Intro[]
Wiz: Vilgax, the alien warlord who craves the Omnitrix.
Boomstick: And Megatron, the leader of the Decepticons.
Wiz: These two galactic conquers have traveled throughout space in search of ultimate power so they can use it in total domination over the universe. Even despite being defeated countless of times their determination and hunger for power keeps them going.
Boomstick: So let's pin them against each other! He's Wiz and I'm Boomstick.
Wiz: And we are going to analyze their weapons, armor, and skills to find out who would win in a DEATH BATTLE!
Vilgax[]
Wiz: The Omnitrix was created by the intelligent inventor Azmuth as a tool of peace to allow beings to experience different ways of life and function as a holder for the DNA of over a million different species throughout the universe.
Boomstick: But obviously when you make a watch that can give you the form and powers of many unique aliens there are going to be some people who are going to be like "Wow look at this! I could have so much power maybe I should try to steal it and use it for my own personal things!"
Wiz: Luckily, it came to earth and wounded up in the hands of a 10 year old boy, Ben Tennyson.
Boomstick: You know Wiz I'm not sure if a young boy wielding it makes things much better.
Wiz: Hey but at least he decided to use it to become a superhero. Though of course Ben having possession of the Omnitrix brought a lot of attention to himself. It so happened that one of these beings was a 200 year old galactic warlord named Vilgax. He is a Chimera Sui Generi, also known as Vilgaxians, who are humanoid octopus-like species that come from the planet Vilgaxia.
Boomstick: Imagine being so evil that you name your whole planet and species after yourself!
Wiz: Always being hungry for absolute power and conquest, Vilgax viewed the Omnitrix as the ultimate weapon that he could use to make an army capable of transforming into aliens under his command, then use that army to conquer the whole universe.
Boomstick: And they don't call him "the most dangerous being in the universe" for nothing. He was already a deadly fighter alone but thanks to his cybernetic enhancements and steroid boosters which increase his physical capabilities/stats makes him a greater threat. He can easily leap over buildings, throw his opponents through rows of buildings, destroy a head of Rushmore with a slam, and he can easily overpower Humungousaur, known to be one of Ben's physically strongest aliens, which in their clash created a shockwave strong enough to shake nearby buildings.
Wiz: Vilgax has been fast enough to slice a barrage of missiles flying at him, kept up with Jetray in flight who flies at supersonic speeds, and intercepted and reacted to attacks by XLR8 who travels at 500 mph and is so fast that in his perspective time stops.
Boomstick: He is a pretty tough cookie to crack as well. Barrage of punches from Heatblast don't even phase him, Diamondhead's "diamond" hands and projectiles shatter when slashing him, he's shrugged off explosions and lasers, survived getting chucked out of orbit and into space, magic projectiles from Ben's cousin Gwen is ineffective against him, and even before his enhancements he's survived getting launched into his giant spaceship that followed with the explosion of a nuke which followed with an even bigger explosion because of the ship!
Wiz: And as the series continued Vilgax got some new gadgets and absorbed the powers and abilities from the mightiest champions of the worlds he's conquered.
Boomstick: He can now shoot laser beams out of his eyes that can curve after his opponents similar to Darkseid's omega beams, fly, has enhanced hearing, breathe out tornado-like winds to blow away his opponents, wears the Ruby Ray of Rouleau on the top of his hand to shoot lasers, the Shield of Seagle to generate a powerful force field around himself, a golden gauntlet that can electrocute his victims and grab intangible beings like ghosts, a raygun, and wields a cool sword that can fire energy beams, set itself on fire, and is able to easily slice through stone and an entire ship with one swing.
Wiz: If Vilgax's armor falls off and he's in the ocean he can transform into his true form at will which basically looks like the Kraken or a giant octopus-like monster. This form is durable enough to help him survive the explosion of a fusion engine. Though, he was put in critical condition and would've died from his injuries without outside intervention.
Boomstick: But of course Vilgax is the big bad of the story and has to lose. He's been defeated by Ben 10 and his allies quite a lot, is vulnerable to electricity, is terrified of Ma Vreedle which is funny to think because a world f*cking conqueror fears a big alien momma, if he gets too weak in his true form then he cannot transform back into his humanoid form, and despite his incredible durability it can eventually be overwhelmed.
Wiz: But that will never stop him from getting back up and continuing to accomplish his goal of getting his hands on the Omnitrix.
Vilgax: "You hold the key to a power struggle so ancient, so vast, it is beyond your feeble comprehension. Picture an entire army each in command of an Omnitrix and all at my command. I will be invincible. I will rule the Universe! And the only thing standing between me and my destiny is you."
Megatron[]
Boomstick: Many, many, many years ago. The two godly brothers Primus and Unicron faced in an epic battle of epic proportions!
Wiz: After many battles, this conflict ended with Primus finally defeating his evil brother and casting him out into deep space. Primus then merged with the core of a planet and transformed himself into Cybertron, the future homeworld of the Cybertronians or more famously known as the Transformers.
Boomstick: There was also this race of multi-faced aliens called the Quitisun! Or Clint-tisson? Quit tesla?
Wiz: Quintessons.
Boomstick: Quintessons! These guys immigrated to Cybertron to build factories that would generate an army of robots.
Wiz: They essentially treated their robots like slaves or tools, which isn't surprising at all when they eventually became sentient and gained emotions. The Cybertronians refused to live this life and began working together to overthrow their creators.
Boomstick: Hell yeah robot uprising! Down with the organics!
Wiz: They were pretty successful as the Quintessons abandoned the planet and never returned. Unlucky for the Cybertronians this was only the first war to come as the second one was much worse. See the Transformers would fight amongst themselves after splitting into two factions, the peaceful Autobots and the war-mongering Decepticons. The Decepticons were led by the tyrant Megatron, who originally was a miner that was forced to fight as a gladiator for the entertainment of the Quintessons.
Boomstick: Megatron was surprisingly good at fighting to the point where he quickly rose through the ranks from being the champion of the arena to a political leader somehow.
Wiz: Rather than using a peaceful/nice approach to his overlords he instead chose violence, embarking on a crusade to wipe out his oppressors. Ironically, he succumbed to the greed for power similar to the Quintessons he had fought previously against. Later Megatron and his Decepticons waged war against the Autobots. This lasts for millions upon millions of years!
Boomstick: So obviously he's going to need some weapons for this very looonnnggg situation. If he's in close combat he can summon an Energon mace or his purple lightsaber from either of his hands. Since Megatron is a Transformer he can well transform... into a gun, specifically a Walter P38 pistol that fires energy blasts. However, his signature weapon is the fusion cannon, which is a lot more powerful than it seems. It fires similar blasts to his Walter P38 form. One blast can level a city block and it can kill most Cybertronians with one or two shots.
Wiz: The cannon also draws power from an interdimensional link with a black hole, speaking of which Megatron can also tap into said black hole and antimatter to enhance his and cannon's power to even greater levels. This has the power to be unleashed as beams from his eyes and hands, create tendrils to tear his enemies apart, and summon a black hole. However, the antimatter is unstable and potentially could destroy Megatron himself if he loses control.
Boomstick: Apart from his equipment he can fly in his robot mode, which allows him to keep up and fly faster than Seekers like Starscream or Thundercracker who easily travel at supersonic speeds. He also has millions of years of fighting experience! Rest in piece anyone who isn't older than that!
Wiz: He has super strength and the skills capable of damaging and going toe-toe-toe with Optimus Prime. The two are usually on equal level.
Boomstick: Which is insane because Optimus Prime is powered and enhanced by a piece of a god inside of his chest!
Wiz: Megatron has easily crushed the heads of other transformers with his bare hands, is stronger than Blast Off who towed a large asteroid, soloed the Dinobots, defeated the combiner Predaking who is known as the greatest hunting machine in the galaxy, and once resisted the pull of a moon.
Boomstick: Megatron is one tough son of a bitch to kill too. On multiple occasions while being severely weakened and heavily damaged he was still able to defeat and stomp his opponents (Defeated Waspinator while in half and Scorponok while being broken), he's survived being split/sliced in half, he's taken hits from the Combiner Devastator who is powerful enough to level skyscrapers, shrugged off blaster fire, survived falling from re-entry despite previously being injured from his fight against Optimus, and a blast from the matrix which is known to be Optimus' super final attack that erases his enemies.
Wiz: Megatron is almost unstoppable, though he does tend to be arrogant, overconfident, and has his fair share of losses.
Boomstick: But who cares, Megatron is a total badass and a force to be reckoned with! His rivalry with Optimus Prime will last till the end of time.
Optimus Prime: "Megatron, today you answer for your crimes against Cybertron and against humanity. One shall stand!"
Megatron: "And one shall fall... you Optimus Prime!"
Intermission[]
Wiz: The combatants are set! Let's settle this debate once in for all.
Boomstick: In a DEATHH BATTTLEEE!!!
DEATH BATTLE![]
In the atmosphere of planet earth, Vilgax and Megatron's large spaceships are engaged in a heated battle. Ordering around in the command deck of his Chimerian Hammer, Vilgax grows annoyed.
Vilgax: Wipe these fools from the face of this pathetic planet!
Meanwhile on the other ship, sitting on his throne in his own command deck Megatron strategizes some attacks. He eventually comes to a conclusion and stands up.
Megatron: Starscream, you're in charge until I get back.
Starscream: I am? Thank you lord Megatron it is truly an honor to lead the Decepticons!
Megatron turns around and glares at him.
Starscream: For uh... a short amount of time.
Megatron and a squad of other Decepticons gear up at an airlock.
Megatron: Decepticons TRANSFORM AND RISE UP!
Flying towards the enemy ship, the Decepticons blow open a hole which sucks some of Vilgax's soldiers into space.
Psyphon: Master, the enemy have broken into the ship and are making their way towards us!
Vilgax clenches his fist.
Psyphon: But I believe they'll be no match you.
After dealing with some defense systems and troops, the Decepticons are able to break into the command deck. Vilgax is at first surprised at the size of the robotic intruders. Megatron examines Vilgax as he appears to be the most threatening and potentially strongest being in the room.
Megatron: YOU, I have intel that the Omnitrix is aboard this vessel. I've heard of its great power so surrender it or DIE!
Vilgax: Vilgax surrenders to no one! ELIMINATE THEM!
Megatron: Decepticons destroy the rest, this one is mine.
The two warlords charge towards each other.
FIGHT![]
Their punches collide, creating a powerful shockwave that knocks everyone back and shakes the ship. Vilgax activates his cybernetic steroids to increase his strength. His arms grow buffer and he punches Megatron away. Megatron rolls back onto his feet and fires his fusion cannon near Vilgax's feet, sending the octopus man flying towards him for a punch. Vilgax does a little backflip until landing on the ground.
Vilgax: Do you know who I am!? I am Vilgax! The most dangerous being in the universe!
Vilgax kicks Megatron onto one knee, wrapping his arms around the Transformer and suplexes him through the floor down to another room. Vilgax quickly rushes forward and tackles Megatron through rows and rows of walls. The Decepticon leader is able to get his footing in the ground and brings Vilgax to a halt.
Megatron: The most dangerous being in the universe? BAH, a false title.
Megatron slams Vilgax face-flat on the floor, then combines an uppercut and a blast from his fusion cannon to launch his opponent further away. Vilgax growls and retrieves his sword from his back.
Vilgax: Once I slice you to pieces I'm going to rebuild you as my personal training bot!
Megatron's left hand shapeshifts into his Energon mace. The two swing their weapons at each other, countering and blocking each of their attacks. Vilgax flies above his opponent and fires a laser beam from his sword. Megatron quickly rolls out of the way to dodge a path of destruction from the red beam. He spins his chained mace above his head then chucks it to knock Vilgax back down to ground level. Vilgax falls into a pile of large crates. With his super strength he throws the crates at Megatron who blows them apart with his cannon. Back on the Decepticon ship Starscream grins maliciously.
Starscream's thoughts: Oh Megatron you fool. While you're distracted this will give me a great opportunity to blow you and the enemy away. Then I'll renown myself as the true leader of the Decepticons! MWHAHAHAHAHAhahahaha.... ha.
Vilgax uses his super-breath to hold his opponent back. He aims the Ruby Ray of Rouleau to fire a blast at Megatron's shoulder. Some metal bits falls off but nothing too severe. Vilgax's heat vision flies towards Megatron who rolls out of the way, but the beams curve and turn around to blast him in the back. All of a sudden the spaceship shakes and trembles from the fire power of the Decepticon ship. Vilgax is curious at this strange strategy.
Megatron's thoughts: Starscream.
Megatron flies upward and unleashes a barrage of fusion cannon blasts. Vilgax protects himself with Shield of Seagle before blasting the Transformer into outer space. The Vilgaxian leader electrifies his golden gauntlet and attempts to stun Megatron, but he immediately shrinks into his smaller Walter P38 form. Vilgax misses completely and is uppercutted in the jaw when the gun enlarges to stretch out an arm. Grabbing the octopus-like alien by the leg he tosses him down to earth.
Megatron: I will crush you with my bare hands!
Megatron throws some punches at Vilgax's face. Blood flies out. He prepares to clobber him with his Energon mace but Vilgax activates his Shield of Seagal to cut the chain. The two fall from orbit in a ball of fire with the heavily damaged Chimerian Hammer following from behind. Both villains and the ship crash land in the middle of an ocean. Underwater, Vilgax punches Megatron to the ocean floor. He dodges a fusion cannon projectile and pulls out his sword, attempting to thrust it through his enemy's chest. Megatron claps his hands on both sides of the sword inches away from his chest. The two combatants struggle. However, the sword slowly sinks into Megatron's chest.
Vilgax: I'll give you a slow and painful death.
Vilgax smiles in his soon to come victory until he notices a black substance radiate from Megatron's body. Small black tendrils constrict the blade causing it to crack. Megatron lets out a war cry before breaking the sword into shards. Vilgax uses his heat vision to pin Megatron down. Megatron puts up his arms to block the beams, one of his tendrils steals a piece of the sword and jabs it in Vilgax's right eye causing part of his face to combust.
Vilgax: AHH, what is this power!?
Megatron: It is the power of antimatter.
A black blast of antimatter is launched into Vilgax's stomach area, shattering most of his armor. The warlord crashes into the wreckage of his ship, an explosion occurs and debris collapses on top of him.
Megatron: Insignificant pest.
As Megatron is about to fly away. Large octopus-like tentacles stretch out towards him. They catch him by surprise and wrap around his body.
Megatron: Still breathing I see?
Vilgax: This is my true form. I rarely use it, but because you have given me so much trouble I'll make an exception.
The tentacles continue to squeeze. Megatron's fusion cannon lights up to blow the tentacles to bits. Vilgax lets out a roar and lashes out at his enemy, knocking him everywhere like a ragdoll. Megatron grabs an incoming tentacle with one hand, he tears it off and whips it at the kraken-like creature. The water darkens from the blood.
Vilgax: I am Vilgax, conqueror of 10 worlds and the future ruler of the universe. I WILL NOT BE UNDERMINED BY SOME MACHINE!
Megatron: Such foolish nonsense.
Antimatter suddenly spews from Megatron's eyes. His body is covered in a black aura. He waves his hands to summon a black hole behind Vilgax. Vilgax's eyes widen. The black hole sucks in some water, the wrecked Chimerian Hammer, and eventually Vilgax. Megatron grins evilly as he rises to the surface.
Megatron: I am Megatron, leader of the Decepticons. Let that be the last thing you ever hear.
Vilgax yells out in pain when attempting to resist the pull of the black hole. Megatron fires a single charged up shot from his fusion cannon to successfully blow Vilgax away into the dark void. The leader of the Vilgaxians was gone. Megatron closes the black hole, leaving water to crash and fill the empty space. Nearby on an island, a weakened Ben Tennyson crawls onto the sand. He was captured and held prisoner on his arch nemesis's ship until he was luckily freed by some unknown attackers. His attention is changed towards a futuristic looking jet landing in front of him. It transforms to reveal Starscream.
Starscream: Is this a joke? This insect is the one wielding the Omntrix?
Ben: Who are you calling insect and who are you!?
Starscream: I am Starscream, the great leader of the Decepticons!
Megatron: Not for long...
Starscream is shocked while Ben is surprised to see another robot bigger than the one already standing before him.
Starscream: Me-Meg-Megatron! You survived!? W-Well of course you did! As you can see I was about to get the Omnitrix for you-
Megatron: Oh shut up.
Megatron aims and charges up his fusion cannon at the two.
KO!

Boomstick: Woah Wiz, what just happened?
Wiz: While Vilgax has an advantage in a wider and bigger arsenal it won't be enough to put the Decepticon leader down for good, who takes just about all the other categories.
Boomstick: Megatron is millions of years old which makes him way, way, way more experienced and a better fighter than Vilgax who is in his 200s.
Wiz: Megatron is also more stronger and durable, though for speed they both seem to be about equal being able to keep up with supersonic moving beings and flying from planet to planet in a short amount of time. Megatron is capable of defeating the skyscraper sized Combiners by himself and is easily superior to other Decepticons like Blast Off who towed a giant asteroid.
Boomstick: He can fight evenly with Optimus Prime which is just an impressive feat on its own because the Autobot leader has done a lot of crazy shit like breaking Sixshot's armor with a punch, which is forged from collapsed stars also known as Supernovas.
Wiz: Megatron's superior durability and pain tolerance is another big advantage that allows him to outlast Vilgax's own, which while impressive too does have its limits.
Boomstick: Surviving a fall from orbit right after a battle, shrugging off laser blasts and other attacks from other transformers, tanking skyscraper destroying attacks, surviving being heavily damaged and sometimes not even in one piece, a blast from the matrix, and a bunch of other crazy stuff. Megatron is hardcore.
Wiz: Lastly, Megatron has more destructive capabilities because his fusion cannon has the power to one shot most other Cybertronians and level a city block with one blast.
Boomstick: And don't forget his antimatter powers which he can use to open a black hole and finish Vilgax off by sucking him into the deep dark black void of death. Poor Vilgax doesn't have anyway of combating that. Looks like calamari is being served on the menu.
Wiz: The winner is Megatron!
