Ruby Gillman, Teenage Kraken vs Monsterverse. In the tale of Monsters these two are more than what they seem. Their task is to protect all life and the planet from any dangerous threats that happen to come their way. But what happens when these gentle giants need to face each other in combat?

Wiz: Ruby Gillman, Teenage Kraken and defender of Oceanside.

Boomstick: King Kong. Rival to Godzilla and defender of Hollow Earth.

Wiz: These gentle giants of royal blood are willing to face any threats that dare threaten their homelands. From evil forces that attempt to conquer the world, they fought in order to save their world and embrace their lives.

Boomstick: So who'll come out on top in this battle of Squid vs Giant Gorilla?! He's Wiz and I'm Boomstick!

Wiz: And it's our job to analyze their weapons, armor and skills to find out who would win a Death Battle!

Ruby Gillman, Teenage Kraken Takes the dive into Death Battle!

(Cue This Moment)

Wiz: The ocean. A vast and mysterious part of the globe that still hasn't been fully explored by humans.

Boomstick: You may think we've seen everything about the ocean but nope! There's a lot of weird shit that can be found down there, I mean have seen this fucking thing!? Seriously, you can't convince me that shit came from here!

Wiz: Well yes there are many.. unique creatures down there we don't know everything about them. Even the ones we do know about from mythical tales of pirates aren't exactly true. Such is the case for the kraken, what sailors claimed to be bloodthirsty monsters are actually the protectors and rulers of the ocean.

Boomstick: They've made sure to keep the ocean safe from all kinds of threats trying to take over the throne for themselves! The leviathan, Umibozo, and the deadliest of them all, the mermaids! Ya that sounds about right.

Popup: Tales of mermaids and mermen have been stated that they were harmful towards sailors that came by. Their gifts usually brought misfortune and would bring down floods and other disasters.

Wiz: Their ruler, Queen Nerissa was the most arrogant and deadly of them all. Using the ancient Trident of Oceanus, she slayed many of the krakens that tried to defeat her but it was only when the greatest warrior the Krakens had came to their rescue. Agatha Gillman.

Boomstick: Once in a grand battle, she wrestled that oversized toothpick out of Nerissa's hands, leaving her completely powerless. It was, as her mamah put it, 'her Queen making moment'.

Wiz: Which she didn't really want. After all the violence from the war against the mermaids for most of her life, Agatha hid the trident away and swam off with her husband and her first child in hand. She didn't wish for her own child to go through such a thing that she did.

Boomstick: So she made a new life for her and her kids on the surface, keeping them away from their original family as far as they could. This child would unknowingly be the heir and princess of the Kraken Kingdom and though she was living as a normal teenager, the ocean would call her in when the time was right. This child.. is Ruby Gillman.

Wiz: Ruby had spent most of her life living on the surface with her family, crushing on boys, working hard at school-

Boomstick: Cough Nerd Cough

Wiz: ...and hoping to go to prom as the sacred right of every human teenager.

Boomstick: Though it was mainly to get with the boy she was tutoring, that being Connor. I went to prom with my mom and people just mocked me before she pulled a mad dash to beat their asses.

Wiz: Uh huh... Of course, Ruby's mother refused the offer, making sure to keep Ruby on the surface while she sold her real estate, her father did ASMR boats in bottles, and her little brother being incredibly adverse in dodgeball. In the meantime, her human friends would have gotten their own dates for prom.

Boomstick: This left Ruby was the 'squid out of water' and she would have to ask out Connor herself. It went fine until a little...

Confetti Canon: It's Party time!

Before Connor could react, a blast of confetti covered the dock causing him to trip backwards and slip on a skateboard. He fell off the edge and crashed into the ocean below.

Boomstick: I mean... at least he didn't say no.

Wiz: Panicking for Connors life, Ruby had no choice but to jump in after him where something... interesting happened.

As Ruby's body laid limp in the ocean water, her body began to glow from her fingers suckers all the way to her gills before her eyes shot wide open and a pulse of purple energy shot out throughout the ocean.

Boomstick: After Ruby woke up and checked on her prom date it turns out, someone else had saved him when it happened.

Wiz: That person being Chelsea Van Der Zee, the new Dutch girl in Oceanside and the supposed one who happened to save Connors life.

Boomstick: And being the popular girl now, she put full attention on Ruby who ain't all that known for being put into social situations. So she booked it out for the library and it was then she learned there was a lot more to krakens than she was told. Hehe, I didn't even mean to make that one.

Wiz: Ugh. After destroying the library from the inside, Ruby had since found out her family's heritage which her mother didn't want to reveal. This had caused her to eventually go into the ocean completely with her Uncle Brill to learn more about her kind.

Boomstick: And that's when she found out she was the Princess of the Seven Seas!

Wiz: This was where she met her Grandmother-

Boomstick: Ah ah, she prefers Grandmamah Wiz! To show some respect.

Wiz: Who is the current Warrior Queen who taught her the history of her family, how her mother stopped Nerissa and would be the mentor for her to fully embrace her kraken powers.

Boomstick: And these powers definitely showed why Krakens were rulers of the ocean. They can swim incredibly fast, lift giant ships like it's nothing, grow body armor, stretch her limbs to grab things, and shoot laser beams from their eyes!

Wiz: More accurately, it's electrically charged bioluminescence though with how it's literally just a biochemical emission of light and how it showed to bounce off reflective surfaces, it can be argued to be faster than light. They're also rather powerful, able to blow apart large rocks in a single blast.

Boomstick: Of course since she's just a teenager, Ruby wasn't into the whole ruling and fighting stuff and swam out, meeting back up with Chelsea who was a mermaid! Hmmmmmm, how interesting!

Wiz: After helping Ruby with escaping from resident sea captain, Captain Lighthouse, she would return home to find news of the event spreading all over school. Something she never wanted, only wanting to be a normal teenager.

Boomstick: Of course, since Chelsea knew that she could do so much better than be in school, she took her out and began to explore the ocean to their very leisure. Exploring the whole 7 seas in only 7 hours!

Wiz: The distance of the entire ocean has been approximated to be 30,000 nautical miles worldwide. With the 7 hours of Ruby and Chelsea went through, they would have been traveling at speeds of up to Mach 6.5.

Boomstick: Unfortunately, they couldn't swim fast enough to escape their own past. The war between the mermaids and Krakens was too much for Chelsea to take, causing her run away and start a whole new life. Didn't help that she was the 'daughter' of the mermaid Queen Nerissa.

Wiz: But like any good mathlete, Ruby was able to evaluate the problem and figured that they could try and make peace with the mermaids and krakens using the Trident of Oceanus. With it, they could finally have peace with one another and would have no need for such violence amongst each other.

Boomstick: Of course, they needed to get it from where Agatha hid it. The Sea of Wells, a giant volcano that gave off all the energy for the entire ocean itself! The amount of energy that Ruby needed to swim through it all to get the Trident must've been a hell of alot.

Wiz: Considering the heat that the current provides it's safe to assume that this is most likely thermal energy at play here. So taking in the heat capacity of water, the entire mass of the oceans, and the average difference in temperature between the ocean and the surface, the amount of energy Ruby had to endure would be 5.47 Teratons of TNT.

Boomstick: Holy shit that's a lot more than I expected! That's pretty much 115,000 times stronger than the Tsar Bomba!

Wiz: It was certainly no easy task, with Ruby needing her Grandmamahs guidance in training to be able to learn how to affectively use her powers. All while having to swim through the Sea of Wells deadly currents. Yet it still wasn't exactly enough in order to get to it.

Boomstick: Thinking her mother could for once be able to help her, she turned to her for help. Although once learning about her friend being a mermaid, they had a bit of a fight Ruby stormed off and went to get that Trident herself.

Wiz: Once she did get it however, it was when she noticed that Chelsea wasn't who she first thought she was.

Boomstick: Turns out, Chelsea was Nerissa all along! Oh what a surprise! Aw who am I kidding? People who watched the trailer saw this coming a mile away. Right to the point where it showed her getting her bioluminescence drained and getting smacked into a rock.

Popup: Judging by the size of the rock and assuming the volume of fragmentation and the density for Basalt, this feat would be around 8.78111 Kilotons of TNT. While Ruby was knocked out by this, her bioluminescence was taken away by Nerissa meaning she wasn't as strong when facing the Sea of Wells.

Wiz: With Nerissa's power restored, Ruby was betrayed and buried under the rocks as she left to take her revenge on Agatha. To end this war once and for all.

Boomstick: It wasn't until Uncle Grill happened to swim to her and help her out. Even through all the trouble Ruby's gone through, he saw how Agatha made her own path and built her own life to protect Ruby. With that, she got the motivation she needed to get back up and take Nerissa down.

Wiz: It wasn't an easy effort, as she got her mother and grandmamah together to combine their lasers with the exponential growth formula to destroy the Trident of Oceanus once and for all. With that, Ruby had finally accepted her entire being, in terms of both land and sea.

Boomstick: With that, she's become the local superhero and protector of Oceanside! Ready to take on anything that threatens her home with all her might!

Wiz: Because the Ocean will need a kraken and a kraken will always answer the call.

Nerissa: You know what's really pathetic? That you thought someone like me could ever be friends with a monster like you!

Ruby: I am not a monster! I AM A KRAKEN!

King Kong Swings into Death Battle!

(Cue Something Monstrous... Neither Man Nor Beast)

Wiz: Many different species of varying sizes have roamed the Earth for millions of years and evolved greatly overtime. Some species more mysterious than others. But there are some that seem.. unnatural. Some that seemed inhuman to many.

Boomstick: Yeah a lot of these guys are pretty freaky. There were bugs that were practically the size of a baby elephant and some even taller than literal skyscrapers!

Wiz: These are beings known as Massive Unidentified Terrestrial Organisms, MUTOS and Titans, ancient gigantic beings that have roamed the Earth since the Permian period. How they got so big? Well, it just so happened to be that Edmond Halley's claim proved to be true as the center of the Earth was completely hollow, being the home of where these MUTOS and Titans lived.

Boomstick: Oooh boy! You get to see all kinds of giant monsters roaming this place! Like the Skullcrawlers, giant ravenous beast with a never ending hunger for more food. Magma Turtles, that were basically giant turtles of Molten Rock! There even humans that happened to inhabit that places as well in their own tribes, each one worshipping these gigantic beasts as Gods. Including one tribe of giant apes simply known as the Kong Tribe.

Wiz: Officially known as Titanus Kong and being ruled over by the cruel and tyrannical Skar King, these massive primates would be planning on ruling the entire surface world for themselves and Skar would go to great lengths to achieve it. From enslaving the entire Kong race to gaining control over Shimo, the ancient ice titan with a mysterious crystal.

Boomstick: With that, the Orange Tyrant launched an all out attack on the surface with his army, definitely killing off many other titans. Including having the Blizzard Lizard cause the Last Ice Age. It took the Big G himself to fight against them and seal Skar King and his forces into the Hollow Earth, never to see the light of day again.

Wiz: However, many others of the Kong species along with many others were able to survive and migrated out of Hollow Earth to avoid Skar Kings wrath, taking refuge on an Island in the South Pacific Ocean known as Skull Island.

Boomstick: After a few thousand years things didn't really seem to be going pretty well for the Kongs. While they have been able to survive for a good while, the Skullcrawlers that lived here were constantly hunting and killing them in order to survive and unfortunately a pair of Kongs and there baby were under attack. You know how this is gonna go...

Wiz: As the father fought bravely against them, the mother would quickly put him in the cave and sealed the entrance to it, making sure they couldn't get in. They fought till the bitter end, dying in front of their son who would simply stay there, weeping to the sky with no one to hear him. No one to comfort him, he was alone and would since grow up on Skull Island, fending for himself in the wild.

Boomstick: Jeez.. that's depressing. But thankfully he wasn't completely alone for long as one day, a tribe of humans known as the Iwi were able to make it to the surface and found Kong after seeing his parents gone. At least he's got some people to be with in these trying times.

Wiz: With that, the young Titan would grow on the terrifying world of Skull Island and would soon be known.. as Kong.

Boomstick: Standing 337 feet tall and having the strength to mercilessly beat up any monster that gets in his way, Kong is an incredibly powerful Titan that's not to be fucked with!

Wiz: Of course with such a powerful beast living on the island, it wouldn't be long before a satellite was able to spot the island below. Turns out that after many years of hibernation after the Ice Age, there have been many different sightings of gigantic creatures around the globe, including a large lizard like creatures spotted during World War 2.

Boomstick: Of course with how humans are, they decided to make a whole Government Branch to deal with it called Monarch. So by 1973 when they discovered Skull Island's existence, they sent their agents out there to investigate before anyone else could find it with their leader Preston Packard, former British SAS Tracker James Conrad, and Anti-war Photographer Mason Weaver.

Wiz: As they mapped Skull Island using seismic bomb charges, Kong had arrived in order to keep them from attacking his home, swatting the helicopters down and having Preston and his men retreat. Kong was initially the protector of the Island, willing to help out the wildlife within and be rid of any threat that attempts to harm it.

Boomstick: After that though, he was kind of just sitting by his lonesome mainly with all the stuff that's been going on in his life. Parents dead, having to live as the island protector especially with humans ruining things. Can't help but feel bad for the poor bastard.

Wiz: With what he's been through it's not hard to see why he's like this. Despite that however, he's been able to connect with the humans around him, such as Weaver. She and the others were able to even assist Kong in stopping Preston from attempting to trap Kong with a napalm bomb. This trust would certainly extend to other humans for things such as decaying teeth.

Boomstick: Of course, the biggest of all the Skullcrawlers came in to get in on the Kong killing. But the Big Ape can hold his own against them pretty well.. most of the time. Knock him down and leave him, he'll be back to scrap some more and rip out your intestinal track!

Wiz: As a Titan, Kong possess an immense amount of strength, being capable of battling against Skullcrawlers, giant octopi, and the titan Camazotz, whose power was willing to darken the entirety of Earth.

Popup: In the official novelization of Godzilla vs Kong, it states that Kong can go into a berserk state whenever he's had enough, increasing his strength even more.

Boomstick: He's able to leap great distances, climb damn near anything, is surprisingly agile, and can wrestle his enemies into the ground! If that ain't enough, he can literally bite down to rip the flesh off the flesh of his opponents or tear them open himself!

Wiz: Kong also has also shown some keen senses to him. Just like real gorillas, he can see things from incredibly far distances and Kong's is strong enough to see a group of humans on a cliff in the dark. He can even sense the presence of other creatures and titans nearby before a radar system could.

Boomstick: Also like a gorilla, Kong's shown intelligence to that of a human, able to shower in waterfall and grow in combat as well. Able to learn while fighting, lay out traps for his opponents, and can use the environment around him to his advantage. Such as crafting weapons out of things like a tree and a ships motor to use as a flail.

Wiz: Of course, those simply hail in comparison to his greatest weapon. The Battle Axe, founded within the Hollow Earth and made from a dorsal plate of Godzilla's ancestors this axe is capable of absorbing radiation and energy into itself to grow more powerful. This weapon was made by the Kong species to kill Godzilla's species and is shown to be strong enough to damage him.

Boomstick: He's used this badass axe with great skill, enough to be able to block Godzilla's atomic breath! And this version of the Big G's breath is made up of Cherenkov Radiation, which is capable of moving at the speed of light!

Popup: It should be noted this was when Kong was heavily sedated by Monarch in order for his transport, meaning he did this while being very weakened. With that logic in mind, Kong's reaction speed could most likely be even faster than this.

Wiz: That's right Boomstick. It's not just his strength that he was able to tangle with these monsters for so many years, it's also the outright insane durability he has on him. He's been able to take a lot of damage and continue on with his fighting, such as when he faced off against the King of the Monsters himself a few times before.

Boomstick: He's tanked gun fire, explosions and of course attacks from Godzilla himself whose atomic breath was strong enough to plow a tunnel into the Hollow Earth! From Hong Kong to damn close to the core! In fact since it's pretty much near the core of the planet, when entering Hollow Earth you'll need to survive the gravitational inversion of the entire Planet.

Wiz: It was entering the Hollow Earth that Kong would soon discover the territory of the Skar King and the rest of the Kong tribe under his rule. Which he found with the help of a young Kong known as Suko.

Boomstick: Who he used as a literal weapon to be the shit out of two other Kongs ganging up on him! How the hell did that little tangerine even survive that?

Wiz: The natural durability of Kongs I suppose.. Anyways, after guiding Kong to his home, it was there he met with the ruler himself, the Skar King.

Boomstick: Course, being the cruel king he is Skar mocked the new metal tooth he got and then proceeded to kick another ape straight into lava! You know, as an evil tyrannical overlord tends to do.

Wiz: Seeing his cruelty, he challenged the king for the title. He was able to overpower him and would've won...

Boomstick: If not for an icy trick up his arms. Summoning Shimo again allowed him to freeze Kongs arm and snag his axe for his taking. Once making it back with the Mini Kong back to the Iwi tribe, Monarch decided now was the time to use Project Powerhouse and oh boy, the name didn't lie.

Wiz: Made from the remaining pieces of MechaGodzilla, the Bio Enhanced Anatomech Seismic Thunder Glove would not only heal Kongs arm from the frostbite with hypodermic needles, but would also give him extra defense against Shimos ice and an increase in strength as well. Seemingly enough strength to shatter a meteor.

Boomstick: It can also increase its power by sending electricity throughout the entire thing, giving some shocking damage to anyone hit by it. And after battling against Godzilla again, the two of them teamed up to take on Shimo and the Skar King to free the Kong Tribe and save the world.

Wiz: Together, the two sides fought against each other for the balance of the world. With the help of Godzilla and Suko, they freed Shimo from Skar Kings control over her, and finally put the tyrant would be put down for good.

Boomstick: With that done, he would now take the title as King of the Kong tribe and Hollow Earth. His people would finally be able to be happy now that their cruel tyrant was no more. And if anyone were to intrude upon his home or harm the Earth in any sort of way, King Kong will be there to help out and stop it.

Wiz: For any Titans or humans attempting to cause harm, beware the might of King Kong.

King Kong stands with Suko and Shimo above the Kong Tribe, many of them looking up to them as they believed that the Skar King was gone with one Kong even crying. With that, the new ruler of the Kong Tribe roared in victory of the tyrants death, Shimo joining in on the roar along with Suko as the rest of the tribe cheered in victory.

Intermission

Wiz: All right, the combatants are set, and we’ve run the data through all possibilities.

Boomstick: IT’S TIME FOR A DEATH BATTLEEEEEEEEEE!

Prelude

(Cue Gelato Beach)

Oceanside, California

Ah summer vacation, it was always such a nice time for the people in California this time of year. Hot sun, fun at the beach, and people flying over for their own vacation. In the town of Oceanside, this was especially true with many different fishing boats going around in the sea, people swimming in the water and everyone having a wonderful time. It also helped that the main hero of Oceanside, Ruby Gillman would be having fun with her friends down by the port side and talking amongst each other. "I know! I actually couldn't believe it either!" Ruby said.

"Yeah. Never thought that anyone would be that good and casual about video games." Connor admitted as he chuckled a bit. "Last time I play a serious game match with him." He chuckled along with Ruby who knew just how well Trevin was at video games. Things so far were going really well for the two of them, no monsters to take on, a full day with Connor and her friends, what could be better than-

"RUBY!" Called out a voice from behind the couple. Ruby and Connor turned around to see her Uncle Grill panting heavily as he approached them. He looked nearly exhausted from running all the way over here. Ruby seemed very concerned for her uncle, nit just with how he had to run all the way over here but he looked very tired.

"Uncle Grill! What's wrong?" She asked as she helped him up. Once he's taken enough breaths, Grill clears his throat and starts to explain himself.

"Sorry to... ruin your date Ruby but... we've got... wooh boy!" He said while taking a few breaths. Once he was done he spoke more clearly. "We've got a problem nearby the Library. Some.. giant yellow lobster monster tried to lure some kids to it and tried dragging them down with some bioluminescence. The kids are totally fine but those things have now been sited nearby the docks." Ruby took notes of this and seemed very concerned and a bit annoyed as well. This just had to happen now of all times? Guess it can't be helped being this towns hero.

"Uh okay, I'll be quick to deal with them. Sorry we have to cut our date short Connor."

"Oh no worries Ruby. Go ahead and take care of those things before somebody else gets hurt." Connor encouraged with a smile. Ruby hugged his body before kissing him on the cheek and rushing off to the water. She jumped into the water with a splash, her body transforming into her Kraken form as she rushed off to deal with the problem.

Once arriving at the docks, Ruby was quick to see what Grill was talking about. Strange crustaceous like creatures were seen by the land, widely opening their mouths and emitting some strange bioluminescence from their mouths to lure prey in. The Hero of Oceanside quickly swam up to them, soon seeing how big they were compared to her tentacles. Nothing to big but definitely more than she had first expected. "Okay. Fist rule of any mathlete, evaluate the problem." She thought to herself as she looked at the creatures. There were about 5 of them that happened to be in her line of sight currently and there could possibly be more nearby. The best course of action would be to quickly gather as many of them as possible, keep them contained in something to ensure they don't escape, find a way to send them back to wherever their original habitat might be, and get back to Connor as soon as possible. With that, she set off after the crustacean superspecies.

The Coralmouths sensed the sign of what seemed to be a Titan of sorts coming after them, hissing and shrieking at Ruby as they quickly swam at her to defend themselves. Ruby was quick to dodge their attacks, grabbing them with her hands as they struggled to break free from her vice grip. She hurried to get a large amount of seaweed and starts tying the Coralmouths up in a way they couldn't use their claws or tails to break out of it. Once she ties the seaweed hard enough, she swims quickly away from the docks, the Coralmouths shrieking and hissing at the large kraken that tied them up like this. "Okay, now to just get you all out of here and back where you came from. Wherever that is." She said as she swan off and looked around for wherever these things came from.

After a few miles of swimming, she noticed something in the ocean floor. Descending downward, it seemed to be an underwater vortex in the ground. "What.. is that?" She asked herself as she swam to it, being careful not to get too close as the Coralmouths still in her hands constantly squirmed and hissed with one of them even biting her. "Ow! Watch it!" Ruby said angrily as she examined the Vortex. She's never seen anything like it before and it could possibly lead to a new ocean discovery. As she pondered about what it could possibly be, the Coralmouths broke free from Ruby's grip due to her distraction and swam into the vortex. "Ah! No wait!" Ruby called out as she tried to grab the Coralmouths, only to end up falling into the vortex with them, screaming loudly as she descended deep into the Earth.

Hollow Earth

Above a cliff, a mighty ape would simply watch over the vast horizon of this land, making sure his tribe was eating well and that there wasn't anything that would harm this world. This was the Eight Wonder of the World, King Kong. Since ruling over the Hollow Earth, Kong has had things going quite well for him with Shimo finally being free from Skar Kings control and Suko was feeling rather happy. However something.. odd happened. From above, Something falls from one of the holes above the Hollow Earth, screaming as it crashes into the middle of a forest, shaking the area briefly. Kong, having not seen such a thing before, registered it as some kind of intruder and grabbed his axe before making his way to the potential intruder.

Meanwhile...

Ruby groaned as she got up and dusted herself off, before looking up and around her to see a huge environment around with multiple different types of creatures and fauna in sight. Being shocked by this sight, Ruby began to feel panic settling in as she looked all the way up above her to see the way she came out of. She was in a place completely unfamiliar to her, with no way to call her friends, a bunch of strange creatures walking around and no way how to get out. "Oh no." She said to herself as she saw the environment around her. "O-okay just keep it together Ruby. Just evaluate the problem." She said to herself, looking around her new environment and trying to come up with a solution to get out of it.

Ruby didn't have time to admire the scenery as she walked around, looking for any kind of exit that she can use. "Come on. There should be another one of those things here somewhere." She said as she pushed multiple trees aside to try and find another vortex to lead her out of here. Kong would be seen in the distance, unnoticed as he was eyeing Ruby more closely now that he had a better chance to look at her. From the looks of it, the invader seemed to be some sort of Kraken that Kong hadn't seen before, although he's had his fair share of facing against such creatures before with both threatening to harm him. Not wanting any harm caused to anyone in Hollow Earth, God of Skull Island approached the Champion Mathlete, Axe in hand as the ground shook beneath him.

(Cue Primal Chaos)

Ruby noticed the thunderous stomping from behind her, turning around to see Kong approaching with his axe held by his mechanical gloved hand. She quickly held her hands up as the giant ape walked towards her. "Uh.. easy there. Giant gorilla... I d-don't want to harm anyone here hehe.." Ruby said while trying to calm down the situation but Kong didn't listen to her as he raised his axe high to swing down at her. "Oh no."

FIGHT!

Ruby was quick to sidestep from the axe swing, soon ducking under the next one in confusion and fear. "Wait really! I'm not here to harm any-WOAH!" She yelped as she dodged another attack, before grabbing a bunch of trees and throwing them into Kongs face to try and back up. The great ape wasn't too deterred by this, more so annoyed with how she tried to distract him. He rushed forward and attempted to tackle the kraken only for her to leap out of the way of the attack before she could lose a limb. "Where did you even get that thing!?!"

Kong roared as he challenged Ruby to face him head on as he approached again. Ruby yelped as she quickly grabbed onto Kongs legs with her lower tentacles, lifting herself up and headbutting into the ape which staggered both backwards slightly. The big ape shook his head as he growled at the Kraken who shook her head to gain back focus. "Okay, seems talking won't do anything. Gonna have to face him head on." Ruby said to herself, her eyes glowing brightly before firing off lasers from her eyes at Kong. The Titan sees this coming from a mile away, easily parrying the shot with his axe, the energy being absorbed into it before Ruby stops. She takes note of this before covering herself in body armor for extra defense.

Kong proceeds to swing his axe down at her, but Ruby is able to block as she is suddenly pushed back by the Alpha Titan, the ground being torn through in the process. She quickly sidesteps out of the way and threw a few punches to Kong, who merely blocked with his own arms and threw some punches back, with Ruby dodging the attacks and continuing to fight back. This Kraken was much more slippery compared to the other two that Kong has faced, but the Eighth Wonder of the World didn't plan on surrendering to the intruder anytime soon. Kong would move the punch aside, delivering his own punch with the Beast Glove, sending Ruby crashing through multiple acres of trees before stopping. Ruby groaned in pain as she held her chest, seeing Kong approach her ready to end this. She aimed her laser eyes at Kongs legs only for the Mighty Titan to jump over the attack, causing Ruby to roll out of the way and bashed onto the Titans leg, causing him to groan in pain before Ruby got up and tried to grapple the axe away from him. Kong started to get annoyed by this act of defiance as he pulled Ruby back and launched her off a couple feet near a large lake.

"Alright, this guy is way stronger than me so getting that axe away won't be as easy as knocking Nerissa's Trident away." Ruby thought as she looked back at the water, suddenly getting an idea. She raised her fists as she approached Kong, the Alpha doing the same. Seeing how surprisingly flexible this Kraken was, Kong took the approach of grabbing her punch and pulling her down to the ground as he brought his axe up again. That's when Ruby blasted Kongs right wrist with her laser eyes, causing him to groan in pain and drop the axe accidentally, allowing Ruby to get out of the way. She proceeded to deliver multiple punches to Kongs face, the Alpha Titan stumbling briefly as he backed up closer to the water. But before Kong could get too close, he regained his balance, grabbed onto the Kraken and slammed his while body right into Ruby, crushing her body electricity shocking her as she lands a couple of feet away. Kong took the chance to get his axe back while Ruby got up, holding her chest in pain from the impact of that glove. She covered her body with her body armor again, charging right to the large ape to hopefully knock him out.

Kong would charge in as well, raising his fist high and colliding with Ruby's, the collision causing the ground to shake as the two of them traded multiple blows. Ruby was able to block the axe swings while Kong was able to dodge her attacks and counter back. The two continued this for a while, with the usual punches, kicks, and blocks. Ruby jumped back a good distance from Kongs axe swing as she wound back her fist as far as she could, with Kong lifting his axe over his head and jumping high into the air. Crouching down and covering herself in her body armor again, Ruby jumped with incredible speed and launching her fist at Kong right as he swings down his axe.

CLAAAAAANG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The two forces collided, shaking a good portion of the Hollow Earth as the two Titans get launched back from the impact, Ruby getting thrown into the lake and falling deep into the lake. As she descended, she encountered a large underwater volcano, showing a large cluster of viscous currents streaming out of it. Ruby had dealt with such currents before and braved through them, taking the impact that they produced and rushing forth. As for Kong, he happened to fall into a Vile Vortex roaring loudly as he went through it.

Kahoolawe, Hawaii

From the Vortex, Kong lands nearby the coast line of Kahoolawe island as he gets himself back up and examine his surroundings. The area showed the moon hanging high above him as he looks for his opponent, taking some breaths as he waited. Then from across from the shoreline, a bright purple glow can be seen emerging from the water as Ruby glares at the large ape in front of her. While she should've left and never looked back, this ape attacked her for no real reason, attempted to kill her, and now that he was out on the surface he could cause harm to other people if he were to leave this island. She had to put an end to this before things got worse. "Alright, I really didn't want to fight you, but you're leaving me no choice!" She yelled as she began to come close ashore. Kong roared in response as pounded his chest as he headed towards Ruby, ready to put an end to this fight.

Ruby was quick to move out of the way of Kongs axe swing, covering herself in body armor again to try and add in some extra damage. Kong continued to try and attack the Kraken, finding it rather difficult to get hits in with how nimble she was but Kong still persists. He blocked the attacks from the Kraken as much as he could, retaliating with his own punches as the island shook from the impact of their attacks. There times Ruby tried to bring Kong into her area, the water nearby as she weaved and dodged to the best of her abilities but the Eighth Wonder of the World saw right through this and stayed on the ground. The powerful Titans continued their struggle, with Ruby starting to grow more weary from the constant fighting she's been doing. Meanwhile, Kong hadn't shown any sort of fatigue as he started to land more powerful hit onto Ruby, his attacks even sending cracks through her body armor and causing her to get more damaged.

"AAGH!" Ruby yelled in pain as she felt her body armor crack with each hit that got stronger. The damage she received was wearing her down as her bioluminescence flickered on and off. Ruby tries again to throw a punch in Kongs way, only for the Alpha Titan to block and punch her right in the arm she used to block it, causing her armor to crack even more as she skidded on the ground. It felt like a meteor just slammed into her chest. The King of the Hollow Earth prepared to end this fight, approaching Ruby as he gripped onto his axe as Ruby growled at Kong, using whatever power she had left to aim for Kong's wrist which the titan predicted. The axe began to glow brightly as Kong raised it high and slammed it right into Ruby's face.

"AAAAAAAGH!" Ruby yelled as her body armor completely shattered and deformed, and made her land onto the shore. The Princess of the Seven Seas groaned in pain as her bioluminescence finally went out as Kong was only a couple feet away from her. With his opponent now down on the ground, the King began to approach her, raising the axe high above his head and aiming to strike her down. He gave a loud roar of satisfaction as Ruby looked wide eyed at what was about to happen, as her life flashes before her eyes. Every moment she's with her family, all the memories she's had with her friends, the time she spent with Connor and saving Oceanside, and her family flashed in an instant. Soon it all came down to this moment, as Kong swung his axe right down onto her head, the ground shaking from the impact of it.

Ruby's body now laid limp and lifeless, all color draining from her body and desaturating into grey as Kong pulled his axe out and roared loudly into the sunrise. With the threat neutralized, Kong would begin his leave, leaving the Kraken corpse to rot away as another being rose out of the water, giving a brighter glow then the teenage kraken. It was Agatha... after Ruby had been missing for a while, Agatha and Grandmamah had been off to search for her to hope that she'll be okay. She looked to Ruby's body, gasping in horror as she rushed to the body, as Kong was watched. Agatha kneeled over the body, mortified by the result of Kongs actions, covering her mouth as she held her dead daughters hand in her own. "Ruby... Ruby no..." Agatha whimpered, tears beginning to stream down her face as she began to cry.

That's when Kong realized what he had done. This Kraken was only a mere child, lost in a world unfamiliar to hers and just wishing to go home. And Kong had taken that away from her, as his pride immediately dissipate and now feels nothing but guilt. Agatha continued to cry onto Ruby's body, sniffling as she turned her head to Kong, a hateful mourning glare of a mother who had lost the one child she had wished to protect since the day she was born. Kong looked down at himself in shame, simply walking away from the sight to head back to the Hollow Earth as Agatha lifted Ruby's body and swam away from the island, holding above the water as many thoughts racing through her mind.

Lord knows what will happen later on but one thing was for sure... war would be on the horizon.

• Ending Screen A: Ruby's body is carried away by her mother, with tears in her eyes as Grandmamah sees this sight in horror, tears forming in her eyes.
• Ending Screen B: Kong returns to his Kingdom, sitting on his throne as Suko comes over to him. He gives a soft brief smile as he contemplates on what will happen next.

Boomstick: Oh damn. I didn't expect that to be the ending. Poor Agatha, having to see Ruby like that.

Wiz: Both Titans were powerful in their own right, but Kong simply had much more going on for him in most regards. His larger build and more defined muscular shape allowed him to handle Ruby's attacks and dish out much harder blows.

Boomstick: He was also way stronger compared to Ruby. While she was able to lift a 70,000 ton ship, Kong has been able to suplex the King of the Monsters himself, who weighs almost 100,000 tons! Way more than anything Ruby had ever lifted before.

Wiz: Of course, Ruby had her own abilities to at least hold an advantage for a while. Her powers would certainly be more than what Kong would usually expect from a Kraken and could give Kong some form of trouble but it wouldn't last forever. Especially with Kong's immense stamina allowing him to fight for 12 hours straight while Ruby's only stamina feat would be traveling the 7 seas in 7 hours. Impressive sure but still not enough to last long against Kong.

Popup: Even if Ruby had the chance to use her camouflage ability, Kong's ability to sense Titans before Radars are able to would allow him to still be able to sense Ruby out thus rending it useless.

Boomstick: Both of them could react to relativistic to potentially light speed attacks so they were equal in speed and Ruby was more agile on the water. If she could get the jump on Kong and get him in the water, he'd be in trouble then.

Wiz: Of course, their similar reaction speeds and Kong's superior strength wouldn't let Ruby get the chance to do so. And while Ruby could attempt to cut through his body with her laser eyes, most of his thick muscles would mitigate the damage done to him and it'd be difficult for her to aim at Kong's wrists, especially given their similar speeds.

Boomstick: Hell Kong has tanked a hit from Godzilla's atomic breath, which cut through to the Hollow Earth and is subatomic! Can't say the same for Ruby's lasers. Hell surviving the entry into the Hollow Earth alone showed how much tougher Kong was. Using his height, the Mass of the Earth, and acceleration of Gravity to the Inner Core (4.3 m/s^2) Kong would've had to endure over 630 Petatons of TNT! A bit over 115,250 times stronger than Ruby facing off against the Sea of Wells!

Wiz: In the end though those were only two factors to consider. Their experience and intelligence. While Ruby has been shown some admirable skills in her training and fight against Nerissa, Kong's thousands if not tens of thousands of years of combat experience and intelligence completely overshadowed hers. From the many foes that he's faced from the Skullcrawlers, to the King of the Monsters himself, Ruby just didn't have what it took.

Boomstick: Yeah Ruby was smart in math but not as smart in combat, at least from what we've seen. Oh and don't forget, Kong's axe would be able to absorb the lasers Ruby fired at him and use it against her once he had enough energy. The B.E.A.S.T Glove would also deal some extra damage to her with its electric shocks and meteor busting power.

Wiz: Ruby certainly had the potential in her to be a great fighter, but Kong's superior strength, immense durability, mastery of weaponry, and experience in combat allowed him to net the win.

Boomstick: Once things got serious, Ruby began 'Kraken' under pressure and when she swung at the King.. she missed.

Wiz: The winner is King Kong.

• Both combatants are gigantic creatures willing to protect both humanity and the planet.
• They, and by extension their family, have previously lived a safe, reclusive life on the surface (Oceanside and Skull Island) in a relatively smaller size (Human-sized as a disguise and 31 meters due to younger age).
• Despite this, their lives came to a head once they began to feel as though they didn't belong in where they considered home (Ruby feeling like a freak amongst humans and not wanting to hide around them anymore, Kong recognizing that Skull Island, or Outpost 33, wasn't his home anymore and regularly attempting to breach containment).
• There is at least one other entity that they are constantly at odds with, practically as their rival (Agatha Gillman being too overprotective yet caring, Godzilla after the truce in GVK since they seemingly fight over a misunderstanding in The New Empire).
• Thanks to forces beyond their control (ocean water awakening her kraken powers and Godzilla's rampage to stop Mechagodzilla's construction), they are taken out of the place they used to call home, conflicted about seeing what's beyond it (Ruby's anger over Agatha not telling the truth and Kong's homesickness).
• Eventually, they dive down and embrace the world below the surface (the ocean and the Hollow Earth), thus becoming familiar with it along the way.

• While Ruby decided to stay at Oceanside, Kong made the Hollow Earth his home.
• While Kong teamed up with Godzilla against MechaGodzilla and later made a truce with him, Nerissa manipulated Ruby into friendship as Chelsea before seizing the trident, and as the Krakens' common enemy, wasn't redeemed.
• Grandmamah, while being a grouch with slight anger management issues, is overall benevolent and not actually the cause for the war between krakens and mermaids, as that was basically Nerissa's fault. As such, she's Ruby's idol in terms of her giant kraken heritage. But for Kong, he's a MUCH more tragic case, as the war against his and Godzilla's species was entirely the fault of the Skar King, a fellow Great Ape. And seeing how Kong already felt alone during the first half of the movie... this hit him HARD.
