straight through the flames, setting himself ablaze before crashing into Kaos' head. The crystal symbol on the portal master's head shattered, & he was sent toppling to the ground.
As soon as Dark Bowser landed, the Master Crown attacked him with two massive swords. The dark koopa ducked & dodged before countering with a punch straight to the beast's face. Before the Crown could recover, Dark Bowser released a jet of flames from his mouth, torching the beast.
Suddenly, Dark Bowser was struck from behind by several balls of magic. He rolled away in his shell, & saw Kaos once more, but this time with blue skin, & a crystal sticking out from his lower half. "BEHOLD! The limitless power of Traptanium!" he boasted before drawing two crystalline swords.
Traptanium Kaos lunged at Bowser with his swords, swinging wildly at the koopa. Dark Bowser dodged as best as he could, but Kaos' aggression won out, landing several decisive blows against his shell. Eventually, as Kaos' prepared a scissor move with his blades, Dark Bowser managed to grab ahold & slam the swords together, shattering them against each other.
Kaos simply laughed, "Man, you're just as dumb as that bird". Suddenly, five more swords emerged from behind Kaos & shot towards Dark Bowser like a volley of arrows. The dark koopa ran to avoid the blades, but they chased him down with terrifying speed. As Dark Bowser planned to escape his fate, he saw the Master Crown preparing another attack. The koopa smirked before rolling into his shell & swerving around the Master Crown, grabbing it from behind & using its body as a meat shield.
Seeing the crystal blades closing in, the Master Crown opened a portal that quickly consumed the blades. As Dark Bowser smiled at his plan working out, another portal opened behind him, releasing the blades & piercing him in the back. As the destroyer roared in pain, the Master Crown threw him off & blasted him with electricity.
As Dark Bowser convulsed, Kaos soared into the air with a pair of black, feathery wings before diving down at the koopa with his blade outstretched. The portal master pierced his sword straight through the koopa's chest, coming out the other side & embedding it in the ground.

Dark Bowser's body went limp as his red eyes went dark.
"Well then" Kaos began before turning to the Master Crown, "Now that's taken care of, I think I need to have a word with you, & that word is-". Kaos stopped short as he noticed the Master Crown staring at Dark Bowser's corpse. He looked for himself &, oddly enough, he could've sworn he saw the body twitch. "... doom?".

Against all odds, Dark Bowser's body wasn't dead. His body twitched as his arm gradually rose to his side, slowly balling his hand into a fist. Then, with a sudden burst of energy, Dark Bowser struck the blade that was piercing him, shattering it to pieces & freeing his body. Despite the crystalline shards embedded in his chest & back, Dark Bowser looked no worse for wear than when the fight began.
Kaos sneered, "ARE YOU FU-". He was cut off as a massive laser shot from the koopa's mouth, blasting the portal master away.
The Master Crown stepped forward, summoning a pair of flaming serpents to its side before sending them at Dark Bowser. The koopa suddenly shot into the air, sprouting wings as his body grew longer. He now resembled a serpent, similar to Mega Mashtooth, & shot columns of water at the serpents below him, dousing them in seconds.
From the distance, dozens of traptanium swords came flying at Dark Bowser. The dark serpent simply created a miniature black hole similar to the Dominator, sucking them into oblivion.
The Master Crown drew a sigil in the air with his fingers before throwing it at Dark Bowser, trapping him within a dimensional distortion. "Try escaping that" the Crown threatened.
"... very well" the dark monster replied, much to the Crown's shock. Suddenly, space itself seemed to explode outward before revealing a hideous beast. The winged serpent now possessed five heads, each one resembling a past foe. Mega Mashtooth, Zarkhator, Zongazonga, Vlitra, & lastly Bowser's head. The Dark Hydra breathed out, releasing beams of energy, eldritch magic, corrosive acid, & dark flames.
The Master Crown spawned a forcefield while Kaos created a wall of traptanium, protecting them from the assault. However, the hydra triggered an explosion at their feet, blasting the two into the air where the Dark Hydra trapped them in cages of shadow. Before Kaos & the Crown could recover, all five heads fired their combined abilities at the evil duo, destroying their cages & blasting them several meters away.
Kaos & the Master Crown went tumbling along the ground, weakened from the ordeal. The Master Crown, its body coming apart at the seams, channeled its energy into the surrounding space before tearing it open, creating a portal to Another Dimension. From it, dozens of Sphere Doomers came flying out, shooting balls of energy at the hydra. Kaos joined in, using his Mind Magic to create a horde of Doomlanders that began to attack the hydra with guns, bazookas, shurikens, & magic blasts.
The Dark Hydra roared as columns of darkness erupted from the ground. Emerging from the darkness were Bowser's minions, Zarkhator's Critters, Mashtooth's pirate crew, Zongazonga's zombiesaurs, & several Gohma, all clad in a black aura. Though the minions, Critters, & pirates were swiftly killed, the zombiesaurs & Gohma proved to be a challenge as they stomped through the Doomlanders & snapped Doomers out of the sky.
"Rrrgh! The only one who gets to make a fool of my minions, IS ME!!!" Kaos yelled before charging back into the fray, slicing up zombiesaurs & Gohma in the process. Kaos flew up to the hydra & raised his swords. "DOOM!!!" he yelled before swinging the blades down.
The blades were halted as Mega Mashtooth's head grabbed both blades in its mouth, tearing them from Kaos' grip before swallowing them whole. "Eh? What?" Kaos questioned, only for the head to open its mouth & fire traptanium shards at Kaos, breaking bits off his body. "AHHH!!! Stop this! Stop this at OONCE!!!".
For a moment, the head seemed to listen, much to Kaos' surprise. That is until it spat out a jet of flames, blasting Kaos back. As the portal master tried to recover, a giant red meteor came crashing down on his head, burying him in the dirt.
The Dark Hydra quickly turned his gaze to the Master Crown. Combining the Dominator's black hole with Mashtooth's suction, the hydra pulled in all of the Sphere Doomer's & swallowed them whole, adding their power to his own. The Master Crown warped space again, this time forming spikes below the hydra that pierced all over its body.
With the monster trapped, the Crown formed several portals around it, & fired a giant laser into one of them. As the laser passed through, it came out another portal to strike the hydra, then went through another portal to come out another. This repeated several times, leaving the monster engulfed in lasers. The Master Crown smiled happily. Even if the hydra didn't die, it'd at least get to suffer.
This failed to succeed, however, as the hydra appeared behind the Master Crown thanks to the Doomers' teleportation power, & gripped it in all five jaws. It raised the creature into the air like a prized kill before pulling in five different directions. Zarkhator's body cried out one last time before being torn to shreds. With its body gone, the Master Crown itself was discarded, clattering to the ground near Kaos.
The Dark Hydra leaned in close & opened all five jaws, ready to blast these two to kingdom come.

The Hydra was blasted by a massive purple laser that sent it toppling onto its side. The hydra looked up to see a massive being looking down at him. Dark Gaia now opposed the Dark Hydra.
Dark Gaia vs Dark Hydra[]

The Dark Hydra fired its combined heads' abilities at the deity, but he simply blocked with the forcefields from his hands. Using his other arms, Dark Gaia threw a series of electric orbs at the Hydra. At the same time, the Hydra fired its own blue orbs, hurtling straight for Gaia as they whizzed past each other. As the electric orbs struck the Hydra & paralyzed it, the blue orbs never hit their mark, as Dark Gaia grabbed them with telekinesis & threw them back. The orbs met their mark this time, exploding against the Hydra's body.
However, the Dark Hydra shrugged off the explosion & teleported behind Dark Gaia before firing its combined heads at him, staggering the kaiju with its combined powers. Dark Gaia quickly turned around & slashed at the Hydra, tearing a wound right through its chest. The Hydra was forced to retreat, but not before dropping a black hole right in front of Gaia.
The deity was forced to escape the black hole, but found himself intercepted by the Hydra, which blasted two of his eyes with lasers & acid. Dark Gaia cried out, clutching its eyes. The Hydra went in for another blast, but the deity slashed once more, slicing right through the Hydra's wing & sending it falling to the ground.
The kaiju used his telekinesis to tear apart the earth for miles, ripping up boulders & sending them all crashing onto the Hydra's head, burying him in an unnatural avalanche.
The Hydra burst back out in an eruption of lava, like emerging from a miniature volcano, its wing healed back to normal. He charged head-first at the kaiju, but Dark Gaia halted him with his six arms. Using all five heads, the Hydra blasted away five hands, forcing the deity to recoil. It then bit down on the sixth hand with all five heads before wrenching the whole arm from Dark Gaia's shoulder.
The deity screeched as green blood spurted from the wound. The Dark Hydra smiled. He was making headway. This didn't last though, as Dark Gaia quickly slashed the Hydra with all five arms, tearing through its flesh & bone. The Hydra retreated, trying to put distance between himself & the kaiju. While it would heal, it couldn't risk losing its core. It had to end the fight NOW. Charging up every ounce of energy it could muster, the Dark Hydra fired a condensed beam of dark energy at the deity, merged with all the power of Dark Bowser, Mashtooth, Vlitra, the Dominator, & the Hydragon.
Dark Gaia saw this, & unleashed his full power, charging up all his energy into one last attack. The deity fired his strongest beam yet, a swirling purple vortex of hyper-energy that radiated with the raw might of destruction itself.
The beams clashed together, & everything shattered for thousands of miles. The earth erupted, the sky was disintegrated, & space itself seemed to twist around the sheer mass of power exerted upon this one point. The energy only grew before ascending into the sky & stretching into the cosmos, blowing up stars for lightyears, shimmering in the galaxy, brighter than every star combined.

A large fist punched through the rubble.
Tree roots tore through the earth.
A large humanoid with fiery blue hair emerged from the ground.
A tree with a massive red eye burst up from the debris.
"Now, where were we?" Super Kaos asked.
"I was going to kill you, & then destroy this planet" the Master Crown replied.
"Yes well, one problem with that" the portal master said as he leaned forward, "This is my planet to conquer, & I won't be dying today".
"That's two reasons" the flying tree stated bluntly.
"HAH! You can be clever all you want, but when I'm done here, it'll be you who faces doom".
"Well then" the Crown said as its leaves flew off like flying blades, "Let's see it happen".
Final Battle[]
"Say hello to my SHARKS!" Kaos yelled as he summoned a horde of doom sharks to attack the tree. The Master Crown sent out its bladed leaves & pierced straight through the sharks before heading for Kaos.
"Ah ah ah" Kaos taunted as the leaves halted in mid-air. "Never fight an elemental master with the power of the elements!" he said before sending the leaves to his dead doom sharks & merging them together. The sharks stood up on two legs, now clad in wooden armor & wielding leaf-like swords. "Now my life sharks, ATTACK!".
The sharks obeyed & ran towards the tree, blades drawn. The Master Crown flew out of range before opening portals around the sharks. Massive, knotted roots shot from the portals, stabbing & crushing the sharks, reducing them to mere residual magic.
The Crown returned the attack by shaking its leaves, tossing gem-like apples from its branches straight at Kaos. "HAH! What are apples gonna do?!" Kaos laughed. When an apple hit him, it violently exploded, knocking the portal master back. "Gah! I hate veggies!" he yelled before firing lasers from his hand to destroy the remaining apples.
While Kaos was distracted, the Master Crown opened several more portals, releasing a horde of doomers to attack. "Ehh!?" was all Kaos could say as the flying creatures closed in on him. The portal master created a forcefield to block the attacks, but the doomers started to eat through the shield with their teeth.
"Two can play at that game!" Kaos yelled before summoning his own horde of minions, though this horde was, quite large. Trolls & greebles, Doomlanders & Kaos clones, another Hydra & a guacamole monster, all were crafted from thin air, & began to attack the doomers.
Kaos' army was pushing back against the doomers, so the Master Crown stepped in, flying into the center of the battle before releasing giant lasers from its singular eye, striking in all directions. The lasers rotated around the tree like some 3D clock, tearing through minions & doomers alike.
Kaos smiled before simply creating a mirror & pointing it at the tree. As the laser struck the mirror, it reflected back at the Master Crown & blasted it in the face, halting the attack. "You'll have to get more creative than that!" Kaos taunted.
The tree narrowed its eye before summoning two jagged swords, a golden hammer, two flaming serpents, two balls of electricity, & an ice storm.
"Now we're talking!" Kaos laughed before summoning 3 swords, a hammer, two gauntlets, a two-sided scythe, two guns, a bazooka, 2 giant ninja stars, a bow & arrow, a magic scepter, & a purple vortex.
The two bosses rushed forth as their weapons clashed. The Master Crown had quality, but Kaos had quantity. The portal master lunged forward with his gauntlets, ready to deck the tree in the face. The Master Crown summoned its swords to block the attack, but Kaos smiled. "Ah ah" he said before drawing two of his own swords. The two got into a brief sword fight before the Master Crown attempted to drop the hammer on him.
"Not quite!" Kaos said before drawing his hammer & slamming the other, stopping it in its tracks. The Master Crown fired its balls of electricity, but the portal master simply drew his bazooka & scepter before blasting the orbs, sending them back at the tree. The Master Crown dodged the attack, but was shot by an arrow immediately after.
Kaos laughed before switching his bow for a pair of guns that rapid-fired elemental projectiles at the tree. The Master Crown sent its two flaming serpents to attack, consuming the bullets before chomping down on the guns. Kaos simply snapped his fingers as his scythe sliced at the serpents, cutting them to pieces & dispersing them.
The Master Crown condensed all the snow in the area into a massive snowball & chucked it at the portal master. "Oh come on! SNOW?! You're REALLY running out of ideas aren't you?" Kaos said before redirecting his vortex into the snowball, shredding it apart like grass in a lawn mower.
The Crown was running out of options, it was at a loss. As it brainstormed its next attack, a massive sword came piercing it from behind before two ninja stars sliced through its branches, shaving off part of its head.
"HA HAHAHAHA! For once I'm not the most bald person in the room!" Kaos jeered. The Crown was through with this. Several portals opened around Kaos before countless roots pierced through, stabbing the portal master & pinning him to the ground. The Master Crown threw itself through the air & landed on top of Kaos, crashing with a deafening roar.
The Crown's eye began to glow with murderous intent before firing downward. The destructive beam was absolute, shredding through atoms & space, piercing through the planet's entirety & leaving nothing alive in its wake...

The Crown looked down...
Kaos' body was nowhere to be seen...
And neither was anything else...
The Crown looked around, but saw only darkness...
"You know" a familiar voice rang out, sounding as though it was coming from everywhere. The air was filled with the sound of running engines and clattering metal. Short beings with spinning blades waddled towards the tree. Four legged machines marched towards the Crown, large chainsaws spinning around their midsections. Large tanks rolled forth, but instead of guns, the tanks wielded giant saw blades. The tree tried to fly away, but a giant hand grabbed it & forced it back down, burying its roots in an invisible ground. "I never liked trees" Kaos said as the blades closed in.
The trolls were merciless, shredding away at the tree's body with excitement & glee. The walking machines shredded out large chunks of wood, its two pilots bantering about what they'd do with it all. The giant tanks directed their blades at the head of the tree, ripping through its branches & getting dangerously close to its eye.
The tree was helpless, unable to move from the massive hand pressing down on it...
For once in the Crown's life...
It felt fear...
Kaos hovered over the shredded remains of the tree, small chunks of gold scattered amongst them. "See? At the end of the day you were nothing more than a hunk of wood, no different than that thing I destroyed earlier" the portal master boasted as the golden chunks began to shift. "Wood can't conquer the world, so wood can't defeat me! I will reign supreme as this world's new-".
Kaos was cut off as the Master Crown's pieces latched onto his head, firmly securing itself. "Ehhh!? AHHH!!! THIS- THIS IS-... AWESOME!!!" Kaos said, his body crackling with energy, "It's just like traptanium, BUT EVIL! HA HAHAHAHA!". Kaos directed his power at the space in front of him & warped space itself into a 4-D image of himself. "It's beautiful. You know what Crown, I think you & I are gonna get along JUST fine".

"The world is mine, & I am it's EMPEROR!".
Epilogue[]
Kaos heard footsteps, & turned to see a young man holding a brown rabbit. "Hey, uhm, you're the emperor, right?" the man questioned.
"Uh, yeah, I yelled it out specifically so people would know" the portal master responded.
"Okay, emperor, could you at all be bothered to fix the planet?" the man said nervously.
"How dare you?" Kaos questioned, "You think you're in any place to make a request of your emperor!? Why I oughta-".
Then Kaos stopped, & looked around. The earth was torn to shreds, the sky was a mix of reds & purples, plants were uprooted & shattered, & the planet itself had two massive holes blown in it. "Y'know on second thought, I, Emperor Kaos, will take some time to repair this world, to properly fit my incredible stature & authority. Not doing it cause you asked!".
Dennis smiled as Kaos used his awesome power to start setting the world right again, with a few wonders of the world molded in his image.

Sphere Robot: Okay, so. Kaos won, right?
Vrokorta: Yes, though I imagine that may come as a surprise to many of you. Do remember that I only used feats & scaling present within each game these characters made notable appearances in. Composite scaling would've made things quite different if you consider the lore of Kirby, Sonic, & Mario. This is why I chose feats only, so each boss could shine on their own merit in context.
[Popup: While some of Kaos' abilities were pulled from the comics, said comics are often directly connected to the story of the games, & did little to affect his overall standing. The same couldn't be done for Dark Gaia, as the Archie Comics differ too much from the games, & he only makes a minor cameo in the IDW Comics.]
Sphere Robot: With that being said, let's go over each KO & explain where our combatants fell short.
Vrokorta: Starting off is the Dominator. At 528 Ronnatons & near light-speed flight, the Dominator was 5th strongest & 6th fastest. While it could've easily lost to the higher-ups, it was ultimately defeated by Mashtooth. Mashtooth's energy absorption allowed him to weaken the Dominator while strengthening himself, & being over 50 million times faster meant that there was nothing the Dominator could do to stop him. Even his black hole would be ineffective, as Mashtooth was fast enough to outrun it.
[Popup: Contrary to the battle, the Dominator likely would've beaten the King Pumpkin via speed & strength. The only reason it lost was because Vrokorta wanted the Don to last longer.]
Sphere Robot: Next was Zarkhator. At 60 Zettatons & Mach 210, Zarkhator was the 6th strongest & 9th fastest. While he wouldn't be able to do much killing, he did at least have the advantage of mind control & transmutation. However, this wouldn't be useful against his foe, the Master Crown. Wanting the most evil host it can find, the Crown would naturally target the boss whose goal is to commit planetary genocide. Being an inanimate object meant it likely couldn't be mind controlled or transmuted. Heck, the Crown can transmute its host, meaning Zarkhator's powers probably wouldn't work on whatever body it's inhabiting either. Having such a powerful enemy on his tail meant Zarkhator was doomed to an early death.
Vrokorta: Next was Don Onion. At 143 Exatons & over Mach 3000 with his King Pumpkin, he was the 7th strongest & 7th fastest (what're the odds?). Despite being the second largest boss besides Vlitra, the King Pumpkin simply wasn't strong enough to face the stronger & faster bosses. In this case, being bigger was more of a hindrance, as it made the King Pumpkin a much easier target. While its minions provided great support, they too lacked the strength to keep up with enemies like Dark Gaia, who was strong enough to kill them all with relative ease. Without his machines or Tabemon, Don Onion became the least durable boss, making him easy pickings for the others.
Sphere Robot: Next was Boss Cass. At 294 Tons & Mach 12 with Neo Fluffy X, Boss Cass was the weakest & slowest boss. Sure he was a genius, but he was out-sped & outmuscled by every other combatant. In fact, without his machines, Boss Cass was even weaker than Don Onion (22 MJ<160MJ). However, he had a couple ways to make up for this. First off was his Chicxulub Impact, which was worth 72 Teratons. This would at least allow him to kill Tiki Tong & Zongazonga, though the other bosses could survive or stop the meteor, surprisingly enough. His other advantage was his durability. Having survived explosions & taken hits from the Shadow Bunyip, his durability sat at 53 Tons of TNT. His strength may've been lower than Don Onion's, but his durability allowed him to outlast the Don. Add to that the piercing damage from his claws, & it was only a matter of time before the onion was done.
Vrokorta: Next was Zongazonga. At 19 Megatons & Mach 291, Zongazonga was the 11th strongest & 8th fastest. Needless to say his strength wasn't doing him any favors, & his speed was far from being enough to compete with the higher-ups. He had his zombiesaurs for backup & healing, but they could only delay the inevitable against enemies over 1000 times stronger & 10 times faster than him. Sure he could try to steal someone's body by headbutting them, but he has a human skull, so it likely only works on humans. The only "humans" around were Kaos & Grief within the Dominator. Grief is in a mech, so that wasn't gonna work, & Kaos won the gosh-dang fight, suffice to say he was too strong & fast for a disembodied skull to body-snatch him.
Sphere Robot: Next was Gohma Vlitra. At 1 Foe & 5x FTL, Vlitra was the 4th strongest & 5th fastest. Close, but no cigar. It was strong, but not strong enough. Fast, but not fast enough. Take that away & what are you left with? Sure Vlitra was the largest, but only for its external bodies, it lost this advantage when fighting as the Core. Its ability to consume souls was potent, but from what we can gather, it only consumes the souls of those who've already died, so it wasn't really combat applicable. Without all that, Vlitra was just a big strong dunce, lacking the intelligence & strategy to fight the more experienced bosses. This kept it from beating Dark Gaia, who was stronger, faster, more experienced, & had more abilities.
Vrokorta: Next was Mashtooth, & he didn't go down easy. At 292 Petatons & 49 million times FTL, Mashtooth was the 8th strongest & 3rd fastest, but it didn't stay this way. Thanks to his energy absorption, Mashtooth could amp his power, growing stronger than any limits within his own game. Add to this his incredible speed & you have one of the most dangerous bosses in this lineup, snatching energy from slower foes & adding it to his own. What ultimately led to his downfall was the limitless power of the Master Crown. Being this strong meant Mashtooth could never steal all its energy, & the Master Crown was much faster, meaning Mashtooth would never get the chance. Even if he ate the entire Crown, the Master Crown has the tendency to warp & control those who wield it, so consuming the Crown could very well spell his doom. You can't even argue that Mashtooth would bide his time until he was strong enough to beat the Crown, not only is he too dumb, but he'd naturally hunt down the strongest foe to take their energy, so he basically invited his own death.
Sphere Robot: Next was Tiki Tong, & to whoever voted this guy, I hope you're happy. At 34 Gigatons & Mach 45, Tiki Tong was the 10th strongest & 11th fastest, a surefire loser. Thankfully he did have one advantage, & that was hypnosis. With it, he could get someone else to do the heavy lifting, in this case, Kaos' Hydra. Admittedly we only did this due to the one vote Tiki Tong got on our Discussion post on who people were rooting for, but there's nothing saying he couldn't actually do it, the Hydra has no known resistance to mind control after all. Even so, bosses like the Master Crown & Kaos wouldn't succumb to such abilities, especially since this same ability had no effect on Donkey Kong, so the hypnosis clearly had limits. The Master Crown was inorganic, & Kaos overcame the mind-altering powers of a Trap, so they'd likely have no issue with Tiki Tong's mind control. At this point, the stronger foes needed only to overpower the tiki's thrall & destroy its weaker master.
Vrokorta: Next was Dark Bowser. At 77 Teratons & Mach 57, Dark Bowser was the 9th strongest & 10th fastest. However, similar to Mashtooth, Dark Bowser had some tricks up his sleeve. By consuming DNA, Dark Bowser could copy the abilities of his organic opponents, giving him a much needed edge over the other bosses. Problem is, he's not that strong or fast to begin with, so it was highly unlikely that he'd ever reach the point where he can match the strongest bosses. Even if he did, he'd never surpass them. Do recall that the Dark Star copied Bowser's DNA, adding the koopa's power to his own, & he still lost, having to rely on his resurrection just to keep fighting. Considering the Master Crown's space powers, & Kaos' transmutation, they'd likely find a way to destroy the Core & bypass the resurrection one way or another.
Sphere Robot: Next was Dark Gaia, big upset. At 11 Zettafoe & 10x FTL, Dark Gaia was the 3rd strongest & 4th fastest, a top contender for sure. However, he simply couldn't match the universe-destroying power that the Master Crown & Kaos possessed. Not helping matters were his giant eyeballs serving as an obvious weak spot for anyone to exploit.
Vrokorta: And finally we have the Master Crown, having lost to Kaos. While the Master Crown could collapse an entire universe, Kaos possessed power exceeding that of universal destruction. Strong enough to evilize all of Skylands, strong enough to fracture the very foundation of Skylands, strong enough to destroy all of Skylands & exceed all prior feats, & strong enough to create time & creation itself. Suffice to say Kaos was arguably stronger. On the other hand, the Master Crown exceeds the doomers, which can move in a realm beyond time & space, giving it immeasurable speed. With Mind Magic, Kaos was able to create a shockwave that encompassed all of Skylands, a realm of infinite size, thus requiring infinite speed. However, he could potentially scale to the Ancients, who created time, & thus predate it, meaning he could potentially have immeasurable speed as well. Since Kaos is on the more dubious end of things, we have to give speed to the Master Crown. Stat-wise, this was pretty close, but a clearer picture is drawn once you consider the tertiary stats.
Sphere Robot: The Master Crown held a small edge in stamina. While both could fight at a high level while badly weakened, the Master Crown has shown multiple times that it can exert great force even when on the brink of death, as indicated when it attempts to block the Ultra Sword from both Kirby & Magolor with only a fraction of its HP left. Kaos hasn't shown quite this level of stamina, so we gave this to the Master Crown.
Vrokorta: But it's all downhill from here. While Kaos may be a dunce, he's shown to obtain & harness powerful artifacts, make ambitious plans to conquer Skylands, trick allies & enemies alike, & even lead an army. Meanwhile, the Master Crown simply hasn't shown any forms of proper intelligence. It can fight well, indicating a high skill level, but no outright intelligence or strategy. Surprisingly enough, Kaos took intelligence.
Sphere Robot: Experience too, as we really haven't seen a whole lot from the Master Crown. It was on Landia's head for a while, but we don't know what her experience is. The only experience we can pull from are the boss fights against Landia, Magolor, Crowned Doomer, & the Tree Crown without a Ruler. That's about 4-5 fights (not including battles from Kirby Clash, as that's in another universe). Compare that to Kaos, who's been trying to conquer Skylands for centuries. That's at least 200 years of scheming, & if the games are anything to go off of, plenty of battles to go with it. Experience goes to Kaos.
[Popup: It's mildly implied that each Skylanders game on console canonically takes place 1 year apart from each other. If Kaos came up with a major scheme each year, that'd mean he's had over 200 battles with the Skylanders, not including anything he did before setting his sights on world domination.]
Vrokorta: Lastly, & most importantly, arsenal. The Master Crown had a decent set of abilities, but most of them relied on the abilities of whoever it was possessing. Even if we gave it EVERY ability it's been shown to use, it STILL wouldn't hold a candle to Kaos' arsenal. He could shapeshift, summon all kinds of minions, transmute objects into trolls, utilize 8 of the 10 elements, & shoot lasers from his eyes. That's in base by the way, not including the Arkeyan army he controls via the Fist of Arkus, the subjective reality he has as Super Evil Kaos, the weapon summoning he has as Traptanium Kaos, the energy hands he wields as Emperor Kaos, or the endless number of abilities he possesses thanks to Mind Magic. Wielding 10 different weapons, summoning minions of his own design, creating powerful storms, & transmuting his enemies as he pleases, & that's just what we see him do. The possibilities are technically endless as Mind Magic can create anything & everything. It should come as little surprise that Kaos had the better arsenal.
Sphere Robot: "But wait" I hear you ask, "Why didn't the Master Crown just possess him?". Well for starters, Kaos may be evil, but he hasn't committed any heinous sins. The Crown wouldn't get much power from Kaos' surface-level villainy, & even if it did, Kaos is pretty in tune with his evil. He embraces evil all the time, even got hopped up on evil stones that turn good guys evil, & his mentality didn't change in the slightest. The Crown likely wouldn't be able to control Kaos the way it did with Magolor & Grand Doomer, especially when it failed to control Landia. Heck, Kaos overcome the mind control of a Trap, so the Crown shouldn't fair much better. "But wait" you say again, "The Master Crown doesn't mind control, it possesses you & consumes your soul". This is true, but Kaos is no stranger to possession. Masker Mind, a villain from Trap Team, can also possess people, so it wasn't out of the question for Kaos to give himself resistance to possession via Mind Magic. If he can turn himself buff, then he can certainly give himself new abilities. The soul manipulation could be a problem, but again, if it didn't work on Landia, then why should it work on Kaos?
[Popup: While the Crown does manage to control Landia in an alternate timeline, the fact of the matter is that the Master Crown's power is not absolute, & can be resisted.]
Vrokorta: In the end, it was a tough call, but Kaos had what he needed to resist & overpower his strongest enemies.

- At the end of Trap Team, Kaos is caught in a trap & turned into a good guy. However, over time, Kaos was able to overcome this mind control, & likely still possesses a resistance. Furthermore, Mind Magic gives him the power to mind-control an infinite number of people, so it's safe to assume he can resist a level of mind control similar to his own.
- "How does the Dominator keep cheating death?"
- One ability granted by femto is the ability to create a false duplicate of yourself to help you in battle for a short time. The times when the Dominator was "defeated" were actually its femto clones being destroyed, that is until Mashtooth consumed it.
- "How did the Dark Star get Bowser & the others' DNA?"
- There was originally supposed to be a scene where Kaos summoned a bunch of minions, one of which would be a dark clone of Hammer Slam Bowser from Superchargers. I ended up forgetting to do this, so the new reason is the Dark Star stole DNA from Kaos, obtaining knowledge of Hammer Slam Bowser, allowing him to copy Bowser's form. For Kaos, Mashtooth, the Hydra, & Zarkhator, he simply stole it while they were distracted fighting. Vlitra & the Dominator's DNA came from Mashtooth's DNA, as he absorbed their power prior. He grabbed Zongazonga's DNA from the shredded corpse Tiki Tong left behind.
- "Where did the Master Crown get the Gem Apple Seed?"
- I don't know. Got lucky I guess. If there's one contrived, unexplainable thing in this whole fight, it's that. Just say he opened a portal or smth IDK.
