History[]

Not much is known of Quan Chi save he is a free roaming necromancer who can freely travel realms and spent time amassing great magical abilities from many worlds. While traveling in the Netherrealm, Quan Chi made a pact with the Elder God Shinnok and become an arch-sorcerer of the Netherrealm. Over the years, Quan Chi influenced a series of events to suit his master's design.
