The original track for this fight would be called "Undying Vengeance".
It references the immortal natures of both combatants (Hanzo and Wolf's ability to resurrect) and their original primary motive throughout the story to obtain vengeance against the one who killed them and hurt those they cared for (Hanzo seeking vengeance upon Bi-Han, and later Quan Chi for the deaths of his family and clan, and Wolf seeking vengeance upon Genichiro for cutting off his arm and kidnapping Kuro, Wolf's lord).

- The connections between Hanzo Hasashi and Wolf are that they are ninjas with aliases named after predator animals (Hanzo adopts the moniker of Scorpion and Wolf, already named after an animal, is given the name Sekiro, meaning the One-Armed Wolf) who become members of an elite group of warriors (Hanzo became a member of the Shirai Ryu and Wolf is a Shinobi). In doing their duties, they were caught off-guard and killed by a rival ninja (Bi-Han and Genichiro Ashina), who would hurt those they cared for (Bi-Han murdering Hanzo's family and clan and Genichiro kidnapping Kuro, Wolf's lord). Following this, they were given a form of immortality (Hanzo became Scorpion, a Revenant spectre of Quan Chi, which cannot be killed by normal means, and Wolf was given the power to ressurect by the Dragon's Heritage), and both possess ways to kill other immortals (Scorpion's hellfire burns souls, and Wolf can sever a person's connection to their immortality with the Mortal Blade). They would seek vengeance against their rivals, eventually defeating them in a rematch, but came to learn that their actions were not as they seemed (Bi-Han was innocent the entire time, and Genichiro only sought to prevent the fall of the Ashina clan). After being betrayed by their masters (Quan Chi was the one truly responsible for the murder of Hanzo, his clan and family, and Wolf's foster father, Owl, planned to use Kuro to gain immortality), they would kill them, finally achieving the vengeance they sought, and would later assume a high position of mastery within their groups (Hanzo would reform himself and become the Grandmaster of the Shirai Ryu, and Wolf would be considered a master Shinobi after killing Owl).

Boomstick: Wolf, The Undying Divine Heir Shinobi.
Wiz: The way of the ninja is to witness sleuth, be experienced in different tools at their arsenal…
Boomstick: And never die twice. But these two they won’t as one of them will be dead again.
(Cut To Wiz and Boomstick)
Boomstick: He’s Wiz and I’m Boomstick.
Wiz: And, it’s our job to analyze their weapons, armor, and skills to see who would win a Death Battle!

Wiz: Long Ago, in early Japan. The Lin Kuei are considered to be the deadly ninja clan of all East Side. They are deadly in different forms of fighting from their skills or weapons, no one stands a chance. Except for their rival, Shirai Ryu.
Boomstick: For years, both clans are bitter rivals to each other as each of them have claimed territories in each land they claimed. And, funny enough, it started with this guy called Takeda, who’s a former Lin Kuei member. I guess that double the hatred from this clan gets.
Wiz: Well not really, there were two individuals who have befriended each other: Bi-Han and Hanzo Hasahi. As children, both are best friends trained and play together.
Boomstick: But, due to being born into different rival clans, both the young Bi-Han and Hanzo can’t get together. Until, they decide to make peace when they are older. Aahh… A bromance is something. Well… until it goes downhill as this white bald freak, Quan Chi decides to disguise himself as Bi-Han in order to have Hanzo on his side by killing his clan and even his wife & son. Damn man, I always knew Quan Chi was a bitch, never that much.
Wiz: With the opportunity to form a deal with Hanzo to join his side, Quan Chi made a deal that if Hanzo joins him and his Brotherhood of Shadow, he’ll bring back his family and clan to the living world. With no choice and the fire for revenge, Hanzo accepted the deal and went under a new name: Scorpion.
Boomstick: Now revived, Scorpion has the flames to get even with Bi-Han. But, as now an undead ninja, Scorpion gains some abilities from it. He can use fires from hell to summon to burn his enemies or teleport. He’s immune to fire, can rip his own face to breathe fire, and so on.
Wiz: Scorpion is also equipped with twin katanas, a kunai, and his spear. Which he uses to drag people to where he is and…
Scorpion: GET OVER HERE!
Wiz: That’s… weird. *ahem* Scorpion also is skilled in different styles of fighting. There’s Hapkido, a South Korean hybrid martial art in self-defense that employs joint locks, grappling, throwing techniques, kicks, punches, and other striking attacks. Pi Gua, a fighting style that emphasizes palm techniques. And…
(Cut to Wiz and Boomstick: Boomstick in a Ninja Outfit while trying to perform some ninja skills.)
Boomstick: Ninjutsu. Which is a ninja form of fighting style that was modern term ninpō, is the martial art strategy and tactics of unconventional warfare, guerrilla warfare and espionage purportedly.
Wiz: Huh, I never knew you were into ninjas.
Boomstick: Of course, while I prefer my guns all of the time. But, I have to be sleathly as I have been more stealthful than the night, more deadly than the dawn. Like this.
(Boomstick drops a smoke bomb)
Wiz: (Coughing). Whoa, I’m… actually surprised…
(Boomstick then falls down).
Boomstick: AAHH! Oof…
Wiz: Nevermind.
(But to the analysis)
Wiz: Possessed from before and after dying, Scorpion was sent out to where Bi-Han will be. This is where Scorpion will end at…
Boomstick: MORTAL KOMBAT! Sorry, I have to say it. Anyways, during his time in the tournament, he managed to fight his way to get to Bi-Han, now undergoing Sub-Zero. Both fought and ended with Scorpion getting his revenge by killing Bi-Han. It should be the end of Scorpion rage… yeah no, there’s more.
Wiz: Following the previous Mortal Kombat tournament, Scorpion learns of a second Sub-Zero, the younger brother of Bi-Han: Kuai Liang. Learning of this discovery, instead of slaying this new Sub-Zero, he will protect him in future threats upon him.
Boomstick: Through it, he eventually discovered that Quan Chi was the one who killed the Scorpion family and clan. Like a troll he is.
Wiz: Now knowing who truly killed him and to his fellow Shirai Ryu & family, Scorpion might vow to kill Quan Chi for undoing.
Boomstick: And, he has proved time to time he can. He battled many foes from Kung Lao to have a Thunder God: Raiden. Who literally stated to be fast as Lighting through dialogue and have survived explosions he caused like the Onaga’s Army Temple.
Wiz: Given the structure and size of the temple, Raiden has enough power of over 270 tons of TNT to cause an explosion something like. And he and Sub-Zero have fought Raiden on some occasions. And Raiden can cause Thunderstorms in occasions.
Boomstick: Scorpion shown to survive many things like being impaled in Legend Movies or being tortured to the point of killing every demon in hell.
Wiz: However, despite his journey to revive his clan and family, Scorpion always has bad luck going for him. Even when the Elder Gods offered him to revive his clan, he only became undead like him.
Boomstick: If that is not enough, even in an Alternate Timeline, Scorpion has to witness every moment of his family and clan deaths over and over. Even after being revived by Raiden and rebuilding his clan, death has always been above him as his clan always has to die.
Wiz: But, there is some hope. After being revived by Raiden, Hanzo did restore his clan. With the aid of his pupil, Takeda Takahashi, did bring him back as he is long bounded by rage and anger. Through this, he kills Quan Chi and when the timelines merge, Hanzo convinces his past counterpart that there is some change to fix what is broken.
Boomstick: Well, until Hanzo died again by this bug lady: D’Vorah. But Hanzo did die again, but in a way that feels heartwarming as he learns how to move on and never let the past consume you.
Wiz: While his name and powers would be belong to Kuai Liang in the New Era by now Fire God Liu Kang, Hanzo have another choice to have a better life as he was reincarnated into a young boy to place undering trained by Grandmaster Kuai Liang, his wife Harumi Shirai, and his master Smoke. Hanzo can finally rest in peace.
Wolf[]
Wiz: 1467 to 1615, Japan going through the era of the Sengoku period.
Boomstick: Aka… Civil War. It was at the time where various samurai warlords and clans fought for control of Japan in the power vacuum, while the Ikkō-ikki emerged to fight against samurai rule.
Wiz: However, one clan has shown to be the supreme, the Ashina Clan. Founded by Isshin Ashina, the clan have won many battles and then some. At this point, the Ashina Clan is basically the ruling power of all Japan.
Boomstick: This is where our story of Sekiro began. Or, just call him: Wolf. After a calm battlefield, Sekiro was taken by The Great Shinobi Owl, Ukonzaemon Usui, after his home was destroyed during a battle by the Ashina Clan.
Wiz: Under Usui tutoring, Sekiro was taught by Owl in the ways of his master. As well as being trained by other mentors like Owl such as Lady Butterfly, who is very skilled in illusion techniques in Usui's forest of mist and mystifications.
Boomstick: Through his foster dad and Lady Butterfly training, Sekiro has picked up some skills during his time in training. Such he is a master of swordsmanship which he learned and mastered numerous swordsmanship techniques. A expert in stealth, and even trained in martial arts thanks to Senpou Temple Monks.
Wiz: With all of his training mastered, Sekiro became a Shinobi, specialized in unconventional warfare such as infiltration, sabotage and assassination.
Boomstick: After his Shinobi training completed, Owl then indoctrinated Sekiro with the Iron Code, which bids that "Father is Absolute, and a master comes close second." Hmm… that seems important later.
Wiz: All of his training to become a Shinobi was all met to protect a young boy, who was considered to be a Divine Heir: Kuro.
(Cut to Wiz and Boomstick)
Boomstick: What is so important about this kid, nothing much but he has the power of the Dragon's Heritage. Which allows him to immortality anyone of their choosing! Seriously, if this position is available, I would sign up.
Wiz: I think you might reconsider. During his time protecting the heir, Sekiro has many difficult challenges that come to him like Juzou the Drunkard and his group of bandits. To the point at his journey, his old mentor, Lady Butterfly, kidnaps the heir and then when he gets to the Kuro, he is then fatality wounded after killing her.
Boomstick: Okay… um… I would like to take that application back. Hehehe
(Back to analysis)
Boomstick: Okay, not the brightest moment, but hey! At least he got some immortality from Kuro. But with a price of course.
Wiz: But, with a price. Due to the power of Dragon Heritage to be too much for one person. To a point that it could cause your lifeforce drained and could catch a disease Dragonrot that is very dangerous and deadly. In other words, a curse.
Boomstick: Well, on the bright side, he is immortal now. Now being targeted by the Aishina clan and various others. Sekiro must now try his hardest to protect Kuro. Thankfully, he has some tricks to do so.
Wiz: Sekiro possessed the Night Eye, that allows him to see in the night. The Mibu Breathing Technique allows him to breathe underwater.
Boomstick: And, with the Immortality, he can resurrect from death to continue fighting. Though too many times could be a major problem as you can be resurrected 3 times in battle before resurrecting elsewhere. Still, it’s pretty cool. But as cool as his Shinobi Arts.
Wiz: Through the Shinobi Arts, Sekiro learned various techniques such as Whirlwind Slash, A Shinobi's Karma (Body, Light, Mind), Mid-Air Combat Deflection, Shadow Rush, and many more.
Boomstick: And as a Shinobi, he possessed weapons and tools like his family blade “Kusabimaru” and The Mortal Blade that allows to kill anyone who’s immortal. And there’s more like Healing Gourd, Shinobi Prosthetic, Grappling Hook, Loaded Shuriken, and more.
Wiz: Throughout the journey, Sekiro has fought many warriors throughout the story. He managed to decapitate the gigantic Guardian Ape, managed to react to Genichiro's lightning attacks, survived getting struck by the Blazing Bull, which destroyed its owned stable and even massive fall into a valley that would have killed normal humans.
Boomstick: He even defeated and killed his old betrayed master, Owl. Who is considered to be superior to Genichiro Ashina. And Genichiro can cause a thunderstorm that is worth over 9.639 Megatons of TNT.
Wiz: After a long journey, Sekiro and Kuro managed to get the final boss, Isshin the Sword Saint.
Boomstick: Who is LITERALLY THE MOTHERF#@KING OF THIS ENTIRE GAME!! I mean seriously WHAT THE F#@K!
Wiz: Still, Sekiro's journey was complete. But, what was the cause of all of this violence to the point of creating more. In turn, during one of their travels, they aided many people including Divine Child of Rejuvenation, as he and Kuro aided by her to return towards the Divine Dragon, a deity who can swing his sword about 6.6667 joules of power.
Boomstick: As they help the child from many tasks until she manages to perform a ritual to merge Kuro with her. In helping them to end the curse. In such, Sekiro and the Divine Child then set out to travel west to return the Dragon from whence it came and finally end the Dragon's Heritage from returning to Japan. A happy ending, sort of. But um… there are three endings and they did not… um… end well as you can imagine.
Wiz: Still, Sekiro is a tale of tragic but remorse as Sekiro fought to protect, and willing to give his own life to protect others before him.
Boomstick: Even so, better watch out, because this is one shinobi, you should not mess with!

Wiz: Alright, the combatants are set, and we've run the data through all possibilities!

The snow blows in white winter comes. As Wolf meditations at a rear pink blossom tree as the snow blows lightly tonight. However, he senses a figure is approaching him as the individual melts the snow as he approaches.
Wolf: それで…あなたは私の魂を奪いに来ます。 スペクター。 (Translation: So… you come and take my soul. Spectre)
Scorpion, the hell specter, appeared as he is here to claim Wolf soul.
Scorpion: 時間だよ、ウルフ。 ネザーレルムが待っています。(Translation: It is time、 Sekiro. The Netherrealm awaits)
Wolf gets back up.
Wolf: 私の魂が欲しいなら… (Translation: If you wants my soul…)
He then turns and draws his sword “Kusabimaru” in a fighting position.
Wolf: 私の冷たい死体からそれを受け取らなければなりません (Translation: You must take it from my cold dead corpse!)
Scorpion then draws in a fighting stance as he pulls his spear out.
Scorpion: 最後まで戦いたいなら…勝ちましょう。(If you wish to fight to very end… so beat it)
A drop of water falls down and hits the ground. Both ninjas engaged in combat, lunged at each other with Scorpion throwing his spear, but Wolf dodge it and swung his Kusabimaru that hit Scorpion to the chest.
Scorpion kneels down a bit, but then dodges and flips to evade the Wolf sword as he teleports. Wolf then gets into a stance, preparing where Scorpion will be attacking. Teleport behind Scorpion lunges at Wolf, but Wolf then attempts to stab Scorpion as he turns, but Scorpion teleports and then throws his spear at Wolf back.
Wolf: ああ！(Translation: AAHH!)
Scorpion: こっちに来て！(Translation: GET OVER HERE!)
Scorpion pulls Wolf towards him and he flips him at the chin causing an X-Ray, cracking Wolf’s jaw. Back in real time, Wolf steps back, but then gets consumed by Scorpion Hellfire, burning him alive.
As the fire extinguished, only to reveal a burnt skeleton of Sekiro. However, light glows flashes at Scorpion's eyes and makes him blind briefly. Only to discover Wolf was revived much to his surprise.
Scorpion then removed his mask, revealing his flame skull face as he breathed fire shooting at Wolf. However, Wolf uses Suzaku's Lotus Umbrella to block Scorpion fire then uses Shinobi Firecracker to create a distraction to make Scorpion. Once the last firecracker vanished to smoke. Scorpion then was impaled by Wolf’s blade and screams in pain as the blade pulls down deep to Scorpion stomach.
Wolf: この戦いは終わりました、悪魔！ 頂上を目指して元来た場所に戻りましょう！(Translation: This fight is over, demon! Summit and return where you came from!)
Scorpion then looks at Wolf with fire eyes from his skull.
Scorpion: 一度もない！(Translation: NEVER!)
Then Scorpion fire burns hotter to the point that Wolf's blade melts in front of him as he steps back. Scorpion explodes in rage as fire consumes the forest.
Now, Scorpion in full power uses his katana and lunges at Wolf with aggressive attacks that blood splits from Wolf as he receives cuts, burns, and blood loss. Scorpion then throws a fireball at Wolf’s chest, causing his heart to drop. Then, Scorpion uses his heat up spear and throws it at Wolf head and shouts…
Scorpion: もうやめろ！(Translation: GET THE FUCK OVER!)
Then ripped Wolf's head off.
Once again, Wolf’s then revived as his head and body come back together. However, he coughs blood due to Dragonrot as his vision starts to blur as he kneels in pain.
Wolf: *Cough* ドラゴン…腐る (Translation: Dragon…rot)
Wolf then looks up at the Burning Scorpion as he approaches. Knowing this might be his end, he draws out his second blade “Mortal Blade” and takes one last stance to finish the fight, much to Scorpion's determined, but impressive tone to Wolf.
Scorpion: 私はあなたの最後の立場に立っています。 私が感銘を受けた。 もし私が生きていたら、あなたを尊敬するでしょう。 今、私はあなたの魂をネザーレルムに連れて行かなければなりません、SEKIRO。(Translation: I am standing on your last stand. I'm impressed. If I were alive, I would honor you. Now, I must take your soul to the Netherrealm, Sekiro.)
Wolf: 私は立って生きます。 私の魂を手に入れてみてください...ハンゾー...ハサシ。(Translation: I will stand, and live. Try get my soul... Hanzo... Hasahi).
Both ninjas take one more stand as they engaged in the final round.
It’s a duel of fate as Scorpion and Wolf skills and techniques are put to the test as both warriors presents swing of their swords. Scorpion uses every hellfire he have left while Sekiro perform various Shinobi and Prosthetic Arts like Chasing Slice & Flowing arts.
Scorpion than brenaths again, Wolf feels the burns, but power through as he slash through Scorpion skull eyes. Causing him to believe. Despite this, Scorpion continue the fight, but Wolf have advantages as he uses his grappling to lure Scorpion as he uses Fang and Blade move and Shadowfall causing Scorpion take every damage to underwhelmed by Wolf techniques as he lands back down, back first.
Scorpion, gets back, but too tried, wounded, exhausted to continue. Taking this opportunity, Wolf than lunges at Scorpion fast as he implies him to the chest and tells him before he died.
Wolf: よく戦ったね。 いつか、違う道でまた会えることを願っています。 それまで... (Translation: You fought well. I do hope one day, we meet on different paths when we meet once again. Until…)
Wolf than pulls back his blade and perform Empowered Mortal Draw to decapated Scorpion head and than cuts his body in half. Causing his body shoot out blood and Scorpion Skull head to burn out.
Wolf than draw back the Mortal Blade and turns to head off. Before that, he finish what he said…
Wolf: 地獄で会いましょう。 ハンゾー…ハサシ (Translation: I'll see you, in Hell. Hanzo... Hasashi)
Wolf walks away the fight as the snow melts and fire extinguished as he walks to parts unknown.

Boomstick: *chem* ENCORE! ENCORE! I love Japanese films. They always end with someone dying.
Wiz: Despite both being different people, both Scorpion and Wolf are almost similar in different categories.
Boomstick: First off, both are surprisingly stronger. Both have fought opponents who can cause storms and even shown even faster than lighting. Safe to say that both are even with each other and can keep up as well.
Wiz: It’s important to note that, both have survived many fatal wounds in the past, even in death, both are about to come back with no problem.
Boomstick: However, there are two things that actually give Wolf the win. First off, power.
Wiz: Despite Scorpion skills and Netherrealm, it’s pretty limited when you compare it with Wolf immortality and his techniques. While Scorpion can avoid some of Wolf attacks, however, almost all of other Wolf shinobi arts &
Boomstick: Plus, while Wolf resurrections are pretty limited when using. But, it gives advantages as it helps to keep him coming back with different tactics & full power to win.
Wiz: Really, Scorpion could overwhelm Wolf immortality if it weren't for the Wolf ace of the hole, his equippment and the Mortal Blade.
Boomstick: There’s no way Scorpion could survive or encounter some of Wolves equippment. Hell, some are immune to Hellfire. Plus, even though as a Spectre, the Mortal Blade can just remove Scorpion soul entirely and there go… the end.
Wiz: Even if that wasn't the case, Wolf still possessed many skills & techniques to pull down Scorpion. In addition, Scorpion has died in many other timelines either during his rival or D’Vorah. As well as times have been tricked and manipulated by various villains of the Mortal Kombat Universe like Quan Chi.
(Cut to Wiz and Boomstick)
Wiz: Both Scorpion and Wolf are easily deadly ninjas in their respective series, but compare to Wolf’s Immortality, a Better and Long of Arsenal and Tools, and Techniques… Scorpion has met his match.
Boomstick: On this day, the Scorpion flame has blown out.
Wiz: The Winner is Wolf.
