Azure lived on a small planet mostly devoid of life except for a small village called where he lived with her parents. Who where for the most part horribly abusive parents and would often beat him and isolate him from others.This and his near obsessive love of technology meant he had very little friends as he spent most of his time researching ancient technology instead of socialising.

She did however have one friend Ember Pendragon who was also an outcast due to his love of technology from the precursors which the village rejected.

One day there village was attacked after he activated some precursor tech which had drawn the creators of said technology, the phalaxians. Who decided to take back their stolen technology in the only logical way. Unneeded violence and he was briefly killed when he was torched in the face by a flamethrower. However he and Ember were saved and revived by Adam Kyuri a teacher at Nova on the condition that they helped fight in a multi universal war against the phalaxians to which he agreed. From there he was sent to Nova an academy for several different types of magic users and was granted a Raiju rune and learned to use his powers to become a Venatore class magic knight.

He and Ember where then made fledglings to Thanatos Twilight a noble. Overtime. He also learnt who she was fighting the Technocrats. An anti magic organisation hell bent on eradicating all magic in the universe. However after some investigation he found out the arcane alliance (The group that sponsored Nova) wasn’t as innocent as it seemed and had been working for Ywach the creator god who had been fractured into several different pieces who was trying to reunite himself which would’ve resulted in the complete loss of free will of all living beings.

With this knowledge in hand he and his team with the help of a former knight of divine retribution he set about stopping the war between the 2 factions that was ravaging the multiverse

Azure is rather skinny and lanky fairly tall. Very skinny and not muscular and at 5’7 one of the shorter members of the group

Azure has pale skin, before receiving his powers he had dirty blonde hair and brown eyes which where later replaced with white hair and electric blue eyes when he received his rune. He is often seen in a completely blue suit.He also has a raijū tattoo on his chest

Personality[]

Azure is rather neurotic and nervous always worrying and a critical over-thinker in fact this was one of the reasons he was an outcast as the village was rather conservative. He also refuses to fight unless absolutely necessary such as being attacked.

However these traits also help him as he tends to be capable of complex analyse of a situation and like Ember is pretty loyal to his friends and allies. He also is rather humble and actually dislikes that his friends are all arrogant and cocky. He can also be rather snarky when calling people out for their bad behaviour.

He also has a tendency to be rather sheepish staying Quiet and soft-spoken unless threatened or his team is doing something extremely stupid or dangerous as he is the most often voice of reason in the group.

Azure also loves technology and has pyrophobia due to his previous death.

Due to possessing a raiju rune Azure has had his soul fused with a Raijū granting him several powerful abilities including

Lightning Magic: Due to raiju’s relationship to storms Azure can manifest his magical energy as a stunning blue arc of holy Electricity that will at least partially paralyse whoever it’s been hit with, he can also exert his over any sort of electricity made via magical means or otherwise as well as the ability to turn into lightning. He is also completely immune to any sort Electricity as well as having the capability to solidify and make constructs out of lightning. His lightning has shown the ability to deal extra damage to unholy creatures such as demons and vampires, he can also manipulate a target’s bio electric field allowing for him to sense invisible people and objects and force them to stick to walls and the like.

Ice magic: Due to being a Raijū Magi Azure can manifest his magical energy as blue ice and energy that will freeze over anything it touches to temperatures as low as absolute zero, he can also exert his control over the cold and any sort of ice made via magical means or otherwise. He is also immune to the cold as well as having the capability to solidify and make constructs out of ice. He can also manipulate his ice after it’s been created and pre-existing ice

Wind magic: As Raijū often have a significant relationship to the weather and the wind he has complete control of the air allowing him to create gust of winds with the capability to knock over buildings, and even tornadoes the size of Cities. He’s used this ability control the air in a victim’s lungs either suffocating them or violently ripping it out. He can also physically transform into air for quick get-aways and surprise attacks

Water Magic: Azure can create and manipulate large quantities of Water however this has one limitation as he cannot breathe in water and doesn’t know how to swim so this is his least used power, ironically however he can turn into water to dodge attacks and phase through his opponent. However he can use it manipulate small amounts of blood such as causing blood clots in the heart and brain or causing blood vessels to burst

Storm Magic: the combination of all of the above abilities this grants complete and total control of the weather and atmosphere allowing him to create planet wide storms, large blizzards and fog

Super speed: Azure has had his speed enhanced to the point he can run fast enough to cover miles in moments outrun laser beams and even travel light years in microseconds this also grants him an accelerated metabolism that makes everything around him to appear slowed or in some cases stopped altogether this also allows him to think man times faster than the average human and by his on admission most supercomputers.

Kinetic energy magic: a unique skill he spent time learning and mastering it grants control of kinetic energy allowing him to enhance his punches and projectiles shoot blast of kinetic energy and nullify kinetic energy and at his best negate all kinetic energy in the universe.

Technopathy: another unique skill that took time to learn it allows him to control all types of technology such as causing it to malfunction ,reprogram it and even create objects and inventions that defy the laws of physics. This ability also allows him to adapt to any new technology thrown his way and reverse engineer it in seconds.
Frenzy: when a storm is active azure goes into a rabid crazed state, losing sight of his goals and motives at the time he’ll just lash out and destroy anything in his sight in this form his stats are boosted greatly to the point he can casually restrain beings that have moved stars,

Magi physiology: Due to his status as a Raiju human hybrid Azure has several traits most would deem unnatural the most prominent of these traits are his claws and Fangs both of which are strong enough to cut through steel. He can also shapeshifter and has an absolutely bonkers healing factor, even by the standards of other Magi, that has allowed him to survive partial disintegration, having his heart and lungs exploded in his chest and Being cut in half with little to no issue. Although his physiology also gives him several weaknesses include a tattoo on his back which is essentially an instant kill button and a loss of control of his instincts during storms.

When Azure get’s angry enough his rune draws in enough mana that he transforms into his true Form a Raijū a Wolf with blue and white fur constantly crackling with electricity and four hind legs and tails which can change its size.

In this form he can create storms that cover a star move much faster than his base And the rest of his Stats are increased greatly.

He also has several new weapons including his long claws which vary from average wolf sized to the size of buildings at his biggest as well as sharp teeth that can rip through mountains. Plus unlike Ember doesn’t lose his intelligence in his true Form but because of this it only last for 15 minutes instead of the usual 20.
