Project-Leviathan was a giant,monstrous living weapon created by the government that became too powerful and dangerous,to the point he escaped from the government,he also is an enemy to 701. (also credits to the one who made the pic)
Info
Originally,Project-Leviathan was a giant beast created by the government,it was made as a weapon of destruction to use against threats. After it was created and woken up,the creature was controlled by the government for a while,however eventually,it gained it's own sentience,and broke free from it's state,attacking the government and then leaving to cause more destruction. It attempted to destroy cities,and even the whole planet,which caused 701 to try and stop it,the beast then became one of 701's recurring enemies.
