Somewhere in Gotham 12 AM

People are seen drinking in a bar, talking with their friends, and generally having a wonderful time but the mood was disrupted as someone slammed the doors open. Cold air filled the bar as the newcomer left out a horrendous chortle. Everyone stopped to look at the person who just interrupted their good times. Bars like this were filled with criminal life so they all recognized, the Clown Prince of Crime, The Joker. "Greetings everyone, go back to your drinking, I don't have any business with any of you." The Joker walked over to a table, and threw a briefcase onto the table. "I have a job for you, complete it and the money is yours." The Joker picked the briefcase back up as one of the mercenaries questioned him. "So, uh, what's the job?" To respond to this, The Joker took a newspaper that read "OMINOUS UNKNOWN KILLER IS STILL AT LARGE." and handed it to one of the mercenaries. "You may know that a new killer has begun to pop-up in the headlines, he has begun to overshadow me. Yesterday I bombed a hospital and guess what was on the headlines? NOT WHAT I DID! So get me this new killer's head and the money is yours." The mercenaries were confused, knowing The Joker was much stronger than him. "So, uh, why aren't you going after him." The Joker quickly responded to this. "I'm a busy man, and I don't want a repeat with my last encounter with Jeff." Just as the Clown Piece of Crime finished his sentence, he had a flashback.

The Joker is seen laughing as his minions set fire to a warehouse filled with money, this would teach the Mafia not to mess with him, or it would. Either one would be fine with him! "Alright boys, I think we proved our point, let's get outta here." The Joker didn't know someone else was there with him as a pale and hooded figure snuck from the shadows. Jeff let out a low growl and lunged at The Joker, the clown quickly responded and restrained Jeff, throwing him towards his minions. The Joker only hired three mercenaries that night, thinking that it would be enough. He was wrong. Just as one of the hired soldiers were about to shoot Jeff, he lunged forward and slit their throat with his kitchen knife, Jeff stabbed their heart with the knife and tossed their corpse at the second mercenary before running towards the third one and punching straight through their chest, ripping their heart out! Jeff walked towards the final mercenary who was pushed their former partner's corpse off themselves as Jeff raised his knife and brought it down with enough force to behead the soldier! The Joker clapped as Jeff turned to face him. "Nice make-up kid." The Joker said, laughing, as Jeff let out a chuckle. "Thanks, you too." "How would you like a job working for me?" Jeff and the Clown's respective responses echoed through the air. "Nah, I work solo." With this said, Jeff ran off, as The Joker sighed and shakes his head. "You would have been a great servant."

While The Joker was talking, a pale boy who wore a gray hoodie with the hood of it being blue was eavesdropping on their conversation. The boy exited the bar, ready to report the new information to his master. Ticci Toby walked through the streets of Gotham until he ended up at a forest and entered it. The proxie walked for a little, a feeling of peace and tranquility rose over him as he gazed upon the dark woods with trees that reminded him of his master. This soothing sentiment lasted until a tall and slender figure approached him. Slender Man was eager to hear any new updates on Jeffrey Woods. A voice boomed through Toby's head and it wasn't the usual voices. "So, what did you learn?" "Someone is trying to kill Jeff, they gonna send a bunch of mercenaries after him." Slender Man and Toby's responses were unheard to everyone else but they understood each-other crystal clear. "Thank you. Can you give me a description of the person who is trying to harm Jeff?" Slender Man's question was answered as Toby gave a description of The Joker. "Yes sir. He had a pale face, with green hair. He appeared to be wearing... lipstick? Anyway, he wore a dark purple suit with a green undershirt and lastly, he wore some purple pants." Slender Man was pleased with Toby's response as he also recalled his encounter with Jeff. We fade to the flashback as we hear Slender Man mutter a few words. "I will not let them hurt my future proxie."

Jeff rushes through the woods, not sure if The Joker was still following him when a hatchet flew past his face and into a nearby tree. "You made a mistake entering this woods." Toby was right. Kate the Chaser, Charlie Matheson Jr, Victor, and multiple other proxies surrounded him. Slender Man manifested behind them as the proxies charged towards Jeff. Jeffrey went for the neck as before, slicing a random proxie's jugular vein as blood gushed onto both of them, Kate tackled Jeff as he fell onto his stomach, Jeff struggled and eventually managed to stab Kate's hand as she growled in pain, Jeff kicked her back into a group of proxies causing them to stumble back as Toby took his hatchet and used the handle of it to strangle Jeff. "Stop, Toby." A voice told Toby, as he let Jeff go. Jeff stumbled forward and bolted out of there as all the proxies watched him. "Why did you let him go?" Toby questioned his superior. "I feel like Jeff will be... useful for us later down the line." The suited man responded as we flash forward to the present.

The proxie and his master turned as the sound of leaves crunching filled the air. "I presume those are the mercenaries." The tall suited demon declared as the young proxie responded with an inquiry. "How do you know?" "We don't often get men wielding assault rifles in this forest." Slender Man followed this up with an edict. "Keeps tabs on those soldiers, keep quiet, and attack them when I bring the reinforcements." With this said, Slender Man disappeared in an instant. Toby took out his hatchets and lightly trailed behind the soldiers, one of them grumbling about the forest. "This forest creeps me out." "If you want to get paid, you will shut up and kill our target." Another soldier retorted as a voice resonated through Toby's head. "Now." Make no mistake, this was Slender Man's voice. Toby upraised his hatchet and chucked it through the air, as it met its target in the form of one of the hired guns. The mercenary plummeted to the floor, deceased, as Toby sprinted to the cadaver and jerked his hatchet back, blood and gray brain matter coating the rusted axe. The soldiers turned to face the person who terminated their friend only to gyrate, much to the mercenaries' bamboozlement. This allowed Ticci Toby to bury his hatchet into the scruff of a hired gun's neck, decollating him instantaneously. Blood sprayed onto Toby's face mask as some other masked figures crept out from the shadows. The Observer teleported behind one of The Joker's minions and snapped their neck, quickly discarding the carcass as it fell. Kate lunged at one of the soldiers and began to asphyxiate him as the assault rifle fell out of his hands and onto the grassy floor of the forest. After a few seconds of this, Kate grabbed the noggin of the trained killer and began to smash it against the ground. Crimson gore submerged both of them as Kate left out a screech and bashed the bounty hunter's head into the floor, his cadaver unmoving as Kate dashed away, ready to terminate another bounty hunter as the proxies continued their massacre. Victor took his sledgehammer and brought it down onto a soldier of fortune's skull as it imploded and stained Victor's mask and hoodie with the ichor of his latest victim's head. This slaughter continued until one soldier was left, Der Großmann's tendrils surrounded the last survivor as he crept into the depths of the mercenary's mind. The Administrator saw that the hired gun recently met The Joker, confirming that he was after Jeff. "As expected." Stick-in-the-Mud articulated before his tendrils lunged forward and tore the mercenary to shreds. Slender Man picked up his victim's head and curiously glanced at it, admiring it as if it was a piece of art before he threw the disembodied head back as Toby snatched it midair. "Send a message to Mr. Joker. And bring the head with you, tell him to meet us here or he will end up like his dogs." Toby took out a piece of paper & pencil and wrote down "Meet us at the local woods, or end up like him." After this, Toby discarded the pencil and noticed that he appeared to be in front of a warehouse. Someone else was with him, The Observer passed a brick to Ticci Toby as he wrapped the brick with the page and chucked it through a window. "And I told him "Yes, I do think hotdog pizza is good."" The Joker was interrupted from narrating his story as a loud crashing sound filled the warehouse. The Joker walked over and saw the brick that was intended for him. He unwrapped the paper and saw the note before beginning to chuckle. Shortly after this, a decapitated head flew through the window and next to him. "Well, well, well. This should be a good way to spend Wednesday night." The Joker said to his minions and anyone else close enough to listen as we cut to black.

The Joker, Harley Quinn, and a bunch of The Joker's goons arrived at Slender Man's forest, they walked through the forest and noticed it was completely empty. "Mr. J, are you sure that this is the right place?" Harley Quinn questioned as The Joker scoffed and retorted. "Yes, darling, I'm sure of it." Just then, Slender Man and his proxies manifested out of nowhere. "So, a man who can't even sneeze has challenged me?" Joker ridiculed as Slender Man stared him down with his non-existence eyes. "You attempted to kill one of my future proxies, so I will have to put you down first." The Tall Man coldly responded as The Joker let out a manically laugh. "Very well. If it's a fight you want, it's a fight you'll get!" The two suited men stared at each other, ready for a...

FIGHT!

The Joker took out a pistol and fired it, a flag with the words "BANG!" appeared out of the gun as The Joker chuckled, Slender Man curiously cocked his head to the side. "He's treating this like a game, interesting." Slender Man thought to himself as The Joker took out another pistol and fired two bullets at the faceless horror. The Boogeyman countered this by Slenderwalking into the fourth dimension. The bullets seemingly phased past Slenderman's avatar as Slender Man stopped Slenderwalking and dropped down to the third dimension, making it seem like he teleported to Batman's arch-nemesis. Tendrils came out of Slender Man's back and wrapped around The Joker's neck before dragging him through a bunch of trees and letting him go as the force from the impact tore the last tree down. "Whew, a feisty one, aren't we?" The Joker questioned before taking out razor-sharp poker cards and launching them through the air as they hit their target, who effortlessly tanked the attack and ripped them out. The battlefield suddenly changed as The Joker along with the rest of the combatants appeared to be in a... city? "Weren't we in a forest mere seconds ago?" The Joker pondered before Slender Man took control of a nearby car and made it rush towards The Joker. The clown dodged as the car's driver jumped out of his car and sprinted away from the fight. The Joker took out a Tommy Gun and began to blast away at the cryptid as the bullets rained onto the car and caused it to explode, engulfing Slender Man in flames as he warped the fire around him, much to The Joker's delight. "You are quite an interesting fellow, aren't you?" Slenderman didn't respond and launched the flames in The Joker's direction.
