Spectre is one of the many specialist from the video games, Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, whose very existence is highly classified.

Biography[]
As stated by Call of Duty: Black Ops 3-
"Next to nothing is known about the presumed wet-works Specialist, Spectre. The designation itself is a codename agreed upon by the various agencies that have pooled their intelligence on unsolved assassinations, inferring his or her existence based on either evidence found at the scene or from fragmentary reports given by shaken bystanders. Despite heavy redaction, all accounts suggest an individual capable of extraordinary stealth, able to evade or neutralize the most sophisticated of manned or automated security set-ups. In every case, Spectre’s victims have been ‘handled’ with surgically precise mid-line wounds with rarely any signs of struggle."
Uses any weapon that the player would give him. His standard equipment involve Active Camo, which renders him nearly invisible for a short duration of time, and the Ripper, a monomolecular twin-blade used in close quarters. Mono-edged weapons can cut into almost anything but not through, depending on the thickness of the material. Spectre seems to lunge a good distance when using the Ripper but will only lunge if there is a red X highlighting his opponents.
Spectre is one of the only specialists in Black Ops 3 to not have any cybernetic enhancement due to the fact that he is a genetically enhanced person made to be perfect in every way.
He is capable of going toe to toe with cybernetically enhanced soldiers as well as combat robots and come out on top no problem.
Spectre also, somehow, conceals a katana called the "Path of Sorrows" a storied blade with a matchless pedigree, to which Spectre wields with great proficiency.
