Electric boyes but they surf
This also has another connection specifically to my battles as both DC and Pokemon are in losing streaks which obviously will be broken by this match

Static, the bang baby metahuman
And Alolan Raichu, the Surge Surfing rat
He's Wiz and l'm Boomstick
And it's our duty to analyze their armor weapons and skills to find out who would win a Deathbattle
Static Shock[]
Dakota City, USA; where one Virgil Hawkins lives
But then convenient chemical explosion called "The Big Bang" incident left him with cool lightning powers!
Electromagnitism to be more precise
Since then he decided to fight crime in the city, on his free time
Prompting him to don the name Static
He can knock out the Joker who could survive being crushed by a bell
Measuring the fall distance, size, and damage of the bell; it must've landed with a force of 5 tons of TNT
He can keep up with Military planes!
The fastest of which can go up to speeds of 3,017 miles per hour
He can react to speeds of up to Mach 8
His force-field can tank nearly any punishment
Electricity is more versatile than I thought
He can lift up to 3.1 tons
Even higher with his magnetism powers
He can use magnetism to lift and throw objects, as well as magnetize people to walls and magnetize doors to keep them shut
Are the people he's sticking to walls made of metal?

Anyway, he can lift Helicopters which weight 16.1 tons (as stated in Captain America VS BOTW Link)
He can resist chemical stuff, like knock out gas
As well as mind control, both psychic and technological kinds
As well as being able to absorb and use electricity to boost his own power
When he does this his abilities are increased
Like when he thawed a huge block of ice with sheer power
In order to do that he must've exerted energy equal to 405 tons of TNT, holy shit
That's an 81 time power increase, which can easily plug into his other stats
Like bumping his speed up to a ridiculously fast 244,377 mph
Not bad for a some teenager who got hit with convenient superpower explosion #621
Eventually his actions led him to join the Justice League, and becoming one of it's most important members

But not many people know about Raichu, Pikachu's evolution
It's not as cute
But in the Alola Region, Raichu's evolved to have different powers, they developed psychic powers and surf on their tails
They weren't different enough to be considered their own species so they just called it Alohalian Raichu
...Alolan Raichu
These things are way tougher than Pikachu's
If we plug it's stats into Pikachu's who can strike with an average of about 206.2 tons of TNT (As determined in Rescue Team Pikachu VS Captain Toad) and looking at stats it's attack potency is nearly twice as powerful pitting it with an average striking power being up to 391.7 tons of TNT
And Stoked Sparksurfer will hit with a force of 2,043.2 tons of TNT!
Thought it can only be used once withing a set amount of time, lasting about the same amount as a battle
It can react up to speeds of 324,000 mph crazy fast!
And it's likely that it's fastest movement speed is around 270,000 mph
And physically lift up to 22.2 tons
And up to 28.1 tons psychically, and it's likely WAY higher
They can tank being with at least 350.5 tons of TNT
Yep, Alolan Raichu's are tough
What about it's ability?
It's ability is Surge Surfer which will double it's speed on electric terrain
Does that mean this little rat can reach speeds of 540,000 mph?!

What else can it do?
Well it's also a Psychic type meaning it doesn't have to rely purely on Electric attacks, it can attack with Psychic beams and waves
So it can give me Electro-therapy and normal therapy

Pre-Battle[]
Alright, with the combatants all set and the data run through all possibilities, let's end this debate once and for all
It's time for a Death battle!
Battle[]
From the sky there’s two streaks clashing into each other before seeing a side-view of Static and Alolan Raichu already fighting
Static: I’m gonna cook this giant rat
Raichu: Rai!
Static: Because- I- Wait! You only say your name!
A.Raichu: An electric ball forms in its tail and it spins and flings it at him
Static: Smacks it and it breaks
A.Raichu: Speed ahead to him with the spark trail
Static: Taking it
A.Raichu: Looks back confused
Static: Nice move rat, my turn! Flies upward and fires a huge ball of electricity
A.Raichu: Rai!? Hit off of it’s tail and starts falling
Static: Flies over to it and grabs its tail and flings it into the side of a building and speeds up
A.Raichu: Turns its tail to metal to lock him in
Static: What the-
A.Raichu: Uses it to rip him off his trash can lid and towards the ground
Static: Magnetically grabs the tail to pull it down with him
A. Raichu: Tugged down before being flung under Static
They both fall as Raichu can’t move it’s tail and it lands on the ground and Static lands on it and jumps off
Static: Catches his ride I’ll be taking this back
A.Raichu: Gets up as it’s eyes glow blue to psychically attack
Static: Nice try Runs up and knees it before electric punching its face and grabs its tail and flips around to slam it to the ground and forming a tesla coil with his own hands and puts the rats head between it
A.Raichu: Grins cause it’s being charged and flips around to smack his head with an iron tail before jumping back and landing on its tail and fires a psybeam
Static: Blocks it with his forcefield and flies forward punching it in the face and zooms off
A.Raichu: Almost fell off its tail and follows, quickly catching up before using thunder to snipe him off his lid
Static: Thrown off but now charged up and fires a massive electrical blast
A.Raichu: Gasps and flies under it
They both stare as Static grabs the floor to electrify it and Raichu uses electric terrain and they speed toward each other much faster than they were before and starts to brawl, huge spires of electricity go out the size of the nearby skyscrapers
A.Raichu: Uses light screen then uses electro ball
Static: It hits him much harder than before he then retaliates by launching a huge electric blast
A.Raichu: The lightscreen lessens the damage but it still hits incredibly hard blasting it away
Static keeps firing blasts charging power from the electric terrain, Raichu keeps getting hit hard by it
A.Raichu: Is suddenly enveloped in Z-power and decides to use it’s last resort and rockets forward
Static: Attempts to use his force field
A.Raichu: Hits it
Time appears to slow as the heart beat of both opponents sound off, with static being heard as the forcefield slowly breaks, as time returns to normal Raichu breaks clean through the field and into Static who screams in agony, lightning spewing from every oraphace, his scream is cut short as his torso explodes, the electric terrain wears off as Alolan Raichu Jumps off its tail
A.Raichu: RAI! Does a pose then gets back on it’s tail and speed away
Analysis[]
That was exhilarating!
This match was incredibly close, Static and Raichu had plenty of counters to each others powers
They could both absorb electricity
Though Static could absorb better
And Alolan Rai’s psychic attacks could be negated by Static’s resistances
Even their attack power is incredibly even
With only a difference of 1.03 times! In Static’s favor
Though Alolan Raichu could counter his power in just the right ways
At first Light Screen seems inferior to Static’s forcefield
Yet Light Screen was perfect for this, as it nerfs non-physcial attacks by around 40%
So if Static attacked with a force of 405 tons of TNT, Raichu would only need to tank a force of 243 tons of TNT
1.4 times below the most Alolan Raichu could take
But if Static can tank attacks from people of his level and Alolan Raichu has a lower striking power
Well Stoked Sparksurfer, which could only be used once still hits with a huge force, which might be able to break the force field by itself let alone boosted with Electric Terrain
But wouldn’t Static have a boost by Electric Terrain
Yes but not only would Alolan Raichu’s speed be doubled, making it’s speed advantage even bigger; at 2.2 times bigger if we’re using Static’s theorized peak, it’s power would be increased by 30% making Stoked Sparksurfer hit with a devastating force of 2656.1 tons of TNT
More than enough power to break Static’s defenses and deliver a killing blow
In shortened terms, while Static and Alolan Raichu are incredibly close, Raichu just had one attack to give it the edge
So Static was Chued up and spat out
The winner is Alolan Raichu
