History[]
Time Man was created by Dr. Thomas Light for the purpose of time travel experiments. Being a prototype, however, he is only able to slow down time around him. Time Man was kidnapped along with seven other Robot Masters by Light's old partner, Dr. Albert Wily, and reprogrammed to serve him. He set up shop in a clock tower before being defeated by Mega Man.
