Strongest Universe 7 Saiyans Battle Royale is an episode of Death Battle, featuring Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, Broly and Future Trunks, and all from the Dragon Ball series in a battle between the strongest Saiyans to ever live in the Dragon Ball Multiverse.

This battle was adopted by JustaChecker290. It is an off-season episode of his series.

Wiz: And Trunks, the galactic time patrol from the future.

Boomstick: Ah..the Sayains, known for their epic fighting abilities and transformations where they like to change their hair colour..a lot.

Wiz: Also known for their deadly tenacity and un-stoppable wills in battle, most of the time resulting in them being pushed beyond their expected limits.

Boomstick: And of course..they're monkeys.

Wiz: This battle was consist of the Sayians at their best, with all forms being cannon, so no Super Sayain 3, or Super Sayain Blue for Trunks.

Boomstick: He's Wiz and I'm Boomstick.

Wiz: And it's our job to analyse their weapons, armour and skills to find out who would win..A DEATH BATTLE!

Son Goku

(Planet Vegeta Xenoverse 2 OST)

Wiz: Kahkarot, second child of parents Gene and Bardock, Kahkarot was born on Planet Vegeta the home of all sayains, where at the age of two, he was sent in a pod from his home planet to a distant other world, Planet Earth, with one simple goal..eradicate life on earth to make it easier for the Sayain species to take it over later.

Boomstick: However that didn't quite work out. An alien tyrant known as Freiza was paranoid the Sayains would overpower him eventually, and decided to nuke Planet Vegeta for all it's worth. Shame it didn't work out for his old man..

Wiz: Now on Earth, Kahkarot's mission was simple, but it didn't work out. After being adopted by the peaceful Son Gohan, who gave the child a new name..Son Goku.

Boomstick: But before little Goku could really get started on his mission of genocide, he fell down a ravine, and bumped his head..hard..this accident caused him to forgot what he was doing and turn him friendly..they should do this with all newborns..

Wiz: But little did Gohan know, a tragic accident would befall him. Upon seeing the moon..Sayian's undergo a terrible transformation, a chemical reaction in their tail causes them to rapidly grow in size and power.

Boomstick: They just straight turn into Giant Monkeys.

Wiz: In the form of 'The Great Ape', in a rampage..Goku would accidentally step on his grandfather and kill him, before waking up the following morning, completely unaware at what he had just done.

Boomstick: *Fast Forwarding Noises* Let's just skip ahead a few years..bada-boom..bada-bing.

Wiz: On one fateful day, Goku would meet with a millionaire known as Bulma, on a mission to collect the famous Dragon Balls. And throughout his journey, Goku would meet a number of important people who would both push each other to become stronger.

Boomstick: Including a lot of bald people for some reason.

Wiz: Goku quickly became a highly skilled martial artist and is very knowledgable about a wide variety of different martial arts, such as Kung fu, and Muten Roshi's own fighting style, the way of the turtle.

Boomstick: Goku would also learn a neat little thing known as Ki, which based on concepts of Buhddism, allows him to sense the energy around him and more importantly, use it for super cool energy beams.

Wiz: This is how Goku would use his most famous tequnique, the Kamehameha, a strong energy beam that Goku can use in various different ways, like the bending, one handed, double feet, the list goes on.

Boomstick: And he can use my favourite, the mouth blast! Where Goku straight up vomits a laser right from his mouth. In fact, let me try it right now..

Wiz: *Goku* also learnt how to use the Instant Transmission, where he can dodge to anywhere, sometimes on accident

Boomstick: And another Kamehameha user, Jackie Chun, who upon seeing Goku turn into a great Ape, decided to just nuke the entire moon, so Goku would turn back into his regular twelve year old self.

Wiz: A feat like this would require a force of over 30 Exatons of TNT, and Goku far surpassed his master in disguise as just a kid, we've barely scratched the surface at what Goku can really do.

Wiz: We start to get an idea when on King Kai's planet, Goku would be taught a powerful tequnique known as Kaio-Ken. Using this, Goku can increase his power and speed by a chosen amount up to 20x. The downside is that it does take a toll on Goku's body when he uses it, so he is forced to use it in short instances.

Boomstick: But Goku would be make that kind of unimpressive on Namek, when we heard of the legend of the Super Sayain!

Wiz: Supposedly, the legend of the Super Sayian was of a sayian who's power was so great, it had to be contained in a transformed state, and this is the power Freiza was so paranoid of all those years ago.

Boomstick: And Goku would prove Freiza exactly right when they met. After Freiza was seemingly defeated, he just strolled right up..and Killed Goku's best friend Krillin in cold blood because why not!

Wiz: Upon seeing his best friend murdered so brutally, a deep rage was lit inside Goku's soul. The sky thundered and crashed all around him. Goku's eyes and hair would change colour, and his power rapidly increase. This..was the power of the Super Sayian.

Boomstick: And then Freiza got his ass handed to him. So I guess his suspicions were right about nuking Planet Vegeta all those years ago.

Wiz: This Super Sayian transformation, when fully mastered, increases Goku' base power by 50, which at the time was around 150'000'000. This makes him around 400 times stronger than Freiza's first form, who could casually destroy an entire planet.

Boomstick: But we're about to see a lot bigger numbers than that.

Wiz:Throughout the rest of his journey, facing deadly opponents, Goku would learn to utilise and perfect more and more super sayian transformations, each one increasing his power more than the last.

Boomstick: Such as the Super Sayian 2, which Goku unlocked when he and the Z-Fighters fought Perfect Cell. It gives him a weird, electrical aura around his body for some reason.

Wiz: Super Super Sayain 3 was unlocked against the infamous Majin Buu. This transformation is interesting as it was invented entirely by Goku, and increases the length of his hair, due to all the excess power inside his body which is expelled when he uses this transformation.

Boomstick: Now we're getting into crazy territory, a few years after Dragon Ball Z, when the god of destruction Beerus awakened, he taught Goku and his friends the this thing called god ki..which kind of sounds like an energy drink.

Wiz: God ki is much more powerful than regular Ki, and is primarily used by God Ki is the ki used by Destroyers and Kaioshin's, powerful gods in the Dragon Ball universe, and using God Ki, Goku transforms into his most powerful form so far..Super Sayain God!

Boomstick: Wiz, say the original feat.

Wiz: Ahh yes, when clashing with the God of destruction Beerus, the shockwaves from their punches would travel throughout the entirety of Universe 7, and threaten to destroy it all.

Boomstick: I never get tired of hearing that one, The second transformation utilised by God Ki, is the creatively named Super Sayain Blue.

Wiz: And then, Goku would have the idea of using his previously outclassed Kaio-Ken while in Super Sayian Blue, to increase his Sayian power seemingly to it's limit.

Boomstick: And it wasn't until a little guy called Zeno would start the Tournament of Power! A tournament where the strongest warriors in the twelve universes would fight, and the weakest universes would be erased. Just because they were weak.

Wiz: And it was when Universe 7 was against Universe 11, that Goku would face Jiren, the strongest warrior from Universe 11. And Goku would unlock his most powerful tequnique yet, Ultra Instinct.

(Ultra Instinct Theme)

Boomstick: While using this, Goku can pretty much dodge any attack that comes his way as well as getting a hella cool theme to go along with it.

Wiz: Goku achieves this form through a calmed state of mind, and develops his strategy of dodging all his opponents attacks, and counter attacking with perfect timing.

Boomstick: Goku can also summon a giant, ki avatar thing that aids him in battle or protects him from larger opponents.

Wiz: However the giant is mainly used as a defensive tequnique of Ultra Instinct and only happens when Goku finds himself in very grave danger.

Ultra Instinct Moves

• Silver Dragon Flash

Boomstick: While using Ultra Instinct, Goku can use the Accelerating Battle Spirit, where he teleports behind the opponent and shoots a large sum of ki behind the opponent, catching them off guard,

Wiz: In this form, Goku can use the Guiding Impulse, where after dodging an opponents attack, or throwing them behind him, Goku launches a sharp barrage of attacks.

Boomstick: But none of them compare to Goku's coolest move yet, the Silver Dragon Flash, where after punching them hard, and rushing them down with a barrage of attacks, Goku finishes with a super explosive Kamehameha. The things I'd do if I were a Sayian.

Wiz: Goku can even use True Ultra Instinct. A version of Ultra Instinct that allows Goku to use ultra instinct while in other Super sayain forms, although he's still getting the hang of it.

Boomstick: It doesn't look even close to as cool as MUI.

Wiz: So even after all this time, Goku continues to push for hope towards the future, by being the hope of the universe, and much more important than anything else..

Boomstick: We love seeing whatever bullshit the writers pull out of their ass in important fight scenes..

Son Goku:" I don't understand why you call Saiyans such mindless names. The only thing it does is reveal your own fear and ignorance. I guess name-calling is your only attack because you're too weak to challenge me any other way."

Prince Vegeta[1]

(Majin Vegeta OST)

Wiz: Born to the King of Sayians, King Vegeta, his creatively named, Son Vegeta was noted as a prodigy from birth, and due to his power, was sent on a mission alongside Raditz. When he was given a message to return to Planet Vegeta, he denied hearing it, not wanting to return.

Boomstick: And lucky he did that, because then Planet Vegeta got itself nuked, so good thing he didn't care about his species or his planet I guess.

Wiz: Many years later, Vegeta, while residing with another sayian, Nappa, would receive word that one of three known surviving sayains, Raditz was dead. But right before he did, Raditz would tell them of the sacred dragon balls, items that when gathered, could grant any wish they desired.

Boomstick: And that sounded good enough for Vegeta to head over to the planet of Raditz's defeat and wish for immortality, because why not.

Wiz: But when arriving on earth, Vegeta would gain a lot more than what he bargained for. After Nappa dispatched the majority of the Z fighters, they would call for Son Goku to assist them in the battle, and Vegeta would decide to give the Z fighters three hours for Goku to arrive.

Boomstick: When Goku arrived, he was a lot stronger than he was before, and when Vegeta scanned his power level, hehe, we learned that it was OVER NI-

Wiz: Please don't get into that. But Vegeta's current power level of 24'000, rendered Goku's power level fairly unimpressive.

Boomstick: But we all know where this is going

Wiz: And it was after many, many, many more losses that Vegeta's immense pride would finally take a dent. Soon, he would realise that as much as he might, he would be destined to live in Goku's shadow.

Boomstick: But that hasn't stopped Vegeta from trying his best. And even if he might be second to Goku, that's nothing to laugh at.

Wiz: Like his sayian brethren, Vegeta is a proud and skilled martial artist, but he can often be too confident in his own abilities.

Boomstick: If only there was a way he could boost his power by being as egotistical and power hungry as he wanted.

Wiz: We'll get to that later, like the other Z fighters, Vegeta had harnessed the power of his ki, and utilises them for powerful attacks. Vegeta commonly invents his own, more unique tequniques to differentiate himself.

Boomstick: Such as his iconic Galick gun, where he fires a barrage of ki blasts towards and opponent exactly like a round of bullets would. Awesome.

Wiz: And there's his Big Bang attack, where Vegeta fires a ball of energy from his palm that upon making contact with anything, erupts in a devastating explosion.

Boomstick: He was even taught by Beerus, a god of destruction how to use Hakai! With a simple touch, and focusing purely on destruction, Vegeta can literally erase objects and people from existence.

Wiz: And perhaps Vegeta's most fitting finisher attack, is the Final Flash. A move where he gathers up energy in both of his hands, and lets it lose in a devastating beam of energy.

Boomstick: It's kind of a last resort though due to how much ki is provides. Shame.

Wiz: Vegeta is a natural prodigy at hand to hand combat, and from a young age has shown incredible talent when it comes to fighting foes.

Boomstick: You see, at first, Vegeta wasn't that big of a fan at training. Sayains weren't really known for that at the time. It took a turn though when Vegeta and co discovered the hyperbolic time chamber.

Wiz: The Hyperbolic Time chamber is a place where time is warped. Just a single second of our own time is equal to around an hour in the Hyperbolic time chamber. Meaning if you spent a year in the chamber, you'd only lose around a day on earth.

Popup: It is implied that Vegeta prefers the time chamber so he does not waste any time in real life

Boomstick: And we got a pretty good idea at why he wanted to train so hard. He just couldn't get that god damn Goku out of his head.

Wiz: This is true. For nearly the entirety of Dragon Ball Z, Vegeta's main motivation to get stronger was to outshadow Goku.

Boomstick: And then, at the end of the series, he'd finally realise, that being stronger than Goku isn't that important after all. Aww, nice character development, you love to see it...BUT THEN SUPER THREW ALL THAT AWAY SO WHO EVEN CARES ANYWAY.

Wiz: Don't worry Boomstick, he's still cool right?

Boomstick: Yeah..I guess so. Anyways, it was in the time chamber where Vegeta learned to dip his toes in the water of the possibility of his Super Sayian transformations.

Wiz: As we know, Vegeta, like most sayains, learn to massively increase their power using a variety of their super sayain transformations.

Boomstick: Vegeta shares a lot of the iconic transformations, such as the basics. You know, 1, 2, 4 God, and Blue.

Wiz: However it wasn't until the tournament of power in Universe 7's fight against Jiren that Vegeta would learn to take Super Sayain Blue to the next level. Remembering his promise to Cabba, Vegeta dug deep and found the strength he needed to push his body to it's limits.

Boomstick: He gets a nice power boost and a big increase in his muscle mass. It mainly just looks F*cking cool.

Wiz: It was even stated by Jiren to be similar to Ultra Instinct Sign in terms of being the first time anyone in the tournament had gained ground on him. Although he likely wasn't comparing the forms by actual power.

Boomstick: But we get a pretty good idea of how powerful he is when fighting alongside Goku's Super sayain Blue Kaio-Ken x 20.

Wiz: And at this point, Jiren was starting to warm up against Goku and Vegeta, who was able to shake the infinite void, just by taking a stroll towards them.

Boomstick: A little while after the tournament had concluded though, and on Cereal planet, Vegeta would get his act together and bust out his strongest form yet..Ultra Ego! Man, it sounds so cool to say.

Ultra Ego

• Greater resistance to pain
• Increases strength upon taking damage
• Requires a hunger for battle to be able to unlock
• Utilises the energy of Destruction

Wiz: Ultra Ego turns Vegeta into an unstoppable force of nature. The more hits Vegeta takes in this form, the further he falls into his bloodlust and need to satisfy his battle thurst even more, making him even stronger.

Boomstick: Man, that doesn't sound like something to be bragging about.

Wiz: At the peak of Ultra Ego's power, Vegeta alongside Ultra Instinct Goku was able to keep up with foes like Gas, who in his power awakened form, could defeat Granolah, who at the time, wished to be the strongest being in Universe 7, second only to the gods.

Boomstick: But at the end of the day, I think we can all agree on one thing. Vegeta's a badass, stronger or weaker than Goku.

Wiz: He may have picked up his motivation that he was once at peace with, but even to this day, Vegeta still pushes himself to be stronger, and shatter his limits, no matter what.

Vegeta: N-No...Get out of my head! I already told you...I..will not be distracted from this anymore, I won't! It will take more than head games to stop me. You may have invaded my mind, and my body, but there's one thing a Saiyan always keeps...HIS PRIDE!

Gohan

(Dokkan Battle - Gohan Intro)

Boomstick: Ahh Goku, Goku, Goku, we all love him right? But what you might not love about him at first, was his first born son.

Wiz: Son Gohan, was born five years after the end of Dragon Ball, and the heroic defeat of the dastardly King Piccolo. And to many, was a symbol of peace for what had long been a time of terror and misfortunate for the Z-Fighters.

Boomstick: Dragon Ball Z will be Dragon Ball Z though, not much time had passed before Goku's evil brother from outer space landed on Earth, and revealed that Goku was supposed to blow up the earth instead of protecting it. Man, what a different story that would've been.

Wiz: Unfortunately for Gohan, he was taken hostage until Goku and his former enemy Piccolo arrived on the scene to save him.

Boomstick: Man..that little kid's so annoying. Keeps crying about..hold on..why's he powering up like that..WHAT?

Wiz: It turns out, due to Gohan's nature as a half-sayian, half-earthling. He posses more natural connection to his emotion than the average sayain due to his earthling heritage, while still being potent in energy thanks to y'know, his other half.

Boomstick: And throughout the series, Gohan's proved just how much of a badass he can be, even from an early age.

Wiz: At a very young age, he travelled to Namek alongside Krillin and Bulma, seen and attempted to fight off Freiza, all at the age of only five.

Boomstick: He wouldn't have gotten very far without his sayain powers. The typical you know, powering up, flying, shooting laser beams.

Wiz: Mainly, Gohan possesses the ability to control, or manipulate his life force, known as ki-.

Boomstick: Yeah yeah yeah, we get it by now Wiz. One's inner life energy. The reason behind his enormous prowess. Yeah yeah.

Wiz: But it's important to, get everything in order, right?

Boomstick: *Face palming* Whatever buddy.

Wiz: Despite being an incredibly skilled fighter, with more potential than anyone at the time ever knew was possible. Before he could achieve all of that, one enemy stood in his way, more powerful than anything Gohan had come to face. Schoolwork!

Boomstick: God F*ck it Chi-Chi, if I had the ability to transform into a Super Sayain, 1+1 the square root of 69 would be the last things on my mind.

Wiz: It's a shame too, because like what we discussed before, being a sayian, earthling hybrid, Gohan seems to increase his power and energy output when he gets angry. He grows in power especially when his loved ones are in danger.

Boomstick: And he uses that anger pretty well to pull off some pretty awesome tequniques, like Masenko! A cool tequnique where he does some F*ckery with his fingers, and laser beams start flying everywhere. I like it!

Wiz: Or the Electric Kamehameha, an enhanced version of the original that stories electrical power before firing in a powerful beam.

Boomstick: Probably my favourite move of his, is the one he learned from his old pal/child abuser Piccolo. Special beam cannon, a super awesome attack where he fires a super beam cannon..that is special.

Wiz: Gohan would continue his journey through his path of becoming a warrior *ahem* A scholar, by helping the rest of the Z-Fighters defeat any foes that came their way, including evil androids designed to steal data from him and his friends.

Boomstick: But there was on special android, that just..stuck out to him a little more than the others.

Wiz: Perfect Cell was a bio-android, created from the well..cells of Gohan, and his friends and family. Unluckily for the Z-Fighters, Cell would hold an event known as the Super Cell Games, in which he'd do battle with everyone on earth. If earth lost, it would be destroyed, and if earth won, you get the idea.

Boomstick: Goku was eager to fight Cell, and rushed into battle right away. Only..it didn't exactly go as he'd planned. Things went out with a bang, if you know what I mean.

Wiz: And so, the child Gohan was left alone, the only one out of him and his friends strong enough to take down Cell for good. Only, something was wrong. He was..holding back in a way. Not exhibtiing his true power.

Boomstick: And then, after unlocking a kick-ass new form! From the dead, Goku assumed his position behind his son and told him to let go, and show that green ballsack what he was truly made of!

Wiz: It had seemed that Goku's plan all along was to unveil Gohan's hidden strength by getting him to let go. Apparently, Gohan had formed mental blocks around his own ability in worries that he would hurt his friends or even destroy the earth.

Boomstick: GET ANGRY GOHAN! FATHER AND SON KAMEHAMEHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!

Wiz: It was in this fight that Gohan, for the first time, unlocked Super Sayain 2! A brand new, never seen form that greatly surpassed Super Sayain 1

Boomstick: And he can even take the form of a cool, ULTIMATE GOHAN form, it really has a nice ring to it.

Wiz: And so with Cell vanquished, and most of the evil in the world gone forever.

Boomstick: Most of it.

Wiz: Gohan would settle down, forget completely about his training, and start a family.

Boomstick: You gotta be kidding me.

Wiz: But as the years passed on, it would appear that Gohan would grow..more comfortable to this type of life. I quieter, family life without the threat of chaos or evil alien tyrants threatening to blow up the Earth.

Boomstick: He would save one last trick up his sleeve for when the time would come for the evil CELL MAX, a bio android inspired by the original Cell, created by the red ribbon army, man those guys don't give up.

Wiz: After witnessing the apparent death of his life long friend Piccolo at the hands of Cell Max, Gohan would go beyond, one final time.

Boomstick: And transform into GOHAN BEAST, man is that a cool-ass looking transformation.

Beast

• 'The beast from within awakened'
• Evolved form of Ultimate Gohan
• Drastically increases Gohan's power

Wiz: 'Beast' Gohan, or final Gohan is currently Gohan's strongest form, and as stated by Akira Toriyama, unlocks the 'Hidden beast' within Gohan. Which is likely a reference to how his power would continue to fluctuate even from a young age.

Boomstick: And with his new form, he tore Cell Max a new asshole with his amped up Special Beam Cannon! Man, we've really come a long way from only being able to land a headbutt on Raditz.

Wiz: Gohan has come a long way from his humble origins, and with his family and friends standing behind him, he'll be stronger than ever.

Gohan: “I know your kind. You think you can just walk in and take our planet. But you forgot one thing…I’m my father’s son!”

Broly

(Dragon Ball Super Broly - Blizzard)

Boomstick: This time around, we've talked a lot of about destruction of Planet Vegeta. Goku just barely escaped it, Vegeta wasn't even on the planet when it blew up. Freiza nuked planet Vegeta because he was scared a super sayain would rise up and overthrow him, blah blah blah.

Wiz: However, there was another sayain that barely escaped the embers of Planet Vegeta's destruction. Broly!

Boomstick: Born a mutant sayain to his father Paragus, with a power level of over 10'000, Planet Vegeta shit his pants in fear when the baby of some random middle-class sayain outmatched his own son's power level.

Wiz: In a rage, King Vegeta had both Paragus and Broly exiled from Planet Vegeta. Unknowingly sparring them from the destruction of their homeworld.

Boomstick: Their new planet would be Planet Vaampa! A swamp infested wasteland filled with giant cute dogs.

Wiz: Anyways, thanks to being born as a mutant sayain, Broly possesses an indescribably high amount of potential that he can tap into thanks to his natural fighting ability.

Boomstick: Broly is great at adapting mid-battle to whoever he's fighting, despite being a virgin caveman who'd never fought anyone apart from his dad.

Boomstick: STOP IT!

Wiz: Broly can utilise it in a number of useful tequniques for his disposal, such as his Eraser Cannon, a powerful move involving charging up powerful ki before firing it in a barrage towards the opponent.

Boomstick: Or the wannabe Spirit Bomb, Planet Crusher! Where he gets a big fuck-off orb of energy and hurtles it towards an opponent, to literally..crush planets.

Wiz: But Broly can do far more than simply obliterate planets. In only his base form, Broly could contend against Super Sayain God Vegeta! Who previously was fighting against Toppo! A candidate for god of destruction who was unmoved by the destruction of two universe.

Boomstick: And that was without any special training or super power-ups.

Wiz: The thing is, the reasons to why Broly possessed such a large amount of strength was actually nothing to do with his fighting ability or how he was raised..

Boomstick: In the Dragon ball universe, there goes a legend, so awesome and cool, that it only appears once every thousand years. The Legendary Super Sayain!

Wiz: In other universes such as universe 6, we'd seen the Legendary Super Sayain myth become a truth when we witnessed Kale, show off it's power. And keep in mind, she was bested by foes who Broly was boxing around without any of that power.

Boomstick: But Like all Sayains, Broly possesses an uncanny, f*cking weird habit of transforming into a giant monkey whenever a full moon is around. Sort of like a strange, f*cked up version of a werewolf.

Wiz: Well after seeing this, Paragus decided it would be best to remove Broly's tail for the time being. Which is a sensible enough decision.

Boomstick: But that don't mean old Broccoli can't still access it's power. He can enter a form similar to that known as Wrath State. Which basically just allows him the same power as an Oozaru, without changing his physical form.

Wiz: But even with this new found power, Broly's power just wasn't...enough. He fought both Goku and Vegeta in their Super Sayain Blue forms, and being witnessed by Freiza, he..came up with a plan that had worked so long ago.

Boomstick: I'm sure it'll be. Okay, never mind! Just kill Broly's dad instead and get him to transform into a Super Sayain, fair enough!

Wiz: And this moment more than anything, pushed Broly's power beyond! To the point that even with all their years of training with godly deities and determination, Goku and Vegeta's power simply wasn't enough!

Boomstick: So much so that they got the hell out of there while Broly kicked Freiza's ass.

Wiz: Out of Senzu beans and with only one option left, Goku and Vegeta would return to fight Broly, as Gogeta! And despite relatively being able to hold his advantage at first. Broly became outclassed when Gogeta showed off his power of Super Sayain.

Boomstick: And even after he powered up into Legendary Super Sayain, Broly was basically fighting for his life. Gogeta Blue probably would've killed him if Shenron hadn't stepped in.

Wiz: The problem is, Broly is the highest definition of a Beserker fighter. Without any control over his own powers, all he can do is bring destruction on those unlucky enough to stand in his way.

Boomstick: Although in the recent manga, we have seen Broly kind of try to attempt to control his power. I mean, this is Dragon Ball, by the time this episode is finished, he'll have a whole new form to cover.

Wiz: Broly may have lost the fight against Gogeta, but at least he finally found what he wanted all this time. A small, but supportive family that could stand behind him when things get tough.

Boomstick: You better get used to preying, because this is one sayain you really..don't wanna piss off.

Future Trunks

(Dokkan Battle - Future Trunks)

Wiz: As we've discussed, Son Goku has always been around to protect earth from evil and whatever that evil may be. He'll be ready.

Boomstick: This analysis isn't quite about him though, although, it starts off about him. It turns out, in an alternate timeline to what we knew as the main one, disaster struck. Goku would get some weird little heart virus and end up DYING because of it. Okay..I'm kind of glad we stuck with this one.

Wiz: Because in this alternate timeline, the evil red ribbon army would rise from the ashes and create two evil androids that would end up nearly destroying the world.

Boomstick: And they'd kill pretty much all of our favourite characters. Aside from Bulma, Gohan and..Trunks!

Wiz: This version of Trunks, dubbed Future Trunks after witnessing the androids 17 and 18 kill his best friend and mentor, Gohan, would travel back in time with the help of his mother to warn the past about the androids, and hopefully make things better, at least for that timeline.

Wiz: And for the most part, it would appear that Trunks's warning would work. He would give Goku a medicine that would work on the heart Virus, and they would then go to Dr Gero's lab to disable the androids, preventing all the chaos in the first place.

Boomstick: Only...it didn't quite work. Both of the Androids still ended up getting out, and yeah..they still ended up getting out.

Wiz: Luckily for Trunks, he is more than powerful enough to defend himself. Trunks is a half sayain, meaning he has a powerful manipulation over his ki-

Boomstick: WIZ! WE GET IT! HE CAN MANIPULATE HIS KI! LIKE SAYAINS TO USE ENERGY ATTACKS AND RAISE HIS DEFENCE AND WHATEVER. WE GET IT!

Wiz: Fine, fine. But still, Trunks is capable of pulling off many powerful attacks that make him more than a match for his opponents. Such as the Burning attack, a repeated combo of flashing balls of ki to overwhelm the opponent.

Wiz: Trunks's power may be great on it's own, but it is aided far much by his greatest piece of equipment that accompanies him on all his fights, His sword!

Boomstick: Cool, what's is called?

Wiz: The uhh..Future Trunks Sword!

Boomstick: *Silence* That's it?

Wiz: Yep

Boomstick: *Sigh* Well it may not have a cool name, but it can definitely do some cool shit. Trunks can emit ki from this sword, as well as being pretty skilled when he uses it. He even fought Mecha-Freiza with it.

Wiz: But sadly, Freiza just couldn't cut it....Come on! That's a good joke.

Boomstick: I think you should leave the jokey stuff to me from now on buddy.

Wiz: Okay, okay. Anyways, Trunks would stick by the side of the Dragon Team until a new threat approached them, even more deadly than the androids. Cell! A bio-android also developed by Doctor Gero who would quite literally absorb the Androids for more power.

Boomstick: Damn, if my two greatest fears were eaten alive by a strange slime monster that came out of an egg, I'd be a bit put out too.

Wiz: Unfortunately for Trunks, after seemingly defeating Cell, the evil android would rise yet again and 8quite literally Kill Trunks.

Boomstick: Wait..that's it! He died! Story over?

Wiz: Not quite, Trunks would be later revived when they wished him back with the Dragon Balls. So alls well that ends well. He even got revenge on both Androids back in his own timeline.

Boomstick: Ohhh, I see, so now the story's over right?

Wiz: Nope!

Boomstick: WHAT?

Wiz: Several years later, Trunk's timeline would once again face threat from an unworldly foe. Goku Black! A powerful warrior who took Trunks's familiar Goku, by the name of Zamasu. And for a long amount of time, everyone in his timeline would face utter hopelessness and despair.

Boomstick: But we know that Trunks isn't one to just stand around and take the heat. His mom, Bulma would develop more time-machine juice so he could travel back in time yet again. But Black killed her before Trunks disappeared. Okay Rip-off, now it's personal.

Wiz: So when returning to the past again, Trunks would once again ask for help from his allies, which a more than enthusiastic Goku was happy to do. Vegeta too.

Boomstick: So...hey..remember when he time travelled back the first time only present Trunks didn't know because he was a baby. Well...now he's a teenager, and..THEY BECAME FRIENDS AWW ISN'T THAT SO ADORABLE!

Wiz: Keeping on track, Goku, Vegeta and Trunks would head back to the future, to do battle against Goku-Black and Zamasu.

Boomstick: And man are these guys tough to beat, one of them is far stronger than all of them, and the other is literally imomrtal! How the hell is this gonna work out. Oh well, I'll wait and see.

Wiz: Trunks wouldn't just be fighting in his base strength however, like his fellow sayains, he can achieve several powerful transformations that can skyrocket his already impressive power even further.

Boomstick: Such as the ol' reliable Super Sayain, a pretty basic power-up but with a cool as hell aura. Oh, and then he has those useless Super Sayain Grade powerups that make him slower. Weird.

Wiz: Or Trunks can go even further with Super Sayain 2, an upgraded version of Super Sayain with a more powerful payoff. However, even these powerups weren't enough. Goku and Vegeta's super sayain blue were also doing nothing. Trunks, was going to have to go beyond.

Boomstick: And so we get one of the coolest new transformation reveals of all time! Super Sayain Rage!

Wiz: Super Sayain Rage is presumably created from the thoughts of anger coming from Trunk's mind prior to unlocking this transformation. And yet, after Goku Black and Zamasu merged into one, disturbing being, Rage's power still wasn't enough.

Boomstick: That's when Trunks got the bright idea to turn himself into a spirit bomb! Awesome!

Wiz: Not exactly, Future Trunks would absorb the power form from everyone, similar to a spirit bomb. But instead, the power would be literally be absorbed into him. Culminating in yet another brand new transformation, Super Sayain Spirit Bomb!

Boomstick: Not even Vegito could defeat merged Zamasu, so it was the coolest thing ever when Trunks just started slashing up that son of a bitch! And with one final upwards swing, he'd cut that sucker in two!

Wiz: Despite Xeno having to step in to kill Infinite Zamasu, Trunks was still able to overwhelm Zamasu's merged body. An insane feat, especially with Super Sayain Spirit Bomb!

Boomstick: So, after that weird purple jelly monster was taken care of, Trunks would finally return to his own timeline, leaving everyone in their own. And now, can all the timey wimey bullshit finally be solved? Please!

Wiz: As it seems, Yes. Trunks seems happy in his own timeline, having saved it a second time. So we can only assume he will remain standing beside his timeline, and will protect it from whatever will come it's way.

Boomstick: *Whispering* And please, don't bring him back again. His story is done now!

Future Trunks: "We cannot change the past, but we can learn from it and create a better future."

Pre Death Battle

Wiz: Alright the combatants are set we've run the data through all possibilities.

Boomstick: But first some major and important rules on a Death Battle like this one.

Wiz: Since most of these characters have both met and fought alongside each other and are overall friends to keep the characters from acting out of character we'll treat this fight like a simulation that creates the characters but have them not know each other in like some hologram to avoid any actual damage to the universe and any fans.
