Originally,Project-Leviathan was a giant beast created by the government,it was made as a weapon of destruction to use against threats. After it was created and woken up,the creature was controlled by the government for a while,however eventually,it gained it's own sentience,and broke free from it's state,attacking the government and then leaving to cause more destruction. It attempted to destroy cities,and even the whole planet,which caused 701 to try and stop it,the beast then became one of 701's recurring enemies.

Appearance

Project-Leviathan is 100000 meters tall,and a gray colored leviathan,seen in the picture (imagine it's gray colored),it also has gray tendrils coming out of it's body with a body like the one of a snake.

Personality

Aggressive,cold,and cruel,it simply wants to destroy everything it sees,and is very destructive in general.

Powers and Abilities

As a beast of destruction,it has developed powers and abilities to fight and attack:

Regeneration: It has a very high regeneration,capable of regenerating from being decapitated,being burned by lasers,being pierced through the heart,being reduced to a skeleton,and being erased from existence,it also tanked being reduced to 0.1% of his mass.
