Scorpion vs. Adam Taurus is a What-if? death battle made by Ultmswag.
Description[]
Mortal Kombat vs. RWBY. These two deadly and angry warriors are obsessed with vengeance on the ones that wronged them will now fight to see who truly deserved there revenge.
Interlude[]
John: If there's one thing that some characters in fiction have an obsession with it's revenge and we found 2 iconic angry, yet vengeful people that will go to any length to achieve their revenge, like Scorpion the undead Ninja from Mortal Kombat.
Ken: And Adam Taurus the Mad Bull man from RWBY.
John: He's Ken & I'm John.
Ken: And it's our job to analyze their weapons armor and skills to find out who would win: A DEATH BATTLE!!!
Scorpion[]
Ken: In the world of Mortal Kombat exists many realms, but the three most known are Earth-realm, Outworld, and the Nether-realm. One of the best warriors comes from the Nether-realm being reborn as a demon of vengeance from an Earth-realm clan called the Shirai Ryu is Hanzo Hasashi.
John: Or more commonly known by his nickname: Scorpion.
Ken: Scorpion came to be after he was murdered by the original Sub-Zero a.k.a. Bi-Han, next thing he knew he woke up in the Nether-realm.
John: Or as some people call it: Hell. While there he struck a deal with Quan-Chi, who struck a deal with him in return for his revenge against Bi-Han he would serve Quan-Chi.
Ken: Until he realized that it was actually Quan-Chi that killed his wife and kid, and to make up for that mistake he dedicated his life after death to protecting Earth-realm and Bi-Han's younger brother Kuai Liang and the more popular Sub-Zero.
John: Hanzo has a lot of tricks up his sleeve for being a Ninja, like all Ninjas he can teleport, has twin Katanas, is stealthy, and also good with other weapons too.
Ken: Like his signature Kunai, a weapon designed for bringing far away opponents closer to him or killing of course or an axe for some reason.
John: Don't underestimate the axe buddy.
Ken: I'm not. Anyways, Scorpion has gone up against a variety of foes including Bi-Han, Nightwolf, Raiden, Johnny Cage, and even Sonya Blade.
John: But let's get to the parts that matter, like every Mortal Kombat character ever created they all can break diamonds and titanium figures with a single karate chop. He's defeated Kung Lao who beat Kintaro who tanked a nuclear tank blast, and managed to break out of Sub-Zero's ice...? What's so special about that?
Ken: Probably because Kuai Liang's ice was capable of withstanding an explosion from a Cyber Lin Kuei underground base and flash freeze an entire building and shatter it in one punch.
John: What... the... hell...?
Ken: He's also managed to beat up Raiden, you know the God of Thunder & Lightning, who's brother Fujin stated that Raiden could tear down a mountain. Speaking of Raiden & Lightning he was capable of dodging Raiden's lightning too and has kept up with Sub-Zero who could dodge explosions which were up to Mach 23. He's also got a lot of fatalities he can perform, like turning into a penguin, turning into a giant scorpion, ripping off his mask to show his true face, the classic Spine Rip, using his fire breath to incinerate the opponent, or a spear slice.
John: In addition if he ever wants to take a fight to his advantage he could teleport himself and his opponent to the Nether-realm itself, while his power increases the longer he's there with no defined limit. He's also survived being impaled by Kabal, shot by Erron Black multiple times, and even Shang Tsung's entire island collapsing all ON TOP OF HIM!!! Damn this guy's hardcore.
Ken: True, but he does have his faults he has lost to other characters before like Johnny Cage & Sonya Blade, also not only is Hanzo's temper short his obsession with vengeance has caused him to ignore reason and act unreasonably without fully thinking of the consequences of his actions which was how Shinnok was released into Earth-realm behind their defenses, and he strongly prefers his foes to come to him.
John: But still...
shows clip of Scorpion throwing his Kunai at Erron Black who then says his famous catchphrase in a cool way
Scorpion: Get over here!
Yanks in Erron Black which makes him land chest first on one Hanzo's Katanas who then proceeds to slice Erron in half with both Kitanas
John:... worth it!
Adam Taurus[]
John: In the World of Remnant the most gun filled place in fiction, there exists Grimm and even a race of people with animal like traits called Faunus.
Ken: But none are as deadly or a true traitor to the entire race other than this man: Adam Taurus.
John: Even though his early life is an entire mystery, but at some point in his life he was part of the Faunus labor force in the Schnee Dust Company and at some later point he was branded by the company which ended up blinding left eye. Ok I know harsh treatment when I see it but even that was a bit too far.
Ken: After he escaped to prevent any further damage, he began to wear a mask which would later be a resemblant of the White Fang until they forcibly kicked him out for being an untrusted, genocidal and suicidal to the entire Faunus race right in front of the White Fang members.
John: But as much as we all hate him, one thing we can admit is that he's certainly no pushover. His signature weapon is Wilt and Blush, a chukoto sword with the probably the most reddish blade I've ever seen no wonder there is never any blood on it after he kills someone. As for Blush it may look like an ordinary sheath for Wilt but it also doubles as a rifle.
Ken: Which he can use to fire Wilt out as a projectile, also Blush can be a fully automatic rifle if Adam wants it too, and as a Faunus his senses are way bigger than that of a normal human.
John: But now let's get to the good stuff, he's killed multiple Atlesian soldiers, defeated six supremecists by himself, and even destroyed an entire Spider Droid with one slice.
Ken: This was no ordinary slice though, this was his signature slice that is called the 'Moonslice' which is also his semblance and it allows him to absorb attacks from the sword and dish them back. With the Moonslice though he can use it to release all the energy gathered in a single attack or create shockwaves of energy.
John: Think we're done talking about that yet? Nope, not yet. Because his semblance can allow him to create afterimages of himself man with crap like this you'd think he'd be unbeatable even after he took a full on motorcycle to the face.
Ken: But he isn't, his Aura is limited and can be depleted if he tanks enough damage in a fight, it can also be depleted in extreme conditions like harsh weather and also his large amount of energy attacks require some prep time to absorb and also without Wilt he is pretty much helpless since he needs it to absorb and block attacks.
John: But probably his biggest weakness is his own mental instability, overconfidence and arrogance. He is so unstable that he will lash out and enraged if things don't go his way in a fight leaving him more vulnerable and as an added bonus he is extremely spiteful and vengeful.
Ken: He's spiteful to a fault since he's too determined on satisfying his revenge over the success and consequences of his actions, but regardless this is one man's bad side is who you don't want to end up on because you'll most likely be dead if you do.
Adam: I know you've made your choice, and I've made mine.
Pre-Fight[]
Ken: Looks like the combantants are ready, let's end this debate once and for all.
John: It's time for a DEATH BATTLE!
Fight[]
In the base of the White Fang, someone is seen beating up some white fang members and choking one to tell them about a particular target.
???: If you don't want to end up like the members of my clan he murdered, then you will tell me where is the one called Adam Taurus?
Suddenly the doors open and walking in is a tall man with a Grimm mask, Red hair and small bull horns.
Adam: You looking for me?
The Mysterious man dressed in black and yellow dropped the white fang member and slowly approached Adam furiously and intimidatingly
???:Of course I am, I am Scorpion and I will have revenge on you for murdering members of my clan.
Adam: Well, it's what happens when they are human... like you.
Both got into their respective fighting stances
FIGHT!!!
Both charged in swords first rapidly trying to outdo the other but Adam knocks Scorpion's sword away and before he can run to it Adam charges up a Moonslice attack and releases it a Scorpion who avoids the attack by teleporting behind Adam and kicking him in the head while delivering even more attacks but Adam blocks all of them and Adam delivers a series of counter-attacks back to Scorpion by using his Wilt, meaning that Scorpion took some damage from the sword attacks.
Scorpion: Enough games!
Scorpion then pulls out one of his kitanas and teleports in front of Adam for a sword fight, the two climatically clash swords but ultimately Scorpion decides in his mind that enough was enough and decides to do something Adam has never seen before, Scorpion grabs Adam's neck then says the following.
Scorpion: You will now join me in hell!
Scorpion then drags Adam into the Nether-realm itself, continuing the fight down there. Adam then proceeds to lose it and gets ready to launch another series of attacks, but Scorpion prepares himself with his katanas.
Adam: THIS!!! ENDS!!! NOW!!!
Scorpion: As you wish.
Both rush in for another sword clash but it goes a lot longer until Adam knocks Scorpion's kitana out of his hand, infuriating Scorpion but noticing that Adam is too reliant on his sword he teleports in front of him and kicks his sword high into the air and then teleports in the air to knock it into the lava of the Nether-realm itself horrifying Adam.
Adam: NOOOOOOOOO!
Scorpion then teleports back in front of him and rips his entire spine out with his head included and throws it onto Adam's remaining corpse, then transforming into a penguin and laying an egg which explodes destroying Adam's remains for good.
KO!
Results[]
John: Well now we have 2 reasons for the RWBY fandom to be extremely happy, first Yang winning and now this.
Ken: Because of Adam's aura and semblance, he was still able to hang in there despite Hanzo's clearly superior speed and strength but unfortunately in the long run Adam literally had no chance of putting Scorpion down at all since Hanzo has survived being shot and impaled before.
John: Even if we did scale Adam to Blake, he still wouldn't be fast enough since Scorpion was able to dodge lightning from Raiden himself which was moving at Mach 1282.8 and he can also teleport with a mere thought too, but the only thing Adam did manage to beat Hanzo in was having a shorter fuse but did that really matter at all, and also what are you really gonna do when someone is already dead and mostly used physicality?
Ken: But to further put the nail in Adam's coffin is that Scorpion has fought way more people with swords too, while Adam's only opponent with a sword was Blake. Adam was sure an extremely deadly opponent but Scorpion's strength, speed, and ninja skills were more than a match for the former leader of the White Fang.
John: Poor Adam, this loss must really STING for him but at the same time he couldn't handle the HEAT.
Ken: The winner is Scorpion.
