Sullivan is one of the Three Greats, demon lords that sit on top of the Hierarchy in the Netherworld, above the Thirteen Crowns while the Demon King is gone. He's the principal of the prestige school Bablys, and is respected by all demon kind. Though he is Tet ranked, demons all around believe Sullivan to be next in line for the throne of the Demon King. However, he chose the life of being a grandfather, by illegally going into the human world and adopting a human boy named Iruma for... mysterious reasons.

Alteration Magic: Sullivan is capable of altering demons attributes making them stronger and equal against superior foes. He uses this magic for his grandson during his Execution Cannonball challenge making him equal in strength against Asmodeus Alice and Opera while showing minor burns and bruises on his hands. Sullivan can take this a step further by altering Iruma's Ring, suppressing his magical power in 3 levels and a final level which unleashes all of the magic store inside simultaneously.

Fractal: Manipulates the gravity of the object or demon making them lighter or heavier. Sullivan uses this to carry objects, lift Iruma freely and stop various exploding fireballs. Though he can fly thanks to his demon wings root, Sullivan stated that with enough practice, Iruma can use Fractal to fly without wings. In other usage, demon teachers have used the advanced version "Grand Fractal" which created large craters.

Cherisul: Cherisul or Transformation magic can changed the object, animal or demon's appearance even changed their clothing's or rooms to what ever the caster wants. Sullivan uses this magic to change Iruma into his school clothing's, make his bedroom and even warp the Demon Shopping District into an Iruma Shopping District. Other demons can use Cherisul to create stone barriers to shield from building destructive attacks, or stalagmites to impale enemies. Sullivan can do the same by snapping his fingers and POOF, it happens.

Darkness Manipulation: Sullivan's mysterious magical power where he engulfs his enemy with an ethereal being with three eyes to ensnare and even crush them. This power was used to hold Atori down. And he was strong enough to take beatings from Shiciro Balam and break through a suppressed Kalego's Ceberion Claw Cage.

Menacing Aura: Sullivan has the unique ability to intimidate demons with his menacing aura. This power petrify's demons in their place and in some cases can be use to absolute command over their will. Mephisto used his menacing aura to command the Demon Border Patrols enforcers into kneeling and staying silent, and Amuryllis can extend her aura to a certain radius but also made Opera and Narnia Kalego retreat from her vicinity.

  • Shaver: Launches sharp blades of wind
  • Wind Gods Blade: Launches a greater blade of wind strong enough to cut down trees
  • Separed: Increases speed and reflexes
  • Quan Quan: Grows seedlings into full grown plants
  • Grand Fractal: Stronger version of Fractal
  • Equivocal: Powerful sound attack that stalls demons in their place
  • Mind Manipulation: Sullivan has revealed he can erase memories so its plausible he can use this in combat if he wishes.
  • Non-Verbal Magic: Sullivan has mastered Mental Magic where he can cast his spells without saying the words, but by simply envisioning it and snapping his fingers.

  • Entered the Human World illegally and got off scot-free

    • Derkila defeated armies or stalled them with music
    • And Derkila warp the laws of physics (Make rivers flow in the sky and flower fields in magma)

Flaws[]

  • Hasn't risen to Yodh (10) for...personal reasons
  • Doesn't take things too seriously unless provoked
  • Holds his true power back to keep himself from hurting his students and Iruma
  • Though it hasn't happened, has limited mana
