Description: Blue Exorcist Vs RWBY, two people who lost someone dear to them, and now ade a goal to protect everyone they care about. Little did these two know, they were born with the greatest potential of all. Will Rin's blue flames consume Ruby, or will Ruby send Rin soul to the underworld.

Sakuya: Everyone is born with the potential to do something in their life. Whether it's to defeat his own kind, or to be the protector everyone hopes for.
Reimu: And these two just so happen to be born with the greatest potential such as Rin Okumura, the Son of Satan
Sakuya: And Ruby Rose, the Silver-eyed huntress. I'm Sakuya Izayoi, and taking Rin's placement for today is the Hakurei Shrine Maiden, Reimu Hakurei.
Reimu:....You forced me to help-
Sakuya: We will be analyzing their armors, weapons, abilities, and stats to see who will win in a Death Battle.

Rin Okumura (Blue Exorcist)[]
Cue: Blue Exorcist 1st Opening Song
Sakuya: Rin Okummura from a very young age had lost his mother at birth, and since then has been raised alongside his twin brother, Yukio by the former Paladin exorcist, Shiro Fujimoto.
Reimu: However, Rin had a hard time making friends, due to him being prone to having fits. This has gotten him in trouble with teachers, principles, and other parents.
Sakuya: Little did Rin happen to know is that, he was the Son of Satan. Shiro Fujimoto was tasked to kill both Sons of Satan.
Reimu: But instead of killing him and his brother, Shiro took in both Rin and Yukio and raised them as if they were his own sons.
Sakuya: It was after Shiro Fujimoto's death. Rin swore that he will become the greatest exorcist there is, and kill his own father Satan.

Sakuya: Being born half-human, and half-demon allowed Rin to gain tremendous strength. Before he gained the sword, Kurikara Rin has been capable of casually lifting up a car, and is able to knocked a demon wa few meters with a punch
Reimu: He was also able to punch fast enough, for it to be partially blurred. Although, he was able to get stronger during his time at True Cross Academy when he gained the power of his blue flames from the Kurikara sword.
Sakuya: It was during this time that Rin showed he was strong enough to knock down a charging Kuro with a headbutt , and Kuro is able to crush diggers, and other indrustrial equipment. He's also tanked a stab that normally kill a human
Reimu: Rin has also been able to defeat the Kraken with a single strike, and has also casually blocked a punch from Amaimon who at one pointed flicked Rin through steel girders, and has flicked Rin at supersonic speeds, and caused heavy enviromental damage to a forest.
Sakuya: Rin also has tremendous speed such as when he was able to put himself between Suguro and a reaper in the nick of time, for a reference here is the distance Rin has crossed to put himself between Suguro and the reaper.
Reimu: Rin has shown to casual dodge Shura's Serpant Fangs, and has kept up with the likes of Amaimon who easily able to reach him when he flicked Rin at supersonic speeds. This is all before he got he became a full demon.
Sakuya: A yes, when Satan broke Kurikara, the entirety of Rin powers had returned to him. For this, we'll include berserker Rin since it's the same ordeal. Rin was easily capable of throwing Amaimon through metal plates, and completely shatter them, and he was also able to able to overwhelm Amaimon. Lastly, when his full power returned to him, it completely destroyed his body.

Reimu: Despite his good strength, Rin is also has two amount of abilities that go along with his superhuman abilities. These two are his Flames of Satan, and regeneration. Let's start with his regeneration.
Sakuya: Rin has survived countless numbers of fatal wounds thanks to his regeneration. Within less than a minute, his wounds dealt by Neuhaus were nearly closed, and at the end of his fight Amaimon, his battered face and gouged eye were completely healed.
Reimu: He's even healed from Amaimon's shockwave punch which turned him into mince meat. Now when Rin gained his full demon power, he has shrugged off a head shoot wound instantaneously, and even fully regenerated from being burned to death.
Sakuya: Now onto his Flames of Satan. His flames are powerful enough that Grade A holy water is needed to extinquish them. His flames have also destroyed two barriers, and even cause multitude of explosions. Hachiro, a demon who was sealed at the Towada Tower had to cut off one of his arm, and grow a new one as Rin's flames were burning faster than he could regenerate.
Reimu: He even engulfed Hachiro in flames when he grew in size, and his regeneration had gotten stronger. When he gained his full power. Rin released his flames causing a massive explosion which excited Amaimon. He even states that his flames where nothing compared to what they are now.

Sakuya: With every half-demon there needs to be a sword. Rin has a sword, called the Kurikara. Kurikara is a demon slaying weapon which was used to seal his powers, and his heart. However, Rin uses this sword to fight against the demons of Gehenna.
Reimu: After the sword was broken by Satan. All of Rin's powers, and his heart had went back into him. Giving him more power. However, Rin still utilizes Kurikara to his benefit.

Sakuya: Upon utilizing his powers. Rin has developed a couple of move-sets for them. It isn't much, but we should count them. For one, he has Satan Slash. Rin channels his flames into his sword, and fires a wave towards his opponent, reminiscent to Arthur A. Angel's Angel Slash.
Reimu: Rin also has Satan Bomb. This is where Rin stabs his sword into the ground, and creates a series of explosions at various nearby points of his own chosing.

Sakuya: Last but not least, Rin has a good amount of feats alongside some weakness. However, let's look into these shall we. First of all, Rin has successful defeated Amaimon, one of the eight demon kings, defeated the Impure King, defeated the Kraken in a single strike, he's also joined in on a mission to save Izumo from the Illuminated, and has defeated Hachirotaro Okami, the Hydra.
Reimu: However, Rin is also reckless and can foolhardy when he's riled up. Not to mention that he terrified of being abandoned. He's even gotten an ego after he unlocked his full demon power after Kurikara broke.

Ruby Rose (RWBY)[]

Sakuya: Born and raised on the island of Patch. This is where Ruby Rose trained to become a huntress, before coming to Beacon Academy. Ruby Rose was young, her half-sister Yang Xiao Long used to read her fairy tales everynight before bed. It these fairy tales that inspired Ruby to become a huntress.
Reimu: Ruby is the daughter of Summer Rose, who happen to be apart of this bloodline destined to be warriors cause of their silver eyes. After Summer's death, Ruby was torn apart, but was also too young to understand at the time. Shortly after Summer disappearence, however, Yang brought Ruby with her to find clues on her own mother, Raven.
Sakuya: They were attacked by Beowulves, but luckily Qrow happen to save them, and this only furthered her desire to become a huntress. Ruby attended Signal Academy where she created her weapon, Crescent Rose, and went under the tutelage of her uncle Qrow.

Sakuya: These charactersistics are being able to punch thugs through windows. Ruby has also showed being capable of slicing through an Altesian Paladin-290's arm, and block punches from a Beringel who is capable of shattering an entire roof with it's punches.
Reimu: She's even strong enough to deflect strikes from Petra Gigas who are strong enough to smash through multiple trees with zero effort. She also pretty fast as she's capable of avoiding machine-gun fire, and has blitzed the likes of Pyrrha who kept with Blake whom deflects machine-gun fire, and the likes of Ren who is fast enough to dodge sniper shots, and she's whirled around a Beringal fast enough for the wind to launch it into the air.
Sakuya: She's also easily deflected Emerald's shots, she can make herself go even faster with the use of semblence. Now Ruby is quite durable for someone like her. She took hits from a death stalker who smashed open the mouth of a cave, withstood a hit from Nora's watermellon hammer which happened to knock Weiss and several tables back, and had also launched her sister Yang into the air.
Reimu: She's also with stood hits from Beringal, and Petra Gigas. Not only that, but she's even withstood hits from Altesian Paladin-290 which hit her sister through a massive stone pillar.

Sakuya: Ruby has aura, and within the world of RWBY, lies Aura, the manifestation of one's soul. It can be used for augmented attacks, heal the user of minor wounds, or act like a force field to protect the user from harm. However, it is very limited, and once the aura is deplated, their durability reverts to that of a normal humans. Sensations such as pain and heat are not blocked by aura. However, outside of combat, aura will regenerate. Aura is also capable of manifesting into a user's semblence.
Reimu: For Ruby, her semblence is speed. her semblence allows her to dash a high speeds, turning her into a cloud of rose petals. She can alter her trajectory in mid-dash, and split into multiple clouds of rose petals. She also has her silver eyes. While not much is now about this ability it is shown to be very, VERY, harmful to grim.

Sakuya: Crescent Rose. Ruby's signature scythe she created during her time Signal Academy. This scythe is also capable of transforming into a high-calibur bolt-action sniper rifle. She even uses this scythe's recoil to launch herself towards enemies for increased speeds. The scythe also has a scope, and has different types of dust ammunition for different effects.
Reimu: Such as her Gravity dust which she uses to significantly increase the recoil effects of Crescent Rose, Lighting dust to electrute enemies, and fire dust to ignite her enemies on fire.
Sakuya: The shots from Crescent Rose's sniper form has put large holes to beowolves, and capable of going through multiple beowolves. Has launched a Paladin into the air, and has even killed a Beringal with a head shot.

Sakuya: Now lets get down into the feats and faults for Ruby. For one she's been taught how to use her scythe by her uncle Qrow Branwen, who is a master scythe wielder. She has successfully defeated many grimm, and white fang members. She's also begining to be more adept into hand-to-hand combat from her training with Ozpin while he's in Oscar's body.
Reimu: Ruby has also defeat Neo by using her own umbrella against her, and killed a Beringal by herself. She's also (although with the help of Team RNJR) has defeated the Nuckleavee Grimm. However Ruby is still rather naive and a bit of an air-head. She's also physically weak.
Sakuya: As we said earlier also, her aura is limited, and once her aura is depleted, her durability reverts back to that of a normal humans. Most of her strategies and greatest feats are due to team work and planning. She's also still lacking in terms of hand-to-hand combat.

Death Battle[]
Sakuya: The combatants are set. It's time to end to this debate.
Reimu: It's time for a Death Battle...Can I go home now?
Sakuya: No.
Cue: Kiss of Death - K-Project Soundtrack
It was dark out to say the least. Everyone was in their dorms either studying, hanging out with their friends, or significant others, or sleeping. However, However, an individual girl with long black hair, with red tips stealthily strolled through the courtyard of True Cross Academy. Needless to say, she wasn’t doing so good. The young girl wears a white high-neck décolletage blouse with brown studded wristbands on the arms. She also wears a black skirt with red tulle underneath, with an overbust corset with red strip holding it in place.
A black belt bordered in red holds the magnetic clip. She also has brown straps on her blouse that allow her to wear a small brown backpack.She wears thigh-high stockings reaching to a few inches below the hem of her skirt, decorated by an image of a long-stemmed rose. Her red-soled black boots contain four straps and buckles a piece. Lastly, she sports a cloak has a singular clip on the right shoulder in the shape of a rose emblem. Both the cloak and the stockings show tears from hard wear.
Born within the blood of the Silver-eyed warriors, she’s the team leader of RWBY, Ruby Rose.
Ruby along with her team whom are infiltrating the place on the other sides where task to get this artifact that will help the war against Grimm. The team leader proceeded through the area of True Cross Academy as she made her way into on of the dormitories.

It looked abandoned, almost every dorm seemingly looked empty. No students where presence within the dormitory, except for one. A young boy with black-messy hair, and pale skin walked through the hallway of his dormitory. He wears a white shirt, a loose necktie, a black jacket, and black pants. He has one black strap over his shoulder holding a red sleeve.
Rin Okumura, the Son of Satan casually walked through his dormitory as he heads towards his room. Rin kept trudging through the dormitory, however, he stopped dead in his tracks when he heard the sound of footsteps. Quickly turning around, he saw a girl he has never saw before in his life.
(Music Stop)
“Who are you, and what business do you have here?” The Son of Satan spoke out as he looked towards the girl. Looking at her attire, she’s definitely not anyone from this school. A spy? Another demon? Questioned rang through Rin’s head as he looked at the girl. However, one thing was for certain, and that’s is the Son of Satan thought this girl was very cute.
“Um..that’s-um..classified…”The young girl, Ruby spoke out as she looked at the boy, Rin.
Cue: A Stranger I Remain - Metal Gear Rising Soundtrack
‘Ruby, come in. Did you find Kurikara yet?’ A voice coming from the phone of silver-eyed girl’s pocket as her eyes widened. The Son of Satan’s eyes widened slightly, but turned into a scowl.
“If you want Kurikara-” Rin removed the black strap, and pulled the demon slaying sword, Kurikara out of the red sleeve as he quickly gripped the handle. “You’re gonna have to take from my body.”
“I really don’t wanna fight you, but I guess I’m gonna to take it, even if that means knocking you down a couple notches.” Ruby spoke out as she pulled out her large scythe, Crescent Rose. Both the Son of Satan, and silver-eyed huntress looked towards each other for a couple seconds. Rin unsheathed the sword, as blue flame manifested onto his body. Ruby only sighed as she didn’t want to fight the messy-black haired boy, but she knows she isn’t gonna have a choice. It was now a fight between the Son of Satan, and the silver-eyed huntress.
Ruby made the first move as she dashed towards Rin at high speeds swing her scythe upwards. The Son of Satan barely managed to block the incoming strike, but the silver-eyed huntress twirled her scythe like a saw-blade. Thankfully Rin held on as kept his guard up, blocking the strikes.
The Son of Satan grits his teeth as he was put on the defensive. Jumping back, Kurikara was engulfed in blue flames as Rin held the handle tightly.
“Satan Slash!” Words left the Son of Satan as he swung his blade horizontally allowing a wave of fire shot towards the young huntress. Ruby quickly took notice and slammed her scythe onto the ground, and fired a single bullet towards the blue flame. The impact cause a slight explosion, releasing blue fire to spread around the dormitory.
The young huntress twirled her scythe out of the ground as she held a firm ground. The Son of Satan lunged towards the silver-eyed girl as he swung his blade downward. Ruby quickly guarded herself with Crescent Rose.
CLENG!
Kurikara and Crescent Rose collided against each other. However, the Son of Satan was overpowering the young huntress as she went down on one knee. Rin kept repeatedly slamming his sword downwards. Ruby took advantage of this and sweep the messy-black haired boy off his feet. The silver-eyed girl swung her blade like a buzzsaw as she slashed the son of Satan’s torso. Ruby twirled horizontally and once again slashed Rin’s torso as she ended the assault with a shot from her sniper.
The Son of Satan cannoned back as he skid across the floor. Thankfully he was able to heal as that wouldn’t been bad for him if he couldn't. Rin’s body healed as he quickly stood up, and held a tight grip onto Kurikara. Once again, blue flames engulfed Kurikara as the Son of Satan swung his blade horizontally performing another Satan Slash. The huntress quickly took notice as she shot another bullet towards the wave of fire, causing another explosion from the colliding as the blue fire spread more.
Rin once again lunged towards Ruby as he swung his sword downward.
CLENG!
Once again Kurikara collided with Crescent Rose. The silver-eyed girl expected the Son of Satan to started slamming his sword again, but this time she received a punch to the face which sent back a couple feet as skid across the ground from her feet. Rin ran towards Ruby as he swung kurikara horizontally, however, he was blocked by the huntress’ Crescent Rose.
CLENG!CLENG!CLENG!
Both the Son of Satan and young huntress clashed for a decent fifteen seconds. While, Rin held the strength, Ruby’s speed proved to give her the upper hand as she swung her scythe horizontally at high speeds as she collided with Kurikara. Being put on the defensive, Rin jumped back as he fired another Satan Slash towards Ruby who countered it with a bullet from Crescent Rose. Another explosion erupted from the colliding projectiles as the hallway of the dormitory was beginning to be engulfed in the hall-fire of the Flames of Satan.
“hehe..You’re good.” Rin complimented Ruby as she slightly smiled.
“Thanks- you’re pretty good yourself.” Words left the young huntress as she received a ‘thanks’ from the Son of Satan. Ruby would’ve propelled her way towards Rin, but the Flames of Satan that seemingly engulfed the hallway of the dormitory had prevented her from wanting to try. The silver-eyed girl looked towards the messy-black haired boy as she looked shocked to see him running through the blue flames without suffering damage.
BAM!
Rin quickly socked Ruby in the face as she stumbled back. The Son of Satan kept at it as he punched the young huntress a couple more times. Quickly gripped the handle of the now sheathed Kurikara, Rin unsheathed the sword and quickly swung the blade downward with full force. Ruby quickly notice and guarded herself with Crescent Rose.
CLENG!
The sheer force of the Son of Satan’s strike brought the young huntress down to knee. Rin gripped Crescent Rose’s hand as he brought his sword, Kurikara upwards as he immediately swung the blade downward. Ruby’s eyes widened as she quickly ripped Crescent Rose from the messy-black haired boy hands and blocked the strike. However, the strike had erupted the blue Flames of Satan which in turn launched the young huntress.
“HOT HOT HOT!” Ruby yelled as she quickly brushed the Flames of Satan off of her. Rin wasted no time as he quickly ran towards the silver-eyed girl. Ruby took notice and quickly took notice as she transformed her Crescent Rose from her scythe into a sniper rifle.
(Music Stop)
“Did you just transform your scythe into a gun?” Rin questioned Ruby in amazement.
“Umm...Yes.” The young huntress answered as sparkly small stars appeared around the Son of Satan as he gained...a highly innocent look.
“That is so cool!” Rin yelled in astonishment as he held a cheeky smile.
(Resume Fighting)
“Thanks.” Ruby spoke out as she let out a small smile, but unfortunately both resumed their fighting. The Flames of Satan engulfed kurikara as the young huntress expected another Satan Slash, but unfortunately the Son of Satan had another plan.
“Satan Bomb!” Rin impaled the ground with Kurikara as a large blue explosion erupted under Ruby as she cannoned through the hallway. The explosion blew up a large portion off the hallway. The Son of Satan the large amount of damage, and is hoping he is not gonna get expelled. However, his train of thought was cut of when he heard gunshots. A bullet pierced through Rin’s gut as he felt a large of amount of pain. Seeing the large open space, the Son of Satan quickly jumped out of the dormitory, and into the courtyard of True Cross Academy. The young huntress followed behind as jumped into the courtyard also.
Ruby reverted Crescent Rose into her scythe form as she propelled herself with one of her sniper shots. Rin was to slow to react as the silver-eyed girl slashed the Son of Satan like a sawblade vertically. Ruby twirled around as she swung Crescent Rose horizontally slashing at Rin’s torso some more. The young huntress ended her assault with her propelling herself towards the Son of Satan, however, the moment Crescent Rose pierced Rin’s stomach, he gripped the scythe tightly, and planted his feet onto the ground stopping the motion of the blade.
The Son of Satan yelled loudly as blue flames burst around him engulfing himself, and the scythe forcing the young huntress to let go of her scythe. Rin pulled Crescent Rose out of his stomach, and threw towards Ruby at high speeds. The young huntress quickly evaded from being split in half from herself, and quickly activates her semblance, propelling herself towards the scythe as she gripped her weapon.
Cue: RWBY Volume 2 Soundtrack - Die
Ruby gave of a smile as she twirled her scythe around, and held it tightly as she went into fighting position. Reloading her ammunition, the young huntress propelled herself towards Rin as he quickly shielded himself with Kurikara. However, the collision from when she swung her scythe sent the Son of Satan flying through the courtyard. Rin was glad once again for his healing factor as he can feel his wounds close up.
The Son of Satan quickly stood up as he engulfed his sword with the Flames of Satan. However, before he could swing his blade, the young huntress propelled herself towards the messy-black haired boy with semblance, ramming into him. Quickly appearing behind Rin, Ruby swung her scythe at high speeds on his back. The young huntress swung her scythe upwards as she used the recoil from a shot to propel the Son of Satan into the air.
Using her semblance once again, Ruby appeared behind Rin as she slashed towards his back. Combining her attacks with her semblance, the young huntress was attacking the Son of Satan reminiscent to Cloud’s omnislash v5.
Rin burst blue flames around himself as he stopped the motion of attacks as he body quickly healed. Ruby was caught off guard by this. The Son of Satan engulfed Kurikara in blue flames as he swung the blade downwards heavily. However, the young huntress took notice of this, and quickly got out of the way with her semblance.
BANG!BANG!BANG!
Firing fire dust bullets the messy-black haired boy. He retaliated with multiple Satan Slashes. The explosion that erupted was bigger than before when Satan Slash had collided with one of the sniper rounds as it blew both Rin and Ruby back. The young huntress landed on the roof, but the Son of Satan landed onto the ground.
“Damnit!” Rin yelled loudly as he looked for Ruby, only to see her on the roof. The young huntress fired multiple bullets towards the Son of Satan as he ran out of the way to avoid the gunfire. Rin stabbed Kurikara into the ground as he yelled Satan Bomb. multiple explosion erupted near Ruby’s position. However, the young huntress quickly evaded the blasts, and propelled herself towards the messy-black haired boy with a recoiled shoot with gravity dust bullets. Ruby kept firing the gravity dust bullets until she couldn’t fire anymore, and the moment she got towards Rin she kicked him in the torso as he cannoned back, and through some stone.
“Man, she’s gotten a lot harder to hit. It wasn’t like when it was fitting her in the dorm.” That’s when Rin gotten an idea, which is shocking. He realized that she usually backs off when he uses his Flames of Satan. A smirk came to the demon as he quickly got up, and used Satan Bomb. Multiple explosion erupted near both Ruby and Rin as the flames spread around the courtyard.
The Son of Satan tighten his grip on the handle of Kurikara as blue flames engulfed the blade. The young huntress reloaded her clip as she looked over towards the messy-black haired boy who was running towards her. Ruby lunged towards Rin as she swung her scythe horizontally. The Son of Satan swung kurikara horizontally also.
CLANG!
Both the messy-black haired boy and silver-eyed girl collided. Rin overpowered Ruby in their clash lock. The Son of Satan quickly headbuts the young huntress as she stumbled back. Rin wasted no time as he swung the flame engulfed kurikara towards Ruby, causing the silver-eyed girl to take a point-blank direct hit from a Satan Slash as she cannoned back, and skid across the ground. The Flames of Satan that gotten onto Ruby were eating away her aura.
“Satan Bomb!” Words left Rin as he impaled the ground with Kurikara causing an explosion to erupt from under the silver-eyed girl. However, she quickly activates her semblance and darts towards the messy-black haired boy at high speeds. Ramming into Rin, Ruby sent him flying through the area, through a wall, and back into the dormitory.

The Son of Satan groaned in pain as he slowly stood up. Despite being a pretty durable guy, he could still feel pain. The messy-black hair teen looked over to see the silver-eyed girl walked towards him. He quickly gotten his guard up as he gripped the handle of Kurikara tightly, and gotten into his fighting stance.
“Listen, I don’t want to fight you, but I was tasked to achieve Kurikara. Please, just hand it hand it over, so we can be friends other than enemies.” Words left Ruby as she truly didn’t want to have to keep fighting Rin.
“Sorry, but like I said before. You have take it from my dead body.” The Son of Satan spoke out as he held a tight grip on the sword, Kurikara. “But I promise you… I WILL NOT GO DOWN WITH A FIGHT!!”
Cue: Ao no Exorcist Soundtrack - D+T
Rin roared as the Flames of Satan burst high as the blue flames started to spread everywhere. Ruby backed off as she didn’t want to get caught in the flames. The silver-eyed girl was gonna use her semblance once again, but was caught off guard when she saw blue flames burst even more. Looking around, Ruby notice that blue flames where spreading everywhere within the courtyard, and within the dormitory. The young huntress looked towards the Son of Satan is ran within the hallways of the dormitories.
“Oh no you don’t!” Ruby yelled as she activated her semblance and bursts through the window, and appears in front of Rin. The silver-eyed girl twirled her scythe around, and impaled the floor as she fired lightning dust ammunition. The Son of Satan reacted fast as he used Satan Slash which caused an explosion with electricity flying everywhere from the colliding impact. Flames of Satan, and regular flames started to spread throughout the hallway as both Rin and Ruby back off.

“What the hell? Are you trying to get me expelled? Oh my god, everyone is gonna so pissed at me.” The Son of Satan yelled as flames erupted around. The young huntress opened her mouth, and closed it again.
“Dude, we’ve already did this earlier within the dorms. Why are you complaining now of all the times.” Ruby retorted to Rin, but then she realizes that his clothes are still perfectly intact, and not burnt to a crisp. “WHAT, HOW ARE YOU CLOTHES STILL FINE, AND NOT BURNT TO A CRISP!”
“That’s cause I can control my flames. I can make them burn whatever I want, and don’t want to be burnt.” The Son of Satan spoke out as he saw a the young huntress look at him slight awe. However, both Ruby and Rin regained their senses as they temporarily forgot about the fight for Kurikara.
(Resume Music)
The messy-black haired boy, and the silver-eyed girl ran towards each other as they both swung their weapons. The clanging sound of metal clashing can be heard as both Rin and Ruby clash for a long twenty seconds. The Son of Satan’s superior strength allowed him the victor in this clash as he swung his blade hard enough to cause the young huntress to stumble back.
It was then that Rin clocked Ruby in the face which sent the silver-eyed girl back into a wall. Flames of Satan engulfed Kurikara once again as the messy-black haired boy swung his blade diagonally as a wave of blue fire launched towards the girl as she just regained her composure early enough to block the blast, but she was ultimately launched through the wall, and into a dorm.
Rin ran towards Ruby, but stopped when he notice bullets flying towards him. Barely managing to block some of the bullets. Lighting erupted and shocked the Son of Satan. Rin screamed in pain as he felt the electricity surge through his body. The messy-black haired boy felt the surge of electricity stop as he looked in front of him to see silver-eyed girl running towards him. Rin snarled as he roared loudly, but as he did the Flames of Satan erupted right in front of the Ruby as she was engulfed into the blue flames.
The young huntress yelled loudly from the heat and pain she began to feel as the Flames of Satan start to eat away the aura. Rin impaled the ground with Kurikara as he yelled ‘Satan Bomb’ as an explosion erupt beneath Ruby as she was launched through the ceiling. Flames spread through the hallways of the dormitory that only the Okumura brothers reside.
“Owwie.” The young huntress mumbled as she rubbed her body that was feeling any form of pain. “Okay. I can’t fight him when in dormitories as he can limit my semblance, and he’s stronger than I am.”
Ruby looked towards her ammunition to see she only has on clip left as she grits her teeth slightly. The young huntress realized that she’s gonna need to make these bullets count, but how? His flames out powerful enough to collide her with ammunition.
“I got it. I just need water.” Ruby spoke out as she smiled at her idea.
“Hey! We’re not done yet.” The young huntress looked over to see the Son of Satan standing as he slowly made his way towards her. Ruby smirked as transformed her Scythe into her sniper. Looked around, the young huntress saw a the alarm which would allow the sprinklers on the ceiling to shoot out water.
(Music Stop)
“Sorry Rin, but it looked like I win.” Words left Ruby as she quickly activates her semblance and bursts passed Rin. The Son of Satan quickly turns around to see the young huntress near the fire alarm. His eyes widened when he saw her hand reach for the small handle.
“Don’t touch that it-” Ruby didn’t listen as she pulled the fire alarm, causing the sprinklers to go off having water spread everywhere, and the fire alarming going off. It was at this moment, Rin’s flames disappeared. “Will get me...in...trouble.”
Rin snarled angrily towards Ruby who held a cheeky grin on her face as she activated her scythe form again. The young huntress thought she had won, but was severely caught off guard when Rin roared loudly as the Flames of Satan manifested once again, but this time spread through in a large area of effect, and almost engulfed Ruby herself.
Cue: Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica Ending Soundtrack - Magia
The young huntress backed off as she saw the Son of Satan flare open immensely, causing a large amount of blue flames to spread everywhere within the dormitory. Quickly activating her semblance, Ruby attempts to burst out of the dormitory, but she soon found trapped by a wall of blue flames.
Ruby tightened her grip on the handle of Crescent Rose as she saw Rin tightly grip the handle of Kurikara. The messy-black haired boy, and the silver-eyed girl ran towards each other as the sounds of clanging erupted. Both Rin and Ruby clashed with their weapons singing in the air as they danced around the flames within the dormitory. The Son of Satan jumped back as Kurikara is imbued with Flames of Satan once again as he launched his fire projectile. The young huntress retaliated by firing bullets.
BOOM!
Explosions erupted as Ruby kept firing bullets from Crescent Rose, and Rin kept launching Satan Slashes. Regular fire, and Flames of Satan spread even more throughout the hallway as the dormitory started burn. The Son of Satan had used his flames to shape it into a giant claw, and launched towards the young huntress who fired bullets towards the flame claw. However, this claw had power to burn steel like the time he saved Shiemi from falling steel girders. The flame claw disintegrated the bullets, and head towards Ruby who was shocked and caught of guard.
Activating her semblance, the silver-eyed girl had managed to evaded the claw, but she wasted all of her ammunition. The messy-blacked haired boy had engulfed Kurikara once more with Flames of Satan as he impales the ground.
“Satan Bomb!” Once again an erupted was made as Ruby was caught in the explosion as she was cannoned out of the dormitory and into the courtyard. Her aura quickly started to fade. The Flames of Satan had lingered onto her as it completely ate away her aura. However, the Flames of Satan had dispersed, and the young huntress laid as she saw the Son of Satan walked towards her. However, he sheathed Kurikara as he gotten close.

“I’m sorry it had to end like this. I thought you were pretty cute too. However, I can’t let anyone take Kurikara from me so...I’m sorry.” Rin lifted Ruby up, as he reared his fist back. The silver-eyed girl closed her eyes as everything went black. Rin hadn’t killed her, but knocked her out. Picking her up, Rin brings Ruby to the infirmary.

Reimu: So Ruby lost huh? But I thought she could've blitzed Rin?
Sakuya: While it is indeed that Ruby is actually faster than Rin, and is versatile then he is. She doesn't actually blitz him like you think. Ruby can actually blitz Rin with semblance, but the Flames of Satan would lower her mobility through the fight.
Reimu: This doesn't help that Rin has WAY more destructive power, and is has the raw physical advantage when it comes to strength and durability. What doesn't help in Ruby's case is his healing factor. When he gained his full power after Kurikara broke, he was burnt to ash, and he healed from it.
Sakuya: This means that Rin's regen would keep in the game longer than it could for Ruby. However, Ruby does have advantage such as she has better training with her weapon as she was trained during Signal Academy, taught by a master Scythe wielder such as Qrow, and was skilled enough to attend Beacon Academy two years earlier. Not only that, but Ruby possess a far greater range game with her sniper rounds, and dust ammunition.
Reimu: Ruby's aura also allowed her withstand the punishment of Rin's physical force, who caught Amaimon's punch, and Amaimon had previously flicked him through steel girders, and had flicked him at supersonic speeds, to see he can catch his punches means he's become strong enough to stop punches on this levels. However, what about the water? wouldn't that have extinguished Rin's flames?
Sakuya: Actually no. If you remember the fight against the Kraken during the anime. Rin had flared up while he was floating in the water, and it's said that they need Grade A holy water to stop his flames. Which means his flames are very strong. He's even burnt through steel girders to save Shiemi, which means his flames will eat right through her aura, and possibly Crescent Rose itself.
Reimu: And what about her Silver eyes?
Sakuya: Actually the Silver eyes couldn't have been activated within this fight. Ruby doesn't possess control over her eyes, and these eyes had activated during when she witness the loss of her friend Pyrrha Nikos, and that activated a second time when she was about to witness the death of another friend. It's safe to assume that during this fight. The silver eyes couldn't be activated. Even if they were activated, while it is effective, She was knocked out of using this by Emerald, so Rin would be able to do this as-well.
Reimu: I guess Ruby was torched during this fight.
