I consider this a role-playing game. Today, you'll be playing the part of the piñata!
~ Polygon Man

Polygon Man was the former mascot of the PlayStation console, appearing in pre-launch ads before he was scrapped. He returned to the spotlight many years later as the final boss of the crossover fighting video game, PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale. He fought Master Hand in an episode of One Minute Melee.

Death Battle Info[]

Background[]

  • Name: Polygon Man
  • Original mascot of PlayStation

Powers and Abilities[]

  • Polygon Man's main form of attack is to slam his head on the stage, but this tends to stun him and leave him vulnerable.
  • Can create polygon clones of fighters to aid him in battle
  • Can shoot lasers from his eyes
  • Plasma shots
  • Electricity Control
  • Barrier Creation
  • Time Manipulation
  • Can transform into various Playstation characters, weapons and objects himself, like Hades and the Patapon
  • Can summon anything.
  • Engulfing his enemies in fire
  • As his canon universe is a crossover fighting game, his true power is unknown

Feats[]

  • The one responsible for bringing the roster together to fight.
  • Was going to be the mascot for PlayStation, but was scrapped.
  • Can contend with experienced fighters like Kratos and Sackboy.
    • In fact, he can fairly contend with fighters in the roster that, in their verse, have shown impressive feats and wield impressive power. For example, Sackboy survived a planetary explosion twice despite usually being OHKO'd usually, and Kratos achieved universal potential through the Power of Hope.
  • Can summon copies of said fighters to fight for him, complete with the same abilities as the original.

Weaknesses[]

  • While losing to people like Fat Princess and PaRappa the Rapper seems like a notable flaw, the real problem is that he is possibly holding back on his true potential and, as a result, can be defeated easily.
  • Outside of transformations, lacks physical and projectile attacks
  • Prefers letting his summons do the fighting for him, while he resides in the background
