History

He was formerly a minor background student at Elmore Junior High and was first seen in a poster of the show posted online. Once the world became aware of his uselessness, he was sent to the Void, escaping by holding onto the back of Janice. In later seasons, he becomes the main antagonist of the show, and Gumball's arch-nemesis.

  • Has several options that a normal remote does, but can affect reality
    • Rewind: Causes current events to go backwards until Rob stops rewinding, can also affect the age of others if directed at them
    • Arrow Buttons: Can control things like cars
    • ON/OFF: Can instantly kill people by pressing the button, or revive them if Rob so desires
    • Pause: Pauses time
    • Fast Forward: Causes people, objects and/or other things Rob picks to go faster
    • Brightness: Can increase or decrease brightness of the world, making it brighter or darker
    • Volume: Changes the volume of the world, possibly preventing sound based attacks too
    • Graphics/Blur: Changes how blurry things are, possibly causing people affected to have their vision blurred (This happened to Rob when it was used)
    • Eject: Releases a burst that causes anything it affects to be "ejected" (Like a banana peel shooting the banana inside it out)
    • AV: Can create portals to the Void
    • Repeat: Causes an infinite loop until the user stops it
    • Channel: Changes background of the environment
    • Skip: Can change the user's location based on where they have already been
    • Record/Play: Can cause things to move location
    • Power: Can turn on things
    • Parental Filter: Can make people say things they normally wouldn't/normally keep secret
