My part in the DBFW user battle royal

This is the best I could do
(authors note: so my name comes from a character I heavily used in my imagination as a child, as such not only does he have the… uniqueness of a child’s imagination character, me drawing from my memory means it’ll feel even weirder, you have been warned)
The actual analysis[]
Sheldon: how do we start this? A question constantly asked when making something, and it’s especially common when that thing happens to be really, really, really confusing.
Deadpool: yeah, that’s a pretty good way to describe what we gotta cover here today… I think I’ve got an idea, let’s start with how they began.
Sans: sounds good to me… so it all starts in the swimming pool… we were not wrong about this being confusing.
Sheldon: so our writer happens to be… well autistic, as such their mind commonly goes in many different directions at once, but within the calm of a swimming pool, where the water blocks out the noise and the different sensations, it’s easy to just let your mind wander.
Deadpool: now it should be noted that even at a young age, they happened to really enjoy horror, and really liked the concepts behind, say, Freddy vs Jason… geez they really were destined for this kinda position weren’t they.
Sans: and so, from that vast sea that exists above all else, not one, but two characters were born, dangerous, psychopathic, mass murderers, their names were… The Electric Smile, and The Scarecrow.
Sheldon: They both had obviously killed plenty throughout their pasts, The Electric Smile specifically was a electric chair escapee, wearing a burnt smile on their face and wielding a knife, they could harness electricity to fry anyone’s insides out, as well as teleport, move around as energy (that’d require lightspeed movement) and even summon planet spanning thunderstorms, and yet The Scarecrow was somehow the more dangerous of the two.
Deadpool: born from a mix of thinking of the DC character and Minecraft, The Scarecrow is a fucking beast, commonly utilising yellow shaded weapons like knives, swords and axes to brutally murder pretty much all of its victims, their a skilled hunter, tracker and trapper, capable of coming up with the most devious of plans in seconds.
Sans: he wore that Scarecrow suit the entire time, in fact it’s even possible his insides just straight up were hay, making it impossible to make him feel any pain from injury.
Sheldon: not only that, he could even pull himself together even when turned into literal scraps, and remember that mentions of DC Scarecrow?
Deadpool: yep, this guy can breath out toxic gas able to make someone feel complete fear, even if they do not have one, at which point the stuff can just rewrite the plot to give you one, it also happens to have a damage over time effect that causes your body to begin rotting indefinitely.
Sans: so this next part is probably gonna surprise you, because they then joined a hero team, how the hell does that happen.
Sheldon: simple really, inconsistency with a child’s mind, but there’s also definitely a much grander explanation, simply put, they exist as a story archetype, less a pure character and moreso a being made to play whatever role their in, existing not truly as a part of the plot, but moreso alongside and outside of it, capable of seeing it at a fundamental level for what it is, almost like a symbiotic relationship were both exist so long as the other does to.
Deadpool: this doesn’t sound like something a kid would imagine.
Sheldon: you’d be right, not only are we drawing purely from memory of that time, we’re also being very lenient with what was thought up and how it would be thought of now, plus this stuff we say now is also coming from that same kids imagination, just older and… would you say wiser?
Sans: well anyway, as a hero they protected reality from all kinds of threats, like a strange robot thing that made an army of robots that when simply marching together, could shake the Universe, or Clockwork, the concept of time itself who is unbound to the laws of time and held enough power to destroy it across the multiverse.
Deadpool: he now wore a nanotechnology suit capable of shrugging off just about any damage, it even had a mirror mode that reversed any attack back to the sender, even mind control, time manipulation, hacking and reality warping… how the hell does it reflect that.
Sheldon: he could fire out green beams of highly pressurised acid, float through the air, fire out rope to pull anyone towards them, increase the size of their body and weapons, teleport around as data and hack into anything, which even includes that previously mentioned robot who had somehow become a higher dimensional entity incomprehensible to those of this plain.
Sans: he, along with many others, defended reality time and time again, including from stuff which he pretty much just didn’t like or was afraid of as a kid, like mushrooms, pickles, Sharks, and Wolves, these were all shoot the moment you see something like them threats, though we doubt it’ll come up at all in this fight.
Deadpool: he should scale to the other characters as well, who could leap between two sides of the universe in seconds, oh and remember how we talked about how he can become any role the story needs, how about we discuss some of those.
Sheldon: alright, one of the most prominent of these roles not already discussed is that of a… psychiatrist, hmm, he knows exactly how to make someone talk about what their feeling and will always put out a hand to help with any mental health problems.
Deadpool: sadly, he made a vow to never use what he’s told against them, put this is still helpful, he’s reversed power’s specifically affected by rage, sadness and fear, and he can even apparently depossess someone through therapy, like this one time when this kid was possessed by the darkness, he was able to help them, and let them realise that since it was their body, they could use it for themselves, and so he helped the kid eject the demon controlling her out of them, and as a bonus, the demons spirit was left powerless thanks to the fact that the powers being in the body, meant they now belonged to the one who controlled the body.
Sans: oh and you can bet that he was pissed at the demon for taking control of a kids body, so he decided to use a special gun he made to teleport the darknesses spirit into a dimension where it was constantly ripped to shreds and remade over and over again, never allowed a moment of respite.
Sheldon: that’s not the only special gun he’s got.
Deadpool: you’ve got you’re ordinary bullet guns, laser guns, transmutation guns that turn someone into an inanimate object, power stealing guns that seal someone’s abilities inside it, mirror guns that make a clone of whoever they hit, which are capable of anything that character can do, even if they die in a single hit.
Sans: anti-matter guns, mind control ones, guns that change the emotion someone is feeling to a completely different one, headache guns, tummy ache guns, black hole guns, freeze rays, existence erasing guns, guns that undo someone’s resistance to something, ones that weaken whoever they hit, and most powerful of all, the plot hole gun.
Sheldon: a weapon so strong that it can tear hole into the plot itself, making it so that that never happened, be it what’s currently going on, or even removing moments way back in the past, heck he can even erase stuff from someone’s character bio, which somehow actually affects them.
Deadpool: outside of the therapy form, he’s also got a builder from, one capable of creating just about anything in seconds, even entire universes, this can be used to fundamentally change the terrain, create new weapons, or seal an opponent from the current location.
Sans: he’s even built gigantic versions of other characters, which act just like the mirror gun, just without the easily one-shottable weakness.
Sheldon: next up is the musician form, where he dons shades and can summon any instrument he thinks of to play just about any song out there.
Deadpool: now this may sound lame, but each and every song grants different abilities, like Gangplank Galleon, which allows them the ability to combo foes with heavy hits and perform reflects and counters like their nothing.
Sans: let’s not forget my own song, Megalovania, which grants them the power to dodge anything and everything at the same time, even attacks from literal omnipresent deities can be seamlessly dodged when this song plays.
Sheldon: by singing “we will rock you”, everyone in the surrounding area who they aren’t fighting will go after one singular target and receive a buff in strength.
Deadpool: there’s so many songs out there that listing them all would be impossible, but we can talk about the effects of specific genres of music, like how Grunge increases everyone’s anger, really repetitive songs drive those around them insane, rock songs boost stats, fast songs like “I am the very model of a modern major general” rapidly slows down others perception and reaction speeds to the point where events that take years look like their happening in less than a second, and songs/music that directly tie into specific characters grant them the abilities of this character.
Sans: but there’s one song that grants a level of power far greater than any other, “Don’t Stop Me Now”.
Sheldon: while like this they become a pure unstoppable charging beast like the Juggernaut, their bodies movement completely unstoppable by anything out there, moving at speeds impossible to react to as they ram through everyone while singing this glorious song.
Deadpool: this song is so good that when the entire universe was forced to become silent, the mere action of thinking its words broke through the curse and restored music across all of reality by reaching an infinite number of decibels.
Sans: now this may sound chaotic, and you’d be right, but this specific version is by far the most heroic one, a true representation of free will and expression, the one whose always gonna be the version of himself he picks to fight those who oppose such ideals and just want to see everything burn, in fact this specific form exists so long as others feel these things, but there’s some threats even he can’t deal with.
Sheldon: remember the darkness mentioned before, well that was really just an avatar of itself, and when a stronger one came around, even this powerful form was incapable of handling it, and that’s when the Darkness killed his “best friend” who’s also the greatest agent of the omniversal bureau, and uhh, let’s just say their relationship was more than just friendship actually.
Deadpool: huh, imagination foreshadowed real life, how about that.
Sans: let’s just say that the next thing this avatar knew, they were face to face with true fear, yeah remember that whole existing as a separate entity from the plot itself thing, yeah it’s a true form.
Sheldon: but this isn’t a being who resonates power, it’s an eldritch monstrosity, incomprehensible to even the view of the writer themselves, its mere presence crumbles reality and imbues fear and terror into beings who are themselves embodiments of this cold hard emptiness.
