Trivia[]

  • The connections between Stitch and Rocket Raccoon are that they are both small, furred, animalistic creatures that were genetically-engineered by aliens (Jumba Jookiba and the robots on Halfworld) along with the rest of their kind (genetic experiments and Halfworlders). Both used to have chaotic, destructive, and aggressive personalities, yet mellowed out and became a force for good thanks to the positive influences of found families they joined (the Pelekai family and the Guardians of the Galaxy), as well as close friends they are protective of (Lilo and Groot), though they would still retain their snarky personalities. Both are skilled, agile fighters who have claws as their natural weapons, have heightened senses, use guns, pilot spaceships, and despite their appearances, are also incredibly intelligent. Both also became romantically entwined with a fellow genetic experiment (Angel and Lylla) and fought crazy, dark, rabbit-like aliens (Dark End and Blackjack O'Hare). Ironically, both had different reasons for why they were created (Stitch was created by Jumba to be a destroyer of worlds but became a relatively more peaceful creature who values his family over all else, while Rocket was created to be a caretaker on Halfworld but became the anti-hero member of the Guardians instead).
    • Both have also appeared in the Disney Infinity series, becoming playable characters in Disney Infinity 2.0.
