Wiz:Spider-Man,the friendly neighborhood wall-crawler from Marvel Comics...
Boomstick:And Rainbow Dash,the blue and rainbow speedster pegasus of My Little Pony.
Wiz:These two have fought and battled alongside magicians,mutants,and even gods in their past expierences and adventures but today will determine who comes out on top.
Boomstick:Along with being marketable toys aimed for children and adults alike! He's Wiz and I'm Boomstick.
Wiz:And it's our job to analyze their weapons, armor, and skills to find out who would win... a Death Battle.
Spider-Man[]
Wiz:Born to Richard and Mary Parker,who were later killed in a plane crash,Peter Parker was raised in Queens by his Aunt May and Uncle Ben. However,all that would eventually change once Peter reached High School.
Boomstick:However,during a science exhibition and field trip to Oscorp,Peter was then bitten by a radioactive spider,which would've realistically killed any other ordinary teenager but since this was comic books,he instead the typical abilitypool that most superheroes got. Super strength,speed,and agility,along with being able to climb walls like a real spider.
Wiz:But Peter initially used these powers at first for personal gain,being a wrestler and earning money until one day the robber Peter let escape killed his Uncle Ben and on that day Peter Parker would dawn his wrestler name and become...Spider-Man.
Boomstick:And Spidey's no chump when it comes to combat as he's strong enough to contend with the likes of Venom and Carnage,with Spidey even beating Carnage to a pulp when Normon Osborn was it's host. Peter can also fight against his dracula nemesis,Morlun who can take Wakandan vibranium core nuclear-tipped shells.
Wiz:But strength isn't what Spider-Man is well known for as his intelligence and strategy,having an IQ of 250,which is higher than both Albert Einstein and Stephen Hawking! In fact,Spider-Man is so intelligent that he was even able to disarm a bomb that Reed Richards and Iron Man had trouble with and had been held in high regards by Hank Pym,who's even stated he's smarter than himself.
Boomstick:But Peter's most iconic ability is his Spider-Sense along with his quick reflexes as the kid is able to keep up with common villains to cosmic heralds as he's fast enough to avoid Iron Man's repulsor blasts,Electro and Storm's electricity,Cyclops' Optic Blasts,and even keep dodge attacks from the Hulk and Silver Surfer! His Spider-Sense also allows Spider-Man ahead of time of incoming danger,even when blinded.
Wiz:But Peter isn't just known for his physicality alone,as he's made several of his equipment he currently uses whenever a new threat arises such as his trusty web-shooters which can even restrain the Thing,create web-shields,make web-lines to swing around New York,and even parachutes. Peter also has a different variety of webbing he can switch on command thanks to his Spider-Armor Mark 4 he created in Horizon Labs such as...

Boomstick:And during an event where Peter had encounter the Enigma Force,he had became the most popular host for Captain Universe,who's powered by the Uni-Power otherwise known as the Enigma Force letting him do all kinds of wacky cosmic shit!
Wiz:And as Captain Universe,he should be comparable to other powerful heralds in the Marvel Universe such as the Silver Surfer and the Hulk,who can channel the power of two seperate universes along with the Hulk being able to destroy a universe in his battle against the Nameless One! And with the Uni-Power,Peter can also move around 99% the speed of light and should power-scales to similar beings such as Thor,who can cross the universe in a short time period and Silver Surfer,who can fly 500,000 light years and react an move at a nanosecond.
Boomstick:But sadly,these powers would eventually leave Peter as he had already fulfilled his role with the Enigma Force however should the world need Captain Universe again,Peter will always be known as it's most famous wielder.
Wiz:But Peter still has some incredible drawbacks. For one,he sometimes never takes his fights seriously,always needing to drop a one-liner or a quip during battle. The Spider-Sense is also useless if his opponent has greater speed than him and certain drugs such as Mysterio's gas can tamper with it as well. And like actual spiders,Peter is vulnerable to Anti-Spider Pesticide Ethyl Chloride which Spider-Slayers have taken advantage of. His naivety also holds him back and lets his guard down on those he thinks are trustworthy.
Boomstick:Still though,wherever in the Marvel Universe,in every dimension there will always be a Spider-Man or Woman to swing into action if evil dares to threaten New York City but Peter Parker will always be the true Spider-Man.

Wiz:The land of Equestria is filled with different types of ponies ranging from Alicorns,Unicorns,Dragons,or just regular ponies. But the one's that are the fastest and are most skilled in flight are Pegasus. But the most iconic of them and with the most interest for aviation was Rainbow Dash.
Boomstick:Being a dropout in Flight School,Rainbow Dash initially was a Weather Manager in Ponyville until her dream of joining and becoming a Wonderbolts (basically the Strike Team of My Little Pony) came into action and eventually joined their group full time.
Wiz:It's also been stated by Princess Celestia herself and Rarity she is the best flier in all of Equestria as she's capable of keeping with Twilight Sparkle and even outspeeding in races and should be quicker than Unicorns,who's magic is capable of reaching the moon at 480590352 miles a second! And her speed isn't just her best attribute either.
Boomstick:When Rainbow Dash was just a filly,her Sonic Rainboom was capable of creating a massive explosion across Equestria,which given the distance the ring traveled and radius of the explosion would equate to 52.5 Teratons! And this is when she was young. Rainbow Dash is also durable enough to handle being in the epicenter of a snowball explosion that covered the entirety of Ponyville and can even survive her own pointblank Sonic Rainboom with no damage done to her.
Wiz:Rainbow Dash is also skilled in karate,being a black belt along with having excellent swordsmanship as shown in the IDW Comics. Along with being a Weather Manager she a vast array of different abilities and moves that relate to the weather such as...

Wiz:With the Elements of Harmony,Rainbow Dash is tough enough to contend with powerful reality warpers such as Discord,who's power can rip the very fabric of reality. This has also been proven when Pinkie Pie had his powers and said she could transform the entire cosmos!
Boomstick:And in the Equestria Girls movie,with five out of the six Elements of Harmony,Midnight Sparkle (essentially evil Twilight Sparkle) was going to destroy both the Equestria Girls and FIM universes and considering Rainbow Dash contributes her sixth of the defeats of the reality warping threats in the show,she should likely be on that level as well.
Wiz:Her Rainbow Power form also lets her fight beings such as Lord Tirek,who absorbed all the Alicorn Magic,including Princess Celestia's and Luna's,who both have been stated to have infinite destructive power,along with restoring power back to the rightful owners. Furthermore,she should be swifter than other magical beings like the Storm King,who can rotate the Sun at speeds reaching 6.71428571 miles a second!
Boomstick:Regardless of her impressive feats and firepower,she isn't without her weaknesses such as her arrogance and cockiness. Also,while techniques like the Double Rainboom can cause massive recoil,such as damaging her wings and furthermore,Rainbow Dash usually charges headfirst into battle without a strategy,making her a bit headstrong.
Wiz:Still,even with those faults,Rainbow Dash has proven herself to be the fastest flier in Equestria,with the exception of the Alicorns,and has proven herself worthy of being the Element of Loyalty,always there whenever her friends are in trouble.
Rainbow Dash:Danger's my middle name. Rainbow 'Danger' Dash.
Fight[]
In the sky above Ponyville,Rainbow Dash was seen flying up above,smiling to herself as today was beautiful and sunny day and everything seemed to be going fine until she heard screaming coming from the citizens of Ponyville and went to investigate the cause by flying down,only to see Spider-Man recently teleported,innocently holding his hands up in defense at the fleeing ponies due to his appearance.
Spider-Man:What? Is it something I said? And why do I feel like this is the world Wade's been telling me he's visited-
Rainbow Dash:Hey! Just where do you get off terrorizing innocent ponies?
Spider-Man then turned his attention and looks up to see Rainbow Dash staring him down from above before flying down to Spidey's level and landed on the ground.
Thinking Rainbow Dash mistook him for an invader,Spider-Man tried to explain.
Spider-Man:Now wait just a second! I didn't come here to invade your world-
However,before Peter could fully try to prove himself trustworthy,Rainbow Dash kicked Spider-Man using her back hooves,sending him into one of the bushes of a nearby building before getting back up.
Rainbow Dash:Save it for someone who's gullible! I'll make sure you won't ever lay foot in my town ever again!
Spider-Man:Alright then,all you want to do is fight? Then show me what you can do,hay breath!
FIGHT!
Rainbow Dash charges at Spider-Man but this time,the web-swinger was prepared and hits Rainbow Dash with rapid punches and kicks with one final kick making her slide back as she spat out a tooth but still stood her ground,wiping off some blood.
Rainbow Dash:Oh! It... is... on!
Rainbow Dash began flapping her wings,as Spider-Man's Spider-Sense went off as the pegasus began flying around and hitting Spider-Man in many different directions who was hit two times before creating a web-shield to block the other incoming blows before shooting a webline at Rainbow Dash before spinning around in the air and throwing her into Equestria,launching her into a fountain.
Spider-Man:Aaaaand she's out of bounds!
Spider-Man then began web-swinging from the buildings as Rainbow Dash saw this and immediately was quick to pursuit from behind using her flight to catch up to the wall-crawler,beginning to pursue on his path.
Rainbow Dash:Don't run away from me,bug boy!
Spider-Man:Actually,the correct term would be "spider" since they're actually arachnids,not insects-
Rainbow Dash interrupted Peter's correction as she landed an a sky uppercut on her foe's chin,sending Spidey into a cloud and Rainbow Dash repeatedly kicked it,causing Spider-Man to be hit with lightning,which caused him to scream from pain due to the electricity as he then began to plummet down below but not before using his webbing to a create parachutes to land safely.
Spider-Man:So,you like to play with electricity too,huh? Well then,this'll definitely put a shock into your system!
Spider-Man then fired several shots of webbing at Rainbow Dash from above,who past each of them with her speed as she was heading towards Peter's direction quickly with a mid-air charge before one blinded her sight briefly as Spider-Man then used his taser webbing,giving the Element of Loyalty a taste of her own medicine as she was stunned momentarily,as Peter began to rapidly attack the rainbowed- mane pony,staggering Rainbow Dash for a bit before she ripped off the webbing.
Spider-Man:Stings,doesn't it?
Rainbow Dash:Oh,I'll give you a sting alright! It'll be the BOMB!
Spider-Man's Spider-Sense goes off again as Rainbow Dash unleashed her Buccaneer Blaze attack,generating an electric explosion as Spider-Man web-swinged out of the way but it created a massive dust cloud that knocked Spidey off guard,sending him into a dark alleyway of a building.
Realizing her opponent was seemingly gone and that Spider-Man likely survived her attack,she double checked by forming into a tornado using her Toraindo technique and searching to where Spider-Man was from the sky.
Rainbow Dash:Come on...where'd he go?
From afar,we see Spider-Man was secretly watching Rainbow Dash from the dust they made in their battle as he then reappeared in his Spider-Armor Mark 4 and kicked Rainbow Dash in the face,throwing her off guard.
Spider-Man:Suprise!
Using the surronding dust that clouded the area,Spider-Man then began several shots of webbing from different directions at Rainbow Dash,however this was the Concrete Webbing holding her in place up until her head,which dried quickly.
Spider-Man:Had enough,Skittles? You seem a little stuck at the moment!
Rainbow Dash:Oh,you won't be saying that once I blow you away with THIS!
Suddenly,lightning immediately zapped where the concrete was holding Rainbow Dash as then began rapidly flapping her wings,causing a huge spur of wind to knock the webslinger off his balance as he shot a webline at a building to keep himself from being blown away from the blue pegasus until Rainbow Dash flies around Peter multiple times,creating a tornado strong enough to break the webline and trap Spider-Man in,as Rainbow Dash kicks him multiple times before one final attack with her back hooves sends Spidey into Canterlot.
Spider-Man then quickly gets back but groans due to the distance and power Rainbow Dash struck with as she to where the wallcrawler was and immediately looked at her surrondings as she was in Canterlot until she was interrupted as Spider-Man fired several acid webbing shots where Rainbow Dash was standing,causing her to fall to her supposed demise as Peter began walking away.
Spider-Man:Now to figure how to get back to where I was...
However,a light starts emitting from below the hole of the broken floor as Rainbow Dash reappeared now wielding her Element of Loyalty on her neck and her eyes glowing white.
Rainbow Dash:You're not going anywhere!
Spider-Man then noticed his opponent's power rising and decided to set his sensors to detect magical energy from Rainbow Dash,finding her power to be increasingly high.
Spider-Man:Oh boy,that's not good...
Spider-Man then shot several exploding Spider-Tracers from his forearms,which all were blocked by Rainbow Dash's forcefield as she then fired several rainbows his way,only for him to barely dodge them with his reflexes until he tried to punch Rainbow Dash,only for the forcefield she had to push him painfully to the floor,as he was thrown out of Canterlot,creating Expanding Web-Foam to cushion his fall as he held his head in pain.
Spider-Man:Note to self:Never punch a forcefield generated by a magical pegasus...or any forcefield period.
Rainbow Dash then flew down to her nearly fallen opponent as rapid speeds even his Spider-Sense couldn't comprehend as an uppercut struck him by suprise before several back hoove strikes hit him,left and right before Rainbow Dash spiked Spider-Man downwards,creating a crater as rubble burried him.
Rainbow Dash:Now go!
However,a cosmic surge of energy erupted beneath the rubble Peter was in as Rainbow Dash was shocked to Spider-Man break out of the rubble but as Captain Universe now.
Rainbow Dash:What?! How?
Spider-Man:You know,you're not the only who secretly borrows hidden celestial power from an alternate source...or being in my case. Captain Universe to be exact.
Spider-Man then created a bat out of webbing but this webbing was adamantium he created using his matter manipulation and he swung at the magically powered Element of Harmony,sending Rainbow Dash into Canterlot,which collapsed from the blow.
Spider-Man:Yourrrrrrrrr out!
Rainbow Dash's body was bruised and damaged as she then noticed her Rainbow Chest nearby and quickly ran to it.
Rainbow Dash:I have no choice! Ponyville will be in pieces if I let this pest wreck everything in sight!
Suddenly,from the rubble of Canterlot,a streak of rainbow light emerged and Rainbow Dash was now in her Rainbow Power form and flew up to where her opponent was floating.
Rainbow Dash:Playtime's over,Captain Constellation! Give up while you still can!
Spider-Man:It's actually Captain Universe,FYI and seriously more rainbows? Talk about a lack of originality.
Rainbow Dash then began manipulating the weather of Ponyville to be more stormy and rainy,sending several lightning bolts towards the Cosmic Spider-Man,who was quick to avoid them with his flight before firing several energy blasts from his hands towards the Rainbow Powered Pony,who immediately blocks them with her magicial forcefield as the two clash blows with each other,flying higher and higher until they reach outer space.
Rainbow Dash:Originality? I'll make sure this next move leaves you STONE cold.
Spider-Man:Look,if we're going to have banter in the middle of our battle,you have got to get better material.
Spider-Man then noticed several meteoroids in the middle of space and began creating a web construct of a giant hand and started throwing several toward Rainbow Dash's direction,who destroyed them all in a charge that created a rainbow streak before grabbing Peter by his neck,slowly turning him into stone in an attempt to imprison the wallcrawler.
Rainbow Dash:Had enough?
Spider-Man:With great power...must also come great responsibility...I won't lose!
Spider-Man then unleashes a burst of energy breaking out of the stone before punching Rainbow Dash into the moon,creating a massive crater where she layed in.
Rainbow Dash:I swear,by the power of Celestia and my friends,you will be defeated!
Rainbow Dash then knew what she had to do and began flying around Spider-Man,engulfing him in a rainbow tornado as she began preforming a spinning throw,sending the wallcrawler back down into Equestria,as he then began charging a powerful energy blasts from both of his hands before Rainbow Dash started preforming her ultimate attack:the Sonic Double Rainboom as a rainbow streak from space could be see coming rapidly.
Spider-Man:This...
Rainbow Dash:is....
Both:...OVER!
A gigantic beam of cosmic energy coming from both of Captain Universe's hands collided with Rainbow Dash's Sonic Double Rainboom as the resulting explosion from both attacks colliding,create a shockwave throughout Ponyville,as Rainbow Dash shouts as she is being disintegrated from her molecular structure as the screen goes white. Spider-Man's eyes close as he appears lifeless from the clash until he holds his head as he gets back albeit a bit dirtied as he sees Rainbow Dash remaining particles fly off into the wind.
Spider-Man is left to deal with the aftermath of the destroyed Ponyville.

Boomstick:Holy shit! Now that's some violence they don't show on TV!
Wiz:While Rainbow Dash initially had the edge when it came to range and area control due to her being able to manipulate the weather and the mobility advantage since she could fly,as well as the strength and durability,once thingsstarted picking up and both combatants tapped into more of their forms,that's where her advantages started disappearing.
Boomstick:It also didn't help that Spidey's greater expierence meant he's fought foes with similar fighting patterns to Rainbow Dash,such as the Vulture and Electro,who both have the ability to fly and shoot electricity,meaning Rainbow Dash wasn't exactly hundred percent new to Spider-Man.
Wiz:And although Rainbow Dash's greatest known attribute is her speed,Spider-Man was actually much faster than the two,as he's capable of outspeeding the Hulk,who's can keep up with other heralds like the Silver Surfer and Thor,who can move and fly faster than the speed of light! It also didn't help that the Spider-Sense alerts Peter of incoming danger and considering one of the ways the Spider-Sense can be considered useless if Spider-Man's opponent is much faster and since Rainbow Dash's fastest scaling is reacting to magic hitting the moon,it was unlikely she could get any impactful hits in.
Boomstick:The webhead was also much smarter and more skilled when it came to combat and smarts,since Spider-Man's been stated to be Hank Pym's superior and has an IQ of 250 along with being trained by Captain America and Shang Chi in the Way of the Spider while Rainbow Dash is only skilled in Karate and usually charges headfirst into battle without a strategy. However,the true fight was between the Enigma Force and the Rainbow Power.
Wiz:Suprisingly,both of their of their power was pretty similar as both were comparable to Multi-Universe beings that could channel and contain the power of two universes along with being to rip the very fabric of reality. The difference being Captain Universe's abilities were far more superior and effective for all types of enemies,not just the evil.
Boomstick:Yeah,magical forcefields,banishing others and turning people into stone sounds good on picture but as shown in the show,the Elements of Harmony have only shown to be effective on evil forces or those opposing harmony. That's not saying they couldn't work on forces of good but their mainly effective and used on the villains.
Wiz:And Captain Universe had plenty of ways to handle Rainbow Dash whether it be sensing her with his cosmic awareness,releasing energy blasts from his hands,eyes,or fingers,or just rearranging her molecules into glass or a different material to bypass her durability as well as stronger webbing that can easily restrain the Element of Loyalty.
Boomstick:And to add insult to injury,Peter's speed and senses are enhanced while as Captain Universe,and should scale again to heralds like Thor and the Surfer that can cross the universe and move 500,000 light years! So even in their super forms,Spider-Man was still swift for the pegasus to land any impactful damage.
Wiz:Rainbow Dash was quite the competition for Peter to handle,with her weather manipulation and flight being able to control the battlefield,she was sure to give the webslinger a good run for his money but Spider-Man's greater speed,smarts,versatility,skill,and experience were enough to come in the end.
Boomstick:I guess you can say Rainbow Dash almost winged it but Spidey out arachDID her.
Wiz:The winner is Spider-Man.
