Fist of the North Star VS JoJo's Bizarre Adventure! Adoptive Brothers with the same powers as the protagonist battle it out, will the King of Fists vanquish the time-stopping Vampire?

Raoh vs. Dio Brando is the 22nd episode of DEATH BATTLE! by Shadow7615 in collaboration with Der Purple Ist Dank, featuring Raoh from the Fist of the North Star series and Dio Brando from the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure series in a battle between antagonistic adoptive brothers.

Interlude[]

Boomstick: Ah family... sometimes they can be the nicest people in the world... except for that one adoptive brother who makes your life a living hell!

Wiz: And these two adoptive brothers are not only insanely powerful, but they have the same powers the hero would come to control themselves.

Boomstick: Raoh, the King of Fists.

Wiz: And Dio Brando, the Time-Stopping Vampire.

Boomstick: He's Wiz and I'm Boomstick.

Wiz: And it's our job to analyze their weapons, armor, and skills to find out who would win... a Death Battle.

Raoh[]

Wiz: In a post-apocalyptic world where the Earth is barren and the strong survive by preying on the weak, there is only so much that remained intact.

Boomstick: Yeah, looks like all the Gyms and Hair Salons stayed too, for a post-apocalyptic world, it seems like most of these guys look pretty slick, the other big thing in this world is martial arts.

Wiz: Ryūken, the 63rd successor of the famous Hokuto Shinken style was naturally inclined to train the one who would become his successor, and sure enough, Ryūken adopted four orphaned children and trained them in the Hokuto Shinken style as their teacher, the eldest of these four students was Raoh.

Boomstick: HOLY SHIT! Look at this guy, he's fucking buff! No wonder they call this guy King of Fists!!

Wiz: Raoh was originally a native from the island of Shura. After the death of his mother, Raoh was orphaned and sent to the mainland by Jukei, along with his little brother, Toki, and the baby Kenshiro to train with Ryuken.

Boomstick: By the time all four boys grew into giant fucking muscular dudes, Raoh developed a fierce and terrifying fighting style, Ryūken came to fear his power and chose Kenshiro as his successor to Hokuto Shinken, so Raoh broke the 1800-year-old law, kept his power and then murdered his master, basically preventing his power from ever being taken away.

Wiz: While Raoh is indeed properly trained for use of the Hokuto Shinken, Raoh also uses his style, the Gōn no Ken, as the name suggests, it uses immense physical power to destroy everything in its path, and the greater his opponent is the stronger he becomes.

Boomstick: Raoh is a fierce fighter in combat, his moves are always intended to be strong hits, many of his techniques are not only powerful but can kill if Raoh performs them perfectly, his Ensho Ha releases a circular wave through the target's body.

Wiz: Raoh's Gosho Ha is his trademark technique in which he expels a large amount of his tōki from the palm of their hand, creating a powerful wave, Tōki is essentially a special type of ki energy used by martial artists using styles like the Hokuto Shiknen and others, an adept user of Tōki even sports a coloured aura, in Raoh's case, it's a crimson red.

Boomstick: His Toki is even further utilised in more powerful techniques like his Goten Sho, where he projects a powerful wave of energy towards the sky, anyone standing close to him will get hurt by the waves of energy rising upwards, he's also got a powerful uppercut which can pierce the vital points through airflow, even when blocked.

Wiz: Raoh doesn't solely possess Gōn no Ken abilities, he does have a fully trained capability with the Hokuto Shinken, with techniques like the Shichisei Tenshin, the Tōki no Aura...

Boomstick: And then there's the Hokuto Shinken's ultimate technique, the Muso Tensei!

Wiz: It is said that only one who embraces the true nature of sorrow can awaken its power, and by doing so, the Musō Tensei allows the user to achieve a state of "nothingness", impervious to physical attacks, and commune with the souls of fallen rivals.

Boomstick: So he can talk with ghosts?

Wiz: Not exactly, but Raoh achieved his Musō Tensei when his feelings for Yuria unlocked the profound sadness within his heart, but Raoh neglects to use the Hokuto Shinken's techniques, as he finds his techniques to be truer to himself, and Raoh's ultimate attack with the Gon no Ken is the Tensho Honretsu.

Boomstick: And my personal favourite move of Raoh's epic techniques, he unleashes a powerful rotating hand charge which fires a large wave of tōki at the enemy, due it's power, Raoh only ever used this technique once, which was against his Kenshiro.

Wiz: These techniques make Raoh one of the most powerful martial artists in the world, his Tōki became so powerful it could tear apart normal men with ease, earlier on in his career he bested Juda and Souther, he beat Rei without so much as breaking a sweat, adapted to Juuza's unique style and killed him.

Boomstick: Heck, by mastering the Muso Tensei, Raoh has basically confirmed his ability to become the successor to Hokuto Shinken, he's gotten the better of Toki multiple times, eventually defeating him, held the upper hand against Fudo, who's like a super buff outlaw.

Wiz: He's even convinced the inhabitants of Asura to believe that he would be their saviour, though his greatest fights were those against Kenshiro, stalemating him in their first encounter and nearly defeating him in their final battle, which is where Raoh ultimately met his end.

Boomstick: While Raoh is a walking beefcake of manliness, as I've learned before, unrelenting masculinity doesn't equal perfection, while Raoh is definitely not slow, his attacks can be very easily telegraphed and someone with speed superior to his can take advantage of Raoh's recoil.

Wiz: Additionally, Raoh's big size means that he's an easy target, he was even shot in the knee by Rei, and it was almost enough to take him out for good, largely due to the great power behind his style, his attacks are devastating if they hit, but if they missed, Raoh would leave himself vulnerable.

Boomstick: But you gotta think about, Raoh has become this powerful, this strong, and this famous, do you really think a couple of setbacks are gonna bring him down?

Wiz: Well, you gotta point there, and Raoh is certainly a dangerous threat to everyone he comes across that no one should take lightly.

Raoh: Of this life...I have not a single regret!

Dio Brando[]

Wiz: In the late 19th century in England, there was a boy by the name of Dio Brando. Born to an alcoholic and abusive father, Dio poisoned his father which would lead Dio to the Joestar Estate.

Boomstick: Dio was adopted by George Joestar; a wealthy nobleman who his father "saved" and by saved I mean try to rob him only for him to wake up. That's when Dio would meet his best friend in the whole world, Jonathan Joestar. They were such close friends it is almost as if those two…could share the same body. Heheheh.

Wiz: Dio Brando would go on to repeat history by killing his adopted father and smearing his blood on a strange Aztec stone mask. This could cause Dio to become... a Vampire.

Boomstick: However, before becoming a Vampire, Dio was already an able bare-handed fighter; which skill he says he developed in the slums of London. A good amateur sportsman, during a rugby game as a young adult, he is shown to have developed high athletic ability (as well as fantastic muscle mass).

Wiz: Becoming a Vampire as a young adult, Dio displays a broad range of fantastic, supernatural abilities; explained as expressions of the full potential of the human body. Dio attains massive strength as a Vampire, allowing him feats such as forcibly walking on walls and single-handedly deflecting attacks such as Hierophant Green's Emerald Splash.

Boomstick: After absorbing Joseph Joestar's blood he is powerful enough to drop a steamroller on Jotaro Kujo. While not too impressive, that's just bizarre. Dio also gained enhanced senses; demonstrated when placing his head on the ground to hear Jotaro's heartbeat, Dio appears to have senses beyond human level.

Wiz: Dio can regenerate his body faster than fire can consume it. His incredible vitality is maintained by consuming human beings (or their blood), which he commonly does by piercing them with his fingers.

Boomstick: And like all JoJo vampires, Dio sucks blood through tentacles in his fingers and has been seen at least once drinking blood from an unnamed girl. His body can live even after having vital body parts amputated and he can also control his detached body parts.

Wiz: Dio can pressurize liquid in his eyeballs and then create small openings in his pupils, eventually creating two fluid jets known as "Space Ripper Stingy Eyes" and are powerful enough to slice stone. Dio is also able to use a freezing ability that enables Dio to freeze his body parts and transfer this over to other objects or beings. This ability can stop a person's blood flow and cancel out the effects of Hamon.

Boomstick: Dio is capable of fusing other living beings and taking control over them, he can use spores that can brainwash people and if you try to take it out then it will grow tentacles in an attempt to kill both the host and the one trying to remove it. So good luck with head herpes.

Wiz: Other minor abilities of his include hypnosis and teleportation. But by far his greatest and most infamous power is his Stand, The World. Almost identical to Jotaro's Star Platinum, The World possesses phenomenal strength, senses, and faster-than-light speed, being able to easily punch Kakyoin right through his abdomen.

Boomstick: The World might be even stronger and faster, seeing as how it bested Star Platinum in a clash of rapid punches between the two. Thus, in turn, its main offence is generally characterized by a flurry of speedy punches and the occasional kick. And then there is, of course, the time stop.

Wiz: The World's key defining power is its ability to stop time, allowing only itself and DIO to act within the duration of stopped time. Given DIO's weakened state during Stardust Crusaders, this ability only works for a few seconds in DIO's frame of reference before time flows again.

Boomstick: However, also due to DIO's immortality, the duration of stopped time also increases as DIO becomes more accustomed to The World and the scar around his neck heals, reaching a maximum of nine seconds towards the end of Part III.

Wiz: Had he not died, the length would have continued to grow. The only true way to counter this power is with other time-stopping skills. Dio is naturally intelligent; manifesting between cunning, perceptiveness, comprehension and/or foresight.

Boomstick: Dio is a cunning, charming and intelligent individual. In addition to Stand users, whom Avdol and Joseph suggest he recruits through sheer charm or charisma, he has charmed many women through his life. Throughout both his humble youth and tempestuous maturity, Dio is often seen reading. Also during his youth, he is seen playing chess with adults.

Wiz: In Part VI, in conversation with Enrico Pucci, he is shown to have accumulated some wisdom within the world of Stands. Importantly, Dio can concoct a plan, contained in his diary, incorporating vast, unknown information as to the deliberate creation of Stands of perfectly specific abilities.

Boomstick: Unless you have a group of friends with Stands, if you ever meet DIO you'd best run or submit to him. Unless you want a steamroller all over you.

DIO: Everyone survives in pursuit of peace of mind. ... Aren't you uneasy, preparing to fight me, knowing you may die? ... If you join me, I will give you peace of mind that will last forever.

DEATH BATTLE![]

El Cairo was the scene of a disaster overnight, through unknown means, whether by the will of the Joestar bloodline or by the very will of life itself, ignoring the concepts of time and space, by the time sunlight pierced the city of El Cairo, the people awoke to find the bodies of two men, one having been left by the clay-more, the other leaning off a wall with his body bent over, almost as if his last actions were of triumph, rather than fear or regret.

These two men were not identifiable as hailing from Egypt, they were foreign, and they had no pulse, and the blood had become dry, leaving a smell that ultimately had them found, in less than an hour of the day beginning, and the people fearing for their lives, the authorities and medics arrived, even the best available forensic scientists were called in, and within minutes, as if it were a crime scene, many had gathered around the scene, attempting to unearth what had caused this unexpected event, as the day progressed, more and more people became aware of this event.

During the middle of the day, a bird soared overhead, flying above El Cairo as if he was their guardian, but this wasn't an ordinary bird, classified as a Falconidae, sporting a strong bill, sharp talons and excellent eyesight, this bird appeared to wear an ornate falconry hood adorned with 3 feathers, and a heart motif, and also wears what appears to be a scarf, through his appearance alone, one would eventually deduce this bird was Pet Shop, a loyal stand user that served the man who hid in Cairo, and operated at day, protecting him who could only perform at night.

As Pet Shop did his routine patrol of the city, he quickly noticed activity near its centre, as he approached that destination, with his literal bird's eye view, he looked down and saw a large gathering of people, taking interest in this idea, Pet Shop descended onto a rooftop, where he cupped his wings and watched people around the scene of the crime, he then caught a glimpse of a man taking a picture of the two deceased men.

Pet Shop decided this could be of some use, deceased men would not plead or cry for their lives in the hands of the great lord, Pet Shop then flew close to the scene of the event, a cameraman then pulled the photo out of his camera and held it out, making sure he got a good picture, he inspected it for a moment, only for Pet Shop to grab the picture with his beak, snatching it right out of the cameraman's hands.

Taking off faster than a normal bird could travel, Pet Shop kept the picture in his beak, firmly holding onto it and travel back to the mansion he guarded, upon making his arrival back to the mansion, he flew into it, through one of the glassless windows in the wall, upon flying in, Pet Shop flew to a place with no natural sunlight, but plenty of artificial light for him to see, as he landed, he was met with a very tall, muscular man, the man approached Pet Shop, to which Pet Shop released the picture from his beak and then flew away once more, the man picked up the picture, and quickly realised its significance, the man quickly hurried further into the mansion, where he approached a door, "My Lord, I wish to enter."

Naturally, his most dependable ally would, of course, have something to share with his master, "Come in, Ice.." the voice from beyond the door allowed his door's opening, Vanilla Ice entered the very dim-lit room, with only a candle lit to prevent it from being absolute darkness, there were two bedside tables and a large king-sized bed, where his master was sitting, reading a book of sorts, "My Lord, I come bearing an item you may wish to observe for yourself." Vanilla Ice handed the photograph to his master, who put his book down and gazed his eyes upon the picture, in seconds, the man stood up out of his bed and stood near the candle, where he recognised a purple star on the back neck of one of the deceased men, in the same place as his own.

"Jonathan..." the man almost dropped the photo out of shock, "Indeed, Lord Dio, this is the same man who's body you have, how this is possible is beyond me." Vanilla Ice shared all that he could gather on such short notice, but the man named DIO was alas given a reason to go into Cairo once again, "This very body itself, while the same as the one in the photograph, is not ready for combat, this body will need another day or two before I can claim my prize."

Dio smirked at the thought of adding more JoJo blood into his being, he then gave his vampiric creation another order, "Ice... You must not let those bodies be taken away from that location, use anyone you can to keep them there until my body is ready." Kneeling in front his master, "It will be done, Lord Dio, just as you have asked." Vanilla Ice left the room as Dio held the photograph with a sinister look in his eyes that only occurred ever so rarely.

Hokuto Renkitōza

In another place entirely, in the ancient, dilapidated Hokuto Shin Ken dojo known as the Hokuto Renkitōza, the place was abandoned, and it seemed all but empty, except for one man, Raoh, the powerful King of Fists found himself resided here as he had known that this was where Hokuto Shin Ken students learned, maybe including himself, as Raoh was observing the full geography of the Dojo, he was soon greeted by another man, this man wore usual attire, but wore a helmet that covered everything but his eyes, for he could not bear to show his face.

"Raoh, my brother!" the man who had called out to Raoh was none other than his first youngest sibling, Jagi, another one of Ryuken's adopted sons of Hokuto Shin Ken training, Jagi had come here for a reason that was not like most, "Jagi, what brings you to me?" Raoh asked of his younger sibling, "There has been an unfortunate event that transpired in the depths of Egypt, it appears that there were two men that were slain in an ensuing battle, see for yourself, brother." Jagi handed Raoh a similar-looking photograph as one's found on the scene of the event.

"What!?" Raoh looked at the photograph in shock, but then shifted to another emotion entirely, "This cannot have happened, Kenshiro was Ryuken's chosen, he would not have fallen so easily to a foe. Raoh was filled with success, but also a regret that Kenshiro had been slain by the hands of someone that wasn't him, and Raoh had said that one day that they would meet each other again, only now, that promise had been cut short. I must see this through, I will return, Jagi..." Raoh's words were one's driven by the fever and rage of his rightful opponent being taken away from him, he walked himself out of the dojo, where his stallion, Black King, was waiting for him, he mounted the stallion, with directions given to him by Jagi, Raoh mushed his stallion, and Raoh left for Egypt, where the source of his unanswered questions laid.

El Cairo City Streets

Under the darkness of the night, El Cairo was quieter than usual, the streets were empty, and there was barely anyone around, however, this was not due to the city's quietness at night, for the actual reason the people of El Cairo had gone and hid out of fear, by the scene of the crime, there were ambulances, and bodies lying on the around the area near the scene, these bodies were deprived of their blood, sucked out by Dio himself.

With no opposition or resistance, Dio entered through the barrier that sectioned off the two bodies from the streets, "Ah, Jonathan, it has been too long, and you suddenly showed up once again..." Dio looked over to his left, where he saw another man, the body of Kenshiro, "Well, you brought a friend too? Well, I must thank him properly."

However, a distant noise could be heard, and it was coming much closer, with each step becoming louder and louder before finally, something had approached Dio as he held Kenshiro by his throat, "You, unhand him." Before Dio could sink his teeth into his final victim, Dio freed his grip from Kenshiro's chest and instead turned and faced the man who had dared to give him an order.

"Oh, and you are? Here for the bodies, I imagine." Raoh dismounted from Black King as he also starting slowly progressing towards Dio, "The one you just grappled back there is my brother, and I will not allow anyone to rob me of my rightful position, now stand aside, or I'll go straight through you!"

Dio laughed and then The World appeared behind him, acting as his bodyguard, but by his side, rather than his front, Dio cracked a devilish smile as he knew this was just another man without a stand, and thus he couldn't see The World manifest, "Hahaha, you think you can defeat I, DIO? We'll have to see about that." Raoh then ignited with his red aura as Dio had The World ready for an incoming attack from the King of Fists.

(Cue Sono Chi no Kioku ~end of THE WORLD~ - JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders)

Render - Raoh VS Dio Brando

Raoh rushes at Dio as he throws out the first punch, aiming straight for Dio's torso, however, he felt his punched be stopped by something blocking the way, he punched once again with his other fist, however, that was stopped as well, Dio laughed as The World matched Raoh's fists blow for blow, Raoh grunted, and then unleashes a series of fast punches, The World also did the same, unleashing its iconic battle cry.

MUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDA!

Raoh watched as all of his attacks were being stopped before they could even reach Dio himself, he rushed in close to Dio and went for a kick, aiming for Dio's side, Dio gazed his eyes to his left, where The World grabbed Raoh's leg, Raoh looked in shock as he felt his leg immobilised in suspended animation, Raoh then landed a punch on Dio's chest, forcing him to jump back and out of Raoh's range. With his red aura more noticeable, Raoh began charging Toki into his hands, forming a red energy ball in his hands, he then threw out the projectile sphere at Dio, "Hokuto, Gosho Ha!" Raoh watched as the ball travelled towards Dio, however, Dio seemingly moved out of the way in an instant, hands on the back of his head as he basically sidestepped the projectile.

Raoh, surprised by Dio's quick evasion instead charged at him, as Raoh is about to punch Dio in the face, his fist is stopped, caught in the grip of The World's hand, using its other hand, The World, then grabs Raoh by the throat, Dio then laughed and looked at Raoh, "You thought you could land an attack on I, DIO?"

The World then threw Raoh behind itself, knocking him into a street light, which then collapsed and broke off from it's support, Raoh shook his head as he stood back up and then picked up the street light and threw it at Dio, Dio seemingly moved so fast, he avoided the pole altogether, the pole instead crashing into some chairs and tables at a dining restaurant's outdoor setting.

Dio chucked to himself again, "It's useless, you cannot hope to use anything around you to take me down, everything you've done has barely even scratched me..." Raoh grunted under his breath as he approached the situation with a little more caution, he took note of Dio's posture, it was not a battle posture, to him, it seemed as if his opponent wasn't taking this battle seriously. Raoh then charged more toki energy into his hands before unleashing a second Gosho Ha at Dio, instead of firing just one, Raoh fired a second... and a third... and a fourth, Dio evaded all of them without much worry, with Dio focused on evasion, Raoh bolted towards him as fast as his legs could carry him, as Dio recovered from his evasion, Raoh finally got a hold of him.

"W-What?!" Dio was shocked to find himself in Raoh's grip, Raoh himself laughed at seeing the look on Dio's face be changed so suddenly by the effect of a single action, Raoh, holding Dio by the neck, then pulled him overhead, but instead of throwing him, Raoh smashed him into the ground, Dio ached as he felt the ground around him crumble.

The World quickly defended it's master, kicking and punching Raoh away from Dio, Raoh attempted to punch back, but he basically just kept punching the air, The World continued it's defence, pushing back Raoh a couple of meters, finally, Dio recovered from his meeting with the ground and looked over to Raoh, as The World returned to Dio's side.

"So, you're indeed strong... however, you cannot last forever" Dio cracked his neck as he held his hands by his waist, "My power is greater than ever before. No one can stand against me, not even you..." Raoh's red toki aura surrounded him as he exerted the power to show off his power and subconsciously attempt to instil fear in Dio, but then Dio glowed with his own golden aura with The World being next to him, "Hmph. Come on then..."

(Cue Battle for Survival - Shin Megami Tensei: Digital Devil Saga 2)

Raoh and Dio both ran at each other, Dio lashed his arm out forward, attempting to grab Raoh by the neck, however, the King of Fists managed to duck under the swipe, now in a perfect position, now was a good time for him to unleash another powerful Gon no Ken technique.

"MUSO INSATSU"

An instinctive counter-attack, Raoh delivered an upper kick to Dio's torso, kicking the Vampire back with great force, launching him a dozen meters or so, Dio landed on the ground hands and knees first, his chest was aching in a pain he had not felt since his battles with a certain Hamon user, Dio smiled, for he truly started to feel a challenge coming from his opponent.

Dio stood back up as Raoh approached, "You are not bad at all, your techniques are indeed powerful" Dio acknowledged as Raoh continued walking towards him, "Do you now understand the difference between our strength?!" Raoh's successful attacks not only heightened his confidence but also boosted his ability to boast.

The World rushed forward and delivered a direct face punch to Raoh, still boasting in the success of his techniques, Raoh was also struck into the ground by The World, however, Raoh didn't let a surprise attack keep him down forever.

"Heh." Dio slowly walked towards Raoh, who was getting back up from the attack, he then held his arms out, his right arm being closer to Raoh's face, "This is my true power!" In an instant flash of white light, Raoh's eyes widened to see that Dio was not in front of him as he was just a second ago, looking over his shoulder, Dio saw Raoh's failure to recognise he was behind him, "Die!" The World then delivered a hard punch to Raoh's back, striking it with a shattering crack, being recoiled forward, Raoh was knocked forward, and couldn't turn back in time, "This is..."

The World delivered another punch, this time, an uppercut that knocked Raoh into the air, Raoh's body landed and stumbled onto the ground, "...The World" Dio watched the King of Fists get back onto his feet, slowly but surely, Raoh then turned his head over to Dio, who was twirling a knife in his hands, Raoh then threw off his helmet and cape, with just his traditional battle gear, his aura glowed once again. With less on him, Raoh let himself at Dio, going at him with a series of punches and a heavy kick or two, Dio dodged and weaved his way aside, The World covered Dio's open spots, Raoh finally managed to get through to Dio, landing a punch on his left shoulder, which temporarily staggered the vampire, taking advantage of this small window of opportunity, Raoh pulled back his arm, fist clenched, "Try and dodge this one!"

"ITTEN SHO!"

Raoh swung his fist upward at Dio for a powerful uppercut, Dio managed to evade the attack very narrowly, however, during his evasion, his head begun to bleed, the airflow had been affected by Raoh's punch, Dio felt slight anguish from Raoh's attack, he was not expecting to be bleeding from an attack that missed him, The World then quickly threw a knife at Raoh, however, the knife only pierced the armor, Raoh grabbed the knife and pulled it out of his body and tossing it aside.

Raoh, now at a close distance to Dio, begun throwing out a series of rapid punches The World quickly started unleashing its own set of rapid punches, as if the two were locked in a rush of fist attacks, The World and Raoh kept the fight going as Dio's head had slowly stopped bleeding and the cut had closed itself up.

Dio then stood back up and activated The World's ability once again.

"TOKI YO TOMARE!"

With time stopped, Dio begun throwing sharp sliver knives towards Raoh, stuck in position like usual, Dio threw upwards of twenty knives, The World also threw knives too, "Checkmate" Dio posed with his back to Raoh, The World also posed, as Dio words resumed time.

"TOKI WA UGOKIDASU!"

As time resumed, Raoh only just caught a glimpse of the silver knives travelling directly towards him, with no other choice, Raoh covered his head by blocking with an "X" shape with his arms, as the sliver knives approached, Raoh blocked a number of them thanks to his quick thinking, however, several other knives struck Raoh's chest, legs and his arms were impaled by knives, which did pierce his armour, but Raoh overall withstood the knives, and pulled them all out one by one, as Dio watched on, seeing what he'd do next.

(Cue The Assassins - Fist of the North Star: Ken's Rage)

With all the knives removed, Raoh flexed for a moment, before spreading his arms out as he looked up as if calling upon the energy from above as his red aura glowed a brighter red, "Take this..." Raoh put his hands together in the shape of a circle, red toki energy manifested in his hands, Raoh's red toki aura gave off a ferocious vibe.

"RAOH NO MUTEKI NO KEN!!"

Raoh then spread out his two arms as both of them had energy charged onto them...

"TENSHO HONRETSU!!!!!"

Raoh then stretched his arms forward as he sent out a massive energy red beam of toki aiming directly for Dio, The World and Dio noticed the incoming attack, but Dio needed just an instant to realise this attack would reach him much faster than Raoh's usual techniques, with no other choice, Dio had one course of action...

"ZA WARUDO! TOKI YO TOMARE!"

Time had stopped once again, the Tensho Honretsu had been frozen in place, as was Raoh, who was still firing the beam from his hands, Dio smiled as he walked right next to the beam, pacing all the way over to Raoh himself, looking at him and giving him a smirk as he walked right past him, Dio then positioned himself a few feet behind Raoh, right shoulder facing towards Raoh.

"TOKI WA UGOKIDASU"

Time began to flow once again, and the Tensho Honretsu continued firing forward, striking a building, puncturing a hole right through the walls, Raoh loosened his arms as he walked forward to see where Dio's body had ended up, but to his surprise, he felt a knife strike his neck, he suddenly staggered onto the floor, and then grabbed the knife and pulled it out of his neck without much issue, as he looked forward, he was met with Dio standing straight in front of him.

Dio then grabbed Raoh by the throat and jabbed two of his fingers into his neck, Dio has begun to suck the blood from Raoh's body, the King of Fists, felt his very body beginning to weaken, which horrified him on the inside, but on the outside, Raoh closed his eyes and the aggressively bashed his head against Dio's own, making the vampire release him from his grip, drops of Raoh's blood stained the ground they stood on. Raoh panted for a moment as Dio felt refreshed and ready for more, Raoh then started glowing with his red toki aura once again, he would not dare let himself be affected by fatigue or exhaustion without making his opponent experience the same.

Raoh then began charging additional red toki energy into his fist, but before he could charge, The World delivered a barrage of quick punches, knocking him down onto his feet, Dio then taunted Raoh, "WWWWWWWWWWWWWRRRRRRRRRRRRRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY"

Raoh then became more irritated with Dio, and as he was rising off the ground, he started concentrating his life-force energy into his fist, his body glowing with a white aura instead of his traditional red, Raoh stood back up, as he did, his whole body glowed with that white aura, it glowed particularly bright on his right fist, Dio readied himself for his next moves.

"ZENREI NO KEN!!!"

Raoh ran at Dio like a bull seeing the colour red, Dio had The World at his side, Raoh came rushing at Dio ready to punch his lights out with the true power of the Gon no Ken, within meters of Dio, Raoh pulled his fist back as he decided punching his head right off was going to be his desired target.

Raoh rushed his fist forward directly at Dio's face, ready to blow it to smithereens, but as the fist approached Dio...

"TOKI YO TOMARE!"

Dio had frozen time once more, but before anything else, Dio clapped there, right there on the spot, "I will admit, you were quite powerful, and you made me use The World more than anyone else has, commendable effort, but... It's time to finish this!"

Dio then jumped into the air, seemingly well beyond what anyone could see with their eyes...

"ROAD ROLLER DA!!"

Appearing above and out of nowhere, Dio came descending upon Raoh, firmly hanging onto a giant yellow Steamroller, as Dio uttered his words, the Steamroller came crashing on top of Raoh, as he was pushed onto the ground by the force of the Steamroller, and begun punching the ever-loving crap out of the steamroller.

I'M GONNA CRUSH YOU!"

Dio finally delivered one final punch to the Steamroller, Dio then jumped off the Steamroller as fast as he could, the Steamroller then exploded right on top of Raoh, causing a massive explosion as time resumed once again, as the thick cloud from the explosion rose up, it concealed Dio's landing after the explosion had cleared, "I did it... It's over..."

Slowly crawling away as much as he could, Raoh was bleeding his armor had been shattered and his body tainted with his own blood, with all he could muster, Raoh attempted to get away, but he was quickly meet with Dio's feet in front of him, Dio then picked up the broken warrior and gazed upon him one last time.

Dio finally thrust his two fingers into Raoh's neck and drained the remaining blood from his body, with the last ebb of his life slowly being taken away from him, Raoh averted his eyes to the deceased body of Kenshiro, Raoh tried to reach out to him, but his vision became darker and darker, "Ken... I have... not one.... regret.... ....brother..."

Dio then dropped Raoh's body onto the floor as he finished sucking up the blood he needed to restore his body's injuries, Raoh could only look to his side, as the flame of his life was slowly snuffed out, Raoh's final moments were wishing he could reach Kenshiro, who was only meters away from the two of them, Raoh finally closed his eyes as he embraced the dark chilling call of death, knowing he could see Kenshiro again one day.

K.O.!

Conclusion[]

(Cue DIO Battle - JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Eyes of Heaven)

Boomstick: Well, no need to clean up the mess now.

Wiz: Raoh is certainly more physically stronger and more experienced than Dio, and these advantages cemented him as a worthy challenge to Dio's own power and strength.

Boomstick: But Dio’s superior speeds, reactions and time stopping won out in the end.

Wiz: Raoh’s biggest advantage is his overwhelming attacks and some of his techniques having one-hit kill potential, but not only can Dio react to them, but he can outright avoid them with The World.

Boomstick: Raoh can throw out a crap ton of punches in mere seconds, as can The World, it’s true any damage dealt to The World is also dealt to Dio, however, because Raoh cannot sense, counter or react to The World’s attacks, Dio was his only target.

Wiz: While Raoh and Dio are both quite arrogant, Raoh’s big stature and size essentially meant he was bound to get hit more times than Dio could, as Dio can react and defend himself from attacks by Star Platinum and Silver Chariot, he’s way more likely to avoid Raoh’s big attacks, especially thanks to his younger and more nimble body.

Boomstick: Plus Raoh really has nothing on Dio’s Time Stop, I mean come on, it took another time stopper to take Dio down for good, Dio’s time stop played to his favour whenever he couldn’t avoid an attack outright, or if he wanted to make his own attacks deadlier.

Wiz: Dio’s time stopping maxes out at 9 seconds at the height of his power, an impressive showing, and certainly more than enough for him to land a deadly blow on Raoh, or you know, just drop the steamroller on him, Dio's Steamroller is 21 tons in weight, by comparison, the heaviest amount lifted by man is just over 3 tons, making Dio stronger than the strongest men on Earth.

Boomstick: Raoh sure lifts his own weight too, easily lifting people off their feet like nothing, but since Dio can lift these Steamrollers without issue, this is simply Dio's advantage through greater weight.

Wiz: But this doesn't make Raoh weak, Raoh is quite capable of battling against those as powerful as him, and it was only Kenshiro who was able to best him, and even then, Raoh did not have a single regret before sending his life force to the heaven's above.

Boomstick: The Gon no Ken and the Hokuto Shinken are naturally Raoh's most powerful styles, but his most powerful techniques are Hokuto Shinken techniques, Raoh neglects to use Hokuto Shinken in battle, favouring his Gon no Ken techniques more.

Wiz: As some of Raoh's techniques can severely injure, it would be a matter of time before Dio took a hit, however, unlike everyone Raoh has killed, Dio possesses a regenerative ability, Dio even survived a direct punch from Star Platinum breaking through his skull, surviving the punch thanks to his regeneration.

Boomstick: Raoh, on the other hand, does not any regeneration to speak of, so if Raoh did injure Dio, he would regenerate what he lost, but with Raoh, if he lost a limb, it’s as good as gone.

Wiz: Thanks to his vampiric nature, Dio regenerates no problem, but he often treats himself to the blood of his victims when he does, and with his greater speed, he can work through Raoh's defences and suck the blood from his body, as well as using The World to work down Raoh's stamina without having to use up his own, making Dio's advantages clear as day.

Boomstick: Raoh sure gave him a good battle, but he ultimately just ran out of time.

Winner - Dio Brando

Wiz: The winner is Dio Brando.
