History[]
Like her younger Earth-1 counterpart, Kara Zor-El was sent to Earth by her parents Zor-El and Alura when Krypton was destroyed. Once on Earth, she placed by her world's version of Superman with a loving family under the alias of Karen Starr. Sometime after creating the identity of Power Girl to set her apart from the Earth-2 Superman, Karen ended up in Earth-1.
Death Battle Info[]
As a Kryptonian, exposure to the rays of Earth's yellow sun gives Power Girl many of the same powers as Superman with less potency due to their different durations of exposure. Furthermore, she could be rendered vulnerable as a human if she exhausts all the energy her cells amassed. While she and Supergirl are essentially the same at a biological level, Power Girl is a more mature and level-headed of the two and uses a more aggressive fighting style.
