Vecna was born as a mortal wizard. In time, he ascended to becoming a minor diety. He attempted (and failed) to take the city of Sigil from the Lady of Pain

- Vecna is the neutral evil lesser god of Necromancy. Personality wise, he is cruel, only caring for his own benefit, and completely merciless.
- During the events of "Die Vecna Die" he was stated to threaten the multiverse, a multiverse that has been called infinite numerous time througout Dungeons and Dragons.
