The Female (real name Kimiko Miyashiro) is one of the protagonists from the Wildstorm/Dynamite Entertainment Comics Series The Boys. She also appears in the Amazon Prime TV Adaptation.

The Female was originally the daughter of a work-driven mother who hid her every day at work. One day, she happened to accidentally wander off without her mother's notice and ingest some Compound-V being developed by scientists. As a result, the female gained superpowers and a violent personality. She was later kept in a cage with scientists extracting the V from her blood to see if it could give abilities to others. The Female made several escape attempts which all sadly failed. However, she was rescued during a raid by The Boys who recruited her into their midst. While her bloodlust is still active, she tends to take it out on Mobsters. Despite this, The Frenchman has worked with her to try and help her live a normal life despite everything that she has been through, though she is hostile to Billy Butcher for treating her as a weapon but remains indifferent to Mother's Milk and Hughie for having nothing against her. But she still remains close to Frenchie more often than not.
