Freddy the frog: "But....what if they went evil one day? What if there was an evil counterpart to remember them of what they could become?"
Golden Moustache: "Scourge the Hedgehog, the world conquering Anti-Sonic from Moebius."
Freddy the frog: "And Ultraman, the world conquering Superman from Earth-Three, he's Golden Moustache and I'm Freddy the frog, and it's our job to analyze their weapons, armour, and skills to find out who would win in a DEATH BATTLE!"

The connections between Scourge the Hedgehog and Ultraman is that they're both comic book characters (DC and Archie respectively) who are the evil counterparts of the blue heroes Sonic the Hedgehog and Superman, they serve as a reminder to them of what could happen if they would go to the dark side, and that all it could take would be one bad day, in their worlds they're also the main villains and world conquering tyrants who oppose peace and have their own teams which are the evil versions of the heroic teams (The Anti-Freedom Fighters / The Suppression Squad and the Crime Syndicate),the heroes overall are the bad guys and the villains are the good guys in their universe.
