Wiz: Shadow the Hedgehog, the final creation of Professor Gerald Robotnik, the Ultimate Life Form.
Boomstick: Jotaro Kujo, the third JoJo, main man of the Stardust Crusaders.
Wiz: In their races against time to save the world, these once antagonistic time stoppers wizened up and changed for the better, shedding their moody exteriors to become almighty protagonists.
Boomstick: And in doing so, these guys manifested the ability to stop time on a dime. So why not have them fight to the death!? He's Wiz and I'm Boomstick!
Wiz: And it's our job to analyse their weapons, armour and skills to find out who would win a Death Battle!

- This is the first overall Death Battle episode of SonicSpeedKing's series.
- Other potential opponents for Shadow included Kars, Bass, Dio Brando and Zero, from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Mega Man and Mega Man X.
- Archie and Eyes of Heaven were both intended to be included, but it wouldn't have affected the results either way. Thus, their canon versions were kept.
- This Death Battle was adopted from CronaXS, due to inactivity.
