History

A prodigy biochemistry student with amazing physical prowess, Takeshi Hongo was a prime target for the terrorist organization Shocker, who planned to take over the world. They captured Takeshi and experimented on him, turning him into a cyborg. He manages to escape before being brainwashed and vows to use his newfound powers to bring down Shocker.

After Shocker's defeat, Takeshi would return many times to help younger Riders deal with various enemies.
