Pinhead: Unbearable, isn't it? The suffering of strangers, the agony of friends. There is a secret song at the center of the world, Joey, and its sound is like razors through flesh.

History[]
In life, Pinhead was once a British captain who fought in World War I, known as Elliot Spencer. Due to the horrific events he witnessed in battle along with losing faith in his fellow comrades, he solved the Lament Configuration; a puzzle box that’s a gateway to what humans perceive as Hell, which horrifically took away his humanity and joined among the ranks of The Cenobites.
Elliot would become Pinhead: An explorer in the furthest regions of experience, a demon to some and an angel to others. Pinhead would serve Leviathan for eternity.

Flaws[]
- Often plays around with victims
- Is heavily weakened when reminded of his former life
- Chains can be cut, as The Doctor Cenobite did so when Pinhead tried to restrain/kill him
- Although, this was when Pinhead was weakened in his power
- Needs organic corpses to be able to make more cenobites
- This also takes time depending on the severity of the change
- The Lament Configuration can send him back to hell
- But this requires him to be nearby/in view of the box, and someone to activate the box
- This won't work if he is already in hell
- Was killed by Doctor Cenobite
- If we're using Dead by daylight stuff, then Pinhead can only have up to 14 Chains on somebody.
- Normal people can break his chains. (Dead by daylight)
- Chains can be dodged. (Dead by daylight)
- Only if somebody is in the dying state can he use his Mori. (Dead by daylight)
