Boomstick: Unluckily, or in this case, super luckily, Claude was caught in the explosion, and gained Superpowers!
Wiz: Once Claude realised the amazing powers he had obtained, he vowed to use them for good.
Boomstick: And thus..Radioactive Man was born!
