- The Score would be titled ''Twisted Suffering'' as a reference to Pinheads obsession with suffering and Calypsos Twisted Metal contest.
- This fight would be in 2d.
- This is a battle between two reality warping, former humans who sold their souls to a higher power and paid the price with their humanity. Pinhead was a former soldier who sought a better existence after WW1, which resulted in him becoming a Cenobite. And Calypso (in some timelines) gave his soul to Satan after nearly dying in a crash that killed his family.
- Pinhead's nature involves him seeking out victims to take back to his dimension to torture and transform into Cenobites while delighting in destroying their souls. While Calypso operates a contest that allows him to absorb his victim's souls and torture them, as well as the winner.
- Both Pinhead and Calypso are the respective rulers of their own pocket dimensions and often trap and torture those unfortunate enough to seek them out. As seen with Pinhead and anyone who opens the Lament Configuration, and Calypso with the souls of those who died in the Twisted Metal contest.
- At full strength, their abilities allow them to manipulate the very fabric of the world around them and dictate the laws of nature. A true form Pinhead can dwarf the planet in size and make all who see him wallow in despair, while Calypso can warp the laws of physics and reshape the entire world at his leisure.
