Honestly, I feel like Ness should lose this one. I get that Ness is super powerful and all, but without paula helping Ness and using pray during the final battle, They're all screwed. Ness can't even hurt Giygas with physical attacks, and can't time travel without the phase disorder. So seeing all those timelines is impossible for him unless he uses the phase distorter and is not organic matter. In this he has organic matter, so he can't control time. Frisk would eventually win through trial and error. No matter what Ness does, he can't truly beat frisk unless frisk gives up. But if this is a true pacifist timeline, frisk probably won't win either because frisk will refuse to kill anyone or anything. And even though Ness is pretty strong, Frisk has time control and will eventually take ness down. And even if Ness killed past Frisk, It won't affect present frisk because changing the past doesn't affect the future. And this also applies to frisk reseting, because frisk is dead in one timeline but comes back in a completely different timeline (at least that's how I think it works) but others still somewhat in the other timeline. So Ness may have som knoledge on killing frisk, but pieces of time would be missing. I'm an earthbound and undertale fan, but i can see once frisk learns how to beat ness, they can start toying with him.
