Tomura Shigaraki vs Donquixote Doflamingo is a What-If?Death Battle by LakuitaBro01.2
Description:[]
My Hero Academia vs One Piece! Horrible childhoods in worlds of wonderous abilities grow only the most psychotic of men and murderers! Can the inheritor of All For One decay the legacy of the Donquixote Pirates? Or will Warlord of the Sea forever leave his foe trapped in a birdcage?
Interlude:[]
Wiz: There are very few people in the world who are born for greatness. You'd have to have a long string of successes before you're born in order to become a powerful figure. In our world that's becoming President or even being a billionaire.
Boomstick: Or you can get the shit end of the stick and get all of that and then have it stripped away from you when you least expect it. Usually it's the father that does it too, and we all know how I feel abou-
Wiz: Can it, we're not talking about your dad again, not since the incident.
Boomstick: Ugh, fiine. Tomura Shigaraki, the leader of the Paranormal Liberation Army.
Wiz: And Donquixote Doflamingo, leader of the Donquixote Pirates.
Boomstick: He's Wiz and I'm Boomstick.
Wiz: And it's our job to analyze their weapons, armor, and skill to see who would win a Death Battle.

Wiz: The Donquixote Family was and is a family of luxurious lifestyles. Originally a royal family that ruled over the kingdom Dressrosa, a beautiful island civilization surrounded by massive rock formations, things would change at the turn of the Void Century.
Boomstick: The Void Century is exactly what it sounds like. 100 years of history in the world of One Piece was scrubbed from the public eye and the Donquixote Family was a part of it, including the massive war where 20 kingdoms dogpiled on a single one and erased its name from existence.
Wiz: These 20 kingdoms would later go on to be the same 20 kingdoms that formed the World Government. In order to do so, the royal family of Donquixote would move from Dressrosa to the World Government capital of Mary Geoise. They left the Riku family to rule over Dressrosa, as well as their hundreds, if not thousands of tiny slaves.
Boomstick: First Willy Wonka and now this? What's up with overly dressed and confident leaders and their obsession with keeping little people as a workforce?
Wiz: Where did you get Willy Wonka from?
Boomstick: The Oompa Loompa joke was right there, Wiz! Can you blame me?
Wiz: Christ. Well in any case, closer to the modern day the Donquixote Family fathered a son that would grow into a monster: Donquixote Doflamingo. Heavily accustomed to his family's lavish lifestyle, young Doflamingo's life would be forever turned around when his father renounced his World Noble title in favor for living a normal life with his family.
Boomstick: Being the typical 8 year old and not being used to culture shock, Doflamingo would demand the peasants of his new home to bow to him whenever he saw them, much to the annoyance of his dad. Things would only naturally get worse as the "peasants" burnt down their mansion, moved them into a shack on top of a junkpile, and then his mom died.
Wiz: But it didn't stop there. Eventually they were tracked down again and Doflamingo, along with his father and his younger brother, were severely beaten and lynched, yet their survived. This lead to EIGHT YEAR OLD Doflamingo to vow that he'd kill everyone, a memory that would stick with him for the rest of his life.
Boomstick: And after meeting his future crew of pirates, he would be able to enact on that vow. Starting off with daddy dearest who he shot in the back of the head with a flintlock pistol, cut his head off, and then brought to to the World Government to ask for his World Noble status back. HE WAS TEN YEARS OLD WHEN HE DID THIS.
Wiz: To make matters worse they turned him down and referred to his family as a bunch of traitors, giving young Doflamingo another target on his hit list. Upon returning to his home empty handed, his future pirate crew became his current pirate crew with the likes of Trebol, Pica, and Vergo all joining him and doing whatever they could to appease their young captain.
Boomstick: Trebol would basically be a mentor figure to Doflamingo in particular. His power to control mucus is kind of disgusting but he was the one who gave Doffy the pistol to kill his dad AND his Devil Fruit: the Ita Ita no Mi.
Wiz: Devil Fruits are basically the One Piece equivalent of falling into a vat of chemicals in comic books: gives you a random power that you can use for good or for evil.
Boomstick: And by god did Doflamingo use it for evil and nothing else. The Ita Ita no Mi, or in English the String String Fruit, allows the user the power to control strings doesn't sound like anything serious by GOD just wait until you hear this shit.
Wiz: Doflamingo is capable of producing strings from his body. These strings are extraordinarily sharp and are capable of slicing through limbs, buildings, and just about anything if Doflamingo puts enough force behind his attacks.
Boomstick: But it doesn't end there. Imagine that you use an attack that attacks a target internally, slicing up their organs and what not, and then Doflamingo just says "Hey, nice attack. I can counter that" and then internally repairs his own organs via sewing them together.
Wiz: Despite having a rather simple sounding ability, Doflamingo possesses a wide variety of techniques that are versatile, deadly, or both. As Boomstick mentioned, he can repair his own organs and potentially even limbs should they come under serious damage with Repair Operation, reflect or block projectiles with Spider's Web, and even grapple onto clouds to swing around with Sky Road.
Boomstick: He can shoot his strings like bullets, supercharge them and strike foes from kilometers away with Overheat, speed up his attacks with a technique like Leg Shave String, and even take full control of someone's body with the Parasite String. However, Doflamingo's two deadliest attacks are Black Knight String and... the Birdcage? Why's it called the Birdcage?
Wiz: By unleashing a torrent of string from his body, Doflamingo can create a massive structure that effectively traps anyone caught within it. Over time the strings will close in towards the center, slicing through anyone who comes into contact with it. Also his name is "Do-Flamingo".
Boomstick: Oh. Shit why didn't I think about that one?
Wiz: Usually these things go right over your head so I'm not suprised.
Boomstick: Hey!
Wiz: As for the Black Knight String, this technique lets Doflamingo make a perfect copy of himself that can use all the previously aforementioned techniques except for the Birdcage since it was turned into it. This clone acts, walks, and talks just like him so it would take a trained eye to tell the difference, or as some have unfortunately found out, a failed assassination attempt.
Boomstick: And that's just the techniques he has BEFORE his Devil Fruit awakening. Yeah, sometimes in One Piece a Devil Fruit user can unlock their hidden powers, giving them a somewhat new set of abilities. For example, rather than just being able to pull string from his own body, he can now turn his surroundings into the stuff too!
Wiz: Along with his new ability to transform the ground and buildings into string, he also learned how to infuse his strings with Armament Haki, leading to his strongest attack: the God Thread. 16 bundles of string that form points get sent at his foe, effectively making them arrow tipped and destructive. Speaking of Haki, Doflamingo has access to all three classes of it.
Boomstick: To put it simply, Armament Haki powers Doflamingo's attacks and lets him hit elementally intangible foes and Observation Haki allows him to see a few seconds into the future, much like Sanji if you recall our last episode about him. However, Doflamingo is one of the few people in One Piece who can use Conqueror's Haki.
Wiz: The Color of the Supreme King being the official title, Conqueror's Haki is a physical manifestation of the user's indomitable will. This is perceived a a physical burst of aura strong enough to knock grown men away and, due to the user dominating the wills of others, knocks them unconscious. Where as Observations weakness is requiring the user to stay calm and Armament's is that you can run out of it, Conqueror's is that those with strong enough wills can ignore the effects of it.
Boomstick: Doflamingo's power is matched with his cunning brutality. He's completely trounced Trafalgar Law several times and would've killed him if not for Luffy's intervention and even made the lovable Straw Hat Pirate bleed. When things got tough and Luffy accessed Gear 4, Doflamingo has capable of holding him back for 20 minutes before being defeated.
Wiz: This version of Luffy would be superior to Zoro's feat in slicing Pica in half, a feat worth nearly 400 megatons of TNT. That's not all, however, as Doflamingo was able to destroy one of Fujitora's meteors with his Bird Cage without the massive cage even bending slightly. A meteor as big as it and as fast as it was travelling would have enough energy to level an entire continent, and 7 strings were enough to slice it in half.
Boomstick: Yeah, makes sense. His strings were also able to completely restrain Diamond Jozu, one of the physically strongest and hardest of the Whitebeard Pirates. In terms of speed, he's also pretty fast. As one of the top dogs of the Marineford War, he should be faster than Ivankov, who tagged Kizaru with his death wink. As Kizaru can turn into light itself, this should put Doflamingo around light speed reactions as well.
Wiz: As imposing as he may be, the Captain of the Donquixote Pirates is not without flaw. His sheer arrogance can get the best of his thought process, and while Repair Operation prevents him from dying, it still disallows him from fighting at his full potential.
Boomstick: But if you can pull off the color pink while not looking like an absolute clown and give anyone who says other wise the piano wire under the fingernail treatment then momentary organ failure is certainly worth kicking their ass.

The Ocean
The blue void that was the ocean stretched over the horizon in every direction, only being disturbed in color by the sea foam that lay like icing on the waves and the fluffy clouds dotting the sky. The only sounds that emerged from this part of the world was the occasional wave colliding into another or the sound of nothingness buzzing in your ears. As tranquil as tranquil can be, the slight eeriness of knowing nothing was around you for hundreds of miles makes it clear as to why thalassophobia became a fear. Only the most bold of men and women would dare set out to the middle of the ocean, whether it be to venture into lands unknown or to find new places to live or, in this case, fight like their lives depend on it.
Coming from the west, a flying beast rocketed across the vast blue expanse, kicking up waves as it reached speeds comparable to that of a fighter jet. Upon its back was a young man named Tomura Shigaraki who had white hair, red eyes, black "suit", a red cape, and a VERY heavily scratched and injured face. Said face also had plastered a look of sheer hatred-driven determination over itself, his eyes set on the horizon to intercept an enemy. Behind that look, his mind was confused. Surely he was supposed to intercept that rat bastard hero Star and Stripe, but he was nearly to Hawaii and there was no sign of her OR her legion of fighter jets. He could even see Hawaii off on the horizon at the speed he was flying, and there was no chance in hell that they gave him the run around.
As he got closer and closer to the islands of Hawaii, he realized it was more like a singular "island." Massive rock formations surrounded the interior of the island and the architecture from what he could tell was nothing like that of the Americans or the Natives. He touched down on the rim of the island and surveyed his surroundings: it was an island full of people and a castle resided in the middle of the city. This was no island EVER documented in the Pacific Ocean, and it should be at least big enough to see it from space! Shigaraki pondered on what could have happened, but the pondering got too loud for the other mind and soul that occupied his body; the mind and soul of All for One.
"Shigaraki, what's the hold up?" he questioned, voice echoing in the young adult's head.
"This place it's... strange..." he replied quietly, trying to mask his presence by laying down.
The vestige of All For One viewed the island through his eyes, recognizing that it held a civilization that just didn't exist.
"Be careful, Shigaraki. This could very well be the illusionary power of a Quirk user."
"What do you suggest I do?" he asked.
"Venture into the city, find the Quirk user, and kill them to end this illusion," he stated.
The young adult nodded and left his perch, scaling down the side of the mountain and into the city below where he was greeted by weird looks and gasps of shock. His horrifying appearance made the townsfolk dodge into their homes and get out of his way, leaving him to think that maybe this illusionist's fear is manifesting through these common folk. The only person who didn't leave was an older man who approached Shigaraki from the shelter of the sun. He looked him up and down and met eyes with him, smiling.
"Why son you look tired. Why don't you sit down for a nice cup of water?" he spoke with a whistling tone.
Then he made the misplaced decision to touch the young man in front of him on the shoulder. Without a moment's notice, Shigaraki gripped the old man by the head and decayed him, causing him to explode into dust and blood, sending the shrieks of the townspeople viewing him into the air, loud enough to alert the "governing bodies" of the land.
Making his way through the city and to the castle, every citizen ducked inside for cover as Shigaraki walked at a slow pace through the streets of the city. Anyone who was none the wiser that got in his was was quickly reduced to a puddle of blood and decayed body parts, sending even more of the population into a frenzy. As he grew closer and closer to the castle, the more and more the screams of terror breached the castle walls, making the king of Dressrosa himself descend from his throne and to the castle gates. He was a VERY tall man that wore a massive pink furcoat, pink pants, a white shirt that was unbuttoned, and sunglasses that hid his eyes perfectly well. He wore a massive smile across his face that he used to beam down Shigaraki.
The king, none other than Donquixote Doflamingo, stopped several yards shy of the quirk user. The bow legged strut he walked made the younger villain grimace with disgust in the cockiness the flamingo man exuded, yet he knew for a fact that THIS was who he was supposed to kill. Before Doflamingo could even open his mouth, Shigaraki leaped forward with a burst of speed boosted by his Air Cannon quirk, but he stopped just a meter shy of his target, having been held in place by a series of super sharp string. It cut into his entire body deeply, but he was able to push himself off of it before any serious damage could've been done.
"Eeghee hee hee hee!" the warlord chuckled. "You better keep a close eye on where you're going, idiot."
Shigaraki growled and pointed his palm forwards, blasting pressurized air through the strings and towards Doflamingo, who twisted his body to the side to avoid the attack. Chuckling once again, the pirate captain put his face close to the young adult's peering into his blood red eyes.
"I suppose you're not one for introductions?"
Immediately there was an attempt to grab him, but the king lifted his leg and slammed his foot into his chest, knocking him through a couple buildings and into a fountain in the middle of the town square. The force of the kick was incredible, one of the strongest Shigaraki had ever felt. He sat up out of the water, hair sopping wet and droplets running down his face. Doflamingo walked into the town square with his hands in his pockets, the sun shining off of his hair as well as shining even brighter off of his teeth. Gritting his teeth, Shigaraki got up and clenched his fists, seething with anger.
"I'm going to kick his ASS!" he thought to himself.
"Ignore him, Tomura. We must find the one behind the illusions," All For One echoed in his head.
"This guy's clearly not gonna let me, master," he barked back in frustration.
It Has To Be This Way - Metal Gear Rising
Shigaraki touched the ground in front of him, causing everything around him to decay and fall part, and also successfully made Doflamingo jump backwards to avoid getting caught in the decay field. He studied the ability and laughed.
"Oh well aren't YOU dangerous?" he cackled.
"Keep laughing you long necked bastard! I'm gonna kill you where you stand!" Shigaraki shouted back at him.
"Can't wait for it."
