Description[]
Goosebumps vs Joey Drew Studios. A creator's work is never finished. It consumes their lives as they make many new creations from machinery to characters but what if their most famous creation was in fact real and what if they were truly malicious? In this battle the nightmarish creations of R.L. Stine and Joey Drew come face to face but will it be the demonic dummy or the ruler of the Ink World to put a close on the others story?
intro[]
Sheldon: Slappy, goosebumps maniacal dummy and lead monster.
Deadpool: Bendy, joey drew studios monstrous ink demon and mascot.
Sans: for many, the characters we love can be near life like, but what if they literally were lifelike, and what if all they wanted was to kill everyone.
Deadpool: I’m Deadpool and they’re Sans and Sheldon, and it’s our jobs to analyse their powers, stats and minions to figure out who would win.
All: A DEATH BATTLE
Slappy[]
Sans: fear is… well it’s really something, it’s primordial, it’s within everyone, it’s what keeps us moving and yet also keeps us from moving, it can be both overcome and yet also embraced.
Deadpool: but most importantly, it’s really freakin’ marketable.
Sheldon: as clearly shown by one of the biggest book series to ever exist, goosebumps.
Deadpool: bullied and asthmatic as a kid, R.L stine figured that if he couldn’t have friends in the real world, he’d make his own, only they also happened to be vicious monsters, bit of a bad sing but oh well.
Sans: in his mind they were real, and suddenly, they were, his creations were coming to life.
Sheldon: brought about by a mystical typewriter, many of these creatures wrecked havoc throughout, but out of all of them, the worst was surprisingly, a small ventriloquist dummy.
Slappy: who ya callin’ dummy, Dummy.
Deadpool: within the books, Slappy was created many years ago, though they somewhat change on what exactly his origin is, in one source he’s possessed by an evil sorcerer who made him out of cursed wood, in another he was created by a friendly toymaker who had fled from the sorcerer Kanduu, and in the third he was simply made alongside a bunch of other dummies as friends for the sorcerer Ephraim Darkwell, so pretty consistently, he was made by a sorcerer alongside another dummy called mr wood.
Sans: the other bit of consistency is that Slappy’s main desire is absolute chaos and destruction, something he will not hesitate to bring to anyone and everyone, after he’s been brought to life of course.
Sheldon: by uttering the spell “Karru Marri Odonna Loma Molunnu Karrano” one can breath life into the puppet, but if said incorrectly the speaker will be turned into a… chicken.
Deadpool: back to the chaos part, Slappy is primarily a schemer and trickster, constantly pulling strings in the background to cause disarray amongst others, his intelligence is probably the thing he’s most capable in.
Sans: makes sense, fright gallery shows he’s got maxed out splat-stats in intellect, and he’s even acknowledged as one of the smartest monsters in horrorland, which happens to also involve inventors capable of making machines that turn you into werewolves and an infinite slide.
Sheldon: in haunted Halloween he’s even capable of building a fully functioning Edison tower that fires out lightning, and even took control of the real thing by himself.
Deadpool: but don’t let that fool you, this dummy isn’t just a background player, he’s surprisingly skilled in combat.
Sans: he’s easily taken down multiple humans and fought on par with both mister wood and an ancient mummy capable of fracturing a dinosaur bone with a single hit.
Sheldon: though he definitely prefers utilising his powers in combat, he can telekinetically move any object he looks at and teleport anywhere he thinks of.
Deadpool: a trait which even extends to moving others bodies like they’re puppets, and despite what you’d think, being a ventriloquist dummy doesn’t actually make him easier to kill.
Sans: he can survive having a mouldy sandwich stuffed into his head and have bugs come out of it because of how hollow it is, and he can control any limbs that get separated from his body and reattach his head, in fact as he has the same inky biology as the other goosebumps monsters, he should also be capable of regenerating from a puddle like they can.
Sheldon: going back to the bugs, he actually has a rather powerful control over animals, to the point of having sent entire armies of cockroaches against others, and he can even just summon them out of thin air.
Deadpool: slappy can walk on walls and move faster than the eye can see, to the point where the player noted that slappy was hitting them from every side all at once.
Sans: he can change the lighting in a room to the point of being blindingly light or blindingly dark, mimic voices, turn other people into puppets and even bring things to life and grant them the ability to fire out energy, fly and create entire bodies for them like he did with the monsters masks or the witches hats.
Sheldon: Slappy can alter his weight and density to the point of being completely unable to be lifted, generate electricity from his hands like a mad sith lord and even generate beams of light from his eyes that can completely paralyse a person.
Deadpool: oh and if you think killing his body is enough to, well, kill him… you’d be kinda wrong, you can “kill” him, but he can then keep on fighting as a ghost.
Sans: as a ghost Slappy is completely invisible and can just possess others, using their bodies for his own.
Deadpool: but this isn’t his only transformation, upon the consumption of monster blood, Slappy can grow up to twent feet tall, that’s huge.
Sheldon: and that’s not even the most impressive part, aside from the size growth Slappy was largely unaffected by the monster blood, what’s impressive about this is that it’s affects on countless others is far more monstrous, even just upon contact those affected will lose their ability to think straight and mutate into terrifying figures with no control, yet for Slappy, all it does is boost him.
Sans: speaking of mutations, that flower on his suit emits a gas capable of transforming anyone into a plant creature.
Bendy[]
Note: while I originally planned to write this after the cage came out, the stuff revealed for it tells me that aside from small stuff, it likely won’t be that impactful on what Bendy can already do.
Fight![]
Thud, thud, thud, thud, thud, thud
The sound echoed throughout the yellow halls as she ran, fear in her eyes as she gasped for air, things weren’t meant to go like this, they were just breaking in to explore, now all her friends were dead and she was running from some strange demon.
She panted for air as she dove into a nearby room, locking the door as the creature inched forwards, eventually passing it and leaving Lilly to her own thoughts of pure fear as she sat down and began shivering in fear, hardly capable of moving as her eyes scanned the room, coming across a small desk with a box on it.
Crawling towards it, she opened the box, finding a book with a key next to it, there was also a note on it.
Note: alright drew, if things that enter this "cycle" of yours really can’t get out, then I’ve got a donation, this little psychopath better be stuck there. - Stine
She looked at it in confusion before grabbing the book and key in her hands, strangely there was a lock on the book, who would lock a book?
Curious, Lilly put the key in and opened it… all she saw were words on pages, shrugging she put it back down and started looking back out the window of the door, ducking down as footsteps were once again heard, as she looked back she tried her best not to scream in surprise at the sudden sight of a ventriloquist dummy, leaning against the wall, had she simply missed it?
