Okay. Okay. All right, well, it's not like you leave me much of a choice. Get in the purse, Tippy-Toe. I guess I'm not joining anime club after all. I guess I'm just gonna have to go kick Galactus's butt instead.

Possible Opponents[]

History[]

Doreen Green was a teenager from from Los Angeles who had the ability to communicate with squirrels and instruct them to do stuff for her, as well as having the proportional strength of a squirrel. Though she isn't a mutant though she believed so. Calling herself Squirrel Girl, she attempted to convince Iron Man into making her his sidekick. Though she proved to have the stuff, Stark thought that she was too young, but would keep contact until she was older and wished to join the Avengers. Years later, Squirrel Girl ended up moving to the New York where she began her super heroine career while juggling college life at Empire State University.

Powers[]

  • Squirrel-like Speed makes Squirrel Girl virtually untouchable.
    • Super jumping and climbing abilities [1]
  • Squirrel Claws sharp enough to cut the strongest opponents.
  • Sizable Buck Teeth: which are strong enough to chew through wood?
  • Squirrely-Sense.
  • A nearly endless army of Squirrels that she can communicate with and command effortlessly.
    • Monkey Joe, Tippie Toes and Mr. Lieberman are her most elite squirrels.
  • Can glide using a 'flying squirrel suit' [2]
  • Prehensile Tail
  • Natural Nightvision
  • Squirrel-A-Gig Helicopter: capable of infiltrating Dr Doom's castle (a gift from Big Bertha)
  • Utility Belt: containing sacks for storing nuts (yes, they are called nut-sacks).
  • Skilled tactician; able to easily and instantly exploit enemy weaknesses, even when facing a relatively new opponent.
  • Possibly the most powerful Plot-Armor in fictional history.
  • Possesses knowledge of other Marvel characters through her collection of 'Iron Man Vs. Series battle cards' and the book 'Deadpool's guide to Super Villains'.
  • University major in computer sciences.
  • Saved Iron Man and later stole his armor: becoming IRON-SQUIRREL (Tippie Toe also got a suit, which is basically an Ironman glove and mask). [3]
  • Owns a 'Squirrel-Buster' [4]

Feats[]

  • Has yet to lose a single battle in all of her comic history.
  • Defeated Doctor Doom, MODOK, Wolverine, Deadpool, Spider-Man, Hawkeye, Juggernaut, Whiplash, Kraven the Hunter, Galactus, Ratatoskr, and more.
    • Defeated The Avengers (while they had moral constraints removed) in just 26 seconds.
    • Defeated Thanos (the comic declared it to be the official Thanos, but this was retconned to be a clone.)
  • Befriended Galactus while convincing him to spare Earth.
  • She traveled through time to the same moment so many times that she created an army of herself. [5]
  • Survived getting run over by two trains as she temporarily replaced a broken track with her body. [6]
  • Lifted Mjolnir: temporarily becoming Thor [7]

Flaws[]

  • Allene (Squirrel Girl's evil clone) was the most difficult opponent Squirrel Girl has ever faced. Squirrel Girl needed the power of Mjolnir and assistance from The Avengers to defeat her. Otherwise a duel against her would theoretically be a stalemate at best. [8]
  • Despite her feats, other heroes look down upon her.
  • Hibernates (she is part Squirrel after all) [9].
  • Was hypnotized by Mesmero (Ultimate Spiderman: Burrito Run)
  • Got infected by the Zombie plague (Marvel Zombies canon only). [10]
  • Doesn't actually control squirrels; she just kindly asks them to help her. They don't have to help her if they don't want to.
  • She does technically have one loss in an alternate canon: she was killed in the Vs. the Marvel Universe comics.

Trivia[]

  • Marvel.com officially lists all of Squirrel Girl's stats to be 7/7; basically being considered immeasurable in her power, speed, etc. This puts Squirrel Girl on par with The Living Tribunal and other high-tier gods. It should be noted however that this is probably a joke or referencing her Plot-Armor. [11]
  • In Wolverine #8: Emma Frost went into Wolverine's mind and found a room containing Wolverine's 'sexual fantasies'; which included Squirrel Girl. In the same comic series; the two have an implied dark history, yet have a friendly relationship otherwise.
  • Contrary to popular belief, she isn't a mutant.
