Power Fox Vs Hoot Loop is a What-If? Death Battle between Power Fox from the game of the same name, and Hoot Loop from the Skylanders Series.

Description[]

Power Fox Vs Hoot Loop is a battle between two magical animals and saviors of their universes. Who will win, will Hoot Loop get out-foxed, or will he run Power for a loop? Find out in this Death Battle!

Intro[]

Skunk: Animals are kind and peaceful creatures, well, most of them, and we see them as simple creatures with claws, fur and other animalistic features.

Skel: But when you get an animal and mix it with magic, you'll get super awesome heroes!

Skunk: Power Fox, Small God Slaying Fox.

Skel: And Hoot Loop, Swap Force's Magical Owl. He's Skunk and I'm Skel!

Skunk: And it's our job to research their weapons, armour and skills to find out who would win, a Death Battle!

Power Fox Wishes For Victory In Death Battle![]

Skunk: When you see a hero, what is it? A man in a bat suit with gadgets? The daughter of Zeus?

Skel: Well I thought of Power Fox, the little orange furred Indian Fox!

Skunk: Honestly, it makes little sense that a Fox is the animal saving India, why not a monkey?

Skel: They'd never let you in Skunk, why would they let a monkey?

Skunk: Ugh, whatever... Power Fox is a well known hero to India, killing gods who threaten it.

Skel: How many times can we say "India", "Power", "Fox" and "Little" in this whole section?

Skunk: Not sure...

Skel: Well, anyways, he has been tasked with saving the people of India.

Skunk: He couldn't have done it without his large arsenal of weaponry to help him on the way.

Power's Arsenal[]

  • Boxing Glove
  • Jack-Hammer
  • Bombs
  • Boulders
  • Genie Lamp
    • Magic Carpet
    • Death Star
  • Crab Claw
  • Ak-47
  • Laser Gun
  • Flamethrower

Skel: Has giant crab claws, boxing gloves and even a gigantic jack-hammer he carries around like nothing!

Skunk: Despite how he is a magic fox, he seems to favor modern day weaponry to magical items, most of the time...

Skel: I mean, guns trump pretty much everything!

Skunk: Yeah, but no, he also uses bombs, boulders and even a Genie Lamp, which he can use to summon things like a Magic Carpet or his own personal Death Star.

Skel: Oh, yeah, he also can use his Genie Lamp to make wishes, like summon a Magic Carpet, turn into Fox-Zilla, and even summon a massive Death Star!

Skunk: He also is rather impressive in his body despite his size, allowing him to do crazy stuff.

Power's Feats[]

  • Has slain multiple gods
  • Has killed Hitler
  • Can carry around a massive Jack-Hammer like nothing
  • Can pilot an Arm Bomber
  • Can pilot a Magic Carpet
  • Hit cows hard enough to make them explode

Skel: Yeah, he has slain gods, piloted a Magic Carpet, hit a cow so hard it explodes, and even defeated Hitler!

Skunk: Don't forget he also has his Death Star, able to fire lasers onto his enemy.

Skel: This all goes without saying he does have a few minor problems.

Power's Flaws[]

  • Limited to 5 wishes every battle
    • Same 5 wishes
  • Smaller than humans are
  • Still a mortal creature

Skunk: Oh, very true, since he is restricted to 5 wishes in his battles, and only ever gets the same 5 wishes.

Skel: He is strong, but still really small, being up to around ankle high of a human, and he still isn't unkillable, he can be beaten down and eventually die if harmed enough.

Skunk: Still, that has to be pretty hard to do when he is beating up who ever it is trying to beat him.

Power Fox is shown killing a god.

Hoot Loop Has A Hoot In Death Battle![]

Skunk: When you're a popular magician, you're gonna attract attention, and sometimes that may be just what you need later in life.

Skel: I mean, if you look like a bird man, you're gonna attract attention anyways.

Skunk: Not in Skylands, everyone is abnormal, but some had talents that interest certain people.

Skel: Hoot Loop was raised by a guild of magicians in one of Skyland's most famous traveling circuses.

Skunk: Even at a young age, he was able to perfect illusions and spells only the best of his guild could preform, even going as far as learning teleportation.

Skel: He became the big star and main attraction, known as "The Amazing Hoot Loop."

Skunk: But one day, unluckily for the circus, an army of greebles, who were disguised as clowns, had invaded, planning to destroy the popular circus.

Skel: The Hoot Loop delivered a performance nobody would forget. He used his powers to fight off the invaders, and save the circus, impressing many.

Skunk: One of which was Master Eon, Portal Master of the Skylanders, who then offered Hoot Loop the chance to learn some really good magic, and become a member of the Skylanders.

Skel: Enough of the story, lets get to his awesome powers and weaponry!

Hoot Loop's Arsenal & Powers[]

Weaponry[]

  • Wand
    • Lets him cast various spells and magic projectiles
    • Can produce a Dream Beam
  • Golden Portal Rings
    • Can suck enemies towards it
    • Hoot Loop can go through them

Powers[]

  • Hypnosis
    • Can slow down foes
    • Damages those who it hits

Skunk: He has his magic wand, letting him cast various attacks, like Dejaboom, where he shoots multi-hitting magic projectiles.

Skel: He has Golden Portal Rings, letting him not only teleport, but also go through them and even cause massive explosions to harm foes, not to mention how tricky he is with them, hurting those if he does it near an enemy.

Skunk: He also has a special Hypnosis, where he can slow down foes and even hurt them in the process, allowing him time to think up a plan in a really long fight.

Skel: He also has this Dream Beam that shoots a super powerful beam from the staff.

Skunk: Through all his powers and weaponry, he has achieved impressive things.

Hoot Loop's Feats[]

  • Can battle and harm Kaos
    • Kaos survived being in a Arkeyan Robot when it crashed and exploded on an island
    • Kaos survived a magical volcanic eruption
    • Kaos, while in his Super Evil form, could create shock waves by simply chewing and stomping
  • Should be stronger than other Skylanders
    • The Original Skylanders survived the Core of Light exploding
    • The Skylander Lightning Rod uses real lightning attacks
  • Defended Skylands multiple times
  • Defended his Circus against an army of Greebles
  • While at a young age, he mastered magic tricks that only the best in his guild could, and even achieved the ability to teleport, which none of his guild had done

Skel: He has defended Skylands various times, against the likes of Kaos, who has tanked stuff like crashing into an island, while inside a large robot, which exploded.

Skunk: Hoot Loop mastered abilities the most experienced in his guild could do, at a young age, being the only one to achieve teleportation also. He should also be far stronger than the original, those of which survived the Core of Light being blown up, sending them all to earth.

Skel: His magic is nothing to scoff at, he can take on even the toughest foes, but that being said, he can't always do it alone.

Hoot Loop's Flaws[]

  • Needs help defending Skylands sometimes
  • Lacks melee attacks
  • Not as durable as other Skylanders
  • Doesn't know how to play Go Fish

Skunk: Even with his powers, he does need help from his team, some who are far more durable as him, and he himself also lacks ranged options, relying on ranged attacks and his teleportation.

Skel: Also, he has no clue how to play Go Fish...

Skunk: That has nothing to do with anything...

Skel: Just thought I'd mention it, he also is kinda a jerk, and cheater...

Hoot Loop: Oh, strange, must have been the wind.

Intermission[]

Skunk: Alright the combatants are set, let's end this debate once and for all!

Skel: It's time for a Death Battle!!!

Fight[]

Location: Skylands

Power Fox and Hoot Loop are both seen playing cards. Power Fox is shown winning the game, and Hoot Loop looks distressed.

Power: Haha, I win again! Let's have another go!

Hoot: You're on!

They deal another hand, and Hoot Loop again looks very worried, but gets an idea.

Hoot: Look, an evil god!!!

Power turns and gets to a fight pose, looking where Hoot pointed, but nothing is there, and in the background, Hoot Loop steals some of Power's cards from his hand.

Hoot: Got it!

Power turns and looks to see Hoot Loop taking the cards.

Power: Hey, are you cheating!?!

Hoot: Oh, uh, what makes you say that?

Power: I can see you cheating...

Hoot: Well...

Power then flips the table and swings his Boxing Glove, but Hoot avoids it and teleports back, taking his wand out.

Hoot: We can't talk about this can we?

Power: No!

Both get into battle stances.

Fight!!!

Power lunges and tries to punch Hoot, but gets avoided and blasted in the back, knocking him down. Hoot then tosses the table at Power, but it is destroyed with a single punch.

Hoot: Wow, that is strong...

Power: You cheating bird!

Hoot then avoids Power shooting a laser gun at him, teleporting rapidly around, making bird noises in fear. Power shoots another shot, and it hits Hoot's wand, knocking it out his hand. Hoot looks at the flying wand, teleports and catches it, then shooting a dream beam at Power. Power is hit by it, knocking him through the wall, and outside onto a floating island.

Power: Ow, that is really painful...

Hoot then teleports, and laughs. Power takes his genie lamp out, and the genie emerges.

Power: I wish for a magic carpet!

Power is poofed onto a magic carpet, and he flies around, confusing Hoot Loop.

Hoot: Well, I'd say this isn't something you see every day, but I've seen weirder and similar things...

Power then punches Hoot into the air, and rapidly hits him with a crab claw, knocking him down to the ground. Before impact, Hoot then teleports, and appears behind Power.

Hoot: I'll take that!

Hoot then grabs the carpet and snags it, having Power fall down and hitting the ground. Hoot then tosses the carpet, and shoots it, destroying it.

Power takes his genie lamp out again, and the genie emerges.

Power: Give me an air bomber!

Power is poofed into an air bomber and he starts dropping explosives, but Hoot has an idea. Hoot makes one of his rings appear, and it sucks the bomb in. Hoot then puts it above the air bomber, dropping it down and blowing it up, Power falls down from the explosions.

Hoot: I'm having a real hoot!

Power: I'm getting sick of this!

Power takes his lamp out and wishes to become Fox-Zilla. He transforms and starts to breath fire at Hoot, which hits him and sends him flying into an island, making a large crash. Power goes over and looks around for Hoot, but can't see him. Power turns back.

Power: Guess he was obliterated...

Hoot then appears and uses his hypnosis on Power, and while Power tries to attack, he is too slow, and then gets hit by dream beam. Power takes his genie lamp out again, and summons a Death Star.

Power: Let's see how you deal with THIS!

Power then blasts at Hoot Loop. The whole island explodes. Power laughs. Hoot Loop then peeks over his shoulder.

Hoot: Oh, I think you missed him actually, maybe he is on that island over there.

Power: Oh, right he co- wait!

Hoot Loop then blasts the controls to the Death Star, and traps Power in a golden ring. Power is unable to escape it, and Hoot then tosses Power into a pile of crates. Hoot then makes the Death Star crash down, and explode. Hoot Loop is shown watching from another island, having teleported back away from it.

Hoot: Hmm, was that enough...

Power Foxes hat falls down in front of Hoot Loop, burnt and torn.

Hoot: Yep, I think so.

K.O!

Conclusion[]

Skel: No way, how did the magic bird beat a god killer?!

Skunk: While it is impressive how Power could defeat gods, Hoot Loop has faced characters of similar power before, and just held the advantage in speed and versatility.

Skel: Yeah, Kaos in his Super Evil form could cause shock waves by stomping and chewing, not to mention his flames from his hands can destroy stones, which really shouldn't be possible.

Skunk: While Power has took lots of punishment, he really couldn't compare to Hoot Loop, who is stronger than the other Skylanders, that were able to take the Core of Light exploding, sending them to earth, and his magic was limitless, while everything Power had, was only finite in supply, meaning Hoot Loop could bring down the weaponry until the had the opening.

Skel: Even if their strength and durability was fairly different, Hoot Loop could keep doing the damage, and he would just eventually beat Power, because he couldn't dodge Hoot Loop forever, given Hoot Loop can compare to the other Skylanders, like Lightning Rod, who uses actual lightning to attack.

Skunk: To put this more simply, Power and Hoot Loop were certainly extremely powerful in their own rights, but Hoot Loop's superior speed, arsenal, magic and experience with superior foes got him this win.

Skel: Seems Hoot put his foe through a POWER-ful LOOP.

Skunk: The Winner is Hoot Loop!
