Sailor Moon vs Puelle Magi! When you wish upon a star, your dreams might just come true, as it did for these two School Girls turned Magical Girls, turned goddesses. But in the end, there can only be one god, and only one of these two can walk out alive, but which one will? The Pretty Guardian of the Moon, or the Beacon of Light for all Puelle Magi?

Soul: As a famous movie once said, "A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes, When You Are Fast Asleep...". And today, I make a wish, ans it is coming true...
Sun: And what a way to celebrate a birthday, then seeing your favorite fight idea of all time become a reality... On a Fanon site and not an official VS Show...
Homura: ... You know you probably made him feel bad...
Sun: Never mind that... Usagi Tsukino, the pretty Guardian of the Moon...
Homura: And Madoka Kaname, the Last Beacon of Hope for the Pulle Magi...
Sun: Are you blushing!?
Pit: Uhh Sun? Can you not trigger the person who can kill you in less than a second by poking fun at...
Sun: Gah, you are probably right. He's Soul, she's a yandere, he's naive, and I'm Sun...
Soul: And it is our job to analyze their weapons armor and skills to find out who would win, a DEATH BATTLE!
Usagi Tsukino Transforms into Death Battle[]
(Cues: Luna's Theme)
Soul: Years ago, chaos was taking over the universe piece by piece, and lovers Princess Serenity and Prince Endymion fought to restore balance. And when Endymion died in combat, Serenity took her own life to be her with her lover once again...
Pit: Huh, sounds a lot like this play that me and Lady Palutena went to see by this Shakesphere guy... Anyways an ancient prophecy foretold that Serenity would be re-incarnated many years in the future...
Homura: Said re-incarnation is lazy... Whiny... And does nothing but play videogames and eat when she could be studying so she does not fail at much at school...
Sun: And I thought I criticized people too much... One day Serenity's incarnation Usagi was walking around being late to school... Again... And came across a talking cat with a bald spot on it's fore head, that told Usagi she was destined for greatness. And made her the crime fighting Magical girl known as Sailor Moon...
The sound of a gun being loaded is heard.
Soul: Uhh... Homura? Why are you...
Homura: Why else? I am going hunting for that cat...
Soul: Oh crap... HOMURA! NOO--...
(Cues: Moonlight Densetsu)
Pit: As we know with all fighters Usagi has some pretty powerful items and weapons! Like her Transforming brooch which allows her to transform at will into Sailor Moon. The Disguise Pen can allow her to disguise as anyone she can think of and gain their abilities. The Crystal Star can allow her to get stronger than her Sailor Moon form and she has more brooches and crystals that can do the same! And the Holy Grail, completely heals her from all woulds, and makes her temporarily invincible!
Homura: Her tiara is nearly indestructible, and can be used as a weapon a tool or to block attacks, and can even produce energy based attacks. The Moon stick can launch energy based attacks, as well as cast healing abilities, and she has even stronger versions of it, but she prefers to take this into battle. The Moon Kaleidoscope can shoot many energy based attacks that are very strong against evil beings. And her most powerful weapon is Sailor Cosmos' Rod, which was gifted to her by a Magical Girl with the same name...
Soul: Usagi may be a whiner, but it goes to her advantage, as her shrieks are able to be super sonic. The Moon Princess Halation can penetrate though space-time and magical barriers. The Moon Spiral Heart Attack creates a vortex of magic energy, attacking on the mental plane destroying illusions. The Moon Gorgeus Meditation launches a wave of rainbow color which shatters an opponent's space-time, locking them inside a glass dimension. The Honeymoon Therapy Kiss creates a space-time vortex which seems to lock the opponent in place in space-time. And her most powerful attack, the Silver Moon Crystal Eternal Power, which allows the complete restoration and recreation of the Cosmos.

Sun: But none of these attacks, weapons or tools are not even the real icing on the cake! What is is her Lambada Power! It can instantly improve any of Usagi's abilities at one time! Which are pretty impressive already!
Soul: Moon has saved the galaxy multiple times. She has became superior to Serenity at the age of 16. Can easily warp time and space, eliminated all the Chaos of her universe. Able to traverse a galaxy in over a few seconds. And can take attacks from some of the strongest people in her universe!
Homura: None of those feats make up for her weaknesses.,, She is very naive and clumsy, and some of her more powerful attacks tire her out easily. And the worst part she whines when things do not go her way...
Sun: Kinda sounds like you before... Yeah...
Soul: Even so, she will always be fighting evil by moonlight, and winning love by daylight. Never running from a real fight, she is the one called Sailor Moon...
Usagi: "For love and justice, the pretty Guardian in a sailor suit, Sailor Moon! In the name of the Moon, I'll punish you!"
Madoka Kaname Cycles into Death Battle[]
(Cues: Sis Puella Magica Ice)
Soul: Grief... Despair... Sadness... All of these word perfectly describe the life of the Puelle Magi... Given one wish of choice, then sentenced to fight witches only to become a witch later. And a witch known as Walpurgis was destined to destroy the world and only one could stop it...
Homura: Enter Madoka Kaname, a 14 year old school girl with hidden power an infinite potential.
Pit: Madoka lived a pretty normal life with a happily married family a little brother, and her friends Sayaka and Hitomi. That is until Homura Akemi appeared in a dream that would prophisize the future. And it turns out Homura was a new student in Madoka's class.
Sun: Later after school Madoka heard a cry for help, and when she and Sayaka went to investigate the found a small cat rabbit like creature known as Kyuubey being attacked by Homura, and in an attempt to rescue it the two friends got trapped in a Witch's Labrynth, where they were save from the familiars and witch by a Puelle Magi known as Mami.

Homura: But due to the life of a Puelle Magi she witnessed Kyuubey's true intentions and watched friends, new and old die one by one... Until eventually I was left fighting Walpurgis. And in an attempt to help save me, and every Puelle Magi, dead or alive, she made a wish and signed a contact with Kyuubey. Know taking the shape of the law of cycles...
(Cues: Mami's Theme)
Pit: Madoka's primary weapon is a magic bow made of some sort of magical wood, that shoot light arrows of her own being! With it she can perform attacks like the Rain of Hope, launching enough arrows to destroy a large city with one attack! She can also shoot magic energy from her hands, and because of her soul gem, it does not matter how badly damaged her body is, as long as her soul gem is not damaged she can use magic to regenerate from it endlessly! I want one!
Homura: Trust me, you do not... The reason why Puelle Magi can regenerate endlessly with magic from nothing is because of their gems... Our body is literally a walking corpse.
Pit: Well when you put it that way it sounds horrible!
Sun: Madoka's real trump card is her wish... She wished to gain the ability to remove the suffering of other Puelle Magi and so, she became the god of the universe. Getting WAY more power, and the ability to warp reality at will. And in this form, she has an upgraded version of her previous attack, the Goddess Bow, which can wipe out entire solar systems easily.
Soul: Madoka is a very skilled fighter and in her goddess form, was able to wipe out the concept of witches across every universe except Homura for some reason... And it has been confirmed that the Madoka universes are infinite. But despite these, Madoka has some clear flaws.
Sun: Madoka is very naive, and easily tricked. And in her base form, she has limited magic, and if she runs out of magic, or her soul gem is broken, she will die.
Homura: But only a fool would mistake Madoka for a helpless school girl... Because otherwise you would be defying, the Law of Cycles...
Madoka: "If someone tells me it's wrong to hope, I'll tell them they are wrong every time."

Soul: All right the combanats are set, let's settle this debate once and for all.
Sun: But first... Pit has something to advertise... This is gonna be good...
Advertisment... Of Sorts?[]
Pit: Have you ever had a bad case of when your wings are not the perfect ammount of silkyness?
Homura: Nobody but you and that edgelord have wings...
Pit: Well I have some good news for you! Curtosey of Lady Palutena, we have Ica-Rinse! A shampoo made just for your wings! Take a look at Homura over here!
Homura: I am not doing it...
Pit: Come on! Please!!!
Homura: Only if you stop asking...
Homura is seen with some fake wings that are really shiny.
Pit: SEE THAT SHINE! Best quality! You as well can pick up a bottle of Ica-Rinse soon, but right now, it's time for a DEATH BATTLE!

(Huge City, Noon)

As the sound of feet walking along the pavement of cement is heard. Young Puelle Magi, Madoka Kaname was out searching for a friend of hers Kyuubey. Fearing Kyuubey was in trouble Madoka was searching around this unfamiliar city until she heard cries... Cries for help, mentally.
Madoka rushed over, as she saw Kyuubey, very injured, and someone else with them, Usagi Tsukino. "Why... Why are you attacking Kyuubey?!" Madoka whimpered seeing her friend in pain as Usagi was looking kind of menacing towards the two. Usagi struck a pose and replied to Madoka, "This cat you call Kyuubey is actually an alien... And has been the cause for many disasters on Earth for over years. And I magical girl Sailor Moon have been sent to terminate it!" Madoka, worried cried out, "But if you are a Magical Girl, you have had to make a contract with Kyuubey! Why are you hurting him?!" "Gh... This must be one of the Witches Luna warned me about... I never expected it to look like a young girl..." Usagi thought to herself.
(Cues: Magia)
Usagi struck a new pose as if she were getting ready for battle and shouted towards Madoka, "If you are working for this demon and show concern for it while claiming to also be a 'Magical Girl', you must be a witch this thing made!" "Wha--" Madoka was talking but was interrupted by Usagi who exclaimed, "I am the Pretty Guardian of Love and Justice, Sailor Moon! And in the name of the Moon, I shall punish you!" Madoka, pushed into a corner, summoned her bow and got into a stance ready to defend herself.
FIGHT![]
Madoka quickly draws back her bow, and fires multiple arrows from it. Usagi counters with a few energy shots, but some of the arrows hit her, as Madoka rushes over and slashes Usagi with the branches of her bow multiple times. Usagi then after taking some hits, lands a kick right across Madoka's face, and kicks her stomach, sending her back a bit, then grabbing hold onto the Pulle Magi, and throwing her towards the cement.
Madoka, stunned a bit slowly kneels up as Usagi grabs her tiara and throws it at Madoka, and fires a couple of energy blasts with it. Madoka gets hit with the tiara, and the energy blasts both, but then fires some of her own blasts at Usagi. With the pink magical energy going towards her, Usagi grabs the Moon Stick, and cuts through the blasts as if they are nothing.
Usagi is running towards Madoka and flexes out her fist for a punch as Madoka ducks under it and uppercuts her opponent. Grabbing her bow, she fires multiple arrows at Usagi, with each one colliding.
(Cues: Dark Aura)
Madoka rushes towards Usagi firing both arrows and energy shots. Usagi launches shots of energy with the Moon Rod again, but the blasts cause smoke to rise. In the cloud of smoke, Usagi coughs a bit, as she is knocked around by a pink blurr, and then slashed, drawing some blood. Usagi, throws her Tiara again, not only clearing the smoke, but hitting Madoka by pure luck.
Usagi than rushes towards Madoka, with the Moon Kaleidoscope in hand, fires multiple energy shots at Madoka, one of which goes straight through Madoka's stomach, leaving a decent sized hole. Madoka then uses some magic to regenerate the wound, show signs of pain while doing so.

Madoka starts floating upwards with pink magical energy surrounding her, as she opens her arms, and millions off arrows take the shape of multiple lasers with one target, Usagi. Usagi then starts to dodge arrow after arrow, until she is eventually hit by multiple of them and after a huge explosion, damaging much of the city, smoke is surrounding the area.
Madoka takes a few steps, only for a sonic scream to heavily damage the Hope of the Puelle Magi ears while a small crack appears on her soul gem. Usagi's figure than comes out of the mist landing a powerful blow on Madoka. Madoka then counters with an attack of her own knocking Usagi back a bit. The two realize the destruction they are causing around the area and then float out of the city, out of the atmosphere and into deep space.
Usagi and Madoka both start to transform with their new outfits becoming more commanding, and godlike. And as the two strike, it creates a rift in space time, sucking the two into another dimension.
Cameo 1...[]
(Cues: Venom Theme MVC)
Venom and Baby are brawling in close combat, until a rift opens, and Usagi and Madoka both appear. "Hehehehe... Someone even more powerful and god-like than Vegeta..." the last remaining Tuffle smirked as it instantly went towards Usagi, entering her mouth. Venom knew what was going on and the symbiot ditched Eddie and latched itself onto Madoka.
Now with new markings on there faces, and some sort of body snatching alien to boot, they clashed with each other more. Blue beans of light and dark arrows that spread webs where ever they landed.
Usagi, blood-lusted from Baby's control, and frustrated she has not won yet, let out a giant scream of both energy and anger. The scream rips Venom off of Madoka, as Madoka releases a charged up arrow shot towards Usagi's stomach, forcing Baby out. the symbiot and the tuffle plopped to the ground, damaged. as another space-time rift opened and sucked the goddesses into it.
Cameo 2...[]
(Cues: Bakusou Yumeuta)
Ruby and Maka are clashing scythe against scythe. The two seem fully focused and even in strength until a space-time opens as both Usagi and Madoka come out of it. At the sight of the goddesses, Ruby drops Crecent Rose and stops fighting, much to Maka's surprise as the huntress points over and says, "Those might be the gods Uncle Qrow told me about!" Maka with her jaw dropped ran towards the DWMA to get Lord Death.
While blast after blast of energy collided, team RNJR keeps themselves on the move to avoid getting hit by any rubble or stray blasts. They two released giant beams of light again that were colliding, destroying much of the surrounding area, with team RNJR nearly getting caught in the rubble, until, many students of the DWMA grabbed the team and escorted them inside. After this occurance, another portal opened, sucking the two in once again...

(Cues: Strong and Strike)
Rock Lee and Sanji are fighting, blow after blow with legs. But as the light started to darken the two stopped fighting, and turned to a rift that showed up randomly, as both Madoka and Usagi appeared from it once again. But as Usagi launched a giant energy blast, she missed Madoka, and it hit the forest, setting it on fire.
With giant explosions of energy in the background, Lee is trapped within burning trees, as his former foe Sanji, slung Lee over his back and started to run him over to the village nearby. The rift opens again, sucking both magical girls into it once again.
Cameo 4...[]
(Cues: Voldemort's End)
Leo and Malfoy are shooting Magical Blasts of energy at each other but through a window, it is revealed that Madoka and Usagi's presence alone scared off most of the Death Eaters. Leo smirked at Malfoy and said, "Your troops are surrendering traitor... Do you surrender now?" Malfoy tossed his wand as some energy that missed killed multple Death Eaters and Voldemort as a bonus. The rift opens once again, sucking the two girls turned gods into it.

The rift releases the two wehre they were before they made convenient cameos. And the two fired energy blast after energy blast. Eventually, Usagi summoned Sailor Cosmos' Rod, and started to charge up energy until she unleashed her most powerful attack... The Silver Moon Crystal Eternal Power. The attack was so big it was wiping out everything in it's path until it hit Madoka. As the light cleared Usagi feeling drained reverted back to her Sailor Moon form. Only for Madoka to have survived the blast, and as she raised a single finger a quickly flash of pink appeared on her finger tips. She pointed her fingers at Usagi unleashing an even bigger blast, completely erasing Usagi from existence, and destroying multiple unlucky Planets, Moons, Stars, and Asteroids nearby. The battle was over, the rivalry ended. And the Law of Cycles reigned supreme...

Sun: AND THE MOON IS DOWN! I REPEAT! THE MOON IS DOWN!
Soul: Usagi may have been quite a good match-up for Madoka, but in the end she never stood a chance.
Pit: Considering Madoka has erased a concept from an infinite amount of universe, it makes sense. And while Usagi has wiped out the concept of chaos in her universe, one is less then more than one.
Homura: And while both can be argued to have infinite power and one cannot top another, here is a simple explanation. Infinity is not a measurement, it is a concept of something that cannot be measured. Infinity is the word for something without limits, while infinity on its own has finite limits…
Soul: Let me explain it like this… You could have infinite blue crayons, while infinite it is still just a bunch of blue crayons. Let’s also say you just got infinite red crayons and add them onto your blue ones. Is the number of objects still the same as when you first had the blue crayons, or have you surpassed infinity?
Sun: Aside from that… Madoka’s attacks are WAY more destructive, and have a widespread range, meaning it is going to be hard for even someone as fast as Usagi to avoid. That, along with the fact Usagi while easily whine if things don’t go her way, just makes her a sitting duck.
Pit: Other than speed, which does not really matter in this, Madoka took almost every category. And there really was not much Usagi could do in the end to delay the editable.
Sun: Looks like Usagi just Madokan’t win...
Soul: The winner is Madoka Kaname.

Sailor Moon VS Puella Magi Madoka Magica! These two are two of the most famous magical girls all around! However, only one will be able to shine after this fight! Will Usagi be able to stop a Crisis from happening on the Moon or will Madoka be the Gem in this fight and win it all?

Boomstick: You know, I myself enjoy just kicking back and just enjoy life.
Wiz: Wait, really? You always seemed li-
Boomstick: Yeah, I'm kidding, I just love blowing shit up! Although, these two would most definitely end my fun before I could do anything.
Wiz: Usago Tsukino AKA Sailor Moon, the protector of the Moon.
Boomstick: And Madoka Kaname, the most powerful Magical Girl. He's Wiz and I'm Boomstick!
Wiz: And it's our job to analyze their weapons, armor, and skills to find out who would win... a Death Battle.
Sailor Moon is a Star in Death Battle!:[]
Wiz: Ahh, the soloar system, such a beautiful place it is. So many mysteries, just from it, it can put you into perspective of how small we actually are.
Boomstick: Wiz, we’re not here for any philosophical lessons, we’re here to make characters fight to the death!
Wiz: Right, right. Still, if you think about it, you would think it’d be easy to take over other planets with ease. However, that is where you would be wrong.
Boomstick: Basically, there is a protector for each planet! And then, for some random bullshittery anime logic moment, also Earth’s moon had a protector! But Earth itself has no protector, which is uhhh a bit weird, but I’ll go with it!
Wiz: That is because technically, the moon’s protector protects it and Earth.
Boomstick: Then shouldn't every moon Jupiter have just a guardian or some sort of thing so that it has a bunch of them?
Wiz: Don’t question anime or manga lore, Boomstick, just go with it as you said you would.
Boomstick: Fine, fine, I won’t. Anyhow, yeah, the moon was home to the world's laziest kingdom name, the Moon Kingdom and its ruler, Queen Serenity. Yet before the little princess of the place could take over, the Dark Kingdom, wow such creativity such wow, did a good ol’ war crime or something and caused Serenity to send her child and closest allies.
Wiz: However, before the Princess could inherit her family's mantle, the Dark Kingdom waged war with them. Desperate to ensure her daughter's survival, Serenity sent her daughter and her closest allies into the future where they would be reborn. The Moon Kingdom had fallen, and the last hopes resided with the reincarnation of the Princess, just waiting to discover her true identity.
Boomstick: And what does a literal GOD become? Usagi Tsukino, a person who ended up being this crybaby! She kinda just grew up unaware of her past life until she encountered Luna, who was also sent by the queen to be reborn.
Wiz: Thanks to her magical feline friend, Usagi discovered she was a Sailor Guardian and the reincarnation of the Moon Princess, and also ended up getting the force of a ton of bricks of responsibility land on her.
Boomstick: So, yeah, an actual god became a crybaby, a really nice transition, I must say (quietly) it wasn’t.
Wiz: And she as well as other Sailor Guardians protected their homes from many threats like Sailor Galaxia.
Boomstick: Ok, that’s enough story, it’s time to get into the actual things that make anime and manga characters so damn broken, and that is powers and abilties.
Wiz: The first thing we have to bring up is the Crisis Moon Compact, which lets her go Super.
Boomstick: So, basically she’s like Super Sonic and Super Saiyan Goku.
Wiz: Well, it was upgraded from the Cosmic Heart Compact, which let her access her standard Sailor Moon form.
Boomstick: So, Hyper Sonic and Ultra Instict Goku, got it.
Wiz: That’s not the po- Ugh, nevermind. Anyway, it’s entirely plausible that she can use the Crisis Moon Compact to turn into either her standard or super forms. But if needing an increase in power, she can harness the power of her Holy Moon Chalice to transform into Eternal Sailor Moon.
Boomstick: Then you got the Moon Tiara Boomerang, probably one of the more iconic things she can do, which, get this: Can transmutate the victim to moondust! Man, who knew a woman throwing accesseries at you rapidly would hurt you? Oh, wait, I did! And besides that, she has the Moon Twilight Flash that can reflect light off and attack foes with literal moonlight, but the moonlight is just sunlight reflecting, so if she were to do that with the sun, wouldn’t that just make it more powerful, or does anime bullshit stop her from trying it?
Wiz: The latter.
Boomstick: Damnit. There goes my idea. But, remember when I told you about how she is a crybaby? Well, she used that to her advantage! Using her Supersonic Screams that are amplified through her hairpieces, she can even harm ghosts!
Wiz: Then you have the Moon Spiral Heart Attack, a big magic energy vortex, that can result in a massive area of effect burst, and it even get through illusions! She even has Moon Healing Escalation which has enough power to bring someone back to life! And remember, we’re only at her base right now.
Boomstick: So, load up your seven Chaos Emeralds and Dragon Balls, it’s time to go super!
Wiz: As Super Sailor Moon, she can use Rainbow Moon Heart Ache, which is a stronger version of Moon Spiral Heart Attack, it has the ability to destroy dimensional sized illusions. Even then, Moon Gorgeous Meditation launches waves of rainbows that are able to "shatter" a being's space-time, which imprisons them within a glass dimension. Which is kinda freaky if you think about it.
Boomstick: Then she also carries a few things with her, the Moon Kaleido Scope, the Spiral Heart Moon Rod, and Eternal Tiare, the latter of which is her strongest weapon reserved for her strongest form, Eternal Sailor Moon.
Wiz: In the Sailor Moon universe, characters have a Star Seed, their lifeforce in the form of a sort of crystalline object, the Sailor Guardians, in particular, are powered by a Star Seed embodiment of their planet, which is called a Sailor Crystal which was able to stop Moon from being erased from existence! Sailor Moon wields perhaps the strongest of them all because of course she does, which is the Silver Crystal. Flight, magic, transforming, healing wounds, the average anime magic protagonist starter pack if you get lucky. But it can also launch energy blasts and cast shields and barriers, and its power can be spread across the whole universe.
Boomstick: So, your powers and such aren’t changing any time soon. But now, when it comes to weaknesses, she's lazy, clumsy, a more hopeless romantic than Brock from Pokemon, and so on. Turning into Sailor Moon didn't remove her flaws. She's been fooled into letting her guard down just so a bad guy can get the jump on her. That’s why I prefer a more violent approach! Though these were more beginning series things for her, these kinds of things still sorta apply to her nowadays.
Wiz: In the end, she was able to go from a crybaby school girl to the one who at the end of her journey, acquired the powers of Lambda to rid the universe of Chaos, the primordial entity of evil.
Pop-Up: Said power comes from the Galaxy Cauldron, where all Star Seeds come from, so its possible she has access to all the powers of every Sailor Guaridan and even more as for when she fell into the Galaxy Caudron, which has the ability to erase a being and its Star Seed, the Lambda Power was able to bring her back.
Boomstick: So, watch out evil-doers as you’re about to get your ass beat just to have it end with the power of friendship! Or something like that.
Usagi: I love this world... even though there are lots of sad or difficult things...I like this world very much because I could meet everyone! I know you know...how wonderful this world is!
Madoka Kaname is Ultimate in Death Battle!:[]
Wiz: Madoka Kaname was born the eldest child of Tomohisa and Junko Kaname. In which Madoka would experience a fairly straight-foward and ordinary life, attending school, making lifetime friendships and being truly a good person all around.
Boomstick: But of course, anime plot just had to have some random school girl become GOD. So, as a 2nd Year student, Madoka had finally adjusted to the academic life she was living, but everything would change forever when the new girl showed up, whether Madoka wanted it or not, Homura Akemi was going to change everything that had ever happened for her.
Wiz: Madoka, weirdly enough, had seen Homura in her dreams, though, is scientifically impossible as in dreams the brain can only ever use faces that it has seen and Madoka apparently had never seen Homura outside of said dream prior, but ignoring the scientific ignorance, Madoka witnessed an unforeseen enemy she would one day come to learn of.
Boomstick: However, on that same damn day, she was approached by some random talking cat thing named Kyubey. This creature claimed to be an Incubator, and made Madoka an offer. To become a Sailor Sco- Wait, forgot we weren’t on Moon’s analysis still. The offer was to make Madoka a Magical Girl.
Wiz: Now, given that there are a lot of rules and such that Incubators have, Kyubey had to offer a wish in exchange. However, Madoka couldn’t decide on anything.
Boomstick: You know what I’d wish for!
Wiz: Let me guess, an infinite can of beer WHICH I actually made MULTIPLE for you and you still SOMEHOW drank all of them?!?
Boomstick: That, a new shotgun leg, or maybe a chicken hat, there’s a lot of options I can choose from. Now, the wish is more of a binding contract, which is kinda why I wouldn’t take the deal. Because Magical Girls are enlisted with the intent of wiping out Witches, beings born out of the usual anime antagonist main attributes like anxiety, suspicion, hatred, etc.
Wiz: Madoka had spent some time thinking about a wish, but with Homura Akemi always either metaphorically or physically looking over her, it prevented Madoka's attempts to sign the contract. However, given the untimely death of fellow Magical Girl, Mami Tomoe, Madoka began changing her mind on the matter.
Boomstick: And I don’t blame her, just imagine getting offered a sweet deal just to see all the shit that happens backstage! I don’t think I would do it! Or, well, for infinite beer, I would despite knowing someone who I was gonna be in the same position as died on the job. But as like Thanos is, the inevitable happened as that fateful day came, the arrival of this giant witch named Walpurgisnacht.
Wiz: Which as it turned out, Walpurgisnacht was the witch that Madoka had seen in her dream as well as being the reason Homura wanted to prevent Madoka from making a contact, but as she later confessed, this pinked hair school girl-
Boomstick: Was really fucking overpowered! However, that was mainly due to Homura continuously doing a “time huh” and just constantly going back in time to try and prevent the world from coming to an end, but due to this, Madoka’s power just kept growing at a fast rate.
Wiz: Madoka’s will to save her friends and all Magical Girls drove her to finally make the wish that would make her into a Magical Girl.
Boomstick: And that is all the time we got for the story! Time for weapons N’ shit! In combat, Madoka's main weapon is a staff that can transform itself into the Rose Branch Bow which is able to shift between staff and bow, which provides Madoka with both offensive and defensive abilities. She can do rapid-fire arrows, split an arrow as it approaches its target and her bow's most powerful technique, Magical Squall. Where she can just cover an entire city with arrows!
Wiz: So now, when it comes to being a staff, Madoka's weapon can function as both a blunt object and a means to heal herself from any injuries she takes. Although, that brings up the point that Magical Girl physiology sets them apart from ordinary humans. So, when a Magical Girl makes a contract, they get this thing called a Soul Gem which houses their soul, and somehow, no matter the punishment, a Magical Girl will survive, so long as her Soul Gem remains intact.
Boomstick: So, when it comes to the rules of nature of a Soul Gem, it is directly tied to the survivability of a Magical Girl, if one is destroyed, it is instant death to its owner, however, a more fun thing that can happen in my opinion is the outcome of if one's Soul Gem is tainted by the qualities of a witch, where it transforms into a Grief Seed, and the Magical Girl becomes a Witch. And because of all the time jumping stuff of Homura, Madoka actually became a witch like 2 times and was then called Kriemhild Gretchen who was THE most powerful witch of them all.
Wiz: However, given that Madoka did get a wish, and it was the one I’m suprised no one did before her, she wanted to eradicate all witches before their births, every single witch in every universe with her power, past, and future. Her wish was so great, it was going to change the very rules of the universe, and so Madoka's wish was granted. In which caused her to ascend and with this rise in power, she became known as Ultimate Madoka who created the concept of the Law of Cycles.
Boomstick: Which was created with the sole directive of purging the despair from a Soul Gem before it ever corrupts a Magical Girl into a Witch. Now, remember the bow and Magical Squall? Yeah, they ascended as well, the bow became the Holy Bow. As for the Magical Squall, it became the Shooting Star, a technique where Ultimate Madoka launches an INFINITE number of arrows, and even the arrows were able to travel through time and even become duplicates of Madoka! Though, they could actually do that before the ascending as well.
Wiz: Now, while Madoka is quite powerful, she, as like many others, still has downsides. Physically, she is lacking in that department, and during her time as a human, she lacked self-confidence and was naive to a fault, which makes me want to see her succeed, but she did indeed still have it all work out in the end. So, despite all this Madoka will always hang on to her belief and hope for Magical Girls, no matter what may come before her.
Madoka: If someone ever tells me it's a mistake to have hope, well then, I'll just tell them they're wrong every time.

Wiz: Alright the combatants are set, we've run the data through all possibilities.
Boomstick: IT'S TIME FOR A DEATH BATTLE!!!
Pre-Fight!:[]
The night is quiet and cool with the moon shining bright resulting in the area to be almost as bright as day while Madoka is seen walking through an open field while smiling as she merely touches the multitude of flowers near her. However, as she does so, she then sees someone else that is there, and she seems to be looking for something. And given how she is, she decides that she wants to help. “H-Hello! Are you looking for something?” The Magical Girl asks as the person hears her and turns around. It was Usagi Tsukino who was in her Sailor Moon outfit because she had a mission. “Hi! Yes, I am looking for something, and I have a picture of it.” She tells Madoka as she hands her a picture, Madoka before seeing the picture seemed eager to help, but when she saw the picture, she was suprised. She was looking for Kyubey. “Why are you looking for Kyubey?” She asks as Tsukino looks a small bit confused. “Kyubey? So that’s the name. Well, you see, it is an alien, and has been causing mayhem on Earth for quite some time. And as a Sailor Guardian, I have the mission to terminate it!”
She says while striking a pose. “A Sailor Guardian?” Madoka questions as Moon smiles about that. “Yes! I am a Sailor Guardian! Protector of many from evil! If anything, you could even say I am a magical girl!” She laughs as Madoka is in shock. “Bu- But if you are a Magical Girl, why are you attacking Kyubey? You had to have made a deal with Kyubey, right?” Kaname worries as the Sailor Guardian looks confused. “I don’t know what you mean by making a deal, but I simply can’t let it stay.” She says as she tries walking away. “If you can’t let Kyubey stay, then you can’t either, I am sorry.” Madoka says as she transforms and becomes enveloped in white and pink energy, resulting in her appearance to change, her outfit changed into a poofy pink dress with ribbons arranged throughout. Also white gloves with pink trims, white, knee-high stockings, and dark pink heels. Completing her transformation. She then pulls out her staff and readies herself. Moon herself holds onto her tiara as she is ready herself. "I am the Pretty Guardian who fights for love and justice! I am Sailor Moon, and now in the name of the Moon, I will win in this fight!”
FIGHT!:[]
(Cue: Moonlit Cycle)
Madoka’s staff turned into a bow as she shot an arrow from it while Moon threw her tiara. The tiara hits the arrow, resulting in it becoming nothing but moondust. Madoka does it again a multitude of times, resulting in Moon having to continuously dodge and use her own tiara to turn some that got too close into moondust. “You're pretty good, I have to say! However, I will still win this fight! Moon Tiara Boomerang!" Sailor Moon shouted as she tossed her tiara toward Kaname yet again, who continued to shoot arrows, but one hit the tiara as it landed on the ground. Madoka is at first relieved that the tiara is out of the battle for at least a moment, but instead, it appears on Usagi’s head once more. “Wow, you truly are a powerful foe! However, it’s time I step it up a little!” Tsukino tells her opponent as she lets out a Supersonic Scream, resulting in Kaname to back up some and cover her ears from the noise, but for a quick moment, she uses a arrow once more towards Usagi, and it ends up hitting her in the shoulder. She stands back for a moment in shock as she pulls it out of her shoulder with some blood on it. “I am sorry but I truly can’t allow you to hurt Kyubey,” the Magical Girl tells her opponent while Moon just smiles. “I am fine, but even if I had a hundred of these coming at me, I will not back down!” She states while the wound itself heals.
Madoka then shoots an arrow into the sky as her opponent looks up at it for when it is merely a small shadow in the night sky with but the moon being the reason for seeing it, Moon hears something quietly come from her as Madoka had quietly said “Magical Squall,” resulting in that single arrow to become many while Moon looks up in shock. “I just had to say that, didn’t I?” Moon states in a joking yet worried tone while she then starts dodging all the arrows that she can, but as she does, Madoka continues to shoot her bow herself, resulting in the Sailor having to dodge bullets coming from her side as well from above her. However, as it continues, Moon starts getting hit by one arrow after another. After it all, Moon is barely able to stand as multiple arrows are stuck in her as blood starts dripping from her. Madoka then closes her eyes, not wanting to watch someone who could have been a truely good person die, she shoots the arrow but as it gets closer, it splits into two different arrows with each of them hitting Moon in the chest, but one hits her heart. She then falls onto one knee while coughing a bit of blood. However, as Madoka sighs at this, a bright light appears from where Usagi was after she faintly heard “Moon Crisis”. When the light dies down, what lies infront of Madoka is now Super Sailor Moon.
“I told you, I will win this fight no matter how many arrows you use, I can’t lose!” She yells as she manifests the Spiral Heart Moon Rod into her hand. Moon flew up into the air as she held onto the rod as Madoka readied her bow once more and yet again, shot a single turn multiple arrows at Moon. However, this time, using the light from the Moon, a giant energy blast happened resulting in all of the arrows to be either vaporized or go in other directions, with one even hitting Madoka herself in the shoulder. Her bow becomes a staff once more as she takes the arrow out of her own shoulder so that the wound would heal. However, as she looks up, she sees several beams of moonlight spread across the sky ready to be fired. "Moon Princess Halation!" And then wiith her command, the beams fire at Madoka, who has to dodge each of them, which she does, except for one that hits her in the stomach as Usagi sighs, “I am also sorry for this, but what I am doing is for the greater good.”
Madoka heals once more as Usagi looks a bit annoyed. “Hey, I’m trying to make this as fast as possible for this to end, you don’t deserve to suffer in your final moments. However, you are making this really hard!” Moon summons more beams as Madoka turns her staff back into a bow for every shot that Tsukino throws, Madoka countered with her own. While every shot that Kaname threw, Moon countered with her own. However, after this, Madoka herself started flying as Moon seemed impressed. “Wow, you can fly as well? That’s pretty nifty!” “Oh?... Thank you.” After that small bit of friendly banter, the battle continued as they both started shooting arrows/beams at the other as they continued to get much higher. “*Thinking* Can she really get much higher? We’re nearing the edge of the atmosphere.” Usagi thought to herself as she continued to fight her foe. Then when Madoka looked up, all she could see was the outline of Usagi in the moon as she readied multiple beams. However, while she was ready for the ones she could see, she couldn’t see the ones that had come from behind her and shot right through her back.
Madoka is in shock as she stopped moving for that moment as she merely just floats without moving. But while for the mere moment of Usagi thinking that she has won, an arrow pierces into her back. For it then cuts to a flashback when Madoka was keeping an eye on Usagi’s blinking for when she blinked for a moment, she quickly shot an arrow straight up and had only said “Magical Squall” once more right after she had gotten hit. Now, Usagi was getting hit with multiple arrows before she could do anything. After this, there were a multitude of arrows in Usagi’s back as she then also merely floats doing nothing, but as the power of the Silver Crystal, she transforms once more. Meanwhile, Madoka’s Soul Gem holds strong as she then also transforms. For Moon, she sprouted white wings, her skirt became multilayered with a different color on each, and long pink ribbons ran down the sides of her skirt for she is now Eternal Sailor Moon. For Madoka on the otherhand, she now has a long white dress that split to reveal the inside which looked like the many stars that you could see in the clear night sky, long flowing pink hair, along a pair of wings formed of pink energy with golden eyes for now she is Ultimate Madoka.
“I will never lose hope in what is right. And now I see, you are like me, different but still one in the same. I wish it never had to come to this. However, I suppose that it has to be this way.” Madoka says in her new form as the Sailor Guardian closes her eyes and lets out a small sigh. “I see that as well, and I know that you and I could have been friends in another life. However, what must be done will be done for neither of us can judge what the other considers the right and wrong. However, now, I am Usagi Tsukino, Sailor Moon, Sailor Guardian, and I am the protector of this universe!” With those words said, Usagi uses the power of the Silver Crystal to encase Madoka inside of a dimension. Madoka is still as she looks around her, realizing what she is in. Yet, using the power of her Soul Gem, Madoka breaks out of it as Moon’s eyes widen at this. “H- How?” She questioned as her opponent looked at her. “Because I won’t let someone hurt the innocent.” Madoka then pulls out her bow, but it wasn’t the bow that Usagi had seen before, for now it was the Holy Bow. Moon at first is in awe at the new weapon, that was until it was pointed directly at her.
Madoka shoots as she then says “Shooting Star," which Moon was ready for, but the moment they multiplied into an infinite amount of them, the Sailor Guardian is shocked as her arms just dropped while her head tilted a little as if she was asking what the hell this was. The arrows continued to come at Moon, who was having trouple as she was at first flying away from the arrows, but instead then flew above them back towards Madoka. She readied another beam and threw it at Madoka, but as it turns out, that wasn’t the real Madoka. Usagi looks around herself, seeing multiple of her opponent. She then lets out another Supersonic Scream which results in many, but not all of the Madokas to disappear. However, there were still many others that were shooting at her, but the Silver Crystal shielded her from the attacks. Then, all of them used Shooting Star, resulting in somehow multiple infinite amounts of arrows to approach her. She started to breathe heavily as tears rolled down her cheeks. The arrows grew closer and closer to her as she thought about everything. Her friends, what she has done to save them and what they’ve done to help her as well, she couldn’t afford to lose that. So, as sudden as it was, a bright white light bursts where she was, resulting in the arrows to all disintegrate along with all the Madokas except for the actual one.
The Sailor Guardian’s wings took on a larger and more appearing style, she was no longer wearing the normal attire of a Sailor Guardian now, but a semi-transparent dress. Tsukino had called upon and harnessed the power of Lambda. “This is the power of a true guardian, and I won’t back down!” Lambda Usagi exclaims in a determined tone. Madoka tries to shoot more arrows at Usagi, but all that happens is that they are taken out by a blast of moonlight. Moon quickly takes off, going right at Madoka who was using duplicates of herself to shoot at her foe. However, Moon was determined as she sped towards Kaname at an immesurable pace. For as when she got close enough, she yells out: "Silver Moon Crystal Power Therapy Kiss!" Resulting in an enclosed blast of energy and blinding light that could have made the night seem as day. Madoka blocks the attack, but Moon appears behind her and intensifies it even more. Madoka still somehow had one more duplicate arround that shot arrows at Moon while she did that to try and stop it, but to no avail. In which, in the end, both Madoka (herself and the duplicate) and Usagi were overtaken by the light that was the attack Tsukino had used.
After the blinding light, Usagi is seen on the moon, still in her Lamba form. She breathes rapidly as she falls onto her hands and knees as she was covered in bruises, scars, burns, and even some arrows still. She sits there until she looks up and sees Ultimate Madoka slowly descend onto the moon. Usagi tries getting up, but simply can’t as she starts crying. Madoka then sits down on her knees and just hugs Moon. At first, Moon is in shock, but then embraces the gesture as she hugs Madoka back. “I... I have failed.” Tsukino cries as the Magical Girl comforts her. “No, you didn’t fail. You did what you needed to do to fight as you loved and cared for everyone along with hoping for justice for all, despite what was put in front of you.” While saying this, Madoka herself starts to shed a few tears. “You truly are a guardian... You truly are a Magical Girl, and even in your absence, I will always protect your friends, the Earth, and the Moon.” Kaname says while now truly crying. The two merely sit there and enjoy the other’s embrace. Though, the camera cuts to the Silver Crystal along with the power of Lamba in a sense and the Soul Gem appearing next to one another. The two merely tap each other as the sound of them touching echoes. Then, the Silver Crystal starts to crack and fade away alongside the power of Lamba. As that happened, Usagi herself faded away into moondust herself, but it didn’t bother her. For in her final moments, she was able to muster out the final few words of “Thank you.” With those final words, she completely fades away with a smile while hugging Madoka. Madoka sits there as Usagi’s tiara lays there while the screen fades to black as tears are still being shed by the Magical Girl.

Boomstick: *Sniffs* No, I am not crying! I am... Ok, yes I am crying! But it's because I want to know how we go from the previous fight of two gunmen laughing maniacally while expoding to two gods having a hug?
Wiz: It is one of life’s great mysterious, Boomstick. Now, as for the fight that is Usagi VS Madoka, this is an interesting one to say the least.
Boomstick: Yeah, like, strength and durability are a bit clear cut given that Moon, while having universal arguments with things like if you want to say she directly scales to the Galaxy Cauldron with the power of Lambda, that is quite strong! However, Madoka affected and took on Kriemhild Gretchen, who was literally herself, but evil. Now, how does this affect the strength/durability category? Yeah, well, I might have intentionally excluded the fact that she doesn’t just watch her own universe and be on par with Moon, no, she is watching over ALL of the universes. And I mean all of them! Universes, timelines, and just to tell you, it’s been stated that the Madoka Magica is literally infinite!
Wiz: Even if you argue the whole destroying Chaos, and reducing it to being infinitesimally small within the Galaxy Cauldron, as well as restoring everything in the cosmos, which included the universe and space-time corridor that existed outside of the space-time continuum, that is still far smaller compared to the infinite Madoka Magica-verse that Madoka has.
Pop-Up: Basically saying, Moon at best is around a low multiversal level while Madoka is at a multiversal+ level.
Boomstick: Then, when it comes to speed, Moon can handle with others who can move galactic distances in a short amount of time, meaning that at minimum, she is at least massively faster than light! Hell, with the Lambda power, she can move so fast that she is basically moving at immeasurable speeds! There is no way that Madoka can take on that, right? ... Right? Yeah, no, Madoka herself is literally omnipresent! Given how she is existent as a concept throughout the whole verse due to the Cycle. So, no matter how fast the Sailor Guardian is, she isn’t really going to be able to deal with Madoka.
Wiz: When it comes to things like experience, intelligence, and weaponry, it is a bit harder to determine Experience is probably a draw due to how much both of them have dealt with as well as intelligence goes to Madoka as well due to being at least night-omniscient or just straight up omniscient due to the whole Cycle thing.
Pop-Up: Her omnipresence has allowed her to see all timelines from the past and present alongside timelines that are no longer around or even future ones. Besides that, Ultimate Madoka is also aware of all of the other Magical Girls’ memories.
Boomstick: Then weapons go to Tsukino as she can, weirdly enough just casually create weapons like thorns, swords, and then even a fucking machine gun! Hey, why doesn’t the anime protagonist starter pack have a machine gun in it? Wouldn’t you like to see Goku 360 no scope Frieza or something like that?
Wiz: *Coughs* Moving on, we are now at the biggest part of this debate, which is abilities. Which still goes to Madoka, but not without a challenge though.
Boomstick: Yeah, like how Moon can just neg Madoka’s abilities, but then as it turns out, Madoka herself is immune to that. Madoka can actually just manipulate concepts themselves! And yes, there is a thing saying Moon exists as a concept, but as just said, Madoka can manipulate them, so even that couldn’t help Moon. Basically saying, the bigger stuff that Moon has going for her, Madoka either resists it or does it better! So, Madoka is literally just doing the whole "What you can do, I can do better" thing to Usagi!
Wiz: In the end, while Sailor Moon truly was a Guardian of love and justice, she just couldn’t handle Madoka’s unmatchable hope and determination to do what is right.
Boomstick: So, heads up everyone! The Cycle of the Moon is going to be dark for as the Law and saying goes, what goes around comes around, but that ain’t happening this time!
Wiz: The winner is Madoka Kaname.
