Slenderman Mythos vs. Trevor Henderson Mythos. The most infamous and popular monsters Creepypasta has to offer.

Introduction[]

Wiz: The internet is a sprawling catalogue of stories designed to both terrify and entertain. We call these works creeypastas.

Boomstick: Hard to believe I thought they were a kind of spaghetti once. And a good creepypasta always needs an iconic monster to empower its legend.

Wiz: Like Slenderman, created by Victor Surge.

Boomstick: And Siren Head from Trevor Henderson's universe. He's Wiz and I'm Boomstick.

Wiz: And it's our job to analyze their weapons, armor and skills to find out who would win a Death Battle.

Slenderman[]

Wiz: It all began with a photograph posted on Something Awful Internet Forum. A photograph edited to show a mysterious figure lurking behind a group of children and a single message.

Boomstick: "We didn't want to go, we didn't want to kill them, but its persistent silence and outstretched arms horrified and comforted us at the same time…". Exactly the kind of ominous message you would expect on a forum literally called Something Awful.

Wiz: And something awful this photograph showed as well, for it was the first image featuring what would later become known as Slenderman.

  • Background
    • AKA The Administrator, The Operator, The Tall Man, The Man in the Suit
    • Age: Over 11,000 years
    • Height: 7'0
    • Inspired the Enderman
    • Created by Victor Surge

Boomstick: Something Awful he may be, but you have to admit, he's one crisp dresser. Just look at that suit he's rocking.

Wiz: Ever since the introduction of Slenderman by one Victor Surge, there have been many, many different interpretations of the character over the years, each one often regarded as a modern day boogeyman.

Boomstick: One version is a monster that hunts down camera crews. Another is determined to make sure someone is unable to find all his Baldi's Basic notes. And nothing is just a direct rip from Samsara from the Ring.

Wiz: One of the things to remain consistent however, throughout any incarnation of Slenderman, is that he's an omen of great tragedy, if not the direct inciter. The original story was that shortly after the first recorded sighting, 14 children vanished off the face of the earth. A week later, a library burned down.

Boomstick: Which isn't really as bad as some children getting kidnapped by a monster with tentacles perfect for doing the worst of all anime genres.

  • Powers and Abilities
    • Tentacles
    • Teleportation
    • Slender Stare
    • Slender Sickness
    • Technopathy
    • Mind Control
    • Invisibility
    • Spatial warping
    • Fire control
    • Poisonous Aura

Wiz: These extra-appendages sprout from the Slenderman's shoulders, serving as his means of grapping his unfortunate victims and bringing them into his clutches.

Boomstick: It's even said they can work their way through time and space, so they are real hard to avoid. Which is why it's best to stay out of Slenderman's path altogether.

Wiz: Easier said than done however, since Slenderman appears to be able to teleport vast distances to close in on his prey, and that's when eye-witness accounts don't claim he's able to bend the fabric of reality to create his own personal playground to torture his victims without end.

Boomstick: And trust us when we say you do not want to be on that end, because Slenderman can also turn invisible. Hard to believe something so tall and pale can sneak up on someone.

Wiz: Manipulating the minds and memories of others is also another ability of Slenderman, as is messing with electronic devices with his mere presence. But these are often used to soften up his victims with his fridge factor before he comes at them with his true signature techniques.

Boomstick: The first of these is the Slender Stare, which is the Creepypasta version of Ghost Rider's Penance Stare. Just catch a glimpse of Slenderman's face when this is in effect is enough to instantly kill someone. But if Slender is feeling particularly lazy, or just unwilling to wrinkle his dapper suit, he emits the Slender Sickness.

Wiz: When someone gets caught in this supernatural wave, they will experience intense nausea and internal bleeding to the point of death.

Popup: An alternate version of the Slender Sickness is called the Sigma Radiation.

Boomstick: Slenderman's Aura is also capable of inflicting sleepiness and the effects of containments, like radiation and poison, so going anywhere near Slenderman is either gonna turn you into a doctor's worst nightmare or a funeral director's next paycheck.

  • Feats
    • Spread his tendrils over most of an island
    • Killed/abducted numerous people
    • Manipulated the EverymanHYBRID crew most of their lives
    • Moved faster than eyesight
    • Caused the Dimensional Bleeding
    • Fought Ben Browned, Sonic.exe, Jeff the Killer

Wiz: Or both for any therapist, and it doesn't stop there. If one person knows about Slenderman and they come into contact with others, he can use them as a means of sustenance. It's like a disease of sorts.

Boomstick: That was when the Slenderman was cast as the Administrator in the Marble Hornets series, the direct parallel to my series Limestone Bees.

Wiz: Ever since his introduction, the Slenderman has been reimagined and characterized many times over, often bringing him into conflict with other Creepypasta legends such as Sonic.exe and Jeff the Killer.

Boomstick: In one encounter, Slenderman moved so fast that Jeff couldn't keep track of him, essentially moving too fast to be seen.

Wiz: To move that fast, Slenderman would to clock in at speeds of 76 to 380 miles per hour. Another version of the character, Windigo, was even able to dodge bullets.

Boomstick: There's even a version of Slenderman that caused the Dimensional Bleeding, an event that damages the space-time of numerous other universes, and another that exists outside of the physical world.

Wiz: There are few ways to combat Slenderman, but one method is to avoid looking directly at him.

Boomstick: A mirror often does the job and in spite of his teleportation, the Slenderman can be outpaced and snuck around. But such a strategy is hard to make use of when your nerves are fried from the presence of the Tall Man.

Wiz: The Slenderman is truly a terrifying being.

Siren Head[]

Wiz: The Trevor Henderson Mythos is home to many horrific Creepypasta creature, each one labelled as a cryptid.

Boomstick: There's Cartoon Cat, the Man with the Upside-Down Face, Good Boy and the Bridge Worms.

Wiz: Many of these creatures are said to have originated from a void, including one that is said to have first been sited rising out of a graveyard, as tall as a telephone post and bearing a siren for a head; the apply-named Siren Head.

  • Background
    • Age: 44,000 years
    • Height: 40ft
    • Species: Cryptid
    • Broadcasts white noise when asleep
    • Archenemy of Long Horse
    • Isn't classified as an SCP

Boomstick: In a world of creatures that are given all sorts of weird titles, Siren Head holds the role of being "the patron saint of going missing without a trace, of creeping dread, of bad things coming".

Wiz: Hrr...creepy. And Siren Head's physiology is just as macabre.

Boomstick: If the name wasn't a big enough give away, Siren Head has, well, a siren for a head.

Wiz: It's lower body appears to be that of a elongated mummified corpse, standing at a whopping 40 feet tall.

Boomstick: At that height, you have to wander just how the hell it's so damn good at hiding itself.

Wiz: Well, unless you were looking for Siren Head, you wouldn't be able to really spot him on your first go, because he is an expert at blending into the environment, especially at night, thanks to his near silent disposition and ability to change his skin color. He can even made himself appear as a series of pipes if needed.

  • Powers and Abilities
    • Superhuman attributes
    • Sound manipulation
    • Camouflage
    • Surface scaling
    • Technology manipulation
    • Aura
      • Causes bad luck, reality warping and ailments

Boomstick: Siren Head is always quiet however, making use of that signature head of his by often mimicking the voices of other people to lure in unsuspecting victims. Or, and here's the really gnarly bit, he can apparently produce sound so intensely loud it can pop the listener's eyes and eardrums. And I though my headphones made my ears ring.

Wiz: Befitting his size, Siren Head is also considered to be a very powerful physical threat and fast enough to keep pace with a speeding car and appears to possess a special sense, allowing him to "see" even without any eyes. And no, it's not with echolocation, this sense is supernatural.

Boomstick: As is Siren Head's ability to control other forms of technology. And his Aura.

Wiz: Scaling to other creatures in Trevor Henderson's universe, as he himself has claimed, then this Aura should be capable of causing bad luck, warping reality and inflicting others with ailments.

Boomstick: And if a giant corpse with a siren for a head stalking you wasn't bad enough, Siren Head can also climb walls. Because nightmare fuel.

  • Feats
    • Kept up with a speeding car
    • Kidnapped an entire family at once
    • Stood still for ages
    • Killed the majority of a town with loud noise
    • Can disguise itself as trees and pipes
    • Hits with 615 kilojoules of energy

Wiz: Just like Siren Head's entire nature, which is practically unknown.

Boomstick: So far, Trevor has stated or implied numerous different origins for the cryptid; that Siren Head works for some other being, his physical form is just an avatar for something or some things supernatural or that he's just a straight up parasite.

Popup: Trevor has claimed that Siren Head is the only member of his kind, but has also said that that a group of Siren Heads is called a static. It is the same thing he classifies Siren Head's physical form, so it was likely he was just referring to the numerous beings that make up Siren Head's being. Numerous Siren Heads have been featured in non-canon stories by other Creepypasta writers for Mr. Creeps.

Wiz: Thanks to observations made by a fan that Trevor later commented on, the siren of Siren Head may in fact be a parasite of sorts that can be inserted into a human body to turn it into the mummified host. This would explain Siren Head's longevity all the way back to prehistoric eras.

Popup: Another unofficial source, a trailer for a Siren Head movie, as well as Mr. Creep stories, shows/claims that Siren Head can infect others with a virus that turns others into zombies.

Boomstick: That, and how strong he is, being able to hit with over 600 thousand joules of energy and break tree trunks in half. And it's very hard to be prepared against him.

Wiz: Why, because of his stealth?

Boomstick: No, because there's no alarm for him. He is the alarm.

Wiz: Siren Head truly is an impressive addition to the realm of Creepypasta.

Interlude[]

Wiz: Alright the combatants are set, time to end this debate once and for all.

Boomstick: It's time for a Death Battle!

The Battle[]

Setting: Woodlands in the middle of night

The entire forest was quiet. Quiet, that is, except for the sounds of a man running for his life, panting out in terror and not daring to look behind himself. As he ran, he suddenly heard someone calling out.

???: Over here! Quickly!

The man, after a moment's hesistation, ran in the direction of the shout, coming to a clearing in the trees. Looking around in confuse, the man finally saw the tall being with a siren for a skull, standing at the other end of the area and his mouth dropped open.

Siren Head prepared to move forward to capture his prey, but the man was suddenly yanked backwards into the trees with a scream, vanishing into the darkness. Siren Head let out a hiss of static in confusion, and it was met with a similar noise as out of the woods stepped Slenderman, observing the rival creature with his faceless visage. Siren Head let out an air raid broadcast for a roar and charged forward, whilst Slenderman stepped more calmly into the clearing.

FIGHT!

Siren Head swiped at Slenderman, who stepped backwards to avoid the attack before ducking under Siren Head's second swipe. Siren Head snarled with static and shot out both his clawed hands to grab his prey, but Slenderman countered yet again by sprouting his tentacles from his back, which intercepted the cryptid's attempt at an attack. Siren Head yowled and began slashing away at Slenderman's tentacles, and although he was able to hack away a percentage of them, they either regrew or were replaced at a far too intense pace to counter. In anger, Siren Head brought both his hands above his head(?) and slammed them down at the same time, smashing into the ground, but missing Slenderman, who dragged himself backwards with some of his tentacles to avoid the attack. Upon regaining his footing, Slenderman this time went on the offensive, shooting out his tentacles to stab at Siren Head, forcing him to cross his long arms in front of himself as a barricade. Suddenly, Siren Head's hand slashed out, slicing through all of the tentacles to be attacking him before the other hand grabbed Slenderman by the neck and hoisted him up, before slamming his rapidly and repeatedly into the ground. After a good few seconds of this, Siren Head hoisted Slenderman up and hurled him away, sending him bouncing across the ground until he eventually landed on his back. Straight as a statue, Slenderman rose back up his feet as Siren Head closed the distance between them in an instant, striking Slenderman across the face and causing the entity to spin around uncontrollably. As soon as he was facing Siren Head again, Slenderman commanded a mass of tentacles to launch up towards his foe, striking the cryptid in the chest and pushing him up off his feet slightly. As soon as Siren Head had landed, more tentacles shot at him, seemingly out of nowhere, cracking him all over his body. Siren Head let out a bellow before starting to slash out all around him, cutting up the tentacles before they could hit him and throwing their severed pieces up into the air. They where still hovering there before Siren Head covered the distance between himself and Slenderman is an instant, swinging an arm out to swat his foe and send him flying back a second time.

Slenderman smashed through into the tree line and back into the forest, flipping about to land on his feet before Siren Head can charging after him. The cryptid swung downwards, fragmenting the tree Slenderman was standing in front of down the middle as the latter dodged the attack. Siren Head went to grab Slenderman, but he suddenly vanished, leaving Siren Head to grab nothing but empty air. Standing there in confusion, Siren Head didn't notice Slenderman appear in the air behind him until his long tentacles shot out, wrapping themselves around his limbs and torso. Siren Head struggled to free himself as the tendrils tightened until he was forced onto his knees and hands. His foe immobilized, Slenderman touched down onto Siren Head's back and wrenched his head around, activating his Slender Stare. However, Siren Head possessed no eyes for the Slender Stare, and he responded to the attempted instant-kill move by opening his mouth and unleashing a devastating high pitch scream, which blew Slenderman back and freed him from the tentacles. Slenderman hit the middle of a tree's trunk and barely teleported out of the way of Siren Head's lung that reduced the tree to splinters. Noticing Slenderman re-appear to his side, Siren Head hissed radio static and charged at him, swiping out again and prompting Slenderman to being rapidly teleporting throughout the forest, avoiding Siren Head's attacks as they smashed apart entire trees in his pursuit after him.

This came to a head when Slenderman darted backwards through two trees that where close together. These were then wrenched apart by Siren Head in his pursuit, but ironically leaving him open for Slenderman to hurl the two trees his tendrils had pulled from the ground out at him. One hit Siren Head hull on, and although he was able to knock away the second, it still proved to be a use to Slenderman, who teleported in the air in front of Siren Head, lunging him at him. The cryptid attempted to unleash another blast of sound, but Slenderman's tendrils latched onto his head, clamping the horn shut. First Siren Head clawed at the tentacles and then at Slenderman, to land against his upper chest, using the hold his tendrils had to prevent Siren Head from prying him off. As this happened, static from Slenderman crackled in the air to mix with what Siren Head was slowly succeeding in producing. Almost as though the two opposing sounds where clashing against it each other, something gave and a burst of powerful sound erupted from Siren Head. This pushed the two of them backwards, with Siren Head in particular being pushed back far enough to come to a stop in front of an abandoned old brick house. As Slenderman landed following the blast, he looked up to watch as Siren Head contorted himself to go through the tiny window into the house's basement. Titling his head, Slenderman man teleported after Siren Head and into the basement.

Old pipes and wires surrounded Slenderman from the walls as he searched for Siren Head. Turning himself slowly, Slenderman observed the whole room, not noticing one of the pipes beginning to move. It suddenly lashed out and struck him across the face of the head, and he turned around too late to spot the attacker before Siren Head's disguised limb hit him in the side. Slenderman lashed out with his tentacles in the direction of the attack, slicing through pipes, but another strike got him in the chest that knocked him up into the ceiling, before the same limb grasped him by the suit and pulled him down hard onto the floor. The entity lay there, motionless, as Siren Head slithered around in his disguised state, ready for another attack. But then his siren let out a cackle of sound against his will, affected by Slenderman's aura, and Slenderman shot out a hand to grab his foe by the throat. Static hissed from the cryptid in shock before Slenderman shot back to his feet and dragged him forward, ripping out the pipes he had worked himself around in the process. Spinning the long creature about by the neck, Slenderman hurled him away, smashing him upwards through where the house dug into the ground to make the basement.

Flying backwards with a cascade of bricks, Siren Head rolled across the ground, nearly rolling over the edge of the cliff that the house was seated in front of. Siren Head began to push itself back up, but Slenderman teleported next to him and through a means too fast for eyes to see, Siren Head was sent flying over the cliff's edge. Slenderman peered downwards, making sure the cryptid was at the bottom. He got a nasty surprise when he saw Siren Head climbing up the straight drop of the cliff. Siren Head's claw grabbed a hold of Slenderman's head and pulled him downwards, the latter getting slammed into the cliff face and dragged down it as Siren Head scuttled downwards. Eventually, they came to the bottom of the cliff, the impact from Siren Head smashing Slenderman into the ground throwing up a massive cloud of dust.

Siren Head pinned Slenderman to the ground, looking down at his foe and raising his other hand, striking down with it suddenly to stab Slenderman through the chest with it. Black substance splattered from the exit wound beneath Slenderman, and it went motionless for a moment before his tendrils began to writhe again. Hissing, Siren Head tightened its grip on Slenderman's head, intending to crush it. But then the cryptid's body quaked once before a blast of blood came out of his mouth. Siren Head stumbled backwards as the blood flowed and Slenderman rose back his feet, his tendrils bursting out of his back whilst his Slender Sickness afflicted Siren Head. The tendrils filled the area, quickly surrounding Siren Head. Even with blood leaking from his mouth and as his skin appeared to rot, Siren Head roared and charged forward on all fours towards Slenderman. Just before he reached him, Slenderman's tentacles shot up from the ground and impaled him through the chest, lifting him upwards before the tendrils all wrenched in different directions in once, tearing the physically-weakened Siren Head apart. The siren head fell downwards where it got caught by Slenderman. Still partially alive, it let out one last defiant hiss before Slenderman closed his fingers over it, crushing it into a metal ball.

KO!

Outcome[]

Boomstick: "Super creep, super creep, creepy pasta, yeow!"

Wiz: This was certainly a bit of a toughie to figure out, especially with the many vague feats the two had. We could tell that they both appeared to be at fairly similar speeds, what with Slenderman moving faster than the eye could track and Siren Head able to keep pace with a speeding car.

Boomstick: Also, both are said to be capable of brutalizing trees, so there were some areas in which they were equal.

Wiz: And some areas in which they countered one another. For example, the Slender Stare would be ineffective on Siren Head, because, you know, it has a distinct lack of eyes.

Boomstick: Whilst there was no guarantee that Siren Head's intense sound would work on the featureless Slenderman.

Wiz: However, this immunity did not extend to Siren Head being able to resist the Slender Sickness. According to Trevor Henderson, Siren Head is mostly organic, so would definitely be vulnerable to the toxic effects of the Sickness. But there is one unifying factor between the two of them we had to determine.

Popup: Although Siren Head is shown to possess an unnatural biology, there's no evidence that it would render him immune to the Slender Sickness.

Boomstick: Like how it was said that Slenderman and Siren Head may have special existences, on account of Slenderman's physical self being beyond our plane of reality and the Siren Head we know being an avatar/servant of a greater being. So how was one ever gonna bite the dust?

Wiz: To answer this we dug through the history of Trevor's posts to find the comment he made suggesting that the siren of Siren Head is a parasite that takes over human bodies to turn it into a host of sort, which creates the mummified body we all see, showing there's a requirement for Siren Head to operate and exist; his titular head.

Boomstick: So in order to take out SH, SM could simply target the parasitic horn, and there's no way it could last against Slenderman, not when he's capable of generating enough tentacles to cover half an island in them. No way Siren Head could overpower all of that at once, and he didn't have any real means of dealing damage to Slenderman's true physical self. Not even his Aura of bad luck or affliction would do much good, and if both are capable of effecting time and space, these powers would simply counter each other.

Popup: As one version of Slenderman sustains itself on how many individuals know of his existence, if Siren Head's true self was composed of multiple entities or multiple Siren Heads were used, it would just serve to empower Slenderman.

Wiz: Both were infamous among creepypasta for a reason, but Slenderman's non-reality self, overwhelming reach and body rotting Slender Sickness put him above Siren Head.

Boomstick: He came ahead to Slend this battle to prove who is the superior Creepy Master.

Wiz: The winner is Slenderman.

Siren Head pinned Slenderman to the ground, looking down at his foe and raising his other hand, though his foe vanished when he was about to claw him to bits, Slenderman uses his tentacles to make a pedestal to hold him up, Siren Head then goes on all fours, both Monsters rushed at eachother and clashed constantly, though Slenderman caught Siren Head in his tracks and used his tentacles to whip him down to the ground, Slenderman came down to the ground and charged up energy as static is building up for a few seconds it then overlayed for a splitsecond and then Siren Head suddenly vanished Slenderman look around for 5 seconds and then noticed Siren Head though when he noticed him it was already too late as Siren Head kicks Slenderman so hard it left him bloody and battered,Siren Head then leaped to his area and started slashing him to bits, It then shows a even bloodier Slenderman laying down on the ground,Slenderman looks forward as he sees his opponent crawling on all fours quickly making his way to him until he collided with Slenderman.

Outcome[]

Boomstick:Damn! that was brutal

Wiz: Despite Slenderman's superior versatility and battle tactics he was nowhere near Siren Heads level of speed

Boomstick: As Siren Head becomes a speeding demon! when he goes on all fours

Wiz: Plus Siren Head has far superior intelligence when it comes to fighting as he fought supernatural threats before (like Long Horse)

Boomstick: Meanwhile Slenderman only fought Jeff The Killer

Wiz: And besides Siren Head's aura is much more affective then the Slender Sickness.

Boomstick: And not much of Slenderman's tactics would really work very well, Like suffocating Siren Head in a tree which we KNOW Siren Head is too big for that. Wiz: One could also say the same for Siren Head so it all came down to strength and speed which Siren Head obviously has in favor over Slenderman.

Boomstick: And in skills, Siren Head takes it over Slenderman too since he is a insanely skilled hunter.

Wiz: So overall Siren Head is Stronger,Faster and more Durable then Slenderman

Boomstick: I guess you can say Slenderman stays THIN when compared to Siren Head!

The winner is Siren Head.
