He cannot freeze the entire planet by himself, because for that he needs ice cream. Increasing his intelligence by reading books will cause his head to swell up. Patrick Needs to get the ice cream from an external source, he can be tricked to attack himself. However we don't need to mess with the Dumb but Crazy Dimwitted and Powerful Star of Nickelodeon!

Wiz: It also Makes his Body super strong if you can't tell, and this also Helped him defeat Bling-Bling Boy
Boomstick: And Most of his arsenals aren't food related as Johnny has his Turbo Action Backpack. A backpack designed to do whatever the owner tells it to. It has a built-in Shrink-ray, can turn into a car, give someone a bath, project holograms and movies, turn into a video game system and has a Jet-pack.
Wiz: Dukey can also use these arsenals as well, as it wouldn't make a difference.
Boomstick: These two have the Mind Controlling Collar and Mind Controlling Belts. A collar made to control minds.
*Popup: Susan and Mary used it to control Dukey. He did things like vacuuming the lab, going shopping with them, and pulling them in a rickshaw through the park. To get revenge, Johnny tricked Susan and Mary by making them wear belts he used to control their minds.*
Boomstick: They have the Fish Ray. A ray that rearranges the cells of the user's body to turn them into a fish, that will help them fight their undersea enemies.
*Popup: Just like real fish however, they can't breath on land. When used again it turns the user back to normal. It also has the ability of making fish survive on land. It has a slight man eating side effect.*
Wiz: And now we have saved the best for Last. Johnny X and Super Pooch!
Boomstick: As Johnny X, he wears a blue suit which has a red variant of his normally yellow hazard symbol and a blue cape. On his blue mask, he also has a orange fin on the top. He also wears orange gloves and boots. He can Shape-Shift, has Super Strength, Hurricane Hands, Power Poots signature attack and Heat Mode. Johnny uses the Power Poots to coat himself in flames. This heat could melt Brain Freezer's coldest ice settings.
Wiz: When in "SuperPooch" form, Dukey can fly and in the Third Season has shapeshifting powers, the ability to sense what others are doing, and the ability to teleport. He has the power to fly as a sidekick (to Johnny) but usually crashes when landing.
Boomstick: Johnny and Dukey have defeated Bling Bling Boy, Dark Vegan, Brain Freezer and their other enemies many times, Johnny (In his Johnny X form) Destroyed Porkbelly with his Hurricane Hand.
Wiz: Survived a 1 million Newton blast, Johnny became the victim of hate art on the internet back in 2013-Early 2016, Created a 200 Megaton explosion with his Power Poots, and survived with no harm done to him and has outsmarted his sisters, parents and villains more than one occasion.
Boomstick: Despite being very powerful both of them have weaknesses.
Wiz: Johnny is often lazy, a spoil brat, constantly is the one responsible for the problems of the day and heavily rely on his sisters' tech.
Boomstick: Johnny and Dukey, despite their flaws are an unstoppable duo and Cartoon Network and Teletoon's most powerful team!
Pre-Fight[]
First the fight happens in some Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network crossover between SpongeBob and Johnny Test, the episode was named Test for F.U.N.
We see Johnny Test was in his house in a morning, he was hungry and Dukey was hungry aswell.
Johnny Test: Hmmmm... I feel hungry... Wanna go to some place to eat, Dukey?
Dukey: Yeah, that sounds fine...
Johnny was driving a skateboard with Dukey on there aswell, and they founded the restaurant, Krusty Krab.
Johnny Test: This place looks amazing. We should enter on there.
Johnny joins and Dukey ends seeing alot of fishes.
Dukey: Hmmm... Johnny. Those guys are Fishes?
Johnny Test: Maybe...
Both of them was waiting eternal clitizens and Johnny was tired of waiting.
Johnny Test: Alright that's it!

Johnny decides to go pass the clitizens.

Both duos then was in fighting stands reading to fight
SpongeBob first shoots Bubbles to Johnny using his Bubble Blower, but Johnny quickly flies off them with his Jetpack, until suddenly Johnny ends catched in one, and SpongeBob uses his Karate Suit to Karate Chop Johnny down.
Both Patrick and Dukey was throwing blows and kicks blocking eachother in a Karate duel, until Patrick ends Karate Chopping Dukey hard outside the Krusty Krab.
SpongeBob then was slashing Johnny down of the restaurant aswell, Dukey teleports and smashes Patrick to a near building with a mallet.
Patrick Star: Oof...
Johnny then decides to took out the Atomic Earth Dozer.
Johnny Test: You'll like a taste of this!
Johnny starts to drill on SpongeBob however this makes SpongeBob turn into many SpongeBobs.
SpongeBob: You know what's better than a SpongeBob? 20 SPONGEBOBS!
SpongeBob was turned into 20 pieces.
Johnny Test: Oh no!
Johnny decides to use his Skateboard and run off the SpongeBobs wacking some with it and uses his Jetpack to throw alot of the SpongeBobs off a cliff cartoon-ishly but the main SpongeBob random-ishly tooks a Bomb which explodes blowing up Johnny's jetpack sending him down.
Patrick then is seen comedically throwing Watermelons towards Dukey which hurts him cartoon-ishly. However Dukey scared starts running off the watermelons.
Dukey: Well, this Starfish isn't really easy to defeat...
Johnny Test: I have a idea... Let's use the Super Strenght Milkshake!
Johnny uses this and both Johnny and Dukey drinks it buffing themselves.
SpongeBob and Patrick gets scared and runs off the Test duo until the Sea duo remembered they buffed themselves once.
SpongeBob: We should also buff ourselves Patrick!
Patrick: I agree.
Both buffs and then they started throwing blows angry inside a cartoon cloud and both was harmed cartoon-ishly and decided to end back in their usual forms.
Johnny then decides to use the Fish Ray shooting SpongeBob and Patrick who dodged until SpongeBob and Patrick uses their Jellyfish net sending Jellyfishes shocking Johnny and Dukey with both laughing.
Johnny then has a idea, he uses the Mind Controlling Collar and tries to mind control SpongeBob, however SpongeBob resisted he has resisted mind control before and Karate Chops the collar to pieces.
Johnny Test: Alright, this is time for... JOHNNY X!
Dukey: And time for Super Pooch!
Johnny turns into Johnny X and Dukey into Super Pooch.
SpongeBob: Well Patrick, it's time for Invincibubble!
Patrick: And time for Mr. Superawesomeness!
Both becomes in their super forms, Johnny and SpongeBob starts trading fists and Patrick throws Ice Creams to Dukey he dodges. Johnny and SpongeBob traded bubbles and hurricane hands until Johnny uses the Power Boots creating a explosion knocks down SpongeBob destroying a town. However SpongeBob gets up but the time limit of his form ran out.
SpongeBob: Oh oh...
Patrick: Oh no, what we can do now SpongeBob...?
SpongeBob: Well IT'S TIME TO BE A GOOFY GOOBER!
SpongeBob turns into his Goofy Goober form and Patrick into the Elastic Wasteband Patrick punches Johnny and Dukey with fists stretching and SpongeBob blasts Johnny and Dukey to ashes killing them.

SpongeBob and Patrick ends going to the Krusty Krab. they ends telling Mr. Krabs about the accident and he's glad that the fight stopped, however Johnny's friends ended feeling sad of Johnny and Dukey's death.

Anti-Sky: Wow they definitly proved to be the best friends there....
Deadpool: Well, physical attributes wasn't really a question. SpongeBob and Patrick's planetary and galactic feats was way above Johnny and Dukey's Town-ish feats, making SpongeBob and Patrick end being way stronger.
Mstt: They are also way faster with their Massively Faster than Light feats alone blitzing Johnny and Dukey's hypersonic speed.
Sans: Johnny and Dukey was smarter but that doesn't really help there, SpongeBob and Patrick are also better fighters and more experienced.
Dreamy Luigi: Yeah, SpongeBob and Patrick has also Toon Force and more potent arsenal, they most likely has most advantages there but smarts and maybe equal teamwork, considering how Johnny and Patrick messes Dukey and SpongeBob in troubles most of the time.
Boomstick: It seems Johnny and Dukey's worst trouble has been SpongeBob and Patrick's Krusty Krab.
