Mega Man vs Sonic the Hedgehog, these two created robot beings that are alike to blue video game characters will battle it out
Interlude[]
Wiz:You know what you need if you're a blue character in a video game?
Boomstick,Good games?
Wiz: That's debatable, nope you need an evil robot doppelganger, Like Proto Man, Mega Man's Brooding brother.
Boomstick and Metal Sonic, Sonic the hedgehog's sinister lookalike
Wiz And it's our job to analyse their weapons armour and skills to determine who would win a DEATH BATTLE.
Proto Man[]
Wiz,Proto Man originally named Blues was designed by Dr Light, as a prototype to see if robots were capable of human thought.
Boomstick, and it worked a little too well,Proto Man had a critical defect which meant he had to be shut down.
Wiz, But Proto Man feared that shutting him down would mean changing his personality
Boomstick,So like any moody teenager,Proto Man ran away from home.
Wiz, Dr wily saw this as an opportunity and took Proto Man and made him into a robot built to fight
Boomstick,That is until Mega Man came in and through the power of friendship or something,Proto Man became good.
Wiz, Now Proto Man acts more like a older brother to Mega Man, but I suppose them being robots there's less nuggies
Boomstick,Nuggie!
Wiz, I regretted it the moment I said it. Anyway Proto Man has a stacked arsenal to use like the Proto Buster, An attack of energy that he can charge up to deliver an attack literally called Big Bang Strike although using this attack does use up all his energy
Boomstick,He also has a sword known as the Proto Sword.He also has an defensive shield, known as the Proto Shield
Wiz, He also has the Proto Coil, which lets him jump unreachable heights and the Proto Jet,which is basically a flying surfboard.
Boomstick, You know for a robot, this guy has a real ego complex,why do all his weapons have Proto in his name?
Wiz, It's not all his weapons though, just like Mega Man, he is capale of replcating weapons from Robot Masters he has defeated such as the Laser Trident,which shoots blasts of energy that can break walls
Boomstick,He also has the Concrete shot, A shot that encases people in concrete and he even freezes lava with the Concrete shot. He has a ton of other weapons,my favourite is the Magma Bazooka, yeah it says what it does on the tin.
Wiz,Not only does Proto Man have an incredibly versatile arsenal,he has also shown feats of great strength, like when he was able to hold up Dr Wily's collapsing castle.
Boomstick: Proto Man is an formidable opponent with a wide arsenal
Metal Sonic[]
Wiz,Sonic the Hedgehog is a formidable force, so much that Eggman even respects the blue blur but still wants to destroy that pesky hedgehog.
Boomstick,He respects him so much that he created an doppelganger of him to defeat him,Metal Sonic. Weird way to show respect, what's wrong with flowers and chocolate.
Wiz: Eggman is a brilliant scientist, so creating an doppelganger that had everything Sonic had, including his intelligence, means that this robot literally has a mind of it's own and rebelled against Eggman to try and take over the world. He was stopped by Team Sonic,made up of Sonic,Tails and Knuckles. His body is made up of monocoque titanium which makes him hard to damage.
Boomstick. Metal Sonic is also as strong as Sonic, having enough strength to break the walls of a temple and a rollercoaster. Not at the same time though.
Wiz,One of his most unique traits is he can predict Sonic's moves,so there could be other opponents that he could predict their moves.
Boomstick,He's also got quite the electrifying arsenal. Literally, he has a ring spark field that electrifies his body
Wiz, He also has a plasma pulse attack, which is exactly what it sounds like and a V maximum overdrive attack which surrounds his body with electricity.
Boomstick, One of Metal Sonic's signature traits is he can copy the abilities of other characters, he's copied Sonic's speed boost, Espio's Invisibility and even Shadow's chaos control
Wiz,Metal Sonic can even remove his arm to attack/ with it. One energy blast from Metal Sonic was enough to destory one of Eggman's airships.
Boomstick, He can even fire freakin missiles from his hand. Hand Missiles, and I've thought i've seen it all.
Wiz, He also like Sonic has other forms to transform into like Metal Overlord.
Boomstick That would be a great name for a band.
Wiz as Metal Overlord he has make-shift wings and even freeze time. If he collects all the chaos emeralds he can become Super Metal Sonic
Boomstick: Not so great name for a band
Wiz, Super Metal Sonic even allows him to defeat Sonic, but it's unlikely he will be in an one to one fight where he finds all the chaos emeralds
Boomstick Metal Sonic has a stuffed arsenal and is a formidable foe.
DEATH BATTLE[]
The sun was setting over the city, casting an orange glow across the horizon. On the rooftop of a nearby building stood two figures, . Proto Man, a skilled robot warrior, stood on one side of the roof, his trusty Proto Buster cannon ready for action. On the other side stood Metal Sonic, a robotic creation of Dr. Eggman, his glowing red eyes scanning his opponent.
"You've been causing damage, blue metal creature. Someone needs to stop you, so that's what I will do."
"Ha ha ha. I see what humans call jokes now. You can't stop Metal Sonic."
As the two robots sized each other up, Proto Man spoke. " What do you hope to gain from this battle?"
Metal Sonic responded in a robotic voice. "I need to prove my superiority and I will not rest until I have defeated every opponent that stands in my way."
Proto Man shook his head. "I cannot let you succeed in your mission. I am a hero, and I will fight to protect this city and all who live here."
With that, the battle began. Proto Man charged forward, firing his Proto Buster cannon at Metal Sonic. The red energy blasts struck Metal Sonic's metallic exterior, but they didn't seem to do much damage.
Metal Sonic responded with a burst of speed, flying at Proto Man with incredible force. Proto Man dodged to the side, narrowly avoiding the attack, but Metal Sonic quickly spun around and unleashed a barrage of missiles.
Proto Man raised his shield, blocking the explosive blasts. He then charged forward, swinging his Proto Sword at Metal Sonic. The two robots clashed, their weapons sparking as they struck each other.
Metal Sonic was ready for Proto Man's attack, and he swiftly dodged to the side. He then responded with a swift kick, catching Proto Man off guard and sending him staggering backwards. Proto Man quickly regained his footing and readied his Proto Shield once more.
Metal Sonic's eyes glowed red as he charged up his laser attack, preparing to unleash a barrage of electric blasts on Proto Man. Proto Man, however, was ready for the attack this time. He raised his shield and deflected the blasts with expert precision. He then leapt forward and delivered a powerful punch to Metal Sonic's chest.
Metal Sonic stumbled backward, his systems momentarily thrown off by the blow. Proto Man saw his chance and charged forward with his sword again. But Metal Sonic was not defeated yet. He quickly recovered and launched himself at Proto Man, tackling him to the ground.
The two combatants grappled on the ground, each one struggling to gain the upper hand. Proto Man managed to flip Metal Sonic over and was about to deliver the final blow by charging up his big bang strike, using up all of Proto Man's energy
, Metal Sonic saw an opening. Proto Man had just fired a large energy blast, and he was still recovering from the effort. Metal Sonic charged forward and slammed into Proto Man, knocking him off balance.
With Proto Man stunned, Metal Sonic took advantage of the opportunity and fired a powerful laser beam, striking Proto Man directly in the chest. Proto Man staggered backward, smoke rising from his body.
Metal Sonic charged forward and struck Proto Man with a powerful punch, sending him flying off the rooftop and crashing to the ground below.
As Proto Man lay motionless on the ground, Metal Sonic stood over him, victorious. He had proven his superiority, and he knew that he was now one step closer to achieving his ultimate goal.
And with that, Metal Sonic flew off into the night, his mission complete.
Analysis[]
Boomstick Looks like Proto Man got prot-owned.
Wiz,While Proto Man certainly has an impressive arsenal, however his weapons could only get him so far.
Boomstick Metal Sonic's advantage was unsurprisingly his speed. Being a doppelganger of the fastest thing alive, he definitely has the advantage of speed which in this case is enough to win.
Wiz,Proto Man despite his huge arsenal is slow,and up against metal sonic, Metal Sonic just needed one second of opportunity to strike which he got when Proto Man used his big bang strike, Proto Man being low on energy was the opportunity Metal Sonic needed. Metal Sonic is the winner.
