Death Battle Info[]

Background[]

  • Height: 0.8m/2.6ft
  • Weight: ~60kg
  • Gender: Identifies as Male
  • IQ: 3,000
  • Residence: A pocket dimension containing his workshop
  • Composition: Lightsteel
  • Species: Robot
  • Mary Sue Score: 23
  • Born in late 2017
  • Literally & figuratively an oddball

Powers & Abilities[]

  • Melee combat consisting of punches, drop kicks, grabs/throws, flurry punches, & arm spinning
  • Can shoot laser eyes
  • Can launch himself like a cannonball similar to Sonic the Hedgehog
  • Hammerspace: Can hold all kinds of things in his body, even though there's no room for it
  • Body control
    • Can change his feet to roller skates for increased speed
    • Can change his feet to treads to travel unstable ground or rough terrain
    • Can change his feet to pillows to silence his steps
    • Can change his hands into drills or construction tools
    • Can pull in his limbs to roll around
    • Can morph his arms into barriers
    • Stretchy limbs used for reaching things at a distance, taking large steps, or seeing eye to eye with a large person
  • Can scan & analyze things to gather information on them. This lets him spot weaknesses, vulnerabilities, inner workings, & maybe even emotions. Also works as night vision.
  • Can summon creations from his workshop from virtually any location via inter-dimensional portals. He brings them in using the Master Controller or his Oil Can (shown below).
  • Can pilot the numerous vehicles he's made.
  • Surprisingly good at weapon-based combat.
  • Will use whatever he finds as a weapon if need be.
  • Genius intelligence he uses to build complex machines.
  • God Powers: Under the MOST serious & personal of circumstances, Sphere Robot can ascend to Vrokorta's level of power, gaining all his strength & abilities. Because Sphere Robot is an extension of Vrokorta's self, he possesses his potential, & simply needs something to trigger it. In this form, he can destroy & repair the entire multiverse. Once the form has served its purpose, Sphere Robot reverts to normal & forgets the entire happening, keeping him from accessing the form again easily. Will almost never show up in a Death Battle.

Equipment[]

  • Master Controller: A controller that controls Sphere Robot's creations from inter-dimensional distances. Can use this to bring them from his workshop, or control them from outside the pilot seat.
  • Oil Can: An endless can of oil Sphere Robot uses to draw portals in the air. Can be used to avoid attacks, or make a tactical retreat.
  • Mini Spheres: An army of 1cm tall Sphere Robots that Sphere Robot holds in his body. They charge enemies & attack them at "too close for comfort" range. Each one possesses tiny versions of the Sphere Robot's basic abilities. Good for tiny, sneaky sabotage & hacking.
  • Spare Limbs: After losing his limbs several times, he started carrying spares.
  • Key of Sealing: A mighty weapon given to him by Vrokorta. It's use heavily depends on the story, which means Vrokorta would need to allow certain uses. However it does have some uses without Vrokorta's allowance. Because of the particular usage of he Key, it'll likely only ever use the "Without Allowance" abilities in a Death Battle.
    • Without Vrokorta's Allowance: Can create giant forcefields strong enough to hold back kaiju & nukes. Once shattered the ground for miles by "unsealing" it. Can halt/limit movement.
    • With Vrokorta's Allowance: Can limit or change thoughts, abilities, & movement so characters don't screw up the story. Can banish foes to another dimension to end an overly persistent villain's attack.

  • Bombs: Cartoony bombs that explode shortly after being thrown. (Standard)
  • Spiked Flails: An assortment of flails Sphere Robot uses for extended melee combat. (Standard)
  • Shoulder Cannon: A retractable, shoulder-mounted cannon hidden in his shoulder. As in like a boat cannon that pirates use. (Standard)
  • Missile Launcher: A retractable launcher with a missile in it. Can be ejected from Sphere Robot's back before firing. Only has 5 shots. (Standard)
  • Laser Sword: A metal hilt capable of ejecting a 4 meter long energy blade capable of cutting through metal via heat. (Standard)
  • Reflector Oil: It's literally just oil, but it reflects just about anything that hits it. Can be thrown/splashed outward to reflect projectiles, or poured over himself to protect himself. Can still be burned by fire, one of the few things it doesn't quite reflect.
  • Limb Boosters: A set of larger, stronger limbs that attach to Sphere Robot's normal limbs. Comes with enhanced energy blasts. (Standard)
  • Anime Sword: A 5 meter long flaming sword that Sphere Robot stores in his body via hammerspace. A bit awkward to wield, but also hard to approach. Takes 2 whole seconds to come out of his body due to its sheer length, which leaves him open. Avoids using this in populated areas so he doesn't hurt innocents.
    • Quad Mowers: Wields a pair of mower blades on each limb. The two in his hands can be spun to cut foes at close range, & the ones on his feet let him hover above the ground.
    • Doublimbs: An extra pair of arms & legs that attach to his limbs. This increases his versatility, agility, dexterity, & DPS.
    • Meteor Strikers: Limb enhancements that provide Sphere Robot with the speed, strength, & flight of a meteor.
    • Limb Morphers: Morphable limb attachments that modify Sphere Robot's capabilities. Possible morphs include stronger fists, jet feet, energy cannons, monster claws, and even copying the traits of others.
    • Snow Shovel X5: A giant snow shovel made by fusing 5 snow shovels side-by-side (though it only has one handle). Can hit people in wide sweeping motions. Can also be used to form a dome by spinning it around himself at FTE speeds, or used as a drill be properly angling it & spinning it.
    • Electro Cracklers: A pair of rods tipped with balls of electricity. Each ball is surrounded by 4 conductors. By holding down one of the two buttons on either rod, their respective conductors will spin to generate more electricity. Said electricity can be fired at range as orbs or chain lightning, or used up close to shock the opponent. Pressing the other button will cause them to spin in reverse to absorb electricity indefinitely.
    • Dual Duelers: A helmet with arm attachments. The helmet connects to the wearer's mind & projects whatever weapon they want into their hands, allowing for amazing variety in possibilities of use that vary from user to user. Destroying/Damaging the helmet will deactivate the weapons.
    • Vary Gauntlets: Mechanical gauntlets with large wrists containing special matter. This matter can materialize into just about anything, allowing Sphere Robot a wide variety of projectiles (water, plasma, chickens, etc.). However, it's limited by ammo, so he might not be able to make something of great size or density. Even if he could, it'd drain his ammo very quickly. Of course, this ammo limit also keeps him from spamming projectiles throughout battle.

  • Monster Buggy: A small buggy with large wheels.
  • Sword Tank: A small tank that can drive in any direction, including up walls & on ceilings. Has a piston in the bottom that lets it jump as well. Comes equipped with a long, posable arm wielding a sword. Sword can heat itself up to melt through other swords, or open up to fire plasma blasts, though he avoids using these in good ol' fashion sword fights for fairness, unless the enemy NEEDS to be beaten.
  • Sphere Squadroon: A team of mechs that can be piloted, controlled remotely, or function through AI (the most common use).
    • Steampunk Sphere: A 5m tall steampunk styled Sphere Robot. Hits hard & fast via pistons, & holds up surprisingly well heedless of its outdated technology. Can create smoke screens via steam (or "steam screen" if you will), fly via steam jetpacks, & fire gunshots from its hands. Immune to certain forms of machine control since it doesn't run on electricity. Has limited water, coal, & bullets.
    • Sphere Brawler: A 5m tall white version of the Sphere Robot that can be piloted like a mech (though it comes with AI). Surprisingly agile for its size, & skilled in martial arts. Possesses all of Sphere Robot's basic weapons. Overall better than the Steampunk Sphere thanks to its superior technology.
    • Sphere Buccaneer: A 5m tall Sphere Robot dressed like a pirate. Wields a flintlock & cutlass. After draining half his stamina, it grows a number of tentacles, & its mouth rips open to reveal a beak, becoming the "Sphere Kraken".
    • Sphere Mecha: A 15m tall humanoid mech equipped with large fists & machine guns. Also possesses jet thrusters, rocket fists, lasers, & missiles. Stronger & heavier than Sphere Brawler, but slower & less agile.
  • Sphere Kaiju: A 100m tall black version of the Sphere Robot with sharp teeth. Can be piloted like a mech. Has kaiju sized versions of the Sphere Robot's attacks, can lay waste to cities, jump hundreds of meters into the air, cause earthquakes, break mountains, & tow islands. Has a long tail ending in two ax blades, & bladed arms. This vehicle isn't used against weaker enemies for the sake of fairness.
  • Stealth Ship: A a super stealthy ship capable of invisibility, lowering its heat, & moving soundlessly. It can also attack soundlessly with stealth missiles & stealth lasers.
  • Sphere Warship: A 600m tall battleship shaped like Sphere Robot's head. Possesses lasers, missiles, nukes, a tractor beam, & 4 extendable arms equipped with drills. Also serves as an aircraft carrier that can release other vehicles to assist him.
  • The Ultimate Prize: A giant airship with infinite 4-Dimensional power. Can do pretty much anything, but Sphere Robot never uses it, for the sake of fairness. Can duplicate itself an infinite number of times, then fuse with all of the infinite clones, becoming the "Ultimate Ultimate Prize" (more of a desperate, last ditch move).

  • Matter Morpher: A helmet that allows the wearer to alter their atomic structure. Was once used to turn the user into electricity so they could follow an electric current.
  • Translator: A pair of headphones with a mic, connected to a tablet with a satellite, connected to a loudspeaker. The loudspeaker catches sound, the tablet translates it, & Sphere Robot hears the words in his chosen language through the headphones. The mic takes his voice, sends it to the tablet, & translates it to his chosen language before sending it out of the loudspeaker. The tablet allows him to scan his surroundings so he knows what language to translate to/from, as well as choose which language he's going to translate.

  • Tactics/Examples[]

    • Is not above striking between the legs.
    • If facing more than one opponent, he'll summon an invention to hold them off while he takes on the main threat (or have the mech handle the bigger threat).
    • Uses the Vary Gauntlets to shoot rubber that restricts electricity manipulation & absorption.
    • Used the Vary Gauntlets to create a large floating magnet that pulled in all metal for 20-30 meters in all directions to disarm a group of aliens.
    • When facing an enemy that can travel through electricity in a room made of electricity, he created a stone floor under them to restrict their movement.
    • Will use the Dual Duelers to create magnets that'll disrupt electricity and magnetism manipulators.
    • To defeat a multiversal demon, he got the Voidoceros (another OC) & Ultimate Prize to distract him. Then, caught him off guard with his friend using King Midas' crown to turn the demon to gold for a short time. This was followed by the Voidoceros dismantling the demon on a molecular scale before Sphere Robot used his Oil Can to send every molecule to a different dimension. However, this only weakened the demon, as he transferred his consciousness to an alien tripod.

    Feats[]

Due to some changes I'm making, Sphere Robot's feats will be broken up "Canon" (from HIS stories) or "Noncanon" (from Imagining Time or some other story).

    Sphere Robot[]

    • Defeated a small army of robots single-handedly. (Canon)
    • Ripped out a building sized robot's ankle. (Canon)
    • Using his Limb Boosters, he traded blows with Oddthree, who can fracture trees & rip out pieces of the ground. (Canon)
    • Traded blows with the IMP (my brother's OC), who defeated Dan Hibiki. (Noncanon)
    • Tamed a Robot T-Rex. (Canon)
    • Flipped a portion of the ground like a carpet. (Noncanon)
    • Carried his arm barrier when it was several meters tall & wide. (Noncanon)
    • Has taken hits from a Voidoceros, which is basically a rhino from the void that can dismantle robots. (Noncanon)
    • Survived a punch that knocked a large UFO out of the air. (Noncanon)
    • Rolled to a city in a short time. (Canon)
    • Dodged lasers. (Canon)
    • Kept up with Razit, who jumped an interplanetary distance. (Canon)
    • Survived being smashed through a building. (Canon)

    Key of Sealing[]

These feats are Noncanon until further notice.

    • Changed Kirby Mario's mindset so he'd stop getting distracted from the story. (Vrok's help)
    • Shattered the ground for miles. (Self)
    • Made a forcefield large & strong enough to hold a kaiju known as Xargus. (Self)
    • Also made a forcefield that protected Station Square from a barrage of nukes. (Self)
    • Banished a multiversal demon known as Torn just to end the story. (Vrok's help)

    Steampunk Sphere[]

    • Tore apart a train robot by unloading all of its bullets in just the right spots. (Noncanon)
    • Reacted to electricity. (Noncanon)

    Sphere Kaiju[]

    • Survived all the clouds in the sky coming down on him at once, & threw them back into place, roughly 2km in the air. (Noncanon)
    • Towed an island. (Noncanon)

    Faults[]

    • Can be clumsy & incompetent heedless of his vast intelligence.
    • Once blew himself up cause he was trying to prove that he could be trusted.
      • Also got himself blown up when tricking enemies into blowing up a laser.
    • Lost his limbs on multiple occasions.
    • Key of Sealing can only seal one thing at a time, & needs to unseal before it can seal again. This only applies when the Key of Sealing is left in the sealed object/character, which doesn't occur with banishment, unsealing, or resealing.

    Trivia[]

    • The Ultimate Prize was originally going to be the prize for an Object Show, but it was too OP, so Vrokorta repurposed it.
    • Snow Shovel X5 is a parody of Shoutmon X5.
    • A lot of Sphere Robot's inventions are odd & unconventional. The reason for this is that he has an "outside the box" kind of thinking that leads to experimental inventions that show great variety. With few people living with him, there's almost no one around to convince him to make something more conventional, so he doesn't. On top of that, he takes pride & joy in these weird inventions of his, especially when they perform well or come in handy. There's also the fact that these are just cool ideas that popped into my head & I added them rather than being properly established equipment.
    • Sphere Robot was originally a character from "Imagining Time", a series of made-up scenarios involving me & my brother's favorite fictional worlds, & the characters we made up to go with it. However, I wanted to make Sphere Robot an independent series, resulting in a lot of changes & things getting overhauled. While his feats from Imagining Time aren't entirely unusable, they often involved fanon to canon scaling, & thus can't be used.
