Description[]

Fate series vs Valkyrie Profile Lenneth! When these two brave and honorable warrior maidens clashed blades, the battlefield will surely tremble in awe!

Interlude[]

(*Cues: Invader - Jim Johnston*)

Wiz: Honor, Justice, Trust, Freedom, Valor, Mercy, Humility, Sacrifice, Integrity, Grit, Fidelity. These, and other few commendable attributes, are the perfect qualifications to become the ultimate champion of righteousness.

Boomstick: Excellent qualities require exemplary souls to personify them, and these two virtuous women with awesome swordplay and power, are more than worthy enough for it!

Wiz: Saber (Artoria), the Proud Knight King of the Holy Sword.

!Intro Saber

Boomstick: And Lenneth Valkyrie, the Noble Chooser of the Slain. He's Wiz & I'm Boomstick.

!Intro Lenneth Proto

Wiz: And it's our job to analyze their weapons, armor, and skills to find out who would win... a Death Battle.

Saber (Artoria)[]

(*Cues: Fate/Unlimited Codes - Burst Up*)

Wiz: There was a time when the land of Britain was dark and treacherous. The people divided, and were fighting amongst each other for supremacy over the land. The dark age of Britain had begun.

Boomstick: In order to prevent Britain's destruction, some wise guy plunged a magical sword to a stone, and declares whoever could pull the thing from it shall automatically be named King of Britain. Many tried (including me), and failed. Dammit. There goes my chance of an easy life...

Wiz: There was a legend behind that.

Boomstick: My failed attempts?

Wiz: Uh, no. You're just weren't worthy enough, and well... it was said that only the one true king could pull the magical sword from the stone and unite the people. Thus, the legend of the sacred sword, Excalibur.

Boomstick: Deemed quite impossible by many, the sword in the stone was ignored and left there to rot... until an unexpected hero stepped forth. A young lad who goes by name of Arthur. Turns out, Arty was destined to be that one true king. He pulled out the sword; Excalibur, at a touch from the stone, and with the sacred blade at his side, united the people of Britain and led them out of the darkness and built the greatest kingdom on Earth! Camelot!

Wiz: King Arthur reigned over his kingdom with virtue and humility. There were many exploits and tales regarding King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table. Although King Arthur managed to repel invading and alien forces of his Kingdom, he wasn't able to avoid Britain's ruin. "Le morte d'arthur" is the conclusion of King Arthur's legend which marks the end of his immortal tales.

Boomstick: King Arthur's tales are full of mystery and wonder. And today, historians, beware! We have one of the most outrageous of them all! Enter a phenomena in the form of a tournament of death called; The Holy Grail War, in where different beings based from historical, fictional, legendary, and other whatnots source materials the writers fantasize on, materializes in spiritual form when summoned through a ritual by those with high magical aptitude. These poor souls were then forced into a contract against their will to their summoner.

Wiz: Way to show them some of your tact, Boomstick. Bravo! 9.5 out of 10. Anyway, these summoned spirits manifest into the real world, and are called, "Servants" to do relentless battle against opposing forces. Though, they're aren't limited to spiritual manifestation, they can also manifest physically in the world.

Boomstick: A tournament to the death with the reward having their greatest wish granted using amalgam souls of imagination, belief, or fate. Such a wierd occurence. And when called, they then fall into a category of classes!

Wiz: Since we've included and explained each classes on our previous exibition matches, we will only be focusing with our combatant's class. One of the three Knight classes and the strongest/best overall Servant class, the Sabers.

(*Cues: Fate/Unlimited Codes - Beyond Memories*)

Boomstick: And this is where King Arthur's legend comes into the fold. Yup. King Arthur is more than qualified to enter the Saber class. What makes Arthur an obvious candidate you asked? Wielder of Excalibur anyone? Duh!

Wiz: However... while it's true that Arthur is heroic, courageous, chivalrious, courteous, and powerful, the Fate version of him is... well...

Boomstick: Had some minor alterations. Sure, the King of Knights had fine quality traits, has the legendary sword, status, and heroic exploits, Fate's version of the King of Knights had... some gender issue.

Wiz: Originally planned to be male, Arthur was re-imagined into a woman. Artoria. Probably related to the wise mage Merlin's doing since he never indicated the sex...

Boomstick: *Laughs* You just said "Sex"!

Wiz: Yes. Yes I did. It's complicated. Look, we should just acknowledge this specific Saber regardless of the gender. Okay? Afterall, King Arthur isn't only one being genderbent in the universe of Fate.

Boomstick: Specific? Like, there are tons of em? And wait... Arthur isn't the only one!?

Wiz: Yes. And it's complete bonkers if you asked me. Anyway, moving along, Artoria was called upon by a boy named; Shirou, by sheer luck and coincidence. Belonging into the Saber class, Artoria is a powerful servant. But unlike any other famous and infamous figures whose deemed worthy to become Heroic Spirits and bestowed powers by the Holy Grail, Artoria became a hero on her own and made a pack with the world in order to become a Heroic Spirit, receiving additional blessings and strength.

Boomstick: Like having retained her memories from past events between Holy Grail Wars while other Heroic Spirits don't remember anything from their previous summons.

Wiz: Right. And also the ability to advance and wade through water undeterred, despite wearing heavy armor.

Boomstick: Servants defy normal physics, possessed superhuman prowess, is highly durable and cannot be harmed by any conventional means unless imbued with magical properties, have high stamina that's allows them to fight for days without tiring, even if severely injured, or critically low in mana, and have a healing factor that restores their wounds. They also have many attributes and skills which reflect their abilities in their tales. In Artoria's case, belonging in the Saber class boasts her stats to all categories. Agile, powerful, and highly adept at swordplay, the Sabers are always at the finals in the war. And Artoria is no exception.

Wiz: Saber Artoria is one of the few monarch servants to possessed a high natural talent of Charisma that boosts morale of her allies in combat. With righteous and royal principles, Saber could easily govern others and increase her allies abilities.

Boomstick: Do we call her Saber now? And since a Heroic Spirit is supplied with magical energy, Saber have an immense source of reserved on her! Aside from wearing armor to protect herself, Saber is also extra durable thanks to her high magical output, which raises her defense many times over than most servants. Her armor is so thick, it cannot be easily permanently damaged no matter how much it is hit.

Wiz: Saber can also instantly repair her armor with her own energy. And preferably maintain on repairing it than healing her own body.

Boomstick: She is also imbued with high tolerance to magical attacks thanks to her dragon blood. What? You don't know King Arthur is part dragon? Well, you do now! Take it away, Wiz!

(*Cues: Fate Grand Order - Epic of Remnant: Agartha Battle*)

Wiz: To be more clear, Artoria is charged with the task of protecting her kingdom, and holds the element of the Red Dragon, carrying its very essence of magical power inside her which is the source of her high resistance to magic. Saber is capable of completely neutralizing any high magic and below unless against higher divinity or magic than she possessed. Her Magic Resistance is so strong, she can even resist the power of the Command Seals of her master.

Boomstick: But aside from using her immense magical properties mainly for defense and swift movement, Saber can also infuse her weapon with it and perform a powerful Mana Burst! Striking her foes and sending them flying with ease despite possessing average physical strengh. For such a cute and delicate figure, Saber packs raw power!

Wiz: Saber augments her physical strikes through Mana Burst, which serves as the core of her main fighting style. And this ability overall serves for defensive and offensive purposes. Saber can also predict her foes next movement and avoid their strikes with her natural Instinct. Sort of a precognition, and even to an extent, let's Saber decide the best course of action to take during combat.

Boomstick: Like a heightened sixth sense if you will. And while the riding business stuff is only default to the Rider class, some Sabers inherited this skill. And Saber Artoria is one of those particular Sabers, able to proficiently utilized and handled modern day mounts like motorcycles with ease despite having no formal training in driving whatsoever, quite a fast learner, isn't she? By the way, she can also modify her rides using mana.

Wiz: Hence Artoria's class and common name, her weapon is a sword.

Boomstick: No shit!? As if we don't know that by now!

Wiz: Uhh, right... Possessing the almighty blade among all holy swords; Excalibur, Saber Artoria possessed one of the most powerful divine weapons ever constructed. Not by man ofcourse, but forged by the planet. Yes. The Planet.

Boomstick: Never knew the planet can do such a thing such as smithing but whatever... I already knew a lot of weird shit going on anyway. So, who am I to comment about such things?

Wiz: Amen to that.

Boomstick: Having a divine weapon seems powerful and mighty, right? Wrong! In Fate, showing-off your merchandise to your opponent is giving away your weakpoint! And as such, Saber covers her holy blade with her Noble Phantasm. NP? Yeah, recap, NPs are powerful special abilities used by Servants if they decided to wiped the floor with their opponent. Their trump cards if you will. But using it greatly exhausts them in return, so they tend to saved it for later or when absolutely needed.

Wiz: While some servants have one Noble Phantasm, others have more. Take for instance with Saber, she uses one of hers to hide her holy blade in the form of Invisible Air, which allows her weapon to be invisible to others, which also adds a bit of an advantage to her in hiding her weapons range and confusing her opponents.

Boomstick: Saber can unleash powerful large blast of wind with a swing of her invisible sword by releasing the compressed air stored in her blade. She can also turn other objects invisible and propel herself at amazing speed. Although, it takes a while to reform the air around the blade after usage. And if Saber decides to be serious, she unleashes the blade to its full golden glory. And boy, whoever is at the receiving end of it will surely regret facing this chick in combat.

Wiz: Extremely skilled with a sword, and believing no other Servant surpasses her in close combat, Saber is a forced to be reckoned with. And when Saber calls out her sword's true name, Excalibur - Sword of Promised Victory, she releases the holy blade's full power and unleashes a powerful wave of light energy that decimates everything in its path.

Boomstick: The blast radius is even powerful enough to level an entire city similar to a nuke and more! It's even capable of wiping out an annoying flying phantasmal steed with a tall slender woman riding it, and took out Berserker Herc's several lives with a single use of her Noble Phantasm. Damn! The holy light it unleashes atomizes its targets to a fault! Like that time it obliterated Popeye Caster's hentai demon even though the thing possessed exceptional healing capabilities. Damn! Way to cook that calamari to smithereens!

Wiz: Though, Saber can use it two to four times in a row, it completely leaves her exhausted after executing such devastating move. So she normally saves her trump card only for extreme measures. But while the holy sword in its full glory is most impressive, it's its scabbard that truly possesses an outstanding ability.

Boomstick: What's so special about some old ragged cloth?

Wiz: Saber's ultimate Noble Phantasm, Avalon - All is a Distant Utopia, is the sheath of Excalibur. Although it is lost in history after Artoria's death at Camlann hill, it is later returned to her during the events of the Fifth Holy Grail War. Saber can utilized it around herself by creating a holy barrier which absolutely protect Saber from harm and damage. Nothing can penetrate this powerful defensive move. Not even the ultimate power in her verse, can pierce her ultimate defense. Really, it functions as an absolute defense against nearly anything when activated.

Boomstick: Aside from nullifying attacks, it can also redirect incoming ones. Like deflecting an attack from a weapon called "Merodach" which is capable of incinerating anything it touches. But aside from its defensive functions, it also halts aging of its user, and provides a massive boost to Saber's regenerative properties without using her own magical reserved energy. Bah! Screw Excalibur! Give me it's scabbard instead!

Wiz: Told you it was special than the blade.

(*Cues: Fate/Stay Night - Dashing Rivals*)

Boomstick: Calm, cool, collected, and with a holy sword in her grasp, Saber Artoria is undoubtedly the best servant to have during a Holy Grail War. Saber can destroy most enemies with absolute ease, able stand toe to toe with Lancers and Archers who can trade 100 blows in an instant, casually kept pace with speedy Riders and Assassins, who can move at blinding speed, and completely shruggs-off damage done by feeble Casters and mages.

Wiz: With each strike, Saber causes shockwaves which damages her surroundings. Avoids gunfire and a missile from a modified fighter jet launching 12,000 rounds per minute courtesy of Zero Berserker, evaded a shot fired by Archer at Mach 12 speed while in midair, and casually ran so fast she ran up at the side of a skyscrapper while chasing and fighting Rider.

Boomstick: Saber's strength is also terrifying! She knocked big Herc back with a single blow, overwhelmed other Servants back whenever they clashed weapons, easily flung a stone slab weighing several tons into the air, easily flips over a truck and pushed it forward, and destroyed their surroundings like an earthquake had gone by when she fought Zero Lancer. Like I said earlier, she packs quite a punch!

Wiz: Saber also easily disarm a kendo master without even taking a stance, dodges multitude of swords coming at her from multiple directions, deflects arrows fired in less than a second, and casually weaves through an enhanced barrage of bullets. Saber's speed also passes the speed of sound while fighting Lancer.

Boomstick: Saber is tough enough to tanked blows from Berserk Herc, and her armor could withstand Gold Gil's Enuma Elish momentarily and protect its wearer from harm. Seriously, this chick in armor is quite powerful than we took her for! I mean, she defeated Gilgamesh with the aid of Shirou and through Avalon, and even destroyed the Holy Grail with her NP!

Wiz: But while Artoria have a great sense of duty, is always ready to do anything for other people, determined, and greatly excels at most categories, she's not all perfect. For one, she is always serious and prideful. Saber does not go easy in any kind of challenges or competition. She's also something of sore loser whenever she loses to someone or something, and greatly vexed upon it afterwards. Although she cannot be directly wounded by magecraft or spells, she always charges her opponents head-on without resorting to any tactics first, making her a bit reckless. A major weakness of the Saber class is their straightforwardness in battle, in which a clever and crafty opponent can exploit. Opponents who have long range arsenal could also proved a challenge to Saber as melee is more of her forte.

Boomstick: And due to her dragon blood, she has much trouble dealing and is prone against opponents with dragon slaying traits. She's also too damn honorable, headstrong, stubborn and a glutton. And despite having a high rank of A Luck , Saber strangely suffers misfortunes everytime she's summoned in a Holy Grail War in where she's either bound to a douchebag of a master, or is fated to a weak and pathetic excuse of a master to serve, which restricts Saber's full capabilities and potential as an awesome servant. Sucks everytime.

Wiz: A chivalrous character with no faults who aided the weak and broke the strong, Saber will always fearlessly charge in towards her foe and quickly determine the outcome of battle with a slash of her mighty blade.

Saber: My blows are as powerful as a battering ram. If you stand in my way, I shall split you in two!

Lenneth Valkyrie[]

(*Cues: Valkyrie Profile - Valhalla*)

Wiz: There are many stories that have engaged our attention. But there is another branch of superstitions which ought not to be overlooked.

Boomstick: And that is tales of Gods and deities! A great example is tales from Greek---

Wiz: *Ahem!*

Boomstick: Oh! I mean, folk tales from Norse Mythology! It was said in the tale that a mighty ash tree or world tree called, Yggdrasil, supported the living realm or the whole universe. It have branches and roots which extends to Asgard, the dwelling of the Gods, another to a place called, Alfheim, which is the realm of Elves. The third is called, Midgard, the abode of humans (us). And the fourth is a realm called, Niffleheim, the regions of darkness and cold. And if I were to pick which realm to lived in, I would pick the obvious choice. The home of the Gods due to its jolly ambiance from various heroes and everlasting feast! I'm talking about the beautiful Valhalla! I could definitely fit in there!

Wiz: Yeah... huh? Hey! How did you know about that?

Boomstick: Grand Daddy Boomstick used to visit there for some kicks and giggles. He even won a few drinking contest against some guy named, Thor! He used to tell tales about it everytime he returned home, drunk, but happy. *Sniff* I sorely missed him...

Wiz: Uhh... are we still talking about the same "Valhalla"?

Boomstick: Maybe.

Wiz: Seriously? How did your Grand Daddy even reached the place? No mortal alive can even reached Asgard, or even crossed its gatekeeper. So how did...

Boomstick: Hmm... from what I remember, Grand Daddy used to have a hot girlfriend whose into cosplay and stuff. She loved her hobby so much, she even put wings on her horse! Talk about dedication!

Wiz: I don't know if you're just making these stuff up, or to believed you.

(*Cues: Valkyrie Profile - An Inscription of a Tombstone*)

Boomstick: It brings tears everytime I remember Grand Daddy... So, to avoid seeing my horrid face, we should just continue along with our work. *Sniff* Where were we... During its primeval times, there lived a giant named; Mimir, who possessed great power and wisdom. A God or Aesir (the common term for Gods who ruled over Asgard in this series) by the name of Odin, with the aid of some jealous giant or Vanir (which is the giant's term on this series) named, Surt, defeated the great giant. Odin then saw knowledge in the slayed giant and took his head and kept it for himself. But not before spouting some words of wisdom to its beheader.

Wiz: What Mimir fortold was misfortune. A catastrophic event where even the Gods cannot escape.

Boomstick: After that, Surt, took command of the Vanir. And it was not long after he knew that Odin gained the throne of the Aesir and ruled over them. And like any other races, lead to conflict between the two.

Wiz: And thus, the fearful day of destruction. Ragnarok, the Twilight of the Gods. The time when the Aesir Gods die, and all of their visible creation would be destroyed. Which includes Midgard, the abode of humans.

Boomstick: It is the nature of the Aesir to protect the world for eternity. So it all lies at their hands. And with their fate inevitable, Odin needed some extra strength to prolong the war and by slim chance, overcome their fate.

Wiz: To do this, Odin specifically assigned this task to a fellow Goddess. The Valkyrie.

(*Cues: Valkyrie Profile - On the Road to Prosperity and Glory*)

Boomstick: Now I remember! Grand Daddy's girlfriend was a Valkyrie!

Wiz: You've gotta be shitting...

Boomstick: That's why he was able easily cross the gap between Asgard and here! He had a gatepass!

Wiz: Wow... I never knew your lineage had some... experience with the likes of... divine deities and such... Actually, I'm kind of jealous.

Boomstick: Rest well, you great son of a gun! Here, a toast to you, Grand Daddy! (Boomstick opens a beer and drinks from it)

Wiz: Whoa! Easy! Were not half-way through yet. *Ahem* Valkyries are warlike virgins...

Boomstick: *Spits out his drink* Say what!?

Wiz: Err, they also act as messengers to Odin. But their main duty is to descend forth to Midgard and gather warriors to Asgards cause. However, there is an absolute line between Gods and Humans. In order to preserve order, only one battle maiden is appointed in each era. And both parties have decided upon this so that peace and order can be maintained.

Boomstick: Well, that sucks. Aren't there like many of them?

Wiz: Err, in this specific universe of Norse Mythology, the battle maidens are only three Goddesses with one body.

Boomstick: Huh?

Wiz: This version based of Norse Mythology, deviates significantly from its source material. But anyway, in this verse, the Valkyrie are three sisters who govern destiny also share one body.

Boomstick: How in the heck!?

Wiz: Like I said earlier, as only one is appointed in each era to govern man's death and watched over their souls, only one is awakened, while the other two live as humans for the time being. And in order for them to choose a human's soul worthy of entering Valhalla, they need to understand their heart first. But when they awaken as a battle maiden, their memories are sealed to avoid their feelings from interferring with their duty.

Boomstick: So like having a severe MPD?

Wiz: Uhh, sure. I guess. Those brave warriors who have died in battle, chosen to become worthy now prepare for Ragnarok, under the leadership of the beautiful battle maiden Valkyrie.

(*Cues: Valkyrie Profile - False Reflection in the Eye (Forest of Spirits)*)

Boomstick: There's the youngest and the most rebellious one, Valkyrie Silmeria. Odin disliked her the most. Then there's the oldest of three and most violent one, Valkyrie Hrist. Odin loved her for her undying loyalty to him. However, among the three goddesses who rule over fate, the greatest among them, is the second sister, Lenneth Vakyrie! Or the other way around. Odin greatly respected her.

Wiz: Like her sisters, Lenneth, when not in service, exist as a human in Midgard, unaware of her Valkyrie nature. Her recent role is under the name of Platina, a simple and innocent country girl before taking the mantle as Valkyrie.

Boomstick: Kinda confusing, right? Don't worry. You're not alone. Lenneth, who was once Platina, was treated harshly by her parents. Damn them. And was about to be sold to slavery for money. But after her boyfriend, Lucian, overheard her parent's plan, he urged Platina to escape and ran away from home. It was a touching moment after their getaway, until they end up to a meadow filled with Weeping Lilies. Ah, quite a breather.

Wiz: You better hold your breath if I were you. While the flowers are pretty to gaze upon, its pollens however contain poison. And when Platina enjoyed her freedom by appreciating the flowers around her, they bloomed.

Boomstick: The timing couldn't have been better! It was a life changing experience!

Wiz: Releasing the toxic pollen which Platina inhaled.

Boomstick: Her moment of freedom was brief. Poor girl, but at least her boyfriend saved her from a lifetime of slavery and abuse. Right? Not to mention, she died in her loved one's arms. Happy, I might add. So... at least it's... uh, fullfilling I guess? Damn. I'm bad at these kind of things.

Wiz: After her demise, Platina was reincarnated as the "Chooser of the Slain", Lenneth Valkyrie.

Boomstick: After her long slumber, Lenneth was immediately tasked with gathering warrior souls for Asgard for the upcoming day of Ragnarok.

(*Cues: Valkyrie Anatomia - BGM#23*)

Wiz: As Aesirs are a divine race, they are blessed with high divinity, special abilities, are static/immortal (meaning they never grow old and will reincarnate again), have heightened awareness, and possess superhuman attributes. They also have ranks, and their power depends according to their standing. Lenneth is a rank 6 goddess, and is immensely resistant to the Divine element or Holy element. And as the Goddess who governs over fate, the Valkyrie is capable of instantly feeling and seeing any alterations made in time or in reality, are capable of altering the course of fate for individuals, and their soul is protected against attacks or abilities meant to directly attack the soul.

Boomstick: As the Valkyrie, Lenneth is also an expert in the field of battle. Quick, yet powerful and accurate in her strikes, Lenneth can best most opponents during combat. But although her main job is to gather warrior souls and making them Einherjars (worthy), Lenneth also includes in her resume exploring, tomb raiding, treasure hunting, and ridding supernatural beings through the rite of exorcism! She's quite a thrill seeker, ain't she?

Wiz: She's also a taskmaster of sorts to her Einherjars, teaching them about warfare, survival, leadership, strategy, defense, evasion, accuracy, and etc... improving their capabilities and skills as part of their preparation for the war that will end the world.

Boomstick: She's also a teacher!? Never knew Valkyries are well-versed in many things. Hmm... perhaps they're also brilliant partners when it comes to a certain activity that I've been studying recently... hehehe.

Wiz: Maybe... Each Valkyrie can sprout glowing wings, enabling them flight and levitation. They are also quite capable of adapting to harsh environments such as near lava, cold, and other hazardous areas. Lenneth is even unaffected by the space-time distortions when she set foot in Niflheim.

Boomstick: Aside from flying in the skies above reaching certain places, Lenneth can also teleport to different locations for fast access, could turn incorporeal, and can breathe underwater! Treasure hunting my ass! Locating and finding treasures is childsplay to her level!

Wiz: While the Valkyrie possessed extraordinary abilities, each entity of the Valkyrie have special powers that makes them unique from each other. Lenneth possess the power to hear the sorrow, anger and hopes of humans near death called Spiritual Concentration. It allows her to hear their souls cry out, and synchronizes her soul with theirs, allowing her to borrow their strength in times of critical need. As all of the Valkyries Einherjars are stored in their own soul, and can manifest them whenever they wish to. Though, Lenneth herself doesn't want to use it to avoid taking advantage or abusing her Einherjars souls for herself.

Boomstick: Lenneth can also sense and feel the presence of the undead as well. She's also the only Valkyrie capable of casting magic! Though, most of which is support like restoration and protection spells. Which kinda sucks if you think about it.

Wiz: To your destructive preference, maybe.

Boomstick: What's wrong with pure power and destructiveness? That way, you can blast your enemies into kingdom come! And those lucky enough to survived such a badass move, would think twice!

Wiz: Typical. Pure recklessness. Tsk. Tsk... While Lenneth is already a formidabble warrior in combat, she's also a brilliant support using magic which greatly aids her and her allies. Making her the best fighter in her party. So, I'm not sure why she needed her Einherjars aid in battle.

Boomstick: Because it's called RPG, Wiz-for-brains! Get used to it. Anywho, Lenneth have a couple of spells useful for strengthening her allies and weakening her foes.

Wiz: Hence, support magic...

Boomstick: Shut it! You!

Wiz: Yeah, right. Talk to the hand.

Boomstick: Why you...!

(*Cues: Valkyrie Profile - To the Last Drop of my Blood*)

Wiz: While my... rustic and gruffly co-host vent his frustrations by drowning himself with his... elixirs (Beer), Iet's proceed to our combatant's magical powers. Don't mind him, really. He'll get over it. Specializing in support magic, Lenneth can Heal her allies and herself using restoration magic. She can also remove abnormal ailments in her party with Normalize, and can resurrect the fallen with the power of light by casting Invoke Feather.

Boomstick: *Burps* Aaaaaaah. Nothing beats my favorite beverage when it comes to drinking!

Wiz: Hmm... I'm glad your back to your "Normal" self.

Boomstick: I'm always "Myself". Where did you stop, my inconspicuous co-host?

Wiz: About the part where Lenneth does her healing magic... what did you call me?

Boomstick: Ah, right! Lenneth can also enhanced her whole team, including herself, with buffs! She can further boost her striking power with Might Reinforce, raise her magical power with Spell Reinforce, greatly augments her defense with Guard Reinforce, and cast Reflect Sorcery to shield her body against spells by creating a barrier which causes opposing spells to bounce back to its caster.

Wiz: Lenneth can also weaken her opponents by casting debilitating spells. She can reduce their strength casting Sap Power, weakens her enemy's defenses by casting Sap Guard---

Boomstick: ---I only know Safeguard, and I used it everyday! It highly protects your skin from germs and bacterias. Definitely recommend it!

Wiz: ... And Lenneth can also prevent her enemies from casting spells using Prevent Sorcery.

Boomstick: She's every mages worst nightmare. Plus, Lenneth also comes with other abilities. Like the ability to produce crystals in which she uses to create platforms to stand on and immobilize her enemies. She can also break magic seals, transfer others souls using her Astral powers, disguise herself as a human to mingle with mortals, and have the ability to craft items from the materials she gathered! Not only is she a great warrior, but she's also a skilled infiltrator and craftswoman!

(*Cues: Valkyrie Profile - The First Unison*)

Wiz: And if Lenneth decides to end her opponent, she will perform her ultimate technique. Soul Crush: Nibelung Valesti.

Boomstick: As the named implied, it completely obliterates the target's soul. Lenneth's divine assault let's her perform a dance of blade where she then immobilizes her target by impaling them with spears before unleashing a powerful final attack! Sending her foe into oblivion!

Wiz: As the battle maiden, Lenneth fits her title well. She's an excellent combatant who speciliazes in swordplay and archery. Although her preferred weapon is mostly the sword, Lenneth can switch her weapon during the flow of battle for versatility and effectiveness. She also seems to be ambidextrous in wielding her weapon.

Boomstick: But unlike most swordfighters in fiction, Lenneth doesn't have an iconic weapon on hand. Rather, she has many to choose from her inventory! However, in the source material, Lenneth recovered One of the Four Sacred Treasures, powerful magical artifacts which maintain the stability of the realms, which is the Demon Sword Levantine! This demonic blade's power increases overtime but drain its wielder's life force in return. For such a powerful and important blade to be freely used against the enemy, Lenneth, with a sane and righteous mind, instead decided to avoid using the weapon and kept it to herself. She then crafted a stronger but safer weapon to replace it in return.

Wiz: The Glance Reviver is a powerful weapon. More so than the Levantine.

Boomstick: Yeah. That's what I said...

Wiz: A sword of the Gods imbued with the power of creation, the Glance Reviver has a special power of stealing the opponent's power and granting it to its wielder. It's also highly effective against beings weak to the element of darkness.

Boomstick: Not only a bane against evil, but also pretty deadly against divine forces!?

Wiz: Indeed. A single slash from the blade, brings instant death to enemies weak to the Dark element. Befitting such a powerful weapon, the Glance Reviver is quite frankly the best and overall reliable weapon when facing against mighty odds.

Boomstick: A Goddess sent down below, (lucky punks!) the battle maiden must have the best equipment suited for her journey. Lenneth wore supreme protective gears and special accessories. She is equipped with a Reflect Armor, a superb durable ancient armor which highly protect its wearer from harm despite having lost its true power, and which I kid you not, also provides great defense against Divine elemental attacks! What the? First the sword, and now the armor? What's up with this knightly babe? Isn't she supposed to battle wicked and vile creatures? She should've prepared herself with tools befitting such purpose! Why the opposite? Is she planning on revolting against her own kind or what?

Wiz: Uhh, need I to remind you that, Lenneth crafted her own equipment using her unique ability? Case you forgot. And we'll get on to that later. Lenneth also wore a feathered helmet and gauntlets, which are both crafted from the same magical material called; Mithril, which have unsurpassed durability and lightness. Lenneth also wore sturdy Valiant greaves, all of which is indestructible and provides Lenneth unmatched defense.

Boomstick: Guess she took the term "Knight dressed in armor" exquisitely well! I mean, this is to be expected from a being who hails from the LAND OF THE GODS!

Wiz: Lenneth also comes with a handy rotating shield around her, providing extra defense which automatically protects her during combat.

Boomstick: Great. As if her defense isn't already impeccable to begin with..!

Wiz: Lenneth also wore a divine ring of destiny called; the Nibelungen Ring. Bestowed upon her by Odin, as a sign of showing his faith in her.

Boomstick: Buuuuut some deuchebag of a lunatic in a cape, named; Lezard, whose probably Wiz's long lost brother, cousin, relative, distant ancestor, or whatever, took the ring from Lenneth and kept it to himself. And probably fantasized on it too since he's also a perv.

Wiz: Exactly.... wait? What?

Boomstick: Not to worry! (It's probably useless anyway) Lenneth still have some accesories left on her! The upgraded Creation Jewel, which Lenneth possess, allows her to transmute divinely created items into new and powerful ones. And the Orb of the Warmaiden further increases her physical, magical, and mental attributes. She also possess some rings with different effects which greatly supported her on her journey.

Wiz: But while it's unspecified on what accesories she's exactly wearing, it is most likely that these are the closest based on during her mission in Midgard.

(*Cues: Valkyrie Anatomia - BGM#30*)

Boomstick: Accompanied by her most loyal Einherjars, Lenneth traveled Midgard enlisting recruits, looting tombs, locating artifacts, and beating the crap out of evil! She is strong enough to topple huge pillars with a swing of her blade, casually lift, throw, pushed and pulled objects weighing several tons her own size, even while underwater, strike her enemies so hard and fast, she breaks through their defenses, and decapitates most of her enemies with a single slash!

Wiz: Lenneth is very quick too. She is fast enough to dash and leave afterimages of herself, able to leap high in a single bound, able to stand briefly on a puff of cloud, swiftly avoided ice and laser beams, as well as hail of fireballs, easily glides through tree tops and sky platforms, and evaded traps like trap arrows, poisons, explosions, and got through the moving Guardians in the Dragon Palace.

Boomstick: Lenneth has fallen head over heels to yours truly...

Wiz gave Boomstick a menacing look

Boomstick: *Ahem* I mean, fallen hundreds of feet without taking any damage, is unscathed being bitten by a gaping maw, and casually endured tanking lava and raining fireballs! Girl's got some endurance!

Wiz: Lenneth have encountered and slayed many during her travels in Midgard. Wraiths, Demons, Vampires, Dragons, Monsters, the Undead, Beasts, Corrupted Humans, and---

Boomstick ---Butterflies...

Wiz: Uh, right. Using her heavenly wings, Lenneth is fast enough to flew over islands in a short amount of time. And even to an extent, cross dimensions physically using her sheer speed. And with her magic, she easily repelled a necromancer's dark arts and restless spirits. Her spirit is also so strong, she shielded her Einherjars from Hrist's blast, which is powerful enough to completely destroy the soul, even though she's already in stasis.

Boomstick: Let's not forget that Lenneth is also a brilliant puzzle solver! She unlocked the secrets of the tombs she raided, defeated a powerful sorceress named; Lyseria, and once traveled to the past and witness her sister slaughtering an entire kingdom! Shit! We should put her sister in an exibition match in the near future!

(*Cues: Valkyrie Anatomia - BGM#25*)

Wiz: Maybe someday. But during her time in Midgard, Lenneth began to unravel her inner personality and slowly become more human. And without the ring of destiny on her, which also happens to be an accessory to sealed off her past memories, Lenneth began to remember and uncover her long lost memories, breaking the seal which endangers her mission to secure Asgard's future.

Boomstick: It's already doomed to begin with! Odin's just prolonging the inevitable. A lot of things happen afterwards. Lenneth's boyfriend, who is now an Einherjar, got duped by Loki into doing something stupid, which end poorly on his end. Who, in their right mind would trust the God of Mischief! Come on!

Wiz: Lenneth heard his cry which worsen the seal. As a precaution, Odin triggers the Sovereign's Rite, a powerful spell which is basically to control the Valkyries, and forcely awaken Hrist in Lenneth's place, which poses a problem to Lenneth's Einherjars, as they prefer Lenneth's leadership and authority over her sister.

Boomstick: That perv in a cape returned and aided Lenneth's Einherjars, preserved Lenneth's soul, and along with some vampire dude, defeated her bloody sister, and took whatever's left of the Valkyrie's body. They then fuse Lenneth's soul, a homunculus body, and the Valkyrie's body to reborn Lenneth which kinda worked. She got a new body with her memories intact this time. Disgusted on how her fellow Gods treated humans like shit, Lenneth returned to Asgard to avenged her boyfriend's demise, and to stop Loki and--- Oh! Wait!

Wiz: By gaining a new body of that of a homunculus, which is artificialy made with the combined mixture of human and elven blood, it greatly change Lenneth's being. As Gods are static, meaning they do not grow. A homunculus however, has the ability to grow, just as mortals do. And with the mix of elven attributes, which are to be vessels of the Gods, a half-human and elven body, like a homunculus, can gain more power.

Boomstick: Meaning?

Wiz: Weren't you listening? I just explained it!

Boomstick: Hehehe. I'm just kidding. Now with a new body, Lenneth raided Asgard! But before she arrived there, Loki had already put his scheme into motion, which resulted in Asgard's ruin. Odin got killed fighting Loki, the Vanir/Giants, invaded Asgard, and two vicious and powerful monsters were also set loose on the place. It was total chaos. Lenneth and her Einjerhars had to carved up a path just to get to Loki, only to face total annihilation. Along with both worlds. And that is the conclusion of Ragnarok. The End!

The Death Battle transition is shown.

Wiz: We're getting there! Just bare with us a minute, okay?

Boomstick: Augh! Fine!

Wiz: Lenneth was forced to borrow her Einherjars power to protect herself. Thus, sacrificing their souls. All is seemed lost, but with the side effects of the fusion of the Valkyrie and with the homunculus body, it gave Lenneth a new power. The Power of Creation, which is similar to Odin or perhaps even beyond his level of power. Lenneth's power became so vast, she not only have the power to stand against a fully-powered Loki with the Dragon Orb, but also restored all of the damages Loki had caused. Restoring both worlds, Asgard and Midgard, and also bringing back her Einherjars souls.

Boomstick: And like any other story, Lenneth defeated Loki, overcomes her destiny as a lowly Goddess, and ruled over all creation! She also gets her man back, and they all lived happily ever after! Until she travels into a different timeline/dimension chasing after that perv in a cape, who happens to share similarities to Wiz, who ruined history, and got herself into a predicament involving her sisters and her becoming into one single powerful deity which then whoop Lezard's ass. So, yeah. Complete bonkers and complicated like any other verse out there.

(*Cues: Valkyrie Profile - Eternal Hydrogen Anxieties*)

Wiz: Lenneth enjoys the company of mortals, and is benevolent to them. Much more so to her Einherjars. But becomes merciless towards her enemies. Particularly to those who commit inhuman acts such as desecrating the dead, and those with evil intentions towards humanity.

Boomstick: And as powerful as she is, Lenneth can still be caught off guard by tricky and cunning opponents. Those who also share similar godlike powers to her, could prove a challenge to her authority. Lenneth also tends to hold back when fighting humans. But while she's mostly with a party during battle, she's still considered the best when it comes to offense, defense, and support. Heck! She's probably one of the strongest female leads in RPG history!

Wiz: Of course. Given that she's a Valkyrie, this is to be expected.

Boomstick: All life can rest easy knowing that the fate of all creation is governed by a compassionate Goddess of fate, Lenneth Valkyrie!

Lenneth visits the Weeping Lily Meadow and saw spectres floating around. She brandish her sword and charges towards them.

Lenneth: Your kind does not belong in this place!

The Battle Maiden proceeds to eliminate the spectres.

Pre-Fight[]

!Pre-Fight Saber vs Lenneth

Wiz: Alright, the combatants are set, let’s end this debate once and for all.

Boomstick: It's time for a Death Battle!

Death Battle[]

(*Cues: Chrono Cross - Garden of the Gods*)

It was night with a full moon in a wide meadow filled with white flowers (possibly dandelions) where a ruins of an ancient castle of some sort is at the center. Gleamed by the moonlight, it makes the building more majestic. Inside however...

(*Cues: Atelier Iris: Eternal Mana - Duke of Stratosphere*)

Is filled with blood and corpses, human bones where scattered about where a mighty armored dark knight wielding a gigantic sword stands facing against a feathered-helmed warrior maiden.

Dark Knight: *Evil Laugh* Another meager soul enters my domain! Doomed to die a gruesome death!

Warrior Maiden: Warrior of Darkness. This is the world of mortals. And you've slew many in your thirst for bloodshed by clouding them false hopes of superstitious belief of a wish granting artifact in your possession, luring them to their death. By the holy laws, you shall be obliterated!

The two figures clashed blades.

(*Cues: Chrono Cross - Earth Dragon's Island*)

After some time later, a solitary figure wearing armor similar to a knight, wielding something on her hands (which appears to be nothing or invisible to the mortal eyes) explores the ruins. Seemingly searching for something or someone.

The knightly figure is Saber. Real name; Artoria, the one true king and wielder of the Holy blade; Excalibur.

A cool but gentle breeze passes her by, along with a shining feather. Saber felt the emanating power it carried and got her guard up as the mysterious winged individual wearing a feathered helmet and battle armor, suddenly appear out of thin air in front of her. Slowly descending towards the ground.

(*Cues: Alundra 2 - Magic Knight Belgar*)

Warrior Maiden: I sensed a soul wandering in this accursed place.

The figure descends into the ground as her wings dissipates.

Warrior Maiden: Might that be you? Maiden-knight?

The warrior maiden standing before Saber was the Valkyrie, Lenneth Valkyrie.

Saber: (This wave of power... this must be the formidable warrior that tavern owner told me about...) I heard of a mighty warrior who dwells in this place possessing a divine artifact that could grant wishes. Are you the one?

Lenneth: I see... Humans are often misled by false beliefs.

Saber: Huh?

Lenneth: Unfortunately, you're referring to the damned soul trapped in these place. Be glad that he will no longer prey upon the living again. For his soul have been released from this condemned place.

Saber: Released? You freed him?

Lenneth: Something like that. I purified his soul and sent it to oblivion.

Saber: Is that so...?

Saber breathed a sigh of disappointment.

Saber: (So much for challenging a worthy opponent... wait...) My lady---

(*Cues: BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma - Awakening the Chaos II*)

Lenneth: (This feeling of overwhelming spiritual presence... it's not possible! I've already... wait? It's coming from...) ---You're not human. Are you?

Saber: (!)

Saber was taken aback a little.

Saber: I... well... *Ahem* My lady, since you've defeated that mighty warrior, that means you're much more so a formidable opponent.

Lenneth: Dodging my question, are we? Hmph. Fine then. It is my duty to watch over, interviene, and dispose, Spirits, who've gone astray from their path and interfer with the living. However... it is also my tasked to test their mettle if they're worthy.

Saber: (Huh? Worthy?) Worthy of?

Lenneth: Becoming Einherjar.

Saber: Einherjar...? (!) Valkyrie!?

Lenneth: You gaze upon her.

Saber: (This is... heh. Well, this should at least make my trip here worthwhile. It's not everyday you get to battle a Valkyrie.) As a fellow warrior, it would be an honor if you accepted my invitation to a duel with you.

Lenneth: Very well. I accept your challenge. I am the Chooser of the Slain, a Valkyrie. I will judge your worth as a warrior. And you will find me a harsh judge. Show me how good you are!

Lenneth brandish her sword.

Saber goes into a battle stance.

Saber: I'll give it everything I've got!

FIGHT!

(*Cues: Tekken 5 - Moonlit Wilderness*)

Saber charges and swings her invisible blade at Lenneth. Valkyrie's rotation shield automatically guards her.

Saber: Huh?

Lenneth: Don't get ahead of yourself.

Lenneth saw an opening and performs a flurry of sword swings which Saber quickly deflects and evades. Saber counters back with her own flurry of sword swings, to which Lenneth precisely examines, blocks, and evades.

Lenneth: (I have to watch her footwork more carefully in order to deduce the range of her invisible weapon.) What graceful yet powerful strikes. Your form is quite impressive.

Saber: I appreciate your kind words, noble Valkyrie. Let me show you more of how good I am with my blade!

Lenneth: Then, come at me with all your might!

The two begin speeding around the battlefield while repeatedly clashing with their strikes. Saber, with her high Intuition, gave her the advantage of predicting her foe's next possible move, allowing her to evade, parry and deflect her strikes.

Lenneth: (Her skill with the blade is amazing. I better improve on my pace as well.)

A sound of clashing blades echoes around the ruins.

Lenneth carefully study Saber's movements everytime she swings at her while dodging and deflecting her strikes. Saber continues to swing her blade at Lenneth but is defended by her rotating shields everytime.

Saber: Those things that you got hovering around you are pretty annoying.

Lenneth: They served me very well. But against my foes, they are a bother.

Saber: That's reassuring.

Saber executes a vertical slash which Lenneth blocked using her sword. The force behind the collision cracks the stone ground they stand upon.

The two locked swords and further exchange some banter.

Lenneth: And you? You possess a unique weapon in your grasp.

Saber: It's not much to gaze upon. At the moment...

Using her Mana Burst, Saber overpowers Lenneth and knocks her back a couple of distance.

Lenneth: (Where did that sudden force come from?) Nicely done.

Saber: I'm just getting started.

Saber charges towards her foe and unloads a couple of sword swings to which Lenneth responds with her own. Both sword-maidens exchange blows again as they maneuver around the ruins.

During the course of their skirmish, Lenneth uses her crystal powers to immobilize Saber on her track.

Saber: (?)

But it proves futile due to Saber's high resistance to magic.

Lenneth: (Tch. I'll have to resort to other measures.)

Like a blur, Saber and Lenneth continues to unload precise sword swings at each other until Lenneth manages to distance herself.

Lenneth: (Alright, let's try this!)

Lenneth casts debilitating spells on Saber, but to no avail due to her magic resistance.

Saber: (Huh? What was that just now?)

Lenneth: (Not only my crystal powers prove ineffective against her, but she was also able to repel my spells, naturally? She is truly an exceptional foe.) Outstanding.

Both continue their swordplay as if they were sparring with each other. Their clashed is at a standstill. Parrying, deflecting and countering each other's strikes until Lenneth manages to sidestep, avoiding her foe's strike.

Lenneth: You missed!

Lenneth counterattacks by executing a vertical slash which knock Saber to the ground. Saber hastily get's back up and performs another Mana Burst which sends her dashing towards her foe.

Quick on her feet, the Valkyrie leaps overhead avoiding the King of Knight's mighty swing which topples down a pillar behind her.

Lenneth slides along the ground towards her foe and hit's Saber, sweeping her feet off from the ground as Lenneth quickly swings her sword low to high, launching her foe upward, and quickly follows it up again by slashing Saber from above. Saber was knock on the ground again as she rolls and get's back up.

Saber: (This I did not expect. The Valkyrie using unorthodox swordplay...) There's still much to learn.

Lenneth: You're wide open!

Saber: (!)

Saber leaps back and avoid Lenneth's crushing blow.

Saber: (That was a close one. Alright then. Time to show off what I'm really made of!) O Wind, scatter away!

Saber executes Invisible Air by releasing the compressed air stored in her sword, unleashing a cyclone towards her foe.

Lenneth: (What the!?)

The rotating shields guarded their owner from the sheer blast. But due to the force behind it, it blasted Lenneth through a room, which is a garden of sorts, and into a canal.

Saber follows her opponent outside and scans her opponent, but is unable to detect her in sight.

Saber: Is she...? (Did I overdo it? No... a warrior such as her, can't be easilly defeated by that...)

Saber slowly roams the garden and walks to the water. She stops for a bit to gaze at the moonlight and tilts her head below, seeing its reflection in the water. All of a sudden, Saber saw a silhouette below and leaps back as Lenneth resurfaces out of the water and launches herself forward to her opponent and delivers a vertical slash, which Saber quickly blocks using her blade.

Saber: You're full of surprises, noble Valkyrie.

The King of Knights using Mana Burst, tosses her opponent right back to a pillar. Upon impact, the Valkyrie uses her crystal creating powers and conjures a crystal below in which she then stands on.

Saber continues to use Mana Burst and topples down the pillar with a single slash which got Lenneth jumping onto another, and conjures crystals to get onto higher elevation. Lenneth casually hops into them which lead her to the roof of the ruins.

Saber: Heh. Neat trick.

Saber pursuits her opponent by dashing and scaling the walls all the way up to the roofs.

Lenneth: Persistent, are we?

The two exchange blades again which eventually led them back inside the ruined building. Saber locked swords with Lenneth yet again.

Lenneth: Life is not something to be lightly thrown away. Maiden-knight.

Saber: Indeed you're right. That's why I have to win!

Saber repulses Lenneth using Mana Burst, and leaps to attack. Lenneth rolls out of the way, avoiding Saber's crushing blow. Once again, both get's into a clashed of blades, but with her high Intuition, Saber saw some opening in Lenneth's defenses and manages to land blows on her. Managing the pain, Lenneth held her own until their fight took outside the ruins.

Lenneth manages to repel Saber's next strike and launches her a few distance as Lenneth recovers the damage done to her using restore magic.

Lenneth: (She even managed to hold her own against an Aesir... who is she?)

Seemingly unscathed due to her own sturdy defense and healing factor, Saber relentlessly charges her opponent. Both sword-maidens fight some more until Saber, using her Mana Burst much throughout the fight, overpowers Lenneth in their clashed.

Saber: (Now!)

With a quick combo, Saber manages to repel and disarms Lenneth of her weapon.

Lenneth: (Oh no!)

Lenneth tilts her head to her sword.

Saber: (An opening!)

Saber quickly dashes towards Lenneth and repels her rotating shields.

Saber: This is the end!

But as soon as she delivers her finishing blow, Lenneth already had her blade back in her hand which she uses to block Saber's attack. The ground beneath them cracks from the sheer impact.

Saber: (Wha---? How!?)

Lenneth: My turn.

With her opponent rattled, Lenneth took the opportunity and unload a combo of sword strikes to Saber, damaging her armor and knocking her a few distance with Lenneth charging towards her.

Saber gets on her feet and swings her sword around using her Mana Burst, which Lenneth quickly blocks but was launched back some distance due to the sheer force from Saber's swing. The Valkyrie turns in the air and lands on the ground.

Lenneth: (Truly splendid!) To have the strength to rival even a Goddess of war in combat! Who are you...? What are you?

Saber breathes out deeply as she repairs her armor using Mana, and let her wounds heal naturally with her healing factor before letting out a sigh.

Saber: All right. Let me show you!

(*Cues: Soul Calibur: Broken Destiny - Phantasmagoria*)

Saber holds her sword in front of her with both hands and began chanting some words.

Saber: On this path to victory... O Holy Sword of liberation...

Lenneth: What is she...?

Saber: Sheathed in the breath of stars. A torrent of shining life---

Saber's sword glows, converting her magical energy into her sword, revealing its full golden glory.

Lenneth: Is that...? She finally uncloak her sword...

Saber: ---The Sword of Promised Victory!

A golden beam of light shines from the sword, and towards the heavens. The glowing light becomes wider.

Lenneth: (This is bad!) Protect!

Lenneth hastily casts Guard Reinforce on herself.

Saber: Behold! Feel its wrath---Excalibur!!!!!

Saber unleashes a large slash of light towards Lenneth.

Lenneth: (!) To me!

Lenneth's rotating shields guarded her from the beam. But due to the power behind it, Lenneth was engulf by the massive divine light.

A relieved Saber sighs contently.

Saber: It was a good match... huh?

(*Cues: Fate/Unlimited Blade Works - Excalibur*)

But much to her surprise, Saber finds that Lenneth was unscathed from her ultimate attack.

Saber: What!? Impossible!

Lenneth: I assume you are prepared for the repercussions of striking a goddess with such an attack?

Lenneth casts Might Reinforce on herself as Saber readies her battle stance, tightening her grip on the hilt of her glowing blade.

Lenneth: Come! Wielder of Excalibur! Get ready for a true fight!

Lenneth's wings briefly manifested on her as she charged at full force towards Saber, the latter doing the same. The resulting collision of their blades leaves devastation to the surroundings which topples down the foundations of the ruins they previously fought in, creates a crater around them. They repeatedly clashed with their blades, and everytime they collided, it causes shockwaves, and the ground trembles from the force behind their strikes. The two combatants leap at each other and clash blades and push each other back.

Saber flung a nearby debris from the broken building towards Lenneth. The latter charges through and slashes it in two as she prepares to cut her foe down. Saber evades the blow and resumes on the offensive.

Their battle took them down to the field of flowers. And everytime they swing their weapons at each other, the petals flew in the air around them.

Lenneth: This battle has gone on long enough!

Lenneth deflects Saber's strike and kick her back.

Lenneth: Time to decide the victor.

Saber: I couldn't agree more!

Saber tightly gripped her sword with both hands and prepares to execute her Noble Phantasm again.

Saber: With almighty blade in hand...

Lenneth: (!) I won't let you!

Lenneth quickly trades her sword and takes out her bow and fires it at Saber which disrupts her activating her Noble Phantasm as she goes on the defensive.

Lenneth continues firing her bow at Saber, who dodges all the arrows as she leaps forward and tries slashing Lenneth, but the Valkyrie blocks the blow by quickly trading her bow back into her sword and pushing Saber back.

Lenneth jumps high into the air and manifests her wings as she conjures a huge spear on her right hand.

Lenneth: It shall be engraved upon your soul!

Saber: (What the!?)

Lenneth: Nibelung Valesti!

Lenneth throws the spear at Saber.

Her instincts warn Saber of the lethality of her opponent's attack. Saber hastily utilizes her Noble Phantasm, Avalon.

Saber: The Everdistant Utopia, Avalon!

Lenneth's attack collides with Saber's Avalon, nullifying it.

Lenneth: This can't be...!

Avalon gradually restored Saber's health, while charging her blade as it glows brightly with magical energy for the counter-attack.

Saber: This is it!

With a charged Excalibur in hand, Saber charges towards Lenneth, who just descended to the ground.

Saber: Excalibur!!!

Saber precisely slash Lenneth with Excalibur, releasing the beam through her. Silence follows.

Saber: The fight was admirable. And I thank you for that.

Lenneth: How fleeting...

Saber: Farewell... noble Valkyrie... hmm?

But instead of Lenneth falling to the ground, she began ascending to the air with her wings manifesting on her back again. Saber leaps back to distance herself.

Saber: To this extent... Still, you persevere...?

Lenneth: To have even given the battle-maiden difficulty in combat. Truly astonishing!

Lenneth's wings spread, showered by the petals and moonlight, showing the Valkyrie's majestic form.

Lenneth: A commendable effort. But it's time to close the curtain of this battle.

Lenneth's sword, the Glance Reviver, manifested back on her right hand.

Saber, undettered, gripped Excalibur's hilt tightly.

Saber: Never take me lightly!

Honor-bound, Saber stood her ground valiantly as she awaits her adversary to charge.

Lenneth charges at Saber at full force, shaking the ground and creating another crater beneath them. Both counter each other's strikes and lay multitude of blows on each other. But with her immense speed, Lenneth lands more blows than her opponent could, and unbeknownst to Saber, everytime the Glance Reviver lands on her, it steals a portion of her mana and giving it to Lenneth, slowly weakening her in their clashed.

Saber began slowing down on her pace but keeps coming back to attack. Lenneth gets the upper hand and overwhelmed Saber. The Valkyrie eventually repels and knocks back the King of Knights.

Lenneth: Now you fall!

Lenneth dashes towards her foe, ready to end the battle.

Saber: (Not yet!)

Saber prepares to use Avalon again.

Lenneth: (Won't work a second time!)

Lenneth fasten her pace and uses all her strength into her next strike, and instantly passes right through Saber before she can utilize Avalon.

Saber coughs up blood and fails to activate Avalon. She then notices that she receives a large wound on her body.

Saber: (How...? When did she....?)

Lenneth: Your finished! Divine Assault!

Lenneth consecutively slashes Saber at super-fast speeds with the Glance Reviver and launches her in the air, then impaled her with large spears as the Valkyrie ascends higher into air and conjures the giant spear again in her right hand.

Lenneth: Nibelung Valesti!

And throws it at the King of Knights. The tip of the spear takes the form of an eagle's head and pierces its target, which then burst, engulfing Saber as she screams in pain. The burst of energy further creates a powerful blast of explosion which leveled the entire battlefield.

Lenneth: Such is the fate of those who challenge the Valkyrie!

Valkyrie's ultimate attack leaves devastating effect.

(*Cues: Legend of Dragoon - Crystal Palace*)

The Valkyrie descends upon her fallen adversary, who's body began to dissipate. But somewhere in the void, Saber remains intact.

Saber: Huh? What the? Why is my body still...?

A familiar silhouette appears and slowly forms in front of Saber.

Lenneth: You've proven yourself to be an exemplary foe.

Saber: Valkyrie... It was an unbelievable honor to have a match with the Chooser of the Slain. I am so thankful for the opportunity to challenge such a powerful warrior... I will forever cherish this memory deeply.

Lenneth: Truly. You're magnificent as you are with your blade, as with your manners. It's truly a waste for such an outstanding warrior to fade away in the passage of time... Very well. You already earned the right to join my Einherjar with your impressive display of sincerity and combat during battle. You are chosen, wielder of the almighty blade, Excalibur. You will be a worthy ally.

Saber: I am honored, noble Valkyrie. I mean no disrespect, but under my circumstances, I've made a vow to the world with my fate and soul tied to the Holy Grail War. And as such, I'm afraid I have to decline your kind invitation.

Lenneth: I see... alas, have you forgotten that the Valkyrie isn't only a Goddess who judges dead souls and helps mankind in battle? But also a Goddess who governs fate itself?

Saber: (!?) I--- my apologies if I offended you, noble Valkyrie. I never knew your powers are of capable as such. If such a thing is possible. Then perhaps...

Lenneth: No one can defy their destiny, that is true. However... there is a way... I can show you more than one path. If you're willing...

Saber takes a deep breath before answering Lenneth.

Saber: I am a Saber.

Saber kneel as a knight had sworn to their king.

Saber: True name; Artoria Pendragon, the King of the Britons and wielder of the Holy Blade, Excalibur. If my sword can somehow lend you power, then with all of my spirit, I will become your strength. I entrust my holy sword to you, noble Valkyrie.

Lenneth: (A king? Such a strange title for her to wear. Probably a custom from where she's from...? Nonetheless.) Excellent! Become then as a blade for this Goddess to wield!

K.O!

Saber is seen surrounded by Valkyrie's Einjerhars, welcoming her into the group in some lone tavern on the crossroads. While Lenneth restored the ruined castle and the meadow they previously fought in back to their original form using the power of creation, and teleported back to the tavern afterwards to join in the celebration.

(*Cues: Valkyrie Profile - Mission to the Deep Space*)

Boomstick: Saber's fate is tied with the Valkyrie, now.

Wiz: Having mythical virtuous warriors, who are exceptionally skilled with their weapon, clashed against one another, makes the fight more epic.

Boomstick: Showing us awesome display of swordplay and power! As expected from two powerful knightly combatants! Both are experienced warriors for having fought battles throughout most of their existence. But while Saber is truly a force to be reckoned in combat with her amazing swordskills and abilities, it just wasn't enough to take the win against someone like Lenneth, who have dominant powers!

Wiz: Although to be fair, Saber wasn't technically at a total disadvantage. In fact, with her high Intuition skill, which grants Saber pseudo clairvoyance powers, allowing her to deduce her opponent's next possible move, the outcome, and the best course of action to take, and not to mention with her high luck, makes Saber practically unbeatable in a one-on-one duel. Especially if it's a fair and honorable one.

Boomstick: But with Lenneth's own heightened senses, impressive swordskills, and precise analyzing skills/tactics, not to mention her fate manipulating powers, she was able to hold out and alter her own fate against Saber's deadly swings everytime they clashed. Compensating for Saber's inherent skill, and even back the odds.

Wiz: But Saber was a lot stronger than Lenneth. Despite her cute physic, Saber strength is enormous thanks to her Mana Burst, which greatly overwhelmed her opponent throughout the fight. But due to Lenneth's supportive magic, which greatly enhances her strength and defenses, and due to her sturdy arsenal, it greatly helps her withstood Saber's mighty strikes.

Boomstick: And due to her high innate ability to resist the divine element, combined with her armor's extra defenses against with the same said element, plus with protection magic again, it immensely protected Lenneth from Saber's powerful trump card, Excalibur. Despite of how devastating its beam is, it's still composed of holy light, to which Lenneth is extremely resistant to. And even if we take it into account, say, without Lenneth's resistance, she can still survive Saber's powerful Noble Phantasm! Remember when that jerk of God, Loki, destroyed Asgard and Midgard? Yeah, Lenneth wasn't too far from the devastating blast when Loki unleashes it using the Dragon Orb, which wiped out both worlds. And Lenneth survived that cataclysmic attack!

Wiz: Although Lenneth was forced to quickly borrow her Einherjars souls to conjure a powerful barrier to shield herself---

Boomstick: ---but still! She survived! And that's more than enough to prove that she can do the same against Saber's excaliblast!

Wiz: Well, true... however, let's not rule out Saber in defense either. Due to her dragon blood, which grant Saber high resistance to magic, it nullified most of Lenneth's magic thrown at her.

Boomstick: And like any other, it made Lenneth planned her next course of action. Luckily, she doesn't rely on magic alone! Unlike feeble Casters that Saber have fought.

Wiz: And Saber's Mana Burst not only grants her extra strength with her strikes, but also makes her more durable too. Hugely supporting her defenses throughout the fight.

Boomstick: Saber's style is mainly supply by mana, and since she have tons of it stored within herself, she has no trouble losing her pace in battle. But against the Glance Reviver, Lenneth's trusty sword, it gradually sucks Saber's mana reserve on her, sapping away her main source of power, greatly affecting Saber's performance in battle and transfering it to Lenneth, which strengthens her in the process. Well, that is to say if Lenneth even manage to land a strike on her! This cutey in armor is ridiculously fast!

Wiz: Despite her sturdy look, Saber is incredibly mobile, and could keep up mostly with fast and agile opponents. However, Lenneth is in a league of her own, and is absurdly much much faster than most opponent's Saber have faced. But although Lenneth is capable of teleporting, she doesn't use it in battle. However, during her early days as the Valkyrie, Lenneth was able to cross dimensions using her sheer speed alone, proving that Lenneth is immensely quicker and as well technically faster, which trumps Saber's. Lenneth is highly capable of landing faster strikes and is quick enough to resume on her guard before Saber has a chance to either deflect or dodge them.

Boomstick: But while Lenneth could land more blows, Saber still has her regeneration powers to help heal her injuries. However, Lenneth's other innate ability let's her harm the soul directly, not to mention with her sword stealing Saber's mana which also happens to fuel Saber's healing properties, everytime they clashed weapons and damaged each other over the course of battle, Lenneth's strikes become more effective and hurtful than her opponent. Also, the damaged inflicted by Saber to Lenneth can be undone with the latter's healing magic, undoing whatever progress Saber had made.

Wiz: Truly. Lenneth is also a lot more versatile than her opponent with her wide range of skills, same can be said to Saber, however, Lenneth is one level above her adversary thanks to her flight ability and talents, which greatly assist her in most situations in the field of battle.

Boomstick: And while Saber have an ace up her sleeve, which can nullify and counter even the most toughest of attacks, Lenneth's sheer and absurd speed is more than capable of getting by fast enough to disrupt Saber before she can activate her ace, and ultimately quick enough to land a decisive blow first. And trust me, that killing blow of the Valkyrie is overkill! It doesn't just only decimates your body like most final attacks you see in those anime shows, but also obliterates your soul completely! And since Saber is a "Heroic Spirit", which is made of spiritual mixed with magical stuff... well, you get the idea.

Wiz: Indeed. Saber put up an impressive and tough fight. But with Lenneth's greater defenses, arsenal, high survivability, skillful tactics, and superior abilities and talents overwhelmed Saber in a contest of blades.

Boomstick: Looks like Saber wasn't sharpened enough for this battle!

!Winner Lenneth 0

Wiz: The winner is Lenneth Valkyrie.
