Rattleballs was created by Princess Bubblegum a hundred years ago. They, and a bunch of other copies, were designed to replace the incompetent Banana Guards and to protect the Candy Kingdom. However, all of the Gumball Guards were eliminated and destroyed, with Rattleballs being the sole survivor. Rattleballs would stay in a junkyard for hundreds of years until they were later found by Finn.
